Manor House is a wedding venue located on 18 acres of lush grounds in Mason, OH. Just 25 minutes from Cincinnati, this mansion combines the convenience of the suburbs with the charm of a natural setting. Owners Janet and David Nelson invite you to take a tour and discover the breathtaking beauty of this expansive estate. Manor House has multiple spaces in which you can host your celebration. The Gardens are perfect for lush outdoor ceremonies and feature numerous verandahs and fountains, a gazebo, and a secluded brick courtyard flanked by white columns. The Carriage house provides a more intimate indoor space and is equipped with modern amenities and rustic-chic accents. The Main Building is best for grand affairs and can accommodate hundreds of guests. The Augusta and Magnolia Rooms can be combined for use to accommodate up to 750 guests. The Crystal Ballroom suits up to 300 loved ones and can be used together with the Carolina Room for couples hosting 700 people. Each ballroom comes with built-in mahogany bars, wood paneling, cozy fireplaces, and crystal chandeliers. For a truly unique and elegant wedding, you can even tie the knot in the Atrium, which boasts a spectacular glass ceiling that fills the space with a lot of natural light. Rental of Manor House comes with an event coordinator and management team who will help you plan and execute your event. Wedding packages include table and chairs, chair sashes, plate chargers, specialty linens, and pin lighting. The team can arrange a photo booth so that your loved ones can click a keepsake of your big day. The Executive In-house Chef will also consult with you to create a culinary masterpiece that speaks to your tastes and preferences. Menus can be customized for sit-down dinners, buffets, hors d’oeuvres, luncheons, and brunches. Whatever personalized touches and décor you desire, the staff will work hard to make all your dreams come true.

As soon as we walked into the Manor House, I knew it was where I wanted to get married. Our wedding was absolutely wonderful and we loved having it here. The week of the wedding there was a lot of communication breakdown and it probably had to do with the holidays. My biggest and only complaint was that the wedding next door interrupted our ceremony with their DJ introductions and I am just praying our videographer can edit it out. It was a very disappointing moment, but everything else was wonderful.

We're so happy with our wedding at the manor house. Madison our sales manager made our planing process smooth from the very beginning to the day of. The venue is beautiful and the staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The day was very well managed providing everything needed from the kitchen, bar, table set up, clean up, and a day of coordinator. The food served from the manor house kitchen looked amazing and tasted great. We've received many compliments of the food & drinks from our guests. Having their beautiful landscaping outside so we didn't have to go anywhere else for photos saved us so much time to enjoy our day. The manor house is an amazing venue and we can't thank them enough for making our day so special!

October 20th 2023 will be a day forever remembered for many reasons. For one thing, the Carriage House looked absolutely stunning with the fall colors. The Manor House, and its staff, was absolutely a major contributor to that unforgettable day! Madison made every step toward the wedding day an absolute breeze, keeping us informed, and on track, for our perfect day. When it came down to the actual wedding day, Jacob (Event Manager) and the rest of the the team, made it an absolute cake walk by making sure all our needs were met. The decorations they set up looked perfect and as we envisioned, and the teardown also went smoothly thanks to their help. They truly went beyond our expectations, and we truly appreciate everything they did to make our wedding day truly unforgettable.

Absolutely fantastic. The Manor House was the perfect venue for our wedding. The people there were wonderful and so knowledgeable about the wedding planning process. We could not have asked for a better team to help us put together the most perfect day. Everything turned out better than we imagined on paper. The wedding coordinators (especially Allison) helped us create a fantastic plan and something our guests really were excited to attend. Our guests continuously raved about how wonderful the food, desert, and drinks were. They described it as \"the best wedding food they've ever had\". The decor was set up exactly how we imagined and everything was spotless. The day-of coordinators made sure the day before and day-of were seamless. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful venue that exceeds your expectations, look no further.

We got married at the Carriage House recently and the venue is stunning! The gardens/ground are beautiful as well (they plant flower's over Mother's Day) and there are so many opportunities for stunning photos. Would definitely get married there again, but there were a few things I think they could improve.Our sales manager (Madison) was amazing, super responsive to email, and very organized. I loved working with her and thought she did an amazing job. I had a specific extra vendor I wanted to bring in and she helped make it happen - I really appreciated her. Other great things - the brunch was amazing and as mentioned, the venue was gorgeous. I didn't mind getting ready elsewhere but with access to the venue being permitted only 2 hours beforehand, there really isn't time to get ready on site - for the bride anyway. My husband got ready there and it worked well for the guys.I loved the idea of an event coordinator for the day of the wedding, but I didn't meet her until that morning and she was very absent during our event. We had a couple issues with décor not being set up despite dropping things off the day with everything's intended locations labeled and she was nowhere to be found. My mom had to run around for the hour before the ceremony directing people where to put things, which we'd thought would be handled by the venue. We had asked for the ceremony flowers to be moved inside to frame the sweetheart table and when my sister went to find the event coordinator, she was told that \"wasn't her job\" and that we needed to do it ourselves ... which meant my maid of honor carried them inside. The DJ and the photographer ended up being much bigger helps to make the day go smoothly. It was still a great day, but wouldn't rely on the \"event coordinator,\" which is pitched like an extra service, to help with much at all. They did say specifically that the day-of coordinator won't help with processional, ceremony, etc, but we expected more help with the things I'd specifically discussed with the sales manager beforehand. She'd had a Friday wedding the night before ours and maybe she was tired, but it definitely felt like she didn't care much about how our event went.If I did it again, I would probably still get married at the Carriage House, but I would definitely have either hired a separate day-of coordinator to help make sure things went smoothly or to introduce a specific meeting the week of the wedding with the event coordinator who is scheduled the day of the wedding.

We received endless comments on how beautiful the venue was, how delicious and beautifully-presented the food was, and how kind all the staff were. During our planning process, we had a change of sales person. Then for the rehearsal dinner we had a different person coordinating, and another different person for the wedding day. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the three people, as things we had discussed during the rehearsal dinner didn’t end up happening on the wedding day. We also had an issue with pricing in our final statement, where they tried to raise prices over 25% from our initial booking, when our contract stated a 10-12% raise at most. When our decorations were being packed up for the night, they broke one of my signs to fit it into the bins I provided (they are mailing me a check to resolve that issue), and threw my arch drapes into the bins without folding them.The venue itself is gorgeous, beautifully maintained grounds and clean facilities. Our wedding went well, but mostly thanks to vendors such as the photographer and DJ. I didn’t even see my coordinator from Manor House more than one or two times my entire wedding day. They also don’t let you onto the property until 2 hours before your wedding, so as a bride, getting ready at the venue is not an option.

We absolutely loved our experience working with Shannon Wullenweber, and our day-of coordinator Jacob. They were incredibly professional, flexible, and accommodating. On the day of, they were right nearby to handle any needs we had, and their positive attitudes made for an absolutely perfect day. Planning our 200+ person wedding was easy and straight-forward. The venue also made for the prettiest pictures inside the venue and outside. Great aesthetic, great staff, great food. Wouldn't change a thing. Highly, highly recommend!

Everyone should get married at the Manor House in Mason! They were by far the BEST vendor we worked with. Everything was perfect from our first meeting until our exit and the morning-after brunch the next day. Shannon was incredible to us and made us feel so important and cared for throughout the whole process. She honored our budget and helped us make decisions. She wanted our day to be about us and did a phenomenal job bringing our dreams to reality! We got married outside at the Carriage House and the interior was decorated perfectly. Everything was so smooth from start to finish. I loved that we didn’t have to go from ceremony to pictures to reception at different places. It was easy to just arrive and know we’d be there for the remainder of the day. We had stations (pasta and bbq) and everyone had something they could enjoy. Our bridal attendant did a beautiful job making sure that we were taken care of. I didn’t have a worry in the world when working with the Manor House. I truly couldn’t recommend it enough!

My daughter's wedding and reception was at the Carriage House on a Friday evening and then we had brunch on Saturday morning in the Atrium. Both venues were unique in their own way and received nothing but the highest praise from all guests. The brunch on Saturday was INCREDIBLE and the food, chefs and decor were AMAZING! A special thank you to Shannon for all your time and efforts in making my daughter and son-in-law have the most fabulous wedding. We had our wedding in the Atrium of Manor House and we give Manor House our highest ratings! This venue is so special and beautiful. The glass roof is such a special touch making this venue very unusual and special. The garden in front of the Atrium and the area around Manor House were impeccably maintained and landscaped! The food prepared by Manor House was very tasty and beautifully served. The decor (plates, silverware, table cloths, napkins, furniture, etc.) provided by Manor House is very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and professional. Their organization and professionalism are top-notch! The staff takes the extra mile to customize the event to the couple's liking and taste and to make the couple and guests feel very special! I am so happy we chose Manor House as our venue! It will now forever hold a special place in our hearts! <3

We could not recommend the Manor House more! We had an Indian wedding at the Manor House in April 2022. The Manor House has hosted many Indian/South Asian weddings and know exactly what they entail. (They entail a lot!) Many venues do not allow outside catering, but the Manor House allowed us to cater from an outside Indian restaurant. We were even able to have the groom ride in on a horse outside the venue! Our wedding coordinator Allison was the best! She was so kind and lovely to work with. She was extremely helpful every step of the way. She was very supportive during our stressful wedding planning journey. She is very knowledgeable about South Asian weddings and events. I do not live in Ohio. Allison worked closely with my mom in person and me virtually to ensure I would have the perfect day. On our wedding day, we did not have to worry about a thing. We just enjoyed our day and the Manor House executed everything perfectly! We will cherish our wedding day forever!

We had our daughter's wedding at the Manor House Event Center on 3/27/22. There are not enough adjectives to be able to express how happy we were with every aspect of our experience. From all of our pre-planning meetings with Shannon, who is fantastic, to the beautiful facility with accommodations for all the plans we had, and all the way to the day-of support from servers and the food; however, the over-and-above excellent shout out goes to Jacob!! We highly recommend Manor House to any planning a wedding couples for its outstanding and first-class service.

Absolutely wonderful venue for any event you could possibly have! My wife and I got married here, in the Carriage House, and we loved every second of it. My wife had any help she could possibly need on the day of our wedding, we each had a room to get ready in, and we were able to have our ceremony and reception at the same location. The food here is absolutely top notch. We went with a buffet, and while many buffets have issues with food being too bland or dry, that wasn't the case here. The food was amazing, and many people commented on it in a positive manner. All in all the ambiance, service, and goods were amazing and we could not be more happy.

Booking Manor House as our ceremony and reception venue was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. Manor House is extremely gorgeous and is the perfect place to take pictures. My photographer and videographer could not stop gushing about how amazing the property was. However, the beautiful property is not even the best part about Manor House. The entire staff was so organized and helpful. We primarily worked with Shannon (who is absolutely amazing - I am so sad that my wedding is over because I won't be able to work with her anymore) and she was always so kind and willing to answer all of my many questions, especially in the midst of uncertainty regarding COVID-19. She was so kind and was so willing to let us come back 3 times to look at table cloth samples when my mom and I were indecisive - we ended up sampling over 10 table cloths, not including the different napkins we looked at, and Shannon was more than happy to accommodate us and order more samples for us! Manor House took care of anything and everything we needed - they had so many people on staff specifically for my wedding so everything went smoothly and everything was taken care of. I was hesitant to book Manor House at first because they can be on the pricier end, however they do more than any other venue I looked at. I actually believe I would have spent more if I booked a cheaper venue because they don't do as much or provide as much as Manor House. Plus, I had total peace of mind that they would take care of everything leading up to my wedding and during my wedding, which is priceless. On top of all of this, the food is phenomenal and my family and friends didn't have to stay late after my wedding to tear everything down because Manor House does set up and tear down. Manor House is worth every single penny and I recommend them to every single person who is looking for a reception venue. Even my dad, who is frugal and doesn't like spending money, agrees that Manor House was amazing and worth every single penny. You won't regret booking Manor House.

We had our wedding and reception in the Carriage House at Manor House. The wedding day went well and everything was set up by the event staff perfectly. We booked Manor House about 15 months before our wedding. In that time frame, we had 3 wedding coordinators, as the first two coordinators we had, left their positions. As soon as we saw the Carriage House when we toured the Manor House we knew we wanted to get married there. Stunning and rustic with gorgeous wood doors on the outside and wood beams on the ceiling of the inside. The only drawback to the Manor House is that they host other events outside of weddings, so if you get married there you are restricted to certain start and end times for your ceremony and reception. For us, the beauty of the venue and the excellent customer service outweighed this one drawback. Christine Woodrum was the woman who worked with us from the day we booked through our wedding day, and she was awesome. Christine was kind and professional. She answered every question I had promptly, and let me come look at the venue as many times as I wanted throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding you get a bridal hostess that pretty much caters to the Bride and bridesmaid's every need. Ours was Sydney-she was SO sweet and super on top of things. She never lost energy and enthusiasm throughout the long day. The event manager was also there during our ceremony and reception to help make sure everything was going according to the timeline we planned. Any fear I had before our wedding day was eliminated the day of largely because of the attentiveness of the Manor House staff. Thank you Manor House for the best day of our lives.

Then day of we had Sydney helping to make sure everything was running smoothly and she was so on top of things that nothing went wrong for the ceremony or reception. Our wedding was in the Carriage house and everything was beautiful and I would recommend having your event back there because it was more private than the main building ballrooms. The Manor House has so many resources for you it makes the planning even easier. If I could do it all over again I would do it at the Manor House in a heart beat.

The Manor House is the place to have your wedding! We had our ceremony and reception at The Carriage House. Our ceremony was held out back, dinner on the second floor and dancing on the first floor. I was a little concerned about having the dance floor and tables on separate levels but it worked out perfectly fine! It did not prevent the dance floor from being full the entire night (it helped that they set up a few sitting and cocktail tables in the room as well). The grounds were amazing for taking pictures - our photographer found so many unique areas for different pictures so there was no need to go elsewhere. I know there were other receptions going on that night, but I never saw another bride or wedding party while taking pictures. They are great at timing everything out so you feel like you have the place to yourself. All of the workers are so friendly and helpful and definitely know how to run a wedding! They make the planning process so easy and have endless pieces of advice for any obstacle you come across. The food tasted fantastic and we had many compliments from our guests. There was a delay with the shuttle from the hotel and the workers there were so accommodating and quick to shift the timeline by 15 minutes and communicating it to each vendor without me having to worry about a thing! They know how to make your day go perfectly and smoothly and make the whole planning process stress free. They radiate professionalism and positivity every step of the way.

I was a little concerned about having the dance floor and tables on separate levels but it worked out perfectly fine! It did not prevent the dance floor from being full the entire night (it helped that they set up a few sitting and cocktail tables in the room as well). The grounds were amazing for taking pictures - our photographer found so many unique areas for different pictures so there was no need to go elsewhere. I know there were other receptions going on that night, but I never saw another bride or wedding party while taking pictures. They are great at timing everything out so you feel like you have the place to yourself. All of the workers are so friendly and helpful and definitely know how to run a wedding! They make the planning process so easy and have endless pieces of advice for any obstacle you come across. The food tasted fantastic and we had many compliments from our guests. There was a delay with the shuttle from the hotel and the workers there were so accommodating and quick to shift the timeline by 15 minutes and communicating it to each vendor without me having to worry about a thing! They know how to make your day go perfectly and smoothly and make the whole planning process stress free. They radiate professionalism and positivity every step of the way.

The Manor House did an excellent job. Christine was a great coordinator! Our wedding went really well-but there were a few things I wish were done differently. However, they're nothing huge..but one was kinda irritating. I bought custom cocktail napkins for the cocktail 30 minutes. I left in my directions for them to be passed out with the food, and the left over to be put at the bar. Turns out, they put a little at the bottom of their Manor House napkins while serving food. The venue is however expensive and misc things will cost extra money (chair covers, offering a second meal, folding napkins a certain way) so beware but all in all - I would have my wedding here again as it was my dream wedding and the Atrium is the most beautiful room ever! Just knowing beforehand about the hidden costs would have helped me better budget! Very happy with my decision!!!

My husband and I are SO glad we chose to use the Manor House for our wedding. It had everything we hoped for including: one location for ceremony & reception (although there are various locations you can choose to have both throughout the Manor House), outdoor/indoor options in case of weather, beautiful architecture and landscaping, excellent location for pictures, professional staff, bridal hostess to help the day of, hotels nearby, and plenty of parking for guests. We had our ceremony in the Carriage House, followed by a cocktail hour, then reception in the Magnolia room. We had plenty of room for all 215 guests. The food was excellent! There is not much wiggle room with creating a timeline (Manor House will allow you to choose a morning/evening wedding, then give you times for ceremony/reception) but this made the timeline easier to work with when the timeline is established based on what works best from their experience. This is definitely an expensive venue, but worth every penny when I could be confident in the venue decision, beautiful scenery, great food, and cooperative staff. Highly recommend!!!

The Manor House was amazing! If you desire a beautiful, elegant backdrop for your wedding ceremony and reception, this is your venue. We were married July 2017 at the gazebo and our reception was in the Augusta ballroom with the cocktail hour in the adjacent courtyard. Our guests loved it!If you are blessed and fortunate to work with Shannon, you will be extremely pleased. Shannon provides excellent service with a fun, warm demeanor. My husband and I were very impressed with Manor House and they helped to make our wedding day magical and very special!

Best night of our lives! VENUE: We had our ceremony in the Coach room and reception in the main room of the Carriage House. The venue was breathtaking with an elegant and rustic charm. With the stunning decor in the Carriage House, there wasn't much need for a lot of additional decorations. The beautiful fireplaces were turned on in both rooms and made such a welcoming and cozy addition. The tables looked beautiful with the elegant place settings and eggplant napkins they provided. STAFF: Shannon was our main contact person from start to finish. She was easy to work with through the planning process and always had an energetic, positive vibe. Shannon was in contact with all of our vendors, which took a lot of stress away from me. The other staff at the Manor House worked together to make our ceremony and reception absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived for pictures, we had someone checking in on us every 15 minutes to see if we needed anything. They were attentive without being intrusive. I truly felt like I had nothing to worry about once I arrived. Everything went off without a hitch (and if it didn't, they were so good, that I had no idea!) My dad (who does not give away money easily) felt that every dollar was well spent. With the level of service provided before and during the wedding and reception, the staff truly earned the service charge applied to the event. FOOD: The plated meals were served quickly and were delicious. We had the filet mignon and chicken piccata. Our guests were very complimentary about both. As a request from the groom, we also had late night bites provided by the Manor House. We ordered cheeseburger sliders and a Skyline coney bar. The late night bites came out around 10:00 and both were AMAZING!! OVERALL: We decided to get married three months after getting engaged. I would never have imagined we would be able to pull off such a wonderful event in this short period of time. With the help of the Manor House (and my retired mom), the day was one I will remember for a lifetime. Besides the 50 degree temperature drop the day of the wedding, there was not a single thing I would change about the day! Thank you to Shannon and the rest of the Manor House staff for helping to make our day perfect! :)

The grounds are gorgeous and well kept, the interior is very classy and formal. I had my wedding ceremony in the atrium and it was gorgeous, I just loved the amount of natural light and the ceiling in that room. My reception was held in the Carolina room and it was perfect, my favorite part of the room was the bar and fireplace, very cozy and classy atmosphere. Michelle did an amazing job working and guiding us through the wedding planning process. She was so very nice and easy to work with. She is very professional and an expert in planning the perfect wedding for our daughter. The wedding ceremony was held in the beautiful outdoor gazebo and gardens. It was picture perfect! We were blessed with great weather and the ceremony was lovely.The reception in the Carolina room was absolutely breath taking and beautiful! It was set up exactly as we had planned and was stunning with the centerpieces, chair covers and sashes! I can't say enough about the great service of all staff during the reception! Christine and Corrine our banquet coordinators were exceptional and went above and beyond to make things absolutely perfect. We all enjoyed the delicious food and drink and had the time of our lives!I highly recommend the Manor house and I personally want to thank Michelle and all the other staff for making it the best day of my daughters life!

I'm not sure I can say enough amazing things about Manor House. Let me start by saying that Shannon was an absolute dream to work with. She kept me informed and on track every step of the way. Because we had a long engagement, we actually booked Manor House almost 2 years before our wedding date, which meant that we had plenty of time to drive Shannon and the team crazy with decision changes - all of which she handled with grace and genuine care. In addition to the beautiful ceremony and reception sites Manor House also hosts their own catering - and let me tell you that their food is phenomenal! Everyone I spoke with throughout the evening mentioned how great their food was. Shannon even worked with us to rent chairs and linens for the reception and she helped us lay out the most ideal room design for all of our guests, cake display, and gifts. Corrine was our bridal hostess for the day of the wedding and she did a superb job as well. She kept us in line and even helped keep up properly located with our agenda for the day. It was so wonderful to work with such a thoughtful staff and to host both our ceremony and reception in the same place. You pay a little more for the quality and convenience, but it was worth every penny for us.

Overall this is a great experience I love the Manor House and the staff ,my sisters wedding went with out a hitch. Christine the manager for the night was amazing she helped the whole family when she could when she wasn't able to the bridal hostess Michaela was there to help as well. I don't think the night wouldn't have gone the way it did if it was for those two amazing young ladies. Then near the middle of the night things got a little confusing another lady approached my families table asking how everything was she said she was the manager and hoped the event was going well. This was the first we were told about her. Then thought the rest of the night I was see her come in and out taking pictures of people dancing and just watching. I get that weddings are a fun thing to experience but this isn't anyone you know and to take pictures of my family without asking disturbed me a little. Yes she said she was the manager but Christine was the manager for us and made that clear at the start, i would prefer people not to take pictures unless they are invited or ask if it would be ok. Just a little creepy. But back to the event it was beautiful the manor house knows how to have an elegant facility and for the most part be professional. Christine and Michaela from me and my family we would like to say thank you for making the night as great as it was. Love You both

Our wedding was on 7-16-16 and the venue was at the Manor House. It was such an incredible experience, the staff were amazing, and I felt there wasn't one piece that was missing during my wedding. Particularly, I worked with Naila Chowdhery and Shannon Wullenweber and they were absolutely fantastic. Things I had not thought of, they did. The venue was perfect. Particularly on the day of our wedding, Naila went above and beyond, and participated in every single part of the wedding, right down to hosting our guests. She exceeded our expectations and we will always be grateful for that! My husband and I had family members travel from around the globe and they could not stop talking about how gorgeous the Manor House was, and yet how personable and warm the staff was. We HIGHLY recommend getting married, 5 stars just is not enough!!!!

What an incredible night! We were amazed at the organization and willingness to go out of their way to make our day extra special. Shannon was fantastic through the planning process an was able to answer all questions. Naila ran our event with precision and was there to help with anything at any minute...even a last minute shoe disaster with a bridesmaid. The grounds are beautiful and I can't wait to see our amazing pictures. When we walked in the room, my jaw almost hit the floor from how beautiful it was. I can't imagine a more amazing venue and staff than what we experienced at Manor House. THANK YOU for one of the most incredible days of our lives!

The Manor House was excellent. I talked to them pretty much every week for the 6 months leading up to my wedding and they were always super helpful and willing to do what I needed to make my day perfect. They were quick to respond to any emails or calls. The room was very beautiful the day of the wedding. We used both the Crystal Room and the Carriage House and both were fantastic. Our event manager was great, despite being new and not having history with the venue and our manager the night of the wedding was also great and super helpful. She constantly was asking me if I needed anything. I can't say enough about how awesome they were and how they made my day everything I hoped for. They were also very accommodating to last minute seating chart changes for the guests that didn't come.

As soon as the wedding party pulled up to the reception we were immediately greeted by the Banquet Manager, Naila, and ushered into a private room with Champagne and appetizers. Her poise and professionalism throughout the night was exceptional and she set the tone for the entire evening. We were also assigned a captain, Christine, who took care of us the entire evening, and it was like having a \"right hand man\" to take care of whatever we needed. The owners, Bill and Kathy, are wonderful people and they really know what they are doing. Our reception was magical and the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty for a night. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The event went well, everyone seemed happy but there was just something that bug me the whole night. A manager I do not want to say her name but you will know who I'm talking about if you have her in your room. She is not nice to her employees. I ran into her yelling at these kids, these kids are here to have a job they were serving us perfectly fine and for some reason they were getting yelled at for not bussing the tables. Even though from what I could see the tables are fine if I can remember my servers name I would personally thank him he made my night and he was a very kind and generous young man . Thank you to all the Manor House servers and everything you guys do for us the guest.

If the knot only offered more than 5 stars the Manor House would get every one! My family and I could not be more pleased with our experience there. Shannon walked us through exactly what we could expect if we booked and the service staff backed that up to the nines!! I was so detail oriented on EVERYTHING I wanted for my wedding that after meeting the Manor House staff I knew I was in good hands. I think every wedding is special but mine felt magical. We had a lot of out-of-town guests and they raved the next morning about how lovely they thought the reception site was. I can't wait to plan a milestone wedding anniversary party there!!

We had our wedding at the Manor House on September 19 and it turned out to be the most beautiful day. Everything I could have imagined and more. Leading up to that day, I worked with Linda Lykins and would not recommend her. She was very unprofessional and made promises that she did not keep. At one point, I tried to get my money back and start over with a different venue. I am so glad that I did not because for the rehearsal and wedding, Nila took care of us and she was absolutely phenomenal! She took care of everything for us and was very professional. The Manor House is a beautiful venue, with gorgeous landscape and great food! As long as you don't work with Linda, it will be the perfect venue for you!

We had our wedding at the Manor House on September 19 and it turned out to be the most beautiful day. Everything I could have imagined and more. Leading up to that day, I worked with Linda Lykins and would not recommend her. She was very unprofessional and made promises that she did not keep. At one point, I tried to get my money back and start over with a different venue. I am so glad that I did not because for the rehearsal and wedding, Nila took care of us and she was absolutely phenomenal! She took care of everything for us and was very professional. The Manor House is a beautiful venue, with gorgeous landscape and great food! As long as you don't work with Linda, it will be the perfect venue for you!

Manor House was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. We toured many, many venues and walked away from all of them with an uncertain feeling. When we toured Manor House, we instantly knew that we had to have our reception there. The venue has such a classy feel to it, with so many beautiful areas for photographing. We originally worked with Anna, who eventually left Manor House. We were then matched with Shannon, and we were so glad to be able to work with her. She has such a great wedding planning background and brought up topics that we didn't even think of. Shannon was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and would answer my emails within minutes every time I had a revision or question. On the day of the wedding, our room (The Crystal Ballroom) was absolutely gorgeous with all of the details and the lighting that Shannon helped us pick out. The food was so delicious, and all of the details were taken care of by their wonderful staff. We are so glad that we chose Manor House for the high quality, classiness, and incredible management. It was a great feeling to hand over all of our hard work leading up to the wedding, and have Manor House run the show for us. Thank you for making our wedding such a beautiful and memorable event!

I am overall extremely pleased with my choice of Manor House for our Wedding Ceremony and Reception Venue. Our Wedding Coordinator was Michelle- she was great to work with. She was very quick to respond to my emails and any last minute changes. My only complaint is that Manor House does run a very strict timeline, and I had not realized it at the time, but as we booked a Friday wedding, we did not have a lot of time for photos before it got dark. Everything else was exceptional- the food was great, the staff was extremely helpful, and my Banquet Manager, Nick, truly saved my wedding when my cake did not arrive (I didn't even realize it because I was so involved in photos and keeping the Wedding Party on task). When Nick realized the cake had not arrived he talked to me, then called the bakery himself and got them to bring it (the bakery had forgotten my cake!!!) in time for the cake cutting. I would absolutely recommend Manor House to anyone, although if you are planning a Fall Wedding in the evening I would advise doing your photos at a different location beforehand so you can get all the pictures you want. Despite time allocation for photos I could not be more pleased with Manor House as Nick literally saved my wedding by making sure the bakery delivered the cake.

The Carriage House here is unbelievable and is absolutely gorgeous. Ceremony costs are $2,000, but you also get a bridal and groom's suite to get ready in. Picture potential is amazing. The reception room was absolutely gorgeous. Dance floor, linens, silverware, food, alcohol, and day-of coordinator are all included in the food and beverage cost. I would say the cost is reasonable overall, especially for a gorgeous wedding. The food is extremely good and very high quality. We only had a couple of communication hiccups, but overall, everything was perfect. Manor House helped make my day PERFECT, and I will cherish it even more because of their hard work.

I could not have been happier with the Manor House! When we started looking for places in the Dayton/Cincinnati area to have our wedding, we were looking for a place similar to the Manor House where we could have both the ceremony and reception at the same location. Even other venues we visited had heard of the Manor House and had very positive things to say about the place. Once we checked it out, we knew this was the place for us.\r\rLinda was our coordinator, and she was extremely helpful and made everything very easy for me, especially since I was planning from out of town. This venue does everything for you, like providing the food, drinks, decorations, and staff. They coordinate with all of your vendors for you in terms of set up/drop off times. They provide several assistants throughout your wedding night so that you really don’t have to worry about the smaller details (family/bridal party lining up for ceremony, getting everyone over to the reception hall, set up, clean up). They really have thought of everything! \r\rThe venue is absolutely gorgeous, both the outside scenery for photos as well as parts inside. We chose to have our ceremony at the Carriage House and our reception was in one of the reception halls. We have seen a few preview photos from our photographer, and the scenery is really ideal for photos. Even if the weather is bad, there are several places indoors or under an awning that work as well. \r\rThe food was excellent, and they have a variety of options to choose from. All staff was professional and extremely helpful. Although it is on the pricier end for a venue in Ohio, I truly think it was worth every penny. \r

We worked with Linda Lykins at the Manor House for our reception for 120 people on 6/20/15.\r\rLinda was great to work with and very accommodating to our requests. We loved the Augusta room she suggested as it had beautiful outdoor space too that was a great area for photographs.\r\rThe food was fantastic, and I was happy that Linda let me come to the corporate tasting event 3 1/2 months before the wedding when I missed the wedding tasting event which was held the week before we booked.\r\rThe staff was great on the evening of the reception - service at the head and reserved tables was very attentive. The only complaint that we had was that they did not set up the tables as we had outlined and confirmed with Linda the day before. They had odd numbers at some of the tables (9 and even 11) when all tables were supposed to seat 8 with the exception of 3 reserved family tables. My parents' table wasn't set up properly which caused my mom a bit of stress when the staff was resistant to rearrange it to the way it was supposed to be as guests were arriving. Their diagram was so off that it was like they had our layout mixed up with someone else's. Fortunately, they did acquiesce after my mom and the best man insisted, and it was fine. All of the guests loved the food and the facility - many saying that it was the best wedding food that they had eve had.

We had the most absolutely beautiful wedding in the atrium followed by an even more impeccable reception in the Carolina room. Service was wonderful, our guests are still talking about how great the food was. It was very easy and perfect for our desire to have our wedding and reception in the same location, and with beautiful grounds for photos.\r\rMy only multi-point complaint – our sales person told us we would not have any conflicts with another wedding/reception…this happened TWICE within an hour. First, when I was trying to leave my bridal suite, my path to exit was blocked by the food cases for the dinner in the reception that was taking place directly across from my bridal suite. Second, when I tried to have my first glance, there was another bridal party that had intruded in our rented portion of the venue. It almost ruined a very special moment. Third, when we finished our ceremony in the atrium, there were groups of guests walking through the atrium during our pictures. I was so distracted during all of the interruptions, and very upset that I was PROMISED this wouldn’t happen…my pictures still turned out ok, but I had to constantly chase people down from the Manor house to try to re-direct the guests from a different wedding. I was very upset that there was not more staff to help maintain and direct the other weddings/receptions. While I understand this is a multi-event center, I was also promised that my biggest fear of having other bridal parties intrude in our rented space would not happen and it did.\r\rWith all that said, I would recommend this event center with caution. Know that you will not have what is promised when they say you will have complete privacy. The food is fantastic, and the food/beverage service is perfect. \r

We had hour wedding cocktail hour in the beautiful Atrium and our reception in the Manor Ballroom and everything was beautiful and perfect! We worked with Michelle who was awesome! We live in Chicago, so it was a little more difficult planning a wedding in a different State. Michelle helped to make the whole planning process easy and stress free. We told her what we wanted and she took care of making sure everything was perfect.The venue was stunning inside and outside. We took all of our pictures on the Manor House grounds and the setting was beautiful. Michelle answered all of our questions and emails almost immediately! Our guests keep talking about how wonderful the entire wedding was how elegant the Manor House was. The food was delicious!!. The Manor House organized for us to have a Skyline Buffet set up late in the night for a late night bite for our guests. It was a big hit! I cannot say one bad thing about the Manor House.

The building is very nice and the gardens out back are very pretty. This place made a great site for our pictures before the ceremony! I would recommend this place for sure. Can be pricey but the staff was great, the food was great, and the place is well kept.

The manor house is such a beautiful venue. Our wedding was held at the Carriage House grounds. I loved the look and feel of the Carraige House and the fact it was separate from the main building. The food was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful and organized. They made sure my new husband and I were taken care of the whole night, along with the bridal party. Michelle was wonderful. She guided us step by step and made sure everything was perfect for our special day.

Our hors d'oeuvres were held in the courtyard off of our room which provided a lovely atmosphere and allowed our guests to mingle. And the room was exactly what I envisioned for my wedding! Michelle Bow was my personal wedding planner, and made my greatest dreams come true. She did AMAZING. She went above and beyond for myself and my guests. From giving me my private dressing room, to getting me my special favorite drink for me all night long. She made sure everything ran smoothly, and also referred me to many great people. the food was awesome!!!! the drinks were awesome!! and the carriage house ROCKED. i highly reccomend getting married and having your reception there, for a woodsy, fallish, romantic wedding. Thanks MICHELLE!!!

Michelle Bow was my personal wedding planner, and made my greatest dreams come true. She did AMAZING. She went above and beyond for myself and my guests. From giving me my private dressing room, to getting me my special favorite drink for me all night long. She made sure everything ran smoothly, and also referred me to many great people. the food was awesome!!!! the drinks were awesome!! and the carriage house ROCKED. i highly reccomend getting married and having your reception there, for a woodsy, fallish, romantic wedding. Thanks MICHELLE!!!

We had our ceremony at the Carriage House followed by the reception at the Manor House. Both locations were just perfect and we were so pleased with the support provided in finding other quality vendors and on the day of the event. We looked at a lot of venues in the Cincinnati area and I really feel we made the right choice for the elegant event we wanted.

We really enjoyed our interaction with the Manor House. My husband's brother was married there and they enjoyed their interaction as well. Our coordinator was great and very available to our needs. Everyone there was helpful and we loved the space. We wouldn't have had our wedding reception anywhere else.

My husband and I got married in June 2014 and we had the great experience of having our wedding reception at the Manor House in Mason, OH. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly (especially Anna our Sales Manager) both in the planning process and on the actual wedding day. The Manor House took great care of us and helped create a wonderful atmosphere and experience for us and our guests. Our reception was held in the Magnolia Room and it was amazing (we highly recommend it). The grounds were beautiful and perfect for pictures as well. They offer great options for food and beverages, and we received many compliments about the food at our reception from our guests. The Manor House even offers a complimentary food tasting during the planning process where you get to taste and try out all of the different food and drink options while mingling with other engaged couples that are also using the Manor House throughout the year. It was very fun and a great way to not only pick different options, but to also enjoy the planning process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or venue for our wedding reception, and we would highly recommend the Manor House in Mason, OH for anyone looking for a great venue and staff to make your reception fun, memorable, and stress-free.

My wedding at the carriage house was beautiful and went so well thanks to the staff of the manor house. Throughout the process I was able to meet my vision with no surprises. They had a fun tasting night to help prep and the few meetings with my rep were helpful and assured me all would go well and it did! We had a brunch wedding and everything was delicious! The venue and grounds were great for photos! We have gotten many compliments and had a great wedding experience at the manor house.

My wedding was this past January and I cannot express how wonderful The Manor House was for helping us plan our special day, and not to mention how stress free it was! The Sales Manager was so friendly and simply made the planning so easy and simply. They were very willing to work with me and my schedule and the weekend of the wedding went flawlessly. The staff set out our decorations exactly how we wanted them to, and they even allowed us to arrive early to do our own flowers. Everything in the Carriage House matched my Rustic Winter wedding and it was so beautiful with snow outside! The environment inside was so warm and cozy and just the love of our special day was so apparent in everything. We were able to use the Coach Room as our ceremony site and dance area and then the Carriage Room for our dinner reception. The food was delicious (I received many compliments following the wedding about how good the food was)! Overall, I loved the Carriage House for my Rustic Winter Wedding.
