Where to even begin, Willow and sage was the perfect fit from the beginning, Scott and the chef sold us. Since day one they were the absolute best choice of catering. We got married at the estate at eagle lake, and everything had to be brought in separately, a difficult task but an easy one for Willow and sage. They were the highlight of our day the food was absolutely amazing everyone raved even our own photographer who also had them at her own wedding. We had Kara through our the process of planning who was absolutely amazing, Scott the day of which we couldn’t be more thankful for. The staff was so helpful so caring so attentive, being in the industry ourselves we couldn’t truly ask for anything better. Scott carried my veil for the aisle, made sure we ate and made every guest at our wedding feel at home. We couldn’t of dreamed for a better experience, if you need the best caterer look no further. I know our wedding will be talked about for years to come thanks to Scott and Willow and sage they are truly the best, miracle workers and make dreams come true.

For starters, they served as much more than only a caterer when it came to both the planning and execution of what we asked for. They are an incredibly professional outfit and Scott’s (The Owner) experience and guidance was invaluable to us. The food will speak for itself when you do a tasting, everything is top notch and they offer a wide ranging variety of options. Not only are the options vast, they will work with you to customize a menu that will make you happy. Don’t see something on their menu? No problem, talk to them about what you want and they’ll create it for you. I can’t state enough that they are not just cooking and serving food; there’s no part of your Wedding that they won’t get involved in if necessary in order to make sure you’re busy enjoying your time and not worrying about how things are running. Kara whom we worked with frequently in the planning stages was always accommodating and available whenever we had questions or ideas we wanted to talk over. We had a 5-star experience!

The food will speak for itself when you do a tasting, everything is top notch and they offer a wide ranging variety of options. No problem, talk to them about what you want and they’ll create it for you. Originally, we hired a different caterer for our wedding at Collingswood Grand Ballroom, but that company \"merged\" with Willow and Sage, so W&S took over our wedding and thank god they did. Scott and Will are excellent business men and caterers. We worked with their team member Kara and she was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. My mom had very particular requests for the their staff and they exceeded all expectations. One of my mom's pet peeves is when trays of dirty dishes are left out during the cocktail hour or dirty plates are left on tables. Another is when a staff doesn't dress professionally or uniformly. Will and Scott understood our concerns and made sure that these things did not happen. Their staff dressed professionally and made sure surfaces were clear. Being the bride, I did not get to eat most of the food, but our guests raved to us for weeks about the amazing cocktail hour food as well as the dinner. Based on what everyone was telling us, I wish I had gotten to eat it!!! I'm so happy and lucky that we had Willow and Sage as our (replacement) caterer.

From our first visit I knew I wanted to have our wedding at Marian House. Every experience we had there was perfect. We attended multiple bridal shows that showed how beautiful the space will truly look for the wedding. All our guests still rave about the food. Every step of the way they made super easy and they were very accommodating and really wanted this to be the most perfect day for us. Wedding day turned out to be everything I could have ever wanted and more. The new patio was perfect for our December wedding. We had it tented and heated and it was a perfect options for guests for especially for cocktail hour. Chef Will truly made sure this day was absolutely perfect and he himself came to check on me multiple times throughout the wedding. I can't recommend this venue enough

They don’t just offer catering services but they also help you with the planning process. Scott and his team were absolutely incredible. We were a little hesitant at first with going with Willow & Sage but after that delicious tasting, we booked. We knew that short rib was a must. We worked with Kara and Taralee and let me say they were fantastic. Absolutely great communication and they were always available to answer any questions I had. They were also always checking in on us which I loved. They even worked with me to create a menu in Spanish. I honestly feel Willow & Sage went above and beyond. The day of the wedding Scott and Michaila assure me that everything would be okay and they were right. Michaila was phenomenal and was constantly checking it on us and making sure everything ran smoothly. The food, was absolutely outstanding. All of our guest are still talking about the food and how exceptional it was. They were really amazed at how delicious everything came out and the number of different options available to them. They all left the party full. I HIGHLY recommend Willow & Sage for any wedding.

We cannot say enough great things about Willow & Sage. From the moment we met Scott & Will, we felt like we’d known them forever. They immediately made us feel like family and we were amazed not only by all the food options they provided, but by how organized and involved they were in the entire execution of the wedding day. Not to mention the food was absolutely incredible! We were blown away by the tasting and so excited for our friends and family to try all of the unique passed hors d’oeuvres and tasting tables during cocktail hour. The entrees were delicious as well. We got so many compliments from our guests on how great the food was and how much better it was than traditional “wedding food” they’d had elsewhere. We are so grateful we had such an amazing team with us on our wedding day and highly recommend Willow & Sage to any future couples!

Amazing food, great attentive staff, knowledgeable fast bartenders, helpful planning staff, from them coming to the venue early to set linens on the table so my setup team could start on centerpiece to happily changing the floor plan 5 days out from the wedding the staff could not have been better, they even made sure to check on us throughout the day before the ceremony, during cocktail hour and during the entire reception to ensure we had food and drinks while we were doing all the photos, greeting, thank you’s and partying. We worked with Willow & Sage for our wedding at the Art Factory in NJ. All I can say is do not have a wedding at the Art Factory unless you work with Willow & Sage. And if you have the opportunity to work with them anywhere else as well, absolutely do it. Scott and his team are absolutely incredible. From the first phone call, to our first tasting, to all of the details leading up to his day, Scott, Kara and the entire team were so incredibly professional, helpful and personal! We felt like we were working with friends. We were slightly intimidated by the pricing at first but having paid all of the final balances for our wedding I can honestly say Willow & Sage is worth every penny and more. You are not just selecting a delicious menu but incredible service and organization for the day of and so many moments leading up to it as well. Scott was personally checking in on tables throughout the night and constantly made sure that we had a chance to eat some of the delicious food ourselves. All 275 people who attended our wedding are still absolutely raving about the food as well as the service provided personally by Scott and his team. 10000% a must have for your wedding! Thank you Scott and team for delivering an absolutely perfect day!

We had our wedding at the Marian House on October 8, 2022, and it was better than we could have ever dreamed. We initially had another wedding venue booked but after a disastrous time at that venue we had to make a last minute change. We were welcomed with open arms at the Marian House by Chef Will and we knew the minute we walked through the door that this was where we needed to be. That feeling only grew stronger as we worked with the entire Willow and Sage/Marian House team. We were basically replanning an entire wedding in just a couple of months and they were extremely flexible with us given our situation and the short timeline.On wedding day, the staff, food, and atmosphere was INCREDIBLE. They were attentive to everything we asked for and made us and our guests feel so welcome. We had a lot of little kids attending the wedding and they were sure to get them their food fast and even accommodated our little ones that are picky eaters.After the wedding we have heard nothing but AMAZING feedback from our guests about the entire experience from food to staff and facilities.Our family will definitely be going to the Marian House first if we need to plan another event, and highly recommend them!

From the appetizers to the entrees, the food was great (especially the short rib), and our guests have continued to rave about how good the food was. Beyond that, Scott and his entire team were remarkably professional and compassionate throughout the entire process, repeatedly going above and beyond what I would imagine the normal duties of a caterer to be to ensure that the night went smoothly. Right from the tasting we knew we had to book them (my husband shed a legit tear after tasting the short rib). Not only was the food amazing, but everyone was very friendly. Scott probably deals with so many people on a daily basis, but you can genuinely tell he cares about all of his clients. Throughout all of my communications with him, he remembered my name (it’s the small things!!). I talked to multiple people leading up to my wedding (Taralee and Kara). Both fantastic. They responded to all my emails and went above and beyond to help customize my menu or help with minute details. The day of the wedding Michaela was our Maitre d'. She was phenomenal! She made sure we ate, had a cocktail, and had cake. She was fantastic! We received so many compliments about the food the day after the wedding. My husband and I are currently looking for reasons to work with Willow and Sage again!

South Jersey’s hidden gem of a venue! Before my fiancé & I went venue shopping, we knew we wanted our venue close to home. We looked at many venues around the area, but people kept suggesting we look at the Marian House. We had never been to or heard about the Marian House until we started venue shopping. This was for the best because we toured the venue without preconceived notions. We contacted Willow & Sage through their website to schedule a tour. Will (head chef) provided our tour. After walking through the space & speaking with Will, we knew the Marian House was meant to be where we celebrate the start of our marriage! We followed up with Jason (coordinator), who was very patient with us through the holidays while reviewing the contract & answering our questions. One theme echoed throughout the conversations was that we would become part of the Willow & Sage family. It truly feels like we have joined a family, and we can’t wait for our wedding in 2023!The review from our wedding on 05/13/2023. Will, Scott, Kara & Joe surpassed our wildest expectations & nailed every detail. If you are looking for a venue & caterer, this is it; stop searching. We have been to many weddings, & not a single one was better than Willow & Sage at the Marian House. The food was BY FAR the best food at a wedding anyone had ever had. We had over 200 guests, & the space was more than perfect. It would be the best restaurant in South Jersey if they took reservations. Do yourself a favor and include the French onion boules as part of your cocktail hour (& scallops & short ribs for dinner). The #1 compliment we kept hearing was how amazing the food was. The dance floor was busy all night but never felt too big or too small.Chef Will & the entire team were amazing to work with. They worked tirelessly to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Nothing went wrong; nothing was average; everything was perfect. We are beyond grateful for how accommodating they were. We were running late to cocktail hour, so they brought our Bridal party appetizers outside while we were finishing up photos. Joe greeted us with drinks & provided world-class service to us & our families. Kara worked tirelessly with us to ensure all our little requests came true, especially being able to set up early. Scott’s industry experience is visible in every aspect of the event. Scott was ever-present, from hiring the best people for the job to ensuring we were calm before our big day. Scott would be the voice of reason if there was something we weren’t sure about. When we had any request, whether small or large, it was something that was handled promptly by Scott.Kara was our main point of contact during the major planning phases of the wedding. Any questions we had, which were many, Kara responded in an extremely timely & professional fashion. We made several adjustments, some of which were unique to us as a couple. Kara worked with us & our vendors to bring in oysters from Aquidneck Island Oysters, ice cream cake from Cups & Cones, & flowers from Russo’s Farm Market. Kara put us at ease throughout our wedding planning process. If you have read this far in our review, you are seriously considering Willow & Sage for your event. We couldn't have been happier with her event, thanks to Scott, Will, Jason and their staff.The owners of Willow & Sage, Scott and Will, are well established caterers who recently acquired The Marian House in Cherry Hill. The Marian house has been newly renovated and is a beautiful venue with plenty of room for many guests. The location is great for the South Jersey area.First off, we met with Scott who was easygoing and professional - he stayed within the budget and was very reassuring to work with. He was enormously helpful during the wedding planning process and always easy to reach by phone. His partner, Will, owner and head chef, was a total catering rock star.The passed hors d'oeuvre were delicious and continuously provided by the servers. The entrees which came later were superb.( Highly recommend the slow braised short ribs! ) And accompanying the wedding cake were trays of the chef's passed desserts-- delectable and adorable.Jason!. Jason, the Maitre D', kept everything running smooth and we cannot thank him enough for being our trusty lifeline and best friend for the evening. Also lastly, a big nod to Bespoke Floral Design, as their arrangements were so lovely!Scott, Will, and Jason took the time to check in with us throughout the evening to make sure we were happy. Need to book an event? Look no further! ....Check out my brother in-laws & his friends business! Absolutely gorgeous and you will be very pleased! Trust me I know how good my brother in-law cooks! Him and his business partner make sure everything is done with perfection! My brother in-law has been a chef for many years and trust me when I say he's great he is! Even at his house he makes sure his food is made & displayed with perfection! They don't even own a microwave by choice! Great guy, excellent service & nothing but the best food that is always so presentable that you don't want to eat it as good as it is because it looks so pretty! Look no further because this place & service is amazing! I'll definitely be booking an event for my sons graduation/birthday since they fall days within each other!

The food is amazing. But they do more than that Scott makes sure everything goes perfectly. He goes above and beyond. So helpful great ideas and suggestions. Easily the easiest part of the wedding, even tho it's very complicated but he made everything so easy and everything was amazing! Don’t use anyone else.

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at the Marian House on June 19, 2021. The venue is newly renovated and was beautiful and just perfect for us. The food was absolute perfection (which was no surprise as the chef did a tasting prior to our date and everything was amazing!), our guest ranted and raved about the food and are still talking about not only the food but the wedding cake. I wanted to take some home at the end of the night but it was gobbled up because our guest kept asking for more.I worked directly with the owners through the planning process and it was such a great experience, they were professional and made it obvious how important it was to them that they made our day special and that they did.I will caution the bridal suite is very small and so if you have a large bridal party and/or a long train on your dress you may have some difficulties. I had a small bridal party of 2 girls so we made it work. Other than that, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this venue!

My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon and the amount of messages I have from the guests who attended our wedding at The Marian House with Willow & Sage Catering is unbelievable. EVERYONE loved it. The food was absolutely amazing. We are huge foodies, as well as both of our families so food was very important to us. Willow & Sage Catering not only gave us a complimentary tasting prior to booking but I got to see their prices right away. There are so many vendors that do not offer tastings or pricing. Willow & Sage stand out in the masses with their amazing attention to detail, their delicious food, and their beautiful venue, The Marion House. Thank you for an unforgettable experience for our families and friends!

My fiancé and I recently got engaged and started looking at venues, the Marian House fit our need perfectly, and we were invited to a tasting , which definitely sealed the deal! The Chef personally presented each dish and the food was delicious. We have a few guests with allergies and also dietary restrictions, and the Chef was eager to create a custom menu around our needs. We cant wait for our wedding this summer. Thank you Marian House for the great first impression!
