We had our wedding at Manzano Mountain Retreat on November 4th, 2023. Noelle, Janette, Annie, Jesse, and the rest of the staff were absolutely incredible. They accommodated all of our last minute adjustments and even plated and served our reception dinner when asked (even though they'd never done it before!). Noelle and the team checked in with my husband and I the perfect amount, they were always right there with answers if we had any questions. They struck the perfect balance of amazing service and letting us enjoy our day with friends and family. It was so wonderful to not have any anxiety about if people would love the food, the venue, or the location, and our guests raved about all 3. Jesse is a fabulous chef and you WILL want them to cater the food for you, I promise. Having lodging on site was perfect for our out of town family, and the distance from Abq was perfect for accommodating Abq locals while feeling far enough out to be a get-away. We were joined by wild turkeys, deer and their fawns, squirrels, hawks, and all the wildlife Manzano Mountains have to offer. A squirrel ran down the dirt path leading to my ceremony site ahead of me, felt like a little furry escort. If you're looking for a no-stress and all inclusive wedding venue that feels rustic and cozy, this is the place. They let us bring our pups, and only had a small pet fee for our guests who wanted to bring along their furry kiddos. They have wonderful decorations to use, but we only set out some flameless candles and the beautiful lodge did the rest! There's an outdoor space directly adjacent to the lodge with string lights and a fire pit, it was very natural for our guests to wrap up dinner and wander outside for cornhole, marshmallows, and stargazing. Our 50-person wedding was the most magical day. It wouldn't have happened or gone so smoothly without the Manzano team. We cannot recommend them highly enough! Reviewed on 05-11-2023

Manzano Mountain Retreat is beyond wonderful. We had our wedding on August 26th and it couldn't have been more amazing.Noelle, Guy, Janette, Jesse, and the entire staff are so welcoming, organized and helpful! Noelle worked with me through the planning process, put up with all of my my questions and indecisiveness, and helped make the day go off without a hitch! After the rehearsal at the pond, we hosted a welcome cookout under the pavilion. This worked out perfectly to entertain and welcome all the guests to our wedding weekend. We did in-house catering and it was positively delicious! On Friday for our welcome cookout, we enjoyed green chile cheese burgers and a s'mores bar. For the wedding, we chose the taco bar, which included phenomenal carne asada. Sunday morning we had a brunch buffet with the best eggs! The cabins were adorable, cozy, and fun. We were able to host plenty of guests onsite easily to enjoy the wedding weekend!I can't thank the staff enough for making our day perfect! Reviewed on 21-10-2023
Cassandra Lommler(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-01-2023 We celebrated our wedding here Saturday, Jan 14 and the word that comes to my mind is magical. The cabins and lodges are cozy and unique. The trees, the pond, the everything was just so beautiful and serene. I feel so grateful for the staff as well taking care of all our food (We did a taco bar and everything was DELICIOUS) and helping tremendously with set up and take down. If you are looking for an enchanted woods vibe this place is definitely it! Reviewed on 17-01-2023
