Nestled in Currie, NC, Malachi Meadows is an enchanting wedding venue just fifteen minutes from Downtown Wilmington, NC. Offering beautiful options for both inside and out. Our location features numerous charms against a picturesque backdrop. Couples can exchange their vows in a place both private and elegantly while making memories to last a lifetime. Malachi Meadows is located on a family farm, which helps to provide couples and their guests' seclusion on the big day with plenty of onsite parking. The venue combines convenience with an aesthetically pleasing setting. Bringing these elements together helps make events more memorable. The venue interior at Malachi Meadows was specifically built to provide a clean template suitable to a variety of wedding themes. Color palettes encompassing the range of the rainbow work well against the building’s neutral tones. Couples can easily add their own flair, transforming the space through floral arrangements, decor, and table settings to bring their vision to life. The fireplace, which is over a century and a half old, adds an "at home" feeling. For a memorable entrance, there is a double grand staircase. Dressing rooms are also available to make it easier to get ready for the day’s happenings. Outside, there is an 8,000 square-foot garden and a lighted patio area with another fireplace for guests to cozy up to and a stunning large pavilion which is perfect for another ceremony option or perfect social hour. The craftmanship of the pavilion is something to marvel at.

There are not enough words to describe how PERFECT our experience was at Malachi Meadows. To start, Emily, the venue owner, is an absolute GEM of a person. We decided to go with Malachi Meadows for our wedding before ever seeing in person mostly due to how remarkable Emily (and her story for the venue) was on our virtual tour. When we saw the venue in person, it was breathtaking. Little did we know, this would not even compare to how the venue was fully decorated on our wedding day. I couldn't have imagined anything more perfect than this stunning venue. It comes equipped with everything you would need. The bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful balcony and the groom's suite, with it's own private entrance, was perfect for the guys to hang before the ceremony. Only a 20 minute drive from down town Wilmington, it was the perfect space for our guests to get away, have a good time and get back to Wilmington for more fun. If you are considering this venue, just do it!!! You will not regret it.

Malachi Meadows was a prefect venue for our wedding. It’s absolutely gorgeous and the owners are SO nice and helpful. Emily answered all my questions quickly throughout the planning process and the wedding day went perfectly.

Malachi Meadows was the most beautiful venue and everyone who worked there had the kindest soul. Mrs. Emily was the biggest help for the rehearsal and on the wedding day. I have no clue what we would have done without her. I could not recommend this venue enough. Not only for how beautiful it is, but for the kindness and graciousness of Mrs. Emily and her husband.

Malachi Meadows is such a beautifully unique venue to host a wedding or any event! This venue is a blank canvas that can literally match ANY style of wedding that you have dreamed of having. From the water fountain and balcony in the front, to the outdoor fireplace & patio, this venue has it all. My wedding was on 12/20/2020 and it was everything I could have asked for! The owner Emily was absolutely amazing to work with! This place has it all!

Planning a wedding is a lot of work. However planning a wedding in the midst of a pandemic just intensifies everything. Emily and Todd Hall were absolutely wonderful. Emily was always available and pleasant whenever I contacted her with the numerous questions I had. She was always so positive! I am so happy to have found Malachi Meadows. It is such a beautiful place and the perfect venue for our wedding!

Our wedding planner found this venue when we needed a new one due to all the changes COVID impacted. We booked simply off the photos and our planner's notes and once my husband went to see it - we knew we made the right decision! The venue itself is stunning, but once you truly have everything set up, it's simply breathtaking. This venue was well thought out and has some amazing details. The grooms room is downstairs tucked away and the bridal suite is upstairs, with a balcony, lounge area, bathroom and plenty of mirrors. The double stairs is a bride's dream entrance and the fireplace and mantle inside is such a beautiful accent. There is parking and the outside space is fantastic with a patio for cocktail hour and a beautiful fireplace and draping outside for the most beautiful pictures! A bonus to this venue are the chairs and tables that come with renting the space, which helped save our budget with all the changes! The cherry on top for this venue are simply the owners. They worked with us in such a short amount of time to get everything figured out and I could not be more thankful. Emily was so responsive and helpful! They were present the night of and are just some of the most kind and thoughtful people you'll ever meet. Our wedding was an absolute dream and was better than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend Malachi Meadows! This hidden gem will be booked up soon with all the beautiful features and space it provides. We are still getting compliments on our choice of venue, you cannot go wrong!

Emily Hall (Events Director) Hi, my name is Emily. I am the venue director here at Malachi Meadows. Malachi Meadows was honestly a God dream. It was completely His symphony, orchestrated by passion, a desire to be a part of something that would allow me to give back, the love and support from my family that 100% believed in me, AND the simple fact that I absolutely adore a great love story and beautiful weddings! Together, as a family, we prayed, stood in faith and constructed this gorgeous venue we call Malachi Meadows. A name honoring Malachi 3:10 as my parents taught and live by to this day. To God be the Glory!
