We had our wedding here on 9/29/23 and our wedding day was completely stress free and everything was perfect! Deyna and Paris went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process and helped us with anything we needed along the way. The food was delicious and our guests came up to us multiple times throughout the night to let us know. The signature cocktails we selected also tasted great and the service was top notch. It rained on our wedding day so we did not get to use the deck but the space held all of our 110 guests just fine. We did get to do our first look and pictures outside and the scenery is perfect for wedding photos. Highly recommend Manayunk Brewing Company for your wedding! - Michael & Jordan.

From the very beginning, our entire process with MBC was incredible. Deyna, the event coordinator is an absolute rockstar. I truly feel there are no words to accurately describe just got wonderful she is. Her and I had an immediate connection as soon as we met, and the connection continued to flourish throughout our year together. She was born to do this job. She is professional without coming off as too formal. She makes you feel warm and welcome and made the entire process for us so easy. The venue itself was incredible. When the sun sets, it REALLY comes to life and the ambiance is so romantic and dreamy. All of our guests were so impressed with the atmosphere, the food, the service, etc. Everything was absolutely perfect. I would do it all over again if I could. Best day of my life. I CANNOT say enough good things about Deyna. If you’re her supervisor reading this, give her a raise!!!!

We were married here on 8/26/23 and aside from the big one this was hands-down the best \"yes\" we said in the planning process. I knew before we even went for our appointment that we were getting married here. The venue in itself is to die for. The main room is a cross between industrial and high-class and the cocktail room gives the perfect \"date night\" vibes while being elegant. We didn't need much decor as the spaces spoke for themselves. We had a whimsical/vintage theme and the venue just provided the perfect backdrop. Now for what I did NOT know coming into our venue. I was going to love the staff there just as much as the venue. From our first meeting with Paris, I knew that this was a venue that CARES. They treat you like their own family and not once did anything feel like a business transaction but more like planning a family event. Then we met Deyna. Guys, if you want a coordinator who will go above and beyond at ALL hours (for real, the girl doesn't sleep) or even one that you genuinely love being around she alone is worth booking at Manayunk. If none of this has convinced you yet, my friends are still raving about the food (you will have dreams about it after) and how much fun having the outside deck was (we set up cornhole, an axe throwing game and live entertainment out there). The pricing truly feels like a steal now that we saw how perfect everything was. I could not have had the wedding of my dreams at any other venue or with any other team. Book a tour, fall in love with them and trust that your day will be everything and more because they have it all covered.

We got married at Manayunk Brewing Company this September and has the best experience. Deyna helped us the entire process and was the best! She was always available for any questions we had and replied in a timely manner as well. We are still floating on a high from our reception here on 9/22/23. The entire planning process from touring the venue in September of 2022 to the day of the wedding was honestly a breeze because of Deyna. She was amazing to work with, meeting with us in the brewery at different points to check in, assuaging out anxiety, and remaining basically always reachable. The wedding went so smoothly, with so many moving parts it was incredible that nothing went wrong! The food was DELICIOUS and the entire staff was incredibly attentive and professional with our guests. The venue itself is much larger than it seems in photos and was more than enough room than we needed for our 105ish guests especially with the awesome outdoor deck.

Without a doubt one of the best decisions in our wedding planning process was choosing Manayunk as our venue. Deyna, Chef Rich and Paris are a dream team! Deyna who we worked with mostly was so supportive and organized. On the day of the wedding it felt like Deyna was truly a friend running the show for us. We did not hire a day of coordinator but were able to have the staff set everything up for us for a reasonable charge and it was worth it! My bridesmaids and I used the bridal suite to get ready and it was perfect and worry free to be there for the wedding already People RAVED about the food - we served the Manayunk chicken, ricotta gnocchi and steak with herbed butter. My only regret with my choices was not personally eating more appetizers during cocktail hour! I loved how much the venue encouraged us to make the wedding what we wanted for the day and it was perfect.

We had our reception here May of 2023 and it was perfect!!! Paris, Deyna, Chef Rich and the rest of the team at Manayunk were awesome! Special shout out to Deyna who made it feel like I was working with a friend not a vendor. They are very accommodating and super customizable. We didn’t do a ceremony, instead we showed a video of our ceremony in Colorado, but they were still willing to work with my vision. I did see a review stating they don’t help you with anything. It is very clearly stated in the contract and they tell you when you tour that they recommend you hiring a day of coordinator for things like that because their focus is on their staff and the kitchen. This literally made the reception that much better, the staff was SO friendly and the food was FANTASTIC. I keep getting feedback from guests saying it was the best food they have had at a wedding. Chef Rich worked with all dietary restrictions and I was able to have a vegan entree at my wedding. The vegan entree was so good I ended up ordering it as my choice for dinner (I’m not vegan). Deyna was there all day, completely accessible if I had an issue I knew I could go to her. I did not need to because I hired a day of coordinator who was also amazing and happens to work with Manayunk all the time, so my day was completely seamless. I will note that most of the customization I was looking for I did pay for but it was nice to have a place that I could customize things to my heart’s content and not have to bring everything in myself. I highly recommended Manayunk Brewery the people, the food, the location was all perfect.

I got married here in May 2023 and had the best experience working with Deyna and Paris at Manayunk. They were actually our first venue we had seen when we started our wedding planning process and we didn't even think twice about seeing any other venues. We loved the look of the event space, the fact they had an outdoor space on the deck and that they were so close to some cool picture spots. Another big selling point was how customizable everything was! Any suggestions I had, Deyna was like of course we can do that. It really allowed us to have the wedding we wanted to which was different from your classic traditional wedding. Everyone complimented the food which was so good, and we were able to even offer late night pizza which was the perfect touch after all the drinking. We were able to work with Deyna to create a special his and hers cocktail and she went above and beyond by infusing different flavors herself! Everyone said both his and her cocktails were such a big hit. I had the girls get ready at their bridal suite which made everything a lot easier to just stay in one place. The bridal suite was really nice and a good place to take breaks during the wedding as well. I honestly cannot rave enough about this venue! Deyna and Paris really made the whole wedding planning process so easy!

If you are considering this venue as one of your options, make it your absolute decision to book your wedding! If you have never been here or heard of this place - go there! The restaurant is awesome and has great vibes. The wedding space is upstairs and just so incredibly cool! Paris and Deyna - you cannot go wrong. We bugged them with crazy questions and they were not only patient and kind - they were SO supportive and helpful. We ended up booking out photographer based off of their recommendation - and are NOT SORRY. The day of our wedding - we had a Steampunk theme - the entire staff was on point - everyone was friendly and helpful - as the bride, I had NO STRESS! Paris and Deyna kept everyone on task and organized, we were all laughing and having a great time ALL DAY. The space was killer for our theme and we had a LOT of DIY to go with it, everyone pitched in to help us set up. The wait staff and bartenders, AMAZING!Also, I think it's important to add that you will NEVER find better wedding food than here. The Filet Mignon was to DIE for, oh and the Mushroom Cannellini - OMG --> Chef is the best. He completely went out of his way to ensure that one of our guests (a child with PKU) who cannot eat protein was accommodated. This child has never been able to eat at a restaurant before, but Chef made sure to get an approved list from his mom and he was actually able to eat an entire meal out with all of us. Book your wedding here, you will NOT regret it!

I got married here in July 2022 and I cannot recommend a better place to get married. I had both my wedding and welcome get together here and I HIGHLY recommend this location for both. You will not regret it. We were originally planning to get married in June of 2020 but had to postpone twice due to covid and the venue was so understanding and helpful. They helped make a stressful situation so easy. -Staff- The event coordinator, PARIS, IS THE BEST. She is very knowledgeable, responsive, kind, and helpful. She was very organized during the planning process and the day of. The staff at the venue was wonderful- they were so kind and engaging with my young niece and nephews. They were very responsive, fun, and professional. -The venue: We got married upstairs. It was so beautiful- rustic, classic, modern..but not stuffy...very warm and inviting. It's open and high ceilings and can be decorated in any style. The location is very convenient and there are many hotels within a short drive. There's also a parking lot and lots of bars/restaurants to go to before/after the wedding. The bridal suite is GORGEOUS and very convenient. We had planned to use the outside upstairs deck, but unfortunately the weather did not allow that. But there is a deck upstairs that has really pretty views and an extra bar. All of our guests commented on how beautiful, comfortable, and accessible the venue was. We had the welcome party the night before our wedding in the jazz room on the first floor. It was inviting and comfortable and had access to the outdoor patio which has really pretty views. The food/drinks: SO GOOD. The options are vast and able to accommodate multiple diets. We had guests that were vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian- all were very happy with their meals! During the welcome dinner we had the taco bar and guests raved that the food was delicious. The beer selection is great, wine was very good, and mixed drinks were made well. The food options for the wedding- wow there's a lot of options! We especially enjoyed the chicken and waffles appetizer, pan seared scallop, and Crispy Pork Belly and Brussels Sprout Leaves. We ordered the filet, chicken picatta, butternut squash, and roasted cauliflower steaks for dinner options- all were very good. Over 60% of people ordered the filet and loved it. Overall Experience- My wedding was perfect. There was nothing I would change. I started planning this wedding when I lived on the east coast and moved to California and continued to plan this wedding from across the country. The venue provided referrals for vendors, as well as being open to other vendors, and all the vendors they have relationships with that we utilized (hotels, transportation, parking, wedding planners- LISA IS THE BEST) were fantastic. Photos: I highly recommend La Bella Vita Event Company for your photos. They also were my event planner and assisted with photography- which as beautiful..and venue had stunning background for photos. The canal path was so pretty and a short walk venue. Basically- get married here. host your event here. it's the best.

We especially enjoyed the chicken and waffles appetizer, pan seared scallop, and Crispy Pork Belly and Brussels Sprout Leaves. We ordered the filet, chicken picatta, butternut squash, and roasted cauliflower steaks for dinner options- all were very good. Over 60% of people ordered the filet and loved it. Overall Experience- My wedding was perfect. There was nothing I would change. I started planning this wedding when I lived on the east coast and moved to California and continued to plan this wedding from across the country. The venue provided referrals for vendors, as well as being open to other vendors, and all the vendors they have relationships with that we utilized (hotels, transportation, parking, wedding planners- LISA IS THE BEST) were fantastic. They also were my event planner and assisted with photography- which as beautiful..and venue had stunning background for photos. The canal path was so pretty and a short walk venue. Basically- get married here. host your event here. it's the best.

Even down to paying the bill was extremely straightforward and it was always easy to talk to Paris and Dana, always communicative and they replied to emails asap. Our tasting was the first \"taste\" we had of the team, and it made us even more excited about choosing Manayunk. Planning a wedding is nerve-racking, and Paris's team have the expertise to help you relax and know they've got it under control. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and the team worked with us to remain calm and stress-free. If we got married again, I would pick this venue over and over. On the day of, we didn't have to worry about a thing.Not only was the venue stunning, all of our guests were saying \"I've been to beautiful weddings before, but nothing like this. This is the most unique and stunning venue I've been at.\" We had 88 guests in total and I thought the space was the perfect size for it, just enough to fill out the tables but spacious enough for a dance floor and moving around. The bartenders were super nice, as well, always getting me (the bride) a drink every time I walked by. The chef is very talented, pushing the boundaries of the typical wedding food choices. Our guests kept talking about the chicken even after the wedding! Even down to decorating, I came super prepared and they were surprised on how prepared we were. They worked with our decor and offered advice on how to make it look even more stunning, adding fake candles and their own decorations. I thought that was a fantastic touch, as I was prepared to do it all and they said \"nope, we got this.\"I can't say enough positive things about this venue and the team. If you want an industrial, shimmering, charismatic, unique venue, don't hesitate to book this. My ONLY complaint would be it was hard to find spaces in and out of the venue to get professional photos done, but that's the struggle of picking a venue within a city. Thanks Manayunk!

I truly can't recommend Manayunk Brewery enough. It was everything we had hoped for and soooo much more. Paris is an absolute dream to work with and always had great ideas and suggestions for what we could do. Our guests are still raving about the food, the bar and everything honestly. So many compliments on how pretty the venue is...and the outdoor space was amazing. The team there is super attentive and very friendly. The venue is pretty on it's own and doesn't require a ton of decor, which was a huge weight off our shoulders. The bridal suite is absolutely beautiful and I'm glad we opted to use it to get ready and to give us a place to relax ahead of the ceremony. You can't go wrong with this venue! Everything was just a dream come true. Thank you Paris and team for everything you did to make sure our day went off without a hitch. It was just perfect.

Felt like only half my email was ever read when asking questions. When I tried to call on the phone for clarity, the staff said they didn't know how to contact Paris, and they couldn't pass on a message. This happened with more than one phone call.I asked to waive the dessert cutting and serving fee bc we served cupcakes and donuts in lieu of a cake. Was told no to waiving the fee bc they said it was for providing display pieces and set up, even though they didn’t plan to provide display pieces or set up the donuts. The fee was waived after some back and forth, but they didn’t let us use their cupcake stands.Didn't confirm a rehearsal time with us until two days before the wedding. When we were decorating the space, no help was offered. I understand it was the responsibility of the client. The minimum I expected was having someone present to answer questions that arose, set out place cards, or dust off the filthy shelves we were decorating. The day of the wedding, Paris yelled at one of my bridesmaids for showing up to the event space half an hour early. Said she would be in the way of setting up. The space is giant. They could stick a few bridesmaids at a table with glasses of water easily.It was $50 for each plate of chicken fingers for kids.The experience we had is a shame considering how beautiful the venue is. Deyna was pleasant to work with, though clearly overworked. The bartenders were very accommodating.I have 10 years of restaurant/hospitality experience (including management), and my family has no lack of industry experience. Can confidently say this was not normal or acceptable treatment.

I honestly cannot rave enough about the experience my husband and I had hosting our reception at the Manayunk Brewing Company. Right off the bat, the coordinator Paris is amazing! We were excited about the space and menu going into our first tour, but upon meeting Paris, we were truly sold on having our reception here. She immediately made us feel like we were in good hands. We booked nearly 20 months ahead of our date and during all of that time, Paris was always available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small they were. We truly felt supported by Paris throughout the entire planning process. When we had our tasting, we thoroughly enjoyed all of the menu items we tried. We've been to a lot of other weddings where the couple raved about the food at their tasting, and the food was your run-of-the-mill wedding food. That simply was not the case with the Manayunk Brewing Company. Our food was just as good, if not better, during our reception as it was at our tasting. And the service was impeccable. Multiple servers stopped my husband and me during cocktail hour to ask if we wanted a platter of the passed hors d'oeuvre made up for us and within minutes, that platter was brought over to us. And, during dinner service, servers surrounded our guest tables and served each guest's meal at the same time so no one at the table was left waiting. Our guests have continued to tell us how good the food was and that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The bar staff was amazing, keeping the drinks flowing for our guests. And the attendant who assisted us with cutting our cake also personally took it upon himself to have our small cake to make sure our parents also got a slice. My husband and I truly could not be happier with choosing to host our reception at the Manayunk Brewing Company. The space was beautiful and modern, and the service was even better than we could have expected. 10/10 would do it all over again here if we could!

We fell in love with the venue the moment we walked in; it's industrial, cozy, and intimate atmosphere was truly remarkable. There's so much you can do to the space to make your dream wedding vision come true. Aside from how unique the space is, there's something that's even more special during the wedding planning process at Manayunk Brewing Company: the opportunity to work with the one and only, Paris Rose-Antonogiannis! I CANNOT say this enough: Paris is the ABSOLUTE BEST. Talk about an incredible human being! After the first time my husband and I met Paris, we couldn't stop talking about how lucky we were to have her guidance during a stressful time of planning. Paris is the type of person to make you feel so comfortable, supported, and at ease. It felt like we've known Paris for years! We booked MBC about 10 months prior to the day. Paris, their event coordinator, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING throughout the entire 10 months!! Aside from answering our million questions very professionally and accurately, she checked in about every month to see if anything changed, etc. as the day approached. The kitchen staff was also very receptive to some modifications to the catering menu due to dietary restrictions and allergies. I was confident that they would honestly and fairly try to accommodate just about any rational request we threw their way! All of this communication and coordination was also happening when the Brewery was closed for multiple months as they has unfortunately flooded from the river.... I suspected they had 'bigger fish to fry', but STILL maintained open and honest communication with us the entire time. Heading in to rehearsal, the space was clean and ready to go for us! Come wedding day, we honestly felt like royalty. After blistering in the heat for photos at their scenic river walk area, which is a very short walk down a ramp from the reception space, my wife and I felt quite dizzy and queasy. Paris, at no extra charge, insisted we get some food from the kitchen immediately and totally took care of us. Their staff was courteous, professional, and unwavering in their support of our guests to have the best night. I cannot say anything better for this venue, and the business as a whole. PLEASE book them!!!!

MBC exceeded all our expectations for our wedding venue and catering. We are one of the many couples that were impacted by COVID during wedding planning, and MBC and their event coordinator Paris were as professional, warm and accommodating as they could be during a very stressful time for many of their couples. Paris offered recommendations for our vendors whom she has worked with and trusted, although we ultimately opted for some new vendors :) We had separately hired a wedding planner to assist us throughout the planning process (Andi at Musa Weddings), but even if you do not have a planner, Paris is exceptionally knowledgeable (i.e.expert) at wedding planning and can help you throughout the planning process at MBC. She also offered wonderful recommendations during our tasting for ways to accommodate dietary restrictions, fan favorites on the menu, how to have a diversified menu, and ways to 'zhuzh' up the space if you needed inspiration.When we first visited MBC we immediately fell in love with the space. It is intimate but large enough to accommodate up to 200 people, but intimate enough that our final guest list of 80 felt full in the space. It is a simple canvas so you can bring any vision to life in the space. They also have a private upstairs patio space if you want to have your ceremony or cocktail hour oustide. We opted to do all inside (due to weather) and the space being so welcoming. MBC also has a private, separate space for couples and their families which we used as a holding space during the photos (there is an amazing trail right behind the restaurant which is GORGEOUS for photos) and they provided snacks and drinks. We also used this space to sign our Ketubah for some privacy with our family only, and after our ceremony, we were able to enjoy a few private moments together to decompress. MBC also brought us our own drinks of choice and a sampling of the cocktail hour snacks so we could enjoy our first minutes of marriage! When we were researching a venue and caterer for our wedding, our number one priority was good food. MBC delivers. At our tasting it was hard to pick only a few items - they were all so delicious! The chef introduced himself as well and was very open to any needs or preferences. We received (and have continued to receive) endless compliments on the food...so much so that no one was eating the dessert we brought in! They just wanted more mini chicken and waffles :) MBC was not only exceptional, but well within our budget. So much so, that were were able to upgrade our bar menu to top shelf and our guests noticed :)I cannot recommend MBC enough. The staff was professional, the service leading up to and on the day of the wedding was phenomenal; I felt in very good hands with Paris and her staff. They were knowledgeable, calm, collected, and FUN. My groom and I always had a drink in our hands or a snack on our plate thanks to the staff. There are hundreds of amazing reviews on MBC on this site, and they are all true. Our November 2021 wedding was unfortunately delayed due to flood damage from Hurricane Ida until January 2022. Paris, the wedding coordinator, offered to help us find a new venue so that we didn’t have to delay but we put our trust in her and the team and decided to wait. We loved the brewery the minute we first saw it. It’s so unique and has so much character that we did not want to get married anywhere else. We are so glad that we waited… It was well worth it! When it comes to the most important day of your lives, genuine staff is important. Everyone on staff, especially Paris and Deyna, went above and beyond and were so welcoming and helpful to ensure everything went smoothly. There wasn’t a thing they couldn’t handle with ease and they had everything under control the entire time with nothing left undone. There wasn’t a thing they couldn’t handle with ease and they had everything under control the entire time with nothing left undone. The food and drinks were amazing and our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the evening was – Thanks to Paris, Deyna and the amazing staff!

I am blown away by the excellent service and dedication this venue/staff/Paris has provided us for our wedding celebration on 1/7/2022. We were faced with a snow storm, COVID and the venue recently being wrecked during a recent storm that took out most of the inside of the entire restaurant. Even though I was nervous about even having the event the weeks leading up to our date Paris was professional, calm, and determined that she would get Manayunk Brewing up to par in time for our event. She's so relatable and down to earth and I think that's what really made our experience so great. Thank you Paris and Manayunk brewing team for working super hard to get that place up and running. I know a lot of blood, sweat and tears have been put into that venue the past couple months and it truly shows. It is so unique and trendy. I had a blast and that's the point so thank you Paris!!! We couldn’t have our wedding here due to Hurricane Ida’s wrath. All that to say, Paris is far and away one of the best. She is honest, and truly has your best interests at heart. Whether it was making sure I had a solid florist or when the worst happened, I knew I could trust her opinion. We also had our tasting just before Ida, and we were so bummed to lose out on the food. Their chef is incredible, and we LOVED everything we tasted. He also came out to chat with us, which I appreciated! When Manayunk Brewing is back up and running, highly recommend!

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Manayunk Brewing Company on May 27th on the upper deck area, and were extremely happy with the entire event! Our plans were very up in the air in dealing with Philadelphia's COVID restrictions, but Paris and the entire team were incredible with helping us plan the perfect rehearsal dinner. We knew we wanted an outdoor space to accommodate our guests levels of comfort as restrictions were being lifted, and the upper deck area of Manayunk was absolutely perfect. It was a gorgeous space overlooking the water, we were so happy with how the space looked and heard so many compliments of the event throughout the night. The space was perfect for our 30 person party, the food and drinks were delicious, and the entire staff was awesome! Our entire party was so happy with the event, I would absolutely recommend the Manayunk Brewing Company for any event!

We had our wedding here in November 2019 and it was absolutely the most amazing choice we made! The food and beer are amazing and the interior is so simple and beautiful it left a really blank canvas for us to decorate with the unique touches we wanted to add to really make it OUR wedding (but is also beautiful the way it is so we didn’t need to go overboard.) Paris is so helpful and is basically an encyclopedia of Philadelphia and other local vendors, I was able to tell her what I wanted regarding flower styles, wedding planning (Darby from Seeds of Change was absolutely essential!), types of desserts, photography, etc. and she always had an answer for me within 12 hours. She was also responsible for pointing us in the right direction for photo-ops in and around the brewery, these ended up being my absolute favorite shots of the day! I’d recommended anyone who is looking to get married or even host an event, as I mentioned before this space is beautiful as is and the view to the busy street felt so whimsical and really made you realize you’re in a major Philadelphia hub. The staff and management were helpful at every turn and I’ll never be able to thank them enough for making our wedding the best day ever :)

Manayunk Brewery surpassed all of our expectations! Paris was patient, accommodating, and professional. She answered all of my silly questions and helped to make my crazy ideas come to life. My husband and I wanted a space that felt casual and cozy, but still formal enough to please the parents. Manayunk Brewery was perfect for all of the above! We had the ceremony inside and opened up the deck for cocktail hour. It was so freaking beautiful and our guests were so happy to enjoy the beautiful day outdoors overlooking the river. There was a live band playing downstairs at the restaurant's patio, so that was a fun extra. During the wedding, I didn't have to worry about a thing. I can't give the staff enough compliments. Our guests were served quickly and I never saw a long line at the bar. Paris absolutely saved me by bringing me a honkin' plate of cheesesteak eggrolls (the best) during cocktail hour and ordering sushi for me from downstairs, she and her staff made sure my husband and I were constantly content. The staff were putting in some serious work to help us clean up at the end of the night. All of their efforts were unexpected and so appreciated. MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE. When my husband and I first started looking at venues, we saw Manayunk Brewery pop up on the list (through the Knot!) and knew it was a great match. We went to go eat there for lunch then tour the venue and fell in love. Not only is the space beautiful, we loved the outside porch (with the option to open it, which we did!), and of course, Paris. Paris was amazing to work with. She answered our silly questions, listened to the ideas we had for the space, and was in general, fantastic to work with. The entire staff at Manayunk really made our day special. We've been to many weddings where the bride and groom doesn't get to eat, has to stand up at the bar waiting for a drink, etc. However, that was not the case here. We were fed first (they asked our preference!) so we could walk around to tables while others ate, we were addressed by name by each staff member, offered drinks every time they saw us walking around (even going above and beyond getting any requested drinks from their downstairs bar if it wasn't available for us), and just always being kind, professional, and helpful to not just us but all our guests as well. They were so happy to fulfill whatever request we had. The venue was beautiful (I'm still getting compliments on it!), food was great, and drinks were fantastic! Overall, we are so happy we chose Manayunk were blown away by how well everything went and looked. Thank you again Paris and your team! We had a phenomenal time and loved every minute!

I LOVED having my wedding at Manayunk Brewing. Paris was fantastic to work with, the food was delicious, the beer and drinks were loved by all the guests, and the staff was simply wonderful. I merely had to pop my head out of the ceremony space and a staff member was immediately asking what I needed and what they could do to help me. The wedding went by effortlessly and I and all the guests said it was the best ceremony they've been to. From the very start, working with Paris was so simple - she listened to our (sometimes ridiculous) requests and ideas, and was so accommodating and fun to get to work with. We were able to customize our wedding to the exact vision we had in our minds, keep it within the budget we had hopes, and what it turned out to be on the actual day was well beyond what we had even dreamed it would be. Every guest commented on what a unique place it was, but more that that, they talked about how delicious the food was and how amazing the staff was. Our waiters, waitresses and bartenders were friendly, quick, and literally made sure my husband and I were never without a drink in our hand! They were friendly and efficient, everything you could ask for on a special night. Overall, everything about having our wedding reception at the Brew Pub was wonderful. It was affordable - but beyond our expectations when it came to everything else!! Well let me tell you, they TOTALLY Rocked IT! I could not have been more happy in the end with the way everything turned out. For starters, they were the most reasonably priced out of all the other venues we visited. Then, we got to work with Paris (who is the event coordinator) and she is just so organized, friendly, easy to reach, will answer all your stupid questions, best coordinator there is! She was able to work with all my requests and was so accommodating. Her staff the night of could not have been more attentive. Olivia in particular would check in on me periodically to see if I need another cocktail. And the one bartender would always make sure to serves us bride and groom first so we didn't miss out on anything. We loved having the outside bar open as it was perfect weather that evening. I could go on and on...the food was delicious, cocktail hour was just enough, fresh sushi, craft beers. We loved it and would highly recommend!

I can honestly say that the Brew Pub, as we locals call it, was initially, our last choice for our wedding reception. It was just some place we had always gone to and I wanted something different. Well let me tell you, they TOTALLY Rocked IT! I could not have been more happy in the end with the way everything turned out. I don’t know how to put into words how much gratitude I have for MBC (and especially for Paris). We toured 2 venues before seeing MBC and immediately knew how perfect this space was for our wedding. We had the ceremony on the outdoor deck overlooking the Schuykill River which Paris made work for us despite our guest count and humid weather! It was absolutely perfect, they had just resurfaced the deck which was gorgeous and sturdy! We also took advantage of their new bridal suite (wedding suite, but it’s a brides dream in design) which was stunning and so nice to have a safe haven away from the rest of the festivities. Our dinner was great and the bar-staff were so fun and accommodating. They ran with our request for signature cocktails and everyone was well cared for all night! Paris was up to whatever challenge we brought to her (there was tons) including restructuring the layout of the reception space and ordering larger tables per our request (for free) to accommodate an 8 person band, sweetheart table, dessert table, 12 guest tables and a large dance floor which we fully took advantage of. Paris made sure everything was set up perfectly on our special day and made the entire night run seamlessly. Wish we could get married again and again so we could continue to relive this experience (we might)! Definitely recommending to everyone I know :) but also don’t really have to because they were also at our wedding and fell in love with the space just as we did!

Manayunk Brewery is the best kept secret in Philly. Not only are you getting a very unique venue, but you are getting it for an incredible price. We looked far and wide for the best venue. A lot of them were cookie cutter hotels, the occasional \"mini mansion\" or historical building. Although some were nice I just couldn't imagine paying the astronomical prices. We did not want to be in the burbs, but also didn't want to put our guest through maneuvering in Center City. Manayunk was perfect, Main St is a happening spot. Paris treated us like family. She has a big personality. When I tell you she knows what she'd doing, she really does. She does it with ease, after planning a wedding I have a GREAT deal of respect for someone who can do this for a living. I probably drove Paris crazy towards the end with last minute changes to to the guest list, but she really kept me calm and remained calm herself. We used the outdoor deck for the ceremony space and it turned out to be a beautiful day to be outside. The cocktail hour and reception was indoors. The food was AMAZING. Wedding food is usually well you know, \"wedding food\". And if its beyond the a-typical wedding food you're really breaking the bank, but not Manayunk Brewing Company. We got tons of compliments on the food and of course the BEER. The service during cocktail hour and the reception made our guest felt like royalty for one moment in time. The wait staff really catered to my wife and I, giving us cocktails while we took our photos, setting our appetizers to the side since we did not get to participate in cocktail hour and packing us up desserts for the road. The only thing we would have liked to be done better was the cake situation. I am not sure what happened but we walked away with the 2 out of 3 tiers of cake. A lot of guest did not get any cake. Although disappointing I honestly cannot take points off because our main goals were achieved we stayed within in our budget, the venue was super unique, the food was super good and the entire staff was friendly.

I contacted this venue to host my ceremony and reception here. I opted to discontinue communication due to the event coordinator, Paris, giving sarcastic and passive aggressive written responses back to me from simple questions to understand the space through pictures. I stated I live out of state and in the meantime am trying to understand the event space through pictures. For example, I asked a question about how does the venue handle switching the room over from ceremony to reception. She stated things like “we’re a brewery and don’t have 30 people working your event to flip the space”. I simply asked how is the event space flipped or are there other rooms for cocktail hour. It was a simple question and I didn’t imply any kind of impatience or concerns of flipping the space. I just wanted to know how it’s handed. This was day 1 of my communication with her. Also even after that, I still decided to go ahead and ask for a tour. I asked by saying “any chance I could come visit...and between this time”. Paris, stated, “I’m not available, I am booked from the time I start working to the time of my event that day”. It seemed like a cold response back to me, again from a simple inquiry. I can understand not being able to match up schedules or availability but she didn’t seem to want to try being flexible in her schedule. I stated again, I live out state that’s 3 hours away. So to me, it’s apparent that I must really like the space to travel 3 hours just for a 30 minute tour. However, to her, she didn’t get that point. Therefore, I decided that if I get this kind of treatment before even booking then I should opt to discontinue seeking out this venue. It’s quite sad that with some written communication it’s evident of a nasty and unprofessional attitude towards a customer.

Our wedding reception at Manayunk Brewing Company was AMAZING!!! The event space was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and Paris is the best wedding coordinator any couple could ask for. We received so many compliments from our guests on everything and everyone had so much fun. We even had guests say they want to get married there when the time comes!And PARIS! Paris is a life-saver. She handled so much for us leading up to the big day. Whatever we needed, Paris was on it. She answered all of our questions super speedily, took care of so many of the logistics (including helping us decorate when we were on a time crunch), and helped our wedding run smoothly. I could never write enough nice things about Paris. She's organized, funny, and absolutely brilliant. Everything about our reception was gorgeous, well-planned, and a ton of fun. The night was more perfect than we even hoped for.

Your search for a venue is over! Book Manayunk Brewing Company NOW! This was the first vendor we booked, and it was the best decision we could have made. We knew we wanted a brewery wedding and being the control freak that I am , I thought we'd have to go the DIY route to do it. After checking out a few breweries where we'd need to find our own caterer, we visited MBC in July to make our parents happy (they were very nervous about the DIY idea). As soon as we met Paris Rose (Sales & Banquet Mgr), we knew we were in the right place! Paris Rose was fantastic and made the planning process so easy. She has seen it all and knows what works. She knows what your guests will like/dislike, and she won't steer you wrong or let you waste your money. In her own words: \"I will not let you fail.\" She immediately understood our vision and the vibe we were going for and offered suggestions. From the rehearsal to the ceremony, she was there every step of the way to make sure things went perfectly. This included calling around to find us Philly soft pretzels right before the ceremony when our original vendor didn't show up! We didn't even know there was an issue until after the reception.The event space is beautiful and simply decorated in such a way that we were easily able to make it uniquely ours. Whatever theme and colors you choose (we chose a Navy & Lavender beer theme), it will look awesome in this space. We also opted to have our ceremony on the adjacent upper deck and the river backdrop full of Autumn colors was beautiful.The menu options are endless! Consistent with our casual vibe, we opted for a cocktail style reception with no sit down dinner or assigned seats. We served heavy hors d'oeuvres and went with stations for dinner (tacos, cheesesteaks and potato bar). Unlike other venues we looked at, MBC does cocktail style events often and knew what they were doing! Paris was super helpful when we were making menu selections - providing details on which hors d'oeuvres were popular, appropriate quantities based on our other selections, how to handle dietary restrictions, etc.Another plus? We used 2 vendors from MBC's preferred vendor list: Schaffer Sound (DJ) and La Bella Vita event planning (day of coordination). Both recommendations were spot on - they were awesome!Our guests are still raving about the venue, but more specifically the staff! The bartenders and waitstaff were fantastic and fit right in with our party! Long story short - if you're looking for a venue that will allow you to have as traditional or unique of a wedding as you want, Manayunk Brewing Company is the place! My husband and I only looked at two wedding venues and immediately knew when we toured Manayunk Brewing Co that we had the appropriate venue for our wedding in September 2018. First, the aesthetics of the second floor private event space are beautiful, and even moreso than during our initial walkthrough because they have expanded by 1000 sq feet which made a huge difference in seating and wiggle room for our guests. We were so pleased with the level of service provided by Manayunk Brewing Company, particularly for their event coordinator Paris Rose. She is so easy to work with - she's quick to respond to any and all questions, provides guidance based on her extensive experience, and is so very organized. For me, having Paris as part of the package with hosting both our ceremony and reception at Manayunk meant I did not feel the need to hire a separate wedding planner. It was so nice to work so closely with her and make our wedding vision a reality.Our guests had many good things to say about the venue and the food which we were very happy with! The sushi at cocktail hour was a fun and unique option that everyone raved about and the live action dinner stations were also a big hit, allowing our guests to try a few things for dinner.We thought hard about how to deal with the parking that can be tough in Manayunk, so we would recommend hiring shuttle buses to move guests from your wedding block hotels to the venue to avoid the headaches! The team at the brewery was extremely helpful and on top of everything. The coordinator, Paris, is not only a joy to work with, but also had a very calming presence whenever planning got stressful. Our guests loved the venue and food--and the s'mores bar was a huge hit.Even though we had to move our ceremony indoors because of rain, the team at Manayunk Brewing Company made sure that everything was switched over efficiently and that it was perfect. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. It was wonderful day of, but equally important was how wonderful there were every day before that.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Manayunk Brewing Company on 8/11/18 and it was amazing! We knew as soon as we toured the event space that is was the perfect venue for us. The space itself has a unique, modern vibe which fit so well with our aesthetic. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend adding on the sushi bar for cocktail hour. Our guests raved about it and thought it was so different. The alcohol packages were great and everyone loved their beer!Paris was so helpful throughout the entire planning process with prompt and thorough responses to all of the many questions I had. Her calm attitude on the day of definitely helped to ease my nerves. I did a lot of research when choosing our wedding venue and the brewery by far was the best venue at such a great value for the Philly area!

Her calm attitude on the day of definitely helped to ease my nerves. I did a lot of research when choosing our wedding venue and the brewery by far was the best venue at such a great value for the Philly area!

My hubby and I tied the knot here on July 21, 2018, and I cannot say enough good things about this venue! They recently renovated their private event space, putting down new floors, installing new light fixtures, and expanding the space by a few feet. It has a really cool, industrial chic vibe going, so we were able to go with minimalist decorations and centerpieces. The venue fit our 105 guest wedding really well. Plus they have indoor and outdoor space available - you can pay a little extra to open the patio bar so that guests can sit and sip, overlooking the Schuylkill river. Their event coordinator Paris was incredible - she was always very quick to respond to my frantic emails, and she offered tons of helpful suggestions through the wedding planning process. She was also a great calming voice on the day-of for this nervous bride.All of the staff at the venue were superb - even our other vendors complimented them on being friendly and helpful. The food and beverages were also great. They have a bunch of different unique food options available - we opted for food stations instead of plated meals, and our guests really liked the carving station, stir-fry station and mac and cheese bar. The alcohol package includes the beer that they brew onsite, which changes seasonally. So on the day of, we weren't sure exactly what beers would be served, since it's subject to availability, but there was a wide variety of styles to suit various tastes. 10/10 would wed here again.

We decided to meet with Paris, the event coordinator, and instantly knew we wanted to have our wedding at Manayunk! Paris was extremely helpful while planning our wedding, very responsive to email and always had great suggestions and advice for us. The venue looked beautiful on the day of our wedding, especially after the recent expansion and updates to the room. We did originally plan on having the ceremony outside but needed to move it inside due to the weather, and it still worked out perfectly. The space is so unique with a modern industrial feel. Paris did an amazing job behind the scenes making sure that everything went smoothly, as well as going above and beyond to help accommodate special requests or questions from our family and guests. The food was a huge hit! We added some sushi platters and a mac and cheese bar in addition to our appetizers during cocktail hour and the sushi was the talk of the night! We went with prime rib and chicken picatta for our entrees and both were delicious. Of course, the beers were loved by all of our guests and the fact that there were so many choices, including wine and liquor, was great. The staff also went above and beyond by making us a plate of appetizers during cocktail hour and checking in throughout the night to see if they could get anything for us. Overall, we are so thrilled to have chosen Manayunk Brewing Company as our wedding venue and it was truly the best night ever.

We had our wedding on 5/12/18 at the River Club and we couldn't be more happy with picking them as our ceremony and reception vendor! We were thrilled with the attention to detail Paris and her staff gives. Our guests were thrilled with the quality of food, drinks and service. Even with the last minute change to an indoor ceremony due to the large threat of bad weather, the whole day couldn't have gone more smoothly and that was in large part due to Paris and her wonderful staff. We highly recommend choosing this as your venue!

My husband and I had a wedding party here last month. We'd already gotten married at city hall, so we wanted something relatively low-key where our friends could drink and dance. They set up the room exactly how we wanted it, and we had the perfect hybrid cocktail/dance party, complete with tater tot bar. Paris, the event coordinator, is extremely awesome. She guided us when we had questions, but also listened to us, and was low-stress and fun to work with. She is an expert at her job, and this venue is without a doubt the best in class.

Throughout the entire process, she was honest (with me, the groom, and the coordinators) and always made sure I would have my visions come true. Paris was super easy to get in contact with and was so much fun to work with (I'm kind of sad that I won't have correspondence with her anymore). My guests loved the MBC & absolutely loved the beer options (\"beware of the Rise & Grind\"-- I was told :-D). We went with a cocktail style wedding a.k.a. appetizers only, and people were full & happy all night long- Including me! The bartenders were patient and fun, the servers were sweet and smiling and it was just a complete BLAST. I wish I could do it every weekend.Thank you so much MBC crew!

Imagine being o.c.d with a huge dash of anxiety, a strict financial wedding advisor (my now husband), and a bride trying to plan the most perfect day...somehow bridezilla stayed hibernating all wedding planning long! Everything imaginable was pinned on Pinterest, years and years of ideas, but as wedding planning began I only found myself de-pinning and re-pinning hours a day... In March, right after my husband proposed, literally right after, 16 days to be exact, I drug him to our very first venue, Manayunk Brewing Co. I had visited here a few times when I first turned 21 and never imagined having a wedding at a brewery as drunken nights played a short clip through my mind, standing in the room we would soon be having our first dance as husband and wife! Where is the SOLD sign? Not only did I fall in love with everything Manayunk Brewing Co. had to offer us, but a secret woman crush on our event planner, Paris... I swear she is the sister I never had...fast forward through a typical husbands skeptics and pointless emails to other venues, we found ourselves back at the brewery with my parents (if you think my o.c.d is bad you should meet my mom!) this time ready with a deposit! Literally booked the first venue we looked at and honestly I may have only sent 2 other venues emails...from everything we were being offered, the location, availability, flexibility, fast and easy communication (email responses within the hour) I knew this was the perfect pick for us and PERFECT it was!!!! Back to being o.c.d with a huge dash of anxiety...up until about 2 weeks prior to our wedding, my mom and myself were going to set up the room to how I pinned and wanted, but one day I received an email that felt like my life changed forever!!!! The room had booked!?! $@(?/&:$/@/)-!&/@ I panicked and instantly felt like rather giving birth to a child again than trying to figure out who the heck was going to lay out all my envisions and ideas over the last 8 months...BOOM, it hit me...PARIS to my rescue! (We can cue the fire trucks, the fire is out!!) I’ll be 100, I can be very annoying and controlling when it comes to certain things, for example planning a wedding, but when I say I was able to let go and confide in Paris, (whose actually done this multiple times) leave the ball in her court and breathe for the first time in months, it was simple! The streamline of communication up to and including our wedding was beyond perfect. When we arrived at the brewery the day of our wedding, we walked into absolute perfection! When I tell you I had sheets and diagrams for this poor lady on how I wanted things placed, she exceeded my expectations far and beyond! Every little detail was on point, from the set up, the staff whom was phenomenal and catered to our 16 month, overly tired, crying son, the food of which everyone raved about, to the perfect first few hours as newlyweds, literally perfect! I cannot thank the staff at Manayunk Brewing Co. enough especially Paris, for a night we will always remember! Their recent award for being named The Knots best of weddings 2018 was well deserved and we are so blessed to have experienced the reasons behind the award! Thank you times a million 5 stars!!!!!! As two very serious beer drinkers, the brewery made the perfect backdrop for the best day of our lives.We first found the venue online and were so impressed by the package offerings that we knew we had to go check it out right away. When we got there we fell in love with the space and the moment we met Paris we knew we'd love working with her. We were so excited about the venue that we didn't even see another space - we snagged a date before we even told most of our family we were engaged! The space itself is modern and totally unique. Its open white walls, hardwood floors and exposed pipes make it the perfect blank canvas which is exactly what we were looking for! (Why do most wedding venues insist on using hideous patterned carpet, anyway?) Paris was so great to work with - she was prompt in responding to my questions and emails (and there were A LOT as we got closer to the day) and she always had an encouraging or supportive piece of advice when my head was spinning from all the planning. She's incredibly knowledgeable and took care of things I never would have even thought of.The day of was more than I ever dreamed of. It rained (remnants of Hurricane Harvey) and we moved our outdoor ceremony into the reception space. But I didn't have to worry about a thing - Paris took care of everything and made sure the plan-B was just as good (if not better) than our plan-A. I told Paris my vision and she worked with my vendors to make it come to life, even in spite of the weather. If all eyes were on me walking down the aisle, my eyes were on the gorgeous space Paris helped create.We had 125 guests in the River Room and every single one of them raved about the venue. We're STILL getting complements on the food.. and really how often do you hear about great wedding food?! We went for the second outdoor bar but since it was raining it didn't get as much use as we would have wanted, but it still made for a good space to escape the dance floor for some fresh air.The only thing I would have wanted differently was breakdown at the end of the night. We were responsible for helping to pack up a lot of the decor we had supplied which I understand is fairly common but still not what you want to be doing at the end of your wedding day. We enrolled our wedding party and the staff that was available did help so we were able to get everything packed up and stored for next-day pickup in about 15 minutes. Breaking down and packing up our stuff certainly wasn't a deal-breaker but I'd much rather have spent that time saying goodbye to friends and family who came to celebrate.In all -- the venue was perfect, Paris was AMAZING, and if I could relive our wedding every day for the rest of my life - I would. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

I can’t say enough good things about Paris Rose and the Manayunk Brewing Company. We recently got married in the River Room (10-13-17) and from start to end everything was AMAZING. Paris was amazing from the time we booked the venue back in February of 2016 all the way up to the wedding day. She was on board with anything I could throw at her for my 1950s Friday the 13th wedding. She was so supportive, responsive and amazing to work with. She help my now husband and I every step of the way. She truly made us feel like old friends and family. Paris could not do all this alone; her staff is FABULOUS as well. From beginning to end they where friendly to all of my friends and family. They worked with us before and after the wedding to set up and break down everything. They where always checking on my husband and I to make sure we had everything we needed, we got to eat something and our glasses where never empty. There was one bar tender, I’m sad I never got his name, I feel like every time I turned around he had another glass of wine or a bottle of water for me. He was amazing. The River Room it’s self is absolutely gorgeous and we did very little to enhance it. Up-lighting bounced off the brewery pipes in the open ceiling to create a really cool effect. The surrounding area was amazing for family and bridal party pictures. Paris even allowed us into the brewery to get some amazing shots with the machinery. Dinner was fabulous, every plate was delicious, all night my guest where commenting on the apps and entrees. My husband and I enjoyed the food so much when we did our tasting that we also booked our rehearsal dinner there as well. We plan on going back every year on our anniversary, and maybe a few other times as well!Seriously if you want a fun and beautiful venue filled with an amazing staff and food and a night you will never forget, you need to call Paris Rose at the Manayunk Brewing Company

My husband and I were overwhelmed with searching for our perfect venue and once we met with their even coordinator, Paris at Manayunk Brewing Company, we both instantly knew this was our spot! Paris was more than professional; she was accommodating from our first meeting until the end of our wedding day. Taking time to check in on us throughout the year and keeping us on track, to making sure we were eating throughout the event are only a few of the ways she went above and beyond. The space was perfect for our ceremony and the area surrounding the location was a beautiful setting for photos. Equally as important, the food was DELICIOUS!! Every single piece of prime rib was cooked perfectly to temp, the chicken was moist, the vegan and vegetarian options were also a huge success and the passed hors d'oeuvres were scrumptious. I would also like to give a round of applause to the service staff. Every single person working that day was kind and attentive. We can not say enough to describe how perfect this venue is. Thank you, to the entire staff at Manayunk Brewing Co. for every part you played in making certain our wedding day was amazing.

One of the first things Rob and I did to pick a venue was figure out \"what kind of people we are.\" Asking ourselves important questions like: are we golf course people? NO. are we beach people? NO. are we barn people? HELL NO.Are we Brewery People?! ABSOLUTELY. Wait, do breweries even do weddings?! Thus began our google search and we uncovered that Manayunk Brewing Company has a reception space!!! We e-mailed them and then headed over to check out the space. (insert heart eyes here). We loved it, we loved the look of the space, shelves to decorate, we loved the price, and WE LOVE PARIS. Wow, Paris the event coordinator there is great. She was easy to work with, made great suggestions, helped with the menu, was there for our tasting, worked easily with my vendors and really made our experience wonderful. I was definitely the bride who showed up with a GIANT check list, 100 questions, two wedding planning books, a pencil, and a pen. Paris answered my questions, put me at ease, had a format for the table chart, and answered every dumb/panicked question I had with a calm manner and explanation.We also got to take photos in the hottest room of all time, I mean, the space where they actually brew the beer, which was cool aside from dying in July because of the heat. My only complaint is the women's bathroom air conditioning wasn't working, which I am sure is fixed by now, and the person in charge of taking down my decorations was stopped a few times trying to access the room where she/the bridal party told to put extra stuff. (I didn't know this the day of my wedding, so honestly, who cares, we the left over stuff the following day) Also, if you decide to do the outside bar, MAKE SURE it gets announced or there's signs pointing people towards it. Manayunk Brewing Company was an awesome place for a reception. We loved the look, the space photographed well with our up-lighting, and it was fun seeing all the decorations twinkle as we pulled up to the front and looked into the space.

My husband and I knew that we didn't want the traditional ballroom reception. We're a laid back couple and wanted a place that reflected our personalities. The brewery is such unique venue. The bar/cocktail area has couches for the guests to relax and socialize before/during/after dinner. The dinning room has floor to ceiling windows which really makes the space feel open. The manager, Paris Rose, is awesome! She's knowledgeable and answered any question that I had. She even drafted an email for me to have a difficult conversation with another vendor lol! With all of the stress that comes with planning a wedding, Paris made this part easy!

I don't think I could have imagined my wedding day anywhere else. Manayunk Brewery was so perfect in every aspect. Paris was phenomenal to work with. She went above and beyond, always responded within minutes to any question I had (I had a ton!). She even suggested many other vendors that we ended up using. Her staff was so personable and nice, and they even made a plate for my husband and I during our wedding. The food was top notch! My Dad keeps calling me to send him some of the wings during cocktail hour. Even some of my family members who are picky eaters were in love with the food. Everything about my day went perfectly, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Manayunk Brewery!!!

We had our wedding at Manayunk Brewing Company on 4/22/21017 & had such an amazing experience! From the start of wedding planning, my fiancé & I were drawn to the Brewery as it allowed us to include beer (our favorite) & still have that fancy/refined wedding ceremony & reception feel. The River Room is stunning! Between the hardwood floors, architecture, and overlook to Main Street - it was the perfect & unique backdrop for our ceremony & reception. Event Manager & Communication Paris, the Event Manager, is easy to work with & extremely accommodating! From our first walk-through, she happy to answer questions, provide information on different aspects of the room and how they run events. Each time I emailed her with questions, she was super responsive and provided her recommendations/suggestions throughout. As we got closer, she was awesome at checking in and making sure we were on target for RSVPs and decoration/setups. For the ceremony rehearsal, she really helped go through each area for Plan A (outside) and Plan B (indoors). Overall, her attention to detail allowed for our event to run smoothly and ensure that our guests were enjoying themselves! Food & Drink THE FOOD IS TO DIE FOR. Before the tasting you get the menus to review and make some preliminary decisions-there were so many choices of appetizers and additional stations we had such a hard time narrowing down our options! We had our tasting a few months prior and were so impressed with the quality of the food. Throughout the wedding, our guests kept telling us how much they enjoyed the appetizers and how the entrees were so delicious. We're beer drinkers and were so glad that any beer they have in the downstairs restaurant is on tap for private events. The different flavor combinations were amazing & our guests raved about the options they had to choose from. We cannot thank Manayunk enough for creating such a great memory of our big day. We loved the venue!! The space is perfect for a wedding and has everything you need! Paris was fabulous to work with and was great at helping me with areas I didn't know much about, yet keeping it simple, the way I wanted! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a venue around Philadelphia. It was perfect for us and I would get married there again in a heart beat :)

Paris was fabulous to work with and was great at helping me with areas I didn't know much about, yet keeping it simple, the way I wanted! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a venue around Philadelphia. It was perfect for us and I would get married there again in a heart beat :)

My fiance and I held our engagement party here on 10/22/16 in the Jazz room. It was the perfect venue to introduce our bridal party, family and friends to each other. We and our guests had a wonderful time! The ambiance was warm, welcoming, modern and colorful; the staff was responsive to any requests; and the food was delicious (The salmon entree was a big hit with all who ordered and I absolutely adore the cucumber jalapeno margarita!!) Leading up to the event, Paris was very attentive, communicative and able to answer any and all questions. She was genuinely interested in understanding our vision for our party when we met in person and we were beyond pleased with the results!Keep up the great work and we'll certainly be back to visit (I love the cucumber jalapeno margarita!)

So we wanted our wedding (June 11, 2016) to be a small one, low-key, intimate and just a fun time for everyone. My wife and I don't like being the center of attention and weren't all into the first dances and things like that. We just wanted to throw a party for our friends and family and have fun! Simple! We met Paris and she was exactly the type of person we needed to coordinate our event. She is bubbly, full of energy, enthusiastic, and awesome! With us being kinda gun-shy and tentative, Paris was the perfect complement to plan our wedding. On the day of, she unfortunately wasn't able to be there, but the staff was great at helping set up and allowing my parents, who are florists, set up our table flowers that morning. We got a LOT of compliments about the food and the beer from our guests afterwards. Pretty much can't go wrong with the food you pick. And, the beer flowed all night! Paris and the staff are great - I photobombed a picture the staff was taking in the photobooth - can't find it unfortunately, but they didn't mind at all. I'd strongly recommend working with Paris and Manayunk Brewery. It's a beautiful location and everyone there was awesome!

October 8 2016 was the best day of my life and Paris Rose and the staff at the Manayunk Brewing Company played a large part in that.We had an 85 guests wedding on the 2nd floor in the River Club. We did a few different food stations instead of traditional course meal so that way everyone could eat and mingle with each other. It ran very smooth.The open bar was great as there were 2 or 3 bar tenders and the drinks were strong and everyone was served in a timely manner. We had a photobooth and a DJ and there was plenty of room. We customized our tables and the mantle shelves but the space is beautiful as there are built in ceiling decorations and the walls and barn doors look great. The cocktail hour room is also amazing with the mirrors pictures and red chairs. There are also large windows that show the outside of main street which make for great pictures. We also had access to the back deck which gives a view of the river and there is a large tree nice for pictures.My wife and I are already thinking of hosting our 30th birthday party in the same space because we had so much fun and everyone keeps telling us how much fun they had.Thanks for everything Paris and staff. We will see you soon :)

As a professional event planner myself, I was very impressed with the Brewery staff. They were attentive and accommodating to all of our needs. We had planned an outdoor ceremony and pictures that needed to be moved last minute due to threatening T-storms and the staff could not have been more helpful and competent. Paris was so lovely to work with and helped us all feel calm in a stressful time. I highly recommend the venue and staff.

To say that everything was perfect would be an understatement. Everything from the venue itself, the food, the drinks, and especially the service were beyond what we had hoped for. We dealt with Paris from start to finish and she was on top of everything. She was present for the entire reception, making sure everything was running smoothly and going out of her way to make my wife and I as comfortable as possible. The venue itself is great, it consists of 2 large rooms, one serves as a bar area with high top tables and couches, and the other for dining with enough room for plenty of people. We had a band play at the reception and they sounded great in the room, and there was plenty of room for people to dance, which they did plenty. The building itself has an intimate and rustic feel to it, and it is a completely private area away from the main bar/restaurant. Please just go look at the room if you are considering The Manayunk Brewing Company, you'll see very quickly why we fell in love with it. Valet service is also available. All of this is great but what really made our night special was Paris. She was in contact with us from start to finish and we always felt like she was just a call or email away. She was always responsive and always had great suggestions and guidance. Honestly, almost everyone we have talked to since the wedding has gone out of their way to say how much they loved the reception. We would and will recommend this venue to any of our friends looking to get married in the future. Thank you, Paris.

With Paris Rose as the Event Coordinator, we felt completely supported to make our dream wedding celebration happen. She ensured we had dynamite (gluten-free) food and alcohol options on a budget, and she planned out a perfect arrangement for our 105 closest friends, DJ, and blue-grass band. We had a lot of unique, DIY decorations and were able to drop them off the day before, and Paris orchestrated a timely set-up. We even added a few last minute guests and made a last minute request for photos in the brewery room - Paris made it happen. \r\rThere are so many elements of planning a wedding that you just never even imagine until you need to make an on-the-spot decision. We knew from the moment we saw a portrait of Johnny Cash next to another of Billie Holiday that the River Club at the Manayunk Brewing Company would be our perfect venue. It also met all our requirements of wanting both our ceremony and reception in one place and needing handicap access for my grandfather. We loved the ease of just picking our menu from an awesome, but not overwhelming range of options. We did get a little nervous when we found out the event coordinator we started working with for our 10/4/15 was leaving, but then we met Paris and within a brief conversation she had our full confidence. She and her staff went beyond our expectation. Our guests were warmly welcomed, well directed, and satiated with delicious food and drink. We highly recommend as a fun setting with a very accommodating staff.

The reception area perfectly accommodated this amount. It was a beautiful day, our guests also enjoyed the outdoor porch and open bar. \r\rThe space has a lot of character which made it easy to decorate. \r\rMarissa was our event planner, she was awesome! We really appreciated the time she took to make everything special for us leading up to the day of. She was easy to reach when we needed her. We would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for unique space with good food and atmosphere.

This place is great! We had originally booked another venue with an industrial feel in Philly, but they got evicted and we had to start from square one again...THANK GOD! I actually like this place million times better than the first place we booked and we saved about $10k!! My husband is a beer guy so he was sold once he heard we would get to have their craft beers instead of just bud and bud light. Not only is it about ⅓ less than all the other places in Philly we looked at...and we looked at them all...but its old lofty feel gives it more character than a regular old ballroom which is exactly what we were looking for. We only did votive candles and centerpieces for decor, but guests kept telling me how beautiful the space was. Huge bonus- the giant deck out back that you can use for no charge (additional bartender is $75 for the night...totally worth it!)\rMy only complaint is that Marissa can be a bit less responsive than I would prefer. She will always get back to you though, it just make take a few days.

We had a reception for 110 people in the River Club area of the brewery in July, 2012 and it was wonderful! We made it a somewhat casual affair, with the South Philly Buffet (cheesesteaks, hoagies and soft pretzels!). Heather, the event manager, is very nice and helpful - laid back but very on top of anything you need! Plus the DJ they use on a weekly basis and recommended was wonderful, made the night so much fun! Great place if you love good beer and food!

The food was delicious - just what we wanted - and the servers during the event were outstanding. One girl even came up to me right after the ceremony and asked me, by name, if I needed anything. I was impressed. Our wedding was on the hottest day of the summer and the air conditioning, and then the power, went out. Luckily, both came on in time, and the Brewery compensated us for our trouble. Considering how great my experience was with the Brewery, it grieves me to say that their Event Manager needs to communicate better with people renting the space. She was never rude to me, but I did feel like I was always reaching out to her, never her to me. Having never organized an event this large, I could have used her guidance, which I never got. I felt that she never completely read the emails I sent, and when I talked to her on the phone, I felt like I was bothering her. Not how a bride should feel. All in all, excellent venue, excellent value (they were great about working with our budget), not so excellent communication. I would still recommended it.

I spent time 3 week before the wedding to design the seating plan for the rehearsel dinner. I emailed it off to the sales coordinator and never heard back. When I called her 2 WEEKS later she was finally able to locate it and said that it would be fine. When I arrived the night of they had set up 6 SMALL 4 person tables for 28 guests. After finding a manager he attempted to fix the situation and explained that a floor plan was never given to him. After that the staff was very helpful and the food was AMAZING as well as the drinks. Everyone had a wonderful evening despite the original mix up.

I spent time 3 week before the wedding to design the seating plan for the rehearsel dinner. I emailed it off to the sales coordinator and never heard back. When I called her 2 WEEKS later she was finally able to locate it and said that it would be fine. When I arrived the night of they had set up 6 SMALL 4 person tables for 28 guests. After finding a manager he attempted to fix the situation and explained that a floor plan was never given to him. After that the staff was very helpful and the food was AMAZING as well as the drinks. Everyone had a wonderful evening despite the original mix up.

It is the perfect balance of eclectic and class. We loved the bar and dance area with trendy red leather couches adjacent to an elegant dining area that made for beautiful pictures.

I love the fact that the space matched our exact mood and feelings. The space was had a unfinished, but interesting look. The banquet manager and staff was very professional and catered to my every need.;If you are looking to have a large wedding (over 125 guests) then this isn't the place for you.
