Maritime Parc is a contemporary ballroom-style wedding venue located in Jersey City, NJ. Boasting panoramic views of downtown Manhattan, this unique destination is primed to host exciting events. It opened its doors in 2009 and is well known for offering an upscale dining experience. Guest capacity here exceeds 300 people making it ideal for both small and large gatherings. To get your day started right, you and your wedding party can prepare for the event in one of the fully-equipped get-ready rooms provided. Guests can mingle outside while soaking in the waterfront views. It’s time to make your grand entrance and there is no better way to do it than by gliding gracefully down the Guggenheim-inspired staircase. This is a perfect photo opportunity that leads you into one of the two available event spaces for your precious ceremony. The Sky Room and The Aviary are thoughtfully designed and visually appealing locations. The former exudes a gallery aesthetic with geometric shapes across the ceiling and light hardwood floors. The Aviary is an expansive room with soaring beamed ceilings and large windows for ample natural light. Both are perfect for receptions and other nuptial-related activities. Extraordinary. Unique metro/retro waterfront location with spectac views of NYC. Priced similar to other NYC waterfront venues with all the bells and whistles in Brooklyn and Queens, but with easy parking on site, eager-to-please staff on all levels and SERIOUSLY FANTASTIC food for 200. Two levels with an iconic spiral staircase.Floor to ceiling window views of Manhattan and Statue of Liberty. Wrap-around porches with firepits. Marina for a dramatic entrance if that's your vibe. Easy access from NYC, 20 minutes in an Uber. Bar/restaurant attached to the property for early arrivals. Bride and grooms' salons. Spotless. We had a very long list of big asks, were coordinating across several states, and made several MAJOR changes to the menu... Sales Manager Jayd was unflappable, professional, personable. Working with Event Manager Jette over more than three months was an absolute pleasure, she is so dedicated and experienced, and her constant communication and attention to getting the tiniest details just right was over-the-top. Finally, our day-of team led by Marc and Rita could not have been ANY better, in ANY aspect. They run a very finely tuned operation, and it shows in the culture of the training and dedication of the staff to creating the wedding of your dreams. Perfectly packed remnants of the night before from both salons, decor, flowers, wedding cake were all neatly arranged and waiting for pick up the next day. Finally, their pricing was competitive re the other big name waterfront venues in Brooklyn and Queens. While you are planning, remember that all pricing at all venues will have an upcharge of another 30+percent.We felt we received excellent value for the price, memories for a lifetime, and would recommend Maritime Parc without hesitation.

We were blown away by the staff at Maritime Parc. From our very first tour to the day off, it was a perfect experience. Our staff the day of was completely stellar. My bridal attendant kept me hydrated! The Maitre’d and captain made it all happen without us even noticing. The servers and bar tenders left our guests in awe with the remarkable service. We were blown away by the staff at Maritime Parc. From our very first tour to the day off, it was a perfect experience. Our staff the day of was completely stellar. Our wedding at Maritime Parc in November was AMAZING!! All of the things I was slightly worried might not go as planned were executed perfectly thanks to the MP team. For starters, the Maitre 'd and Captain set up the space exactly as we had hoped and everything looked beautiful. The bridal attendant was so helpful and attentive throughout the whole night and even did my bustle for me (which my mom was super worried about getting right). Having the bridal suite was so helpful as our wedding reception required a few outfit changes.The space itself is stunning and looks gorgeous both during the daytime and the night with the city skylight in the background. We got so many compliments on the view. I also really wanted a space with a separate room for cocktail hour and the 3rd floor cocktail hour space was gorgeous. The MP space also provides a variety of different settings for all the guests. I was worried that the space might feel too spacious for our ~185 guest count, but the dance floor was full the whole time, people were able to talk and mingle by the bar while still hearing each other, and people went outside on the veranda the whole night to enjoy the view. It truly lent itself to a special night for all types of guests. Lastly, we got a lot of compliments on the food, dessert (donuts and sundae bar), and signature cocktails we had. All in all, the MP team went above and beyond and we had the most wonderful wedding of our dreams. I would highly recommend booking at this wedding for a beautiful, NYC skyline wedding!

There are not enough adjectives to reflect how great these people are. I had 180 guests raving about the service, the food, attention to detail. We had several cancellations that required last minute changes--all handled with no drama.

The customer service is out of this world, from the planning process to the day-of, the food was absolutely next level (and we are STILL receiving compliments), the space and views are unmatched, and we truly could not be happier with every single aspect of our wedding.

From the first time we toured the venue, my husband and I were blown away. It is modern, chic, and not your traditional ballroom venue. The views are incredible of the NYC skyline (and I am from the hudson county area and even I was blown away!). Our sales contact, Priscila was fantastic from day 1 all the way to our last week of the wedding. We lover her!! The staff are so attentive, warm, and caring. Both Priscila and Alexis, the event coordinator answered our questions quickly and promptly via text, phone, or email - and we had many questions during wedding planning. The Food is DELICIOUS, our cake was delicious, the space is bright and airy, and at night romantic, modern, and city chic. My guests were blown away by the cocktail hour, lobby, food, and reception. 10/10 recommend. Even the day of staff- Marc, Rita, and our bridal attendant were wonderful. We had a wonderful experience and would not trade it for the world. Do not hesitate to book MP if you are unsure.

We recently had our wedding at Maritime Parc, and our sales manager Priscilla was amazing to work with from start to finish! Maritime was the 2nd venue that we toured and from the moment we stepped foot inside we knew we had found a hidden gem! The venue has stunning views of downtown Jersey City, and the Manhattan skyline. Venue aesthetic and food were two top priorities for us when looking for a venue, and Maritime Parc did not disappoint - guests are still telling us that this was the best food that they have had at a wedding! My sister has a severe nut allergy, and the team was more than accommodating in creating a nut free menu for our wedding, and even offered additional alternatives to replace items that were supposed to contain nuts.We worked with Alexis during the last 3 months of our engagement, and she was very thorough in answering all of our questions, and made sure that every detail was covered. She was also flexible in allowing us to drop off and pick up decor at a time that worked best for our schedule. Our day of team at Maritime was also incredible! We were greeted the moment we arrived, and they were so attentive throughout the whole evening! The team helped bustle my gown, so that my mom and sister could enjoy cocktail hour, and my husband and I had a drink in our hands at all times! We also received many compliments from our guests about the friendly staff and bartenders - the service was on point the entire night! Priscilla went above and beyond and even drove my husband and I to our afterparty, after our shuttle did not arrive. Picking Maritime Parc was one of the best decisions we made, and we truly could not have asked for a more perfect team and setting for our wedding! We love that we can go back to Maritime Parc and eat at the restaurant - the staff is always very friendly and the food is amazing! We could not recommend Maritime Parc more!

Priscilla is incredible to work with and answers an email or a text in a split second! From the moment we toured we knew it was perfect! Maritime was actually the first venue my husband and I looked at and we immediately booked it a few hours after we saw it. Our guests couldn’t get over its beauty. It’s in the perfect location being right on the JC marina and having views of Lady Liberty and of course the NYC skyline. The venue is immaculate. The staff is a well oiled machine and the food is incredible. Not a single thing was missed. I cannot recommend this venue enough!! What an incredible team of people. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without each one of them. Thank you so much, Maritime! We will be back to eat at the restaurant and relive the most special day of our lives.

Just had my daughters wedding at Maritime Parc. It was an amazing experience!! Priscilla and Marc delivered the evening of the bride and groom’s dreams. The staff preformed beyond expectations.If you want beyond compare this is the only venue you need to look at. The food and service was spectacular! Not to mention the beautiful views of Manhattan! A magical evening!!

We saw Maritime Parc as our 2nd or 3rd venue visit out of 12 total. My fiancé wanted city views and coming from a big Italian family I cared about great food most of all. We loved that this venue did not have the traditional crystal chandelier ballroom. The reception room illuminated ceiling tiles are so unique and the white walls felt so fresh. We loved the outdoor decks on the third floor/ cocktail hour and second floor/reception room.In order to help us decide which venue to choose, we tried the restaurant and it quickly became our favorite restaurant!! We compared every venue to Maritime Parc and finally decided to book our big day here. Priscila was so wonderful in helping us to book our wedding. She is so personable and made me feel comfortable calling her to ask anything at all. I felt like she became my friend. Alexis was very organized in gathering our final information and day of requests which made us feel heard and cared for. Marc and Rita greeted us with giant smiles and willingness to listen and help with our decor and logistics. They did not forget a single detail we mentioned. Patricia was a wonderful bridal attendant. She made sure we had all the food we wanted to eat in the bridal suite and drinks in our hands (or water!) all night long. She and Rita helped to bustle my gown before heading to cocktail hour so that my MOH didn't have to stop enjoying herself. Our guests have told us how memorable the food was at our wedding here at Maritime Parc. We were all having so much fun at the wedding that we extended our wedding an extra 30 minutes which was so unexpected, and so worth it! All of these main players, Priscila, Marc, Rita, Patricia, Alexis, have been working at MP for many many years which I believe speaks volumes. If they have enjoyed working together for so long, this has to be a great establishment from top to bottom. My now husband and I will continue to go back to Maritime Parc again and again to enjoy the AMAZING food and cocktails at their restaurant. The head chef and chefs here must LOVE what he does because you can taste the care through the cooking. I can so confidentially say that MP makes my favorite cocktail I have had anywhere, period: San Sabo. The food is the #1 reason we chose this venue. The views were #2. The confidence we felt in the staff caring about our big day and that they would take care of us was #3. Everything is was just natural. I can so confidentially say that MP makes my favorite cocktail I have had anywhere, period: San Sabo. The food is the #1 reason we chose this venue. The views were #2. The confidence we felt in the staff caring about our big day and that they would take care of us was #3. Everything is was just natural. If you are concerned about treating your guests to SUPERB wedding food (not typical wedding food) and a gorgeous atmosphere, choose Maritime Parc.We would do it all over again if we could.Thank you to Priscila and everyone at Maritime Parc!Love,Kristina & Chris

The food, views and wedding team there are amazing through and through. Our day of captains were Mark and Rita. They were great and made sure my vision was executed perfectly. I gave a 4.5/5 because the event coordinator whom you work with leading up to the event, Alexis, was mostly unhelpful when we were making decisions or changes leading up to the wedding and seemed overall bothered by our requests. Additionally, we felt she was rigid when we requested basic, but out of the box ideas. Also, the “bridal attendant” was nowhere to be found the day of when my husband and I needed something. However, with good people around you it won't be much of a disturbance/bother. Otherwise, amazing venue with unbeatable food and views!

As a same sex couple, it was of most importance that the venue we chose was inclusive and experienced with LGBTQ+ weddings. We instantly fell in love with the different rooms, cleanliness, and location. Even as a big wedding venue, we always felt like they were personally catering to us. From the beginning, the sales team and event coordinator were there to answer all our questions and keep us on track. The food was spectacular! Every item from the greens to the desserts tasted fresh, balanced, and delicious! Food was a crucial piece of our planning, and our expectations were far exceeded. The bar and drinks were exceptional! We had and adults only event with people ready to party and that exactly what happened!The service was impeccable! Never was there an empty glass of plate sitting in front of you. We really felt like the entire team was happy to be there making our celebration a reality! Super special shout out to our event captain and bridal attendant. These professionals went above and beyond to assure we had everything we needed throughout the night. We were immediately drawn to Maritime for the city views and modern room and we were blown away by our final product. We had an excellent time working with Sales, owner of venue and our staff the day of the wedding were amazing. Our one flaw was our event coordinator. Unfortunately we did not feel she provided any solutions and was always saying \"no\" to our ask to add on items to the party. It became difficult to work with her in the end and I wish Maritime would have allowed us to work with someone else. She didn't make you feel special at all for booking your wedding there and in fact did not treat you as a client it was purely business. I would definitely recommend Maritime Parc for a wedding, I would just hope someone could work with a different event coordinator because it made planning challenging when it didn't need to be and was supposed to be fun.

If I could give one million stars I would! Maritime Parc blew my expectations out of the water from our first meeting with Priscila through our wedding. Priscila immediately made us feel like family and like she had our best interests at heart. Throughout the entire planning process, the entire Maritime Parc team was an absolute joy to work with.Our wedding day was the best day to ever exist and every single thing was PERFECT! Priscila, Patricia, Alexis and every person at Maritime helped to make our day amazing. It's been over two weeks and I haven't stopped smiling. A few highlights:-- the FOOD. From the pasta stations at cocktail hour, to the perfectly cooked and hot scallops in the entrees, to the most delicious carrot cake-- the food was amazing, wonderful, and perfect. One of our guests said \"You never leave a wedding raving about the entree, every dinner is always the same. I've never had this good of a dinner at a wedding.\" Our guests could not believe the quantity and quality of food. It's like eating at a nice restaurant and not the same boring chicken or fish options like you have at most weddings.-- the aesthetic of Maritime Parc is what every bride who wants a chic, classy, city wedding needs. From the huge windows with unmatched views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty to the amazing vaulted ceilings in the aviary room, to the wrap around patios with plenty of seating and fire pits on each floor-- the venue itself is a dream. You don't need to have wild floral arrangements during the reception or the ceremony because the venue speaks for itself (it also photographs incredibly well).-- the acoustics in the cloud room are unmatched. Having a really fun party with great music was super important to us. We didn't want the music to be too loud or have an echo and the acoustics of the room were absolutely perfect.-- the team at Maritime is beyond amazing. Every person at Maritime made sure that my husband and I (and all of our guests) were having a great time the entire night. I'm pretty sure one of the bartenders lined up 25 shots at once for a group of guests! The Maritime team also set up the venue with our personal effects beautifully and made set up incredibly smooth for all of our vendors.I could not be happier with selecting Maritime Parc as our wedding venue. I can only hope someone invites me to a wedding there so I can go back :)

THE GOOD:(1) Booking: Our sales manager, Jayd, was fantastic! She promptly responded to all our questions and worked with us to find a great date and package that worked with our budget.(2) Space: Maritime Parc (MP) is a beautiful venue. The reviews and photos don't do it justice, go see it! If your numbers work, have your ceremony on the top floor. Both floors have wrap-around terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows, which our guests loved.(3) Food: MP has unbelievably good food, from the cocktail hour through dessert. The dishes are also unique - instead of chicken, steak, and fish, you can get things like a duo of beef (short rib and steak), seafood pasta in lemon sauce, and scallops with ribs. Cake was a big hit! THE BAD:(1) Party Rental Return: We rented items from Glam Party Rentals. After our event, Glam informed us that 114 pieces were missing, which never happened to them before. MP then found 84 of the items, but then refused to ship them back or return them (Glam is 30 min away), even though clearly their error. When we inquired with our event coordinator, Alexis, again about the remaining 30 items, she said it was Glam's responsibility to gather their items and count them before leaving. Alexis also gratuitously pointed out to us that our contract says that MP is not liable for rented items. Glam's scheduled pickup time with MP was the day after our wedding, so we’re not sure how they were expected to search an entire venue the night of our wedding. We dealt with this as we were preparing to leave for our honeymoon. In the end, we had to pay for 30 missing items.(2) Bridal Attendant: One of the most important things a bride & groom can have is an attentive bridal attendant so that you can make the best use of the limited time on your special day. We basically had no bridal attendant. When we raised that we hadn’t seen her all day to the maitre'd at the reception, she came over one time and we didn’t see her again all night.(3) Ceremony Rehearsal: We went over our ceremony details with Alexis in advance of the wedding. Our rehearsal was a mess, and the maitre'd and captain stood in the back and shrugged their shoulders when we asked for help getting people in place. When everyone was there, they again just stood in the back, so our planner stepped in to coordinate the rehearsal, despite being told by MP that they’d do it.(4) Cocktail Hour Bar: Alexis suggested we do an indoor-outdoor bar at cocktail hour, which we took her up on. Despite perfect weather, there was no indoor-outdoor bar at cocktail hour, just one indoor bar, and the line was long until the end. Whenever we speak to guests about our wedding, the running joke is that nobody could get a drink at cocktail hour.OVERALL: We’re glad we had our wedding here and would choose MP again. The venue and food were excellent, and it was a beautiful wedding. However, our experience was soured by these service issues. If you're going to have your wedding here, we recommend speaking to your event coordinator in advance about these issues but beware that these or other things may happen at MP. We also recommend having a planner who can pick up the slack, as ours did, in case MP drops the ball on the day-of logistics. We wish that we felt the same level of service and support on the day of our wedding and dealing with the issues afterward that Jayd had given us throughout the booking process.

On our wedding day, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and escorted to the bridal suite, served a drink and food immediately. Through out the ceremony, the bridal attendant made sure I had a drink, I had food, asked me how I was doing, if I needed anything. I felt well taken care of. The most beautiful part was, right when we were about to leave, one of the staff members approached my husband and I and expressed how beautiful it was to be part of our wedding event she said… “we couldn’t help but notice how much love and joy was being shared with your friends and family, this really was a beautiful wedding to be part of.” That just made my day!!Beyond the amazing stuff, the venue itself is spectacular, the best views overlooking the Manhattan skyline. Ample opportunities for amazing pictures, beautiful ambiance. The food was delicious! The cake was delicious! If I could give Maritime Parc more than five stars, I would. Thank you Maritime for making our dream wedding come true.

The most beautiful part was, right when we were about to leave, one of the staff members approached my husband and I and expressed how beautiful it was to be part of our wedding event she said… “we couldn’t help but notice how much love and joy was being shared with your friends and family, this really was a beautiful wedding to be part of.” That just made my day!!Beyond the amazing stuff, the venue itself is spectacular, the best views overlooking the Manhattan skyline. Ample opportunities for amazing pictures, beautiful ambiance. The food was delicious! The cake was delicious! If I could give Maritime Parc more than five stars, I would. Thank you Maritime for making our dream wedding come true.

From our first tour to our wedding night, everyone was so friendly and easy to work with. They really have planning and running a wedding down to science. Leading up to your wedding they provide you with all the information and timelines you could possibly need, but in the event you still have questions, they are always quick to get back to you. On your wedding night they keep everything running so smoothly that the only thing you need to worry about is getting married! I cannot hype everyone at Maritime Parc enough. Whether you are on the ground floor, second floor (ceremony/reception) or third floor (cocktail hour) there are no better views in Jersey City of Manhattan. They are perfect from every angle. The food at Maritime Parc is beyond (literally the most delicious tasting and also never ending). The service impeccable. The ambiance is classy. There is no detail left unturned. From our very first meeting with Priscila, Sales Manger, to our food tasting, to dropping off materials the day before, to the wedding day itself- it was all EASY. Priscila is like talking to your best girlfriend. She just gets it and makes you feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, literally always available to answer any question you may have. Alexis, our event coordinator, was also incredible. Even while planning her own wedding which took place just a couple weeks before ours, she was constantly accessible, helpful, resourceful and patient with questions and changes - even up until the last day. On the day of the wedding, Rita, Marc and Patricia (Maitre'd's/ bridal attendant) were the most accommodating, calming, kind, professional people I've ever worked with. Not just to us, the bride and groom, but to our parents, family and bridal party - essentially anyone they encountered. Truly a dream team. I cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding day experience. I would pick Maritime Parc in every lifetime.

From the beginning, they worked with us on our budget, and were super responsive throughout the planning process. We especially loved meeting with Alexis to plan out the final details leading up to the day of - she made everything so easy and accommodating to our needs. On the day before and day of the wedding, Rita and Marc, our coordinators, and Patricia, our attendant, ensured everything was executed seamlessly! We were so relaxed knowing that they had everything covered, and they even packed up extra food for us to take home after the wedding.The views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty during cocktail hour and the reception were priceless, and the balconies were such a hit with guests for hanging out and photos! The food was delicious - would recommend the carving station and Korean BBQ for Cocktail Hour as our guests really like them. Maritime Parc includes a cake with their wedding packages which was helpful because we did not have to hire an outside vendor, and it really was a great cake! It was a bit challenging for us to find a venue that accommodated a smaller guest list, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place! It’s such a unique classy layout instead of the typical ballroom wedding venue. Especially in the warmer months, it was nice that the guests could hang out inside or outside and enjoy the beautiful Manhattan skyline on the balcony. The food was also top quality and service was excellent! My bridal attendant, maitre d, and Priscilla and Alexis were wonderful to work with! They were very quick to respond to all my emails.

The minute my husband and I went to visit the venue back in 2019 we knew that this was the venue for us. The breath-taking skyline and incredible architecture on the inside sold us. 3 floors with beautiful views, with up to date amenities all to ourselves from the night before the wedding and through the day of.We thought the views would be our guests favorite part, but we were wrong. THE FOOD! OMG, endless array of passed hors d'oeuvres, cocktail stations of our choice, 2 fantastic dinner options (we did duo of beef and salmon) and lastly the dessert! All we can say is WOW. Additionally, the sales manager Priscila helped us throughout the year and was such a blessing. She was so personable, was willing to work with us on ideas that we had, and was always readily available to speak with us about any concern or question that we had. On the day of the wedding, we met our lead captains Rita and Mark, along with our bridal attendant. They were unbelievable, and made us feel so special. They tended to every need, kept a drink in our hands, kept the party moving, guided guests and I'm sure so much more behind the scenes that we may not have noticed. They even packed up all of our decor and belongings at the end of the night so that we could pick it up the next day! We can not be more thankful for how this venue and its staff treated us from the day we put down a deposit to the final pickup after our wedding!

We just celebrated our daughter's incredible wedding this past Friday at Maritime Parc. We are so thankful to Priscila Gruberman and Marc Haskell for their patience in helping to make this event so amazing. Getting to this date wasn't easy as we had to reschedule 3 times, but we finally had the event. Every aspect of the wedding was executed meticulously by their fantastic team. The venue space is absolutely beautiful with views of Lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. We had the beautiful view of the city during the ceremony. Our guests had access to the balconies during both the cocktail party on the third floor and on the second floor where we had dinner and dancing. We've been getting continuous feedback from our guests regarding the venue and the delicious food. We just celebrated our daughter's incredible wedding this past Friday at Maritime Parc. We are so thankful to Priscila Gruberman and Marc Haskell for their patience in helping to make this event so amazing. Getting to this date wasn't easy as we had to reschedule 3 times, but we finally had the event. Every aspect of the wedding was executed meticulously by their fantastic team. The venue space is absolutely beautiful with views of Lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. We had the beautiful view of the city during the ceremony. Our guests had access to the balconies during both the cocktail party on the third floor and on the second floor where we had dinner and dancing. We've been getting continuous feedback from our guests regarding the venue and the delicious food. We'd also like to thank and recognize the team during the wedding including Mark, Rita, Daniella and Alexis. Anyone looking to host an event should strongly consider Maritime Parc. My Husband and I booked our Reception and Ceremony at Maritime Parc. Our Wedding being on 8/7/21 - and let me tell you, our guests are STLL talking about how over the top the space was. Originally we were planned for 8/29/20 - but due to Covid, you know how that goes. Maritime Parc was SO VERY accommodating. They moved our date at no charge! Priscila, MP Sales Manager, was above and beyond. She would check in us periodically and throughout the planning process. She helped to answer any questions we had (even silly ones). And even recommended other Vendors for us to use. She really wants you to have the perfect day, and is willing to do whatever she can to ensure that happens. Not something you see in a Venue Sales Manager! Her heart and soul is truly within her work!Marc, one of the Owners was also great to work with. He helped us a lot throughout the Menu Process. Stand up guy!Now on to the food. The food is farm to table. Not what you're used to at Wedding Receptions. Although the portions are a bit smaller than expected, the quality makes up for it. Cocktail hour was HIT! From the Duck Risotto to the Pigs in the Blankets (done classy), there's more than enough options to choose from. I've been to Wedding's with a Cocktail Hour that's overwhelming. Not to mention the grade of the food or atmosphere is not high. Not MP - the authenticity and value is there! And let me tell you they BRING IT! The passed hors d'oeuvres and signature cocktails are a nice touch, as guests are usually too busy talking to think about getting food or a drink. Since we did our Ceremony at MP, we rented the top space for the Ceremony & Cocktail Hour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It was great because guests could enjoy the outside space while mingling and sipping on drinks. All while snapping a few photos in front of the Freedom Tower. The reception was excellent. The staff at MP ensured my Husband and I ate, and always had a drink in hand. They were accommodating and set up the space to our liking. If you do plan on any DIY decorations - ensure you give photos and instructions on how you want them set up. The staff will follow your guidance, if given. Unlike typical Wedding Receptions, the space is modern. No carpeting with a wood dance floor in the middle. The wrap around balcony is where most of my guests spent their time. Which also made for great photo opportunities throughout the evening. Cake was included (not typical for Wedding Venues) and was delicious. At the end of the evening MP staff packed up all our belongings ensuring we left with everything we came in with - or had dropped off prior. This was a huge help considering that's the last thing your thinking of during your Wedding Day.Hands down if I could, I would give MP more stars. Before our Wedding, my Husband told his coworker about the Venue - in which she visited and booked instantly. Shows you just how special the space and staff are!

My wedding day was the happiest day of my life, and to be honest this review was difficult for me to write, but if I am being honest with myself and anyone about to spend a significant amount of money on their special day, it needed to be said. When I first entered Maritime Parc, I knew I would get married there. We had looked at 12 venues between NYC and NJ, and this was the only one that felt right. The first person we met was Priscila and working with her from start to finish was amazing. She is very professional, and most importantly responsive. My experience with Priscila was great and I have no complaints here. My issues with Maritime started about 2 weeks out from my wedding with the Event Coordinator Alexis. Considering this time is already super stressful for any bride, you would assume someone working with you would be accommodating and eager to find solutions for you. Unfortunately, my experience with the coordinator was anything but smooth. I found myself very aggravated with her communication style. The way she would respond to me in e-mails came across aggressive at times, and she had a “my way or the highway approach” to dealing with specific things I had asked for. To be frank she was rude, and I refused to work with her after one specific telephone conversation. Luckily, I was able to contact the VP of Operations Jette who took over per my request. The night before the wedding we scheduled our walk-through rehearsal, and shortly after arrival we were informed that their AC unit went down earlier that day during a wedding, and they were not sure when it would be working again. This news put me into a full panic. Now I realize things like this are out of anyone’s control, but you would expect a high-end venue like Maritime Parc would have a back up plan for something like this. Maybe some industrial fans, multiple portable AC units, or a repair man on stand-by? But no, we were told they were not sure when the problem would be fixed, but that the 3rd floor room would feel like an ice box by tomorrow, and we were highly encouraged to change our floor plan last minute to have the reception on the 3rd floor. So, the set up was moved to the 3rd floor and everything was beautiful. The staff working on our wedding day were phenomenal, but it was still extremely hot. It ended up being 91 degrees that day, so the inside of our wedding was far from an ice box. They had 2 portable AC units in the bridal suites, but they were not even working very well, so it was hot there too. Thankfully, we still made the best of our day, and our guests did not seem to mind the heat. The dance floor was packed, and people could still go outside for some air and great views when they needed. After all the formalities were completed, I went to the bar and asked for my signature cocktail, which was supposed to be made with Mezcal, (details I had gone over with Alexis), and I was told by the bartender there was no Mezcal, only Tequila. My husband had also requested Jack Daniels Honey to be at the bar, but that never made it there either. These things were not the end of the world, but again you spend months planning out small details and weddings are not cheap, so you expect what you have asked for to be there. All in all, we had an amazing night and I do not regret booking this venue, I just wish my experience would have been flawless so I could have written Maritime Parc a 5-Star review.

Maritime Parc was the PERFECT venue for our January wedding. The large, light space, with huge windows and beautiful view of the NYC skyline, set such a beautiful backdrop for our special night. From our first meeting, through picking up all of our things the day after our wedding, the entire team at MP was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. EVERYONE -- from sales, to planning, to maitre d's, and wait staff -- worked so hard, were so friendly, made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and paid attention to all the details, both big and small. Everything went by so smoothly mainly because MP also coordinated and worked so well with our other vendors. And, of course, our review wouldn't be complete without talking about the AMAZING food at MP. So many of our guests have commented about how much they loved the food -- from the cocktail hour and dinner. MP does not serve up \"typical\" wedding food -- everything they serve is so fresh, presented so beautifully, and you can tell it is made with tremendous art and skill. Also, so often dessert and cake served at weddings are not memorable at all -- not at MP. Once a couple guests tried the dessert and cake, almost everyone made it a point to make it back to their table for a second to eat it, and they all loved it! A number of guests made it a point to tell us that the cake was the most delicious wedding cake they ever had and one of the best cakes they've ever had, period. We both still talk about how lucky we were on our wedding day -- everything was perfect at MP (and I'm still dreaming about the cake too)!

Nicole and the whole team were accommodating, polite, and communicative - we were in great hands! They made the planning process much easier for us. Both events gave us the chance to use both of their rooms, confirming this venue is the real deal. The sales and events staff are professional, courteous, attentive and diligent, making sure to address and meet all your needs and concerns. The food is so ridiculously good, the views on the balconies are picture-perfect, and the location is prime. I totally recommend Maritime Parc for whatever your event may be, from informal to upscale. Nicole and Jayd are the best people to work with, when planning your event.

When the sun sets, and the city skyline is lit up, it's magic! The food was impeccable, and I'm still getting compliments on it weeks later. My husband, my family, my guests, and I could not have been happier with Maritime Parc. The whole night was seamless and perfect, thanks to the on site staff. The planning process was as stress-free as possible, thanks to Nicole. Our wedding was a total dream, and Maritime is a huge reason for that!

The breathtaking view of the NYC skyline makes Maritime Parc a unique New York wedding experience (even though it is in New Jersey). I had been to the restaurant a few times and was always impressed with the food. Without a doubt, they delivered the same quality and consistency for 150+ guests of mine -- high end restaurant quality food on catering hall scale. Working with the venue leading up to the wedding was very easy, and on the day of the event all of the staff were absolutely incredible! Maritime Parc really stepped up to truly make sure the biggest step of my life was also the best day of my life. If you are looking for a venue that delivers on the food, provides stellar service and has unforgettable views of NYC than Maritime Parc will not disappoint!

Maritime Parc helped us to create a beautiful wedding this past October! Both Elizabeth Winship and Nicole Yellin listened and helped to make our wedding perfect. They coordinated with our vendors as the middle man which was very helpful and they helped create a perfect food menu for our guests. The day of staff absolutely blew us away with their attention to all of the details and anything else we could have wanted. Our guests raved about the food, style, and spectacular city views they had on the evening of our wedding. I loved the non-traditional aspects of the venue, particularly the dramatic ceilings which made for great photos. We are so thankful for the whole Maritime Parc team and can't wait to come back for dinner at their restaurant.

Maritime Parc made our day effortless and perfect. Everyone there stays in close communication and even if our main contact was out of office, there was always someone available to help answer our questions. Everything they do here is to make it easier for you and that made everything so laid back. We were able to drop our decor off the day before so that it could be set up without us worrying about it. When we arrived we had a full suite ready for us and people literally waiting at our beck and call to see if we needed anything. Our floor manager, maitre d’, and our bridal attendant were the best ever. They knew exactly what to do, where everyone needed to be, and what we needed without us ever feeling rushed or out of control. Our attendant, Patricia, was literally a dream. She cleaned dirt off my butt that I somehow got during transport, kept our hands full with drinks (and water), and even made plates of food for our non-mobile grandparents and friends with allergies to ensure they had full bellies. The food was presented beautifully and was so tasty, though admittedly I didn’t eat a ton. We all keep dreaming about the pasta during cocktail hour though... yummm. The drinks were also amazing - the punch is great! We go to many weddings where you are likely to be underserved. This is not the case here! We keep hearing stories now about friendly staff, and our cousin even showed us a picture she took with the valet before she left because he was so nice! We did the ‘endless cocktail style’ reception which had food stations open for 2 hours. We did assigned seating though and so it seemed more just like a buffet than something different.. that’s on us for doing awesome seating charts though, everyone just wanted to be with the people at their table. We opted for a milk & cookies station instead of a cake since we aren’t big cake fans (and are def not traditional). The station was really cute, but not very ‘grand’ looking so that’s maybe one thing we’d change. The passed desserts are an awesome touch though. I was able to successfully pull the server with the brownies into the middle of the dance floor so everyone could have one. Great moment for me, maybe not so much for her. The location here is stunning and they really do everything to make the day perfect. (Btw we did a Friday since most of our guests were local and we were fortunate to have the whole place to ourselves which was a dream!!)

We are SO happy that we found Maritime Parc.My husband and I were looking for a venue in the city, but had a tough time finding anyplace that worked for our size group (~200 ppl)We happen to take a look at Maritime Parc (literally the last venue we visited) and immediately fell in love. It was perfect! Beautiful, modern, and the most incredible views.After that point, and every meeting with the staff from that point, we were more and more impressed with the entire operation.I am a type A perfectionist and this staff truly blew me away with the amount of care they put into our event. Every single detail was paid attention to (even creases on linens which are a pet peeve of mine!) and we were treated like royalty on our wedding day.The food....They were completely open to customizing our menu to give us exactly what we wanted. The food was spectacular; high quality and presented beautifully from the cocktail hour to the served meal. I can't tell you how many people spoke highly about the food after the wedding. They even packed us to-go packages for us to enjoy after the party.I could continue writing about how amazing this venue is, but most probably won't read until the end. I will say that if I could do it all over again, I'd still choose Maritime Parc!

The venue has a breathtaking downtown Manhattan view on one side and the Statue of Liberty view on the other. We did our ceremony on the third floor, where the high ceiling and stunning view of the downtown gave our guests and us the WOW moment. While the venue doesn't do the typical tasting for the wedding couples, don't you worry, the food was amazing! Our guests were, and are still, raving about the food. From the appetizers during cocktail hour to the main entrees during reception, all the foods were fresh and delicious! The staffs were absolutely stunning. From the sales process to the onsite coordination, the team at Maritime Parc did a fantastic job working with us to provide recommendations and to customize the details to ensure it's truly our wedding. The onsite team, especially, thought of everything and made event runs effortlessly on the day. They created an unforgettable evening for us.

As soon as we saw the Avery Room at Maritime Parc, we fell in love with it! We were able to picture ourselves getting married with the perfect view of lower Manhattan, Verrazano Bridge, and the Statue of Liberty in the background. The room was the perfect size to have 75-100 person intimate wedding. Elizabeth and Nicole were incredibly helpful in the planning of all of the details of our wedding and we didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of our wedding because we had confidence that they would handle everything. And everything went perfectly! We had several meetings prior to the wedding—communication is AMAZING with the Maritime Parc team. We had very question, call, emailed answered the same day. The team executed on our vision---hundreds of candles, world class cuisine, and an unparalleled service. While the venue doesn’t offer a traditional menu tasting the couple gets a 6 course ‘Celebration Dinner’ with wine pairings—I am a vegetarian and they offered a customized menu to accommodate me. WOW! Even a month after our wedding, everyone is still raving about how good the food was, and we totally agree too! Nicole arranged for us to have leftovers of all of the appetizers, entrees, and desserts to take home with us so we could enjoy all of the food we may not have gotten to try. The wedding was EXACTLY what we had envisioned and the service exceeded our expectation.

Maritime Parc came to the rescue when our original venue, Battello, unexpectedly closed 3 months before our wedding. They essentially helped plan our wedding in 1/4 the time most couples have. I have a severe nut allergy and our contract was explicit with the menu, however the pastry chef decided to add a few more deserts (1 of which was made with nuts). Thankfully I knew not to eat it and Maritime apologized for the issue, but it is why I am giving 4 out of 5 starts.

Overall, I loved having my wedding at Maritime Parc and am so glad we picked here to have our wedding at. My husband and I knew we wanted to get married in either Jersey City or Hoboken, since I am from NJ originally and he grew up in NYC. We looked at every single venue that could hold over 150 people in this area and are so glad we landed with Martime Parc. Maritime Parc was the perfect combination with the breath taking views of the NYC skyline + the convenience of getting married outside of NYC so that friends and family could drive. The venue was amazing and so was working with Elizabeth leading up to the wedding. They were incredibly friendly and helpful with every little question I had leading up to the big day and even during the wedding they were right there. Also, the bridal attendant was AMAZING throughout the night! She helped with everything and checked on me and my husband throughout the evening making sure we had drinks and if we needed anything. Just having her there made the whole night fly by and allowed us to have fun and not worry about anything. I was nervous originally booking the venue knowing that there is no tasting for the food, but could not have been more please by our food the day of. Before the big day, Nicole helped us pick the best appetizers and entrees for our guest and it was great to be able to see pictures of what things would look like. Our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour and about great all the entrees were! We were so grateful that all the meals were packed up for us so that we could eat them when we got back to the hotel since there was no time throughout the evening! Also, we had an ice cream bar instead of cake and that was amazing! Nicole helped us with all the flavors and toppings and it was great to have staff serving it to people as well. The additional passed desserts were amazing too and a great addition on top of the ice cream! The only problems I had and by no means effected our day, is that the planner you work with leading up to the event is not there day of. They pass along the information to the Captain and other staff for the day. They all did an amazing job, but still would have been nice to have her there. Also, during our ceremony the microphone provided by them didn't seem to work at first, luckily one of the people from our band was able to help figure it out and saved the day! Those two things again didn't effect the wedding at all and everything was still amazing that day.I was also worried once we booked the event about the ceiling since it is so unique especially for photography. I would definitely recommend booking a photographer that has been to this venue before - it eased my concerns and all the pictures came out amazing — including the ones outside at night of the NYC skyline. I would HIGHLY recommend having your wedding here. The food is amazing, the venue is great and views are so extremely beautiful - this venue will help make your wedding unforgettable!

Those two things again didn't effect the wedding at all and everything was still amazing that day.I was also worried once we booked the event about the ceiling since it is so unique especially for photography. I would definitely recommend booking a photographer that has been to this venue before - it eased my concerns and all the pictures came out amazing — including the ones outside at night of the NYC skyline. I would HIGHLY recommend having your wedding here. The food is amazing, the venue is great and views are so extremely beautiful - this venue will help make your wedding unforgettable!

Elizabeth and her staff are so so incredible. They were so easy, so kind and so wonderful from start to finish. Maritime Parc is a phenomenal venue with killer views. We had about 217 guests and they fit comfortably in the large room. The dance floor was HUGE which was very important for our family. The food was amazing- every one of our guests raved about the food. I cannot say how much of a delight Elizabeth and Nicole were during the whole process. Elizabeth connected with my mom, my husband and my mother-in-law- which is an almost impossible task. The day of the wedding everything ran like clockwork. We had the most magical day at Maritime Parc and we cannot thank the staff enough or say enough about how magical our wedding day went. Everyone was so professional and courteous during our entire time there- even allowing us to provide a guest count a bit late due to an unforeseen death in the family. We had the perfect wedding in large part to Maritime Parc.

She quickly responded to the emails we sent with questions after our visit. Between the look of this modern, elegant venue, the delicious taste of the food and that beautiful view, we knew this was the right choice for us. As it got closer to the wedding, we met with our event coordinator, Nicole, and she was fantastic. She was so patient and took the time to go through all of the details with us in preparation for our day. Our Maitre D', Lauren, and bridal attendant, Yosena, were there that day to make sure that everything was perfect - and it was! They were wonderful - so helpful, attentive and professional as were the entire staff. Our guests raved about the food saying it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. They also raved about the beautiful view, which cannot be beat. This is such a special place to get married and we absolutely recommend it highly. We couldn't have made a better choice.

Our search for a venue with skyline views brought us to Maritime Park. We felt immediately that it was a good fit for us. Elizabeth met with us and was very attentive to our needs, and was very accommodating when we wanted to do a second visit with our parents one evening. My husband and I were able to take care of all the details for the wedding in one meeting, and via email, which was perfect. I was a little worried about the coordination of all the other vendors we had - flowers, music, etc - but our Maitre’ D took care of everything. I didn’t have to field one phone call or answer any questions about what we’d planned on the day-of. The staff made sure the whole party ran like clock-work. The space itself was perfect for our wedding. We had 200+ guests in July, and everyone loved spending time with a drink chatting and taking photos on the terraces. People were dragging their feet leaving the cocktail hour on the 3rd floor, but so many people enjoyed the wrap-around terrace off the reception space. And, since it’s important - the food and drinks were great. We didn’t get a traditional food-tasting, but they invited us for a complimentary tasting menu at the restaurant, which was a fun treat. Our guests were raving about the food afterwards - I just wish we had more time on the day-of to enjoy it!

Overall, this venue is amazing and has a glowing reputation. The food is 5-stars (cocktail hour is beyond incredible), and you can fill views of the water, park, and skyline. These were the two most important things I wanted in a venue and they did not disappoint.I worked with Elizabeth (Sales) during the entire year of planning, from viewing the space to signing that final payment. She is wonderful: absolutely detailed-oriented, quick to respond to questions, and very accommodating. In the 2-3 months prior to the wedding, you're assigned an event coordinator. Since we had a 300 person wedding, there was a lot of fanfare and details to work with. When we sat down to discuss the menu, I made it very clear that we didn't not want arugula salad (I have a strong hatred for it, we all laughed, and the planner promised that there wouldn't be any argula salad). I chose an heirloom tomato salad. Wedding night, we got an arugula salad with heirloom tomatoes, and I did not eat the salad. Another, bigger mistake was with the seating chart. I had strategically placed the family and wedding party to be placed in the front center, but the in-laws were seated by the entrance, and the two tables with my best friends were seating in the middle and couldn't see anything. There were some hurt feelings.There's also another venue across the parking lot, so be careful of wedding crashers. We only had one to my knowledge, but take precaution in keeping the gifts safe.My last point from keeping this from being a 5-star rating is that besides Elizabeth, some of the staff (I won't publicly name any names), are not used to how stressed out brides can be. I'm a project manager and completely organized, but even I was not immune to the stress that comes with throwing a 300-guest party. I was often frazzled when asking questions (during the planning stage) and I caught a few eye-rolls and heavy sighs when I asked for help or confirmation from the receptionist or other support staff.The feedback that I received from my family and friends were glowing: excellent food, good service (they didn't rush us, they were so great with the kids!), and the views (so many great photos). So ultimately, the big things that matter worked out and were beautiful.

Elizabeth was extremely friendly and helpful at our first meeting. She assisted us along with Alexis the entire year. They are extremely diligent in returning emails which is very helpful during planning. The staff the night of the wedding is extremely courteous and helpful. The staff could not have been nicer and Lauren was there to make sure everything went according to plan and could not have done a better job. Everything went perfectly, the venue was beautiful and the food got RAVE reviews from all of our guests. The view of the NYC skyline is breathtaking! I would highly recommend Maritime Parc!!!

Where to begin!Maritime Parc is a phenomenal venue. To start, yes, it is a little pricey, but trust us when we say you get what you pay for. First of all, the service was outstanding. Starting with Elizabeth in the booking/finalizing process to Alexis and the event night staff. They were all very professional, courteous, and responsive to all of our questions. We brought a lot of boxes of homemade decor (centerpieces, signs, etc.) and hoped for the best. Martime Parc not only pulled it off, but they went above and beyond.Secondly, the food was unreal. The cocktail hour is no normal cocktail hour. You will be getting well presented (seriously they looked like food network Hors d'oeuvres) and great tasting food. Then the dinner was even better. We had multiple comments on the beef tenderloin being the best steak guests have ever had, anywhere. All positive feedback on the salmon and chicken too! Finally, the cake was just delicious. We went with the almond cake and dark chocolate mousse filling, and it was very flavorful. On top of all this, the bridal attendant was fantastic, making sure we always had a drink in our hand and always had our food on our plate. It was just wonderfully accommodating. Finally, the location can't be beat. The views are as advertised. Views from cocktail hour and the reception are breathtaking, with a beautiful outdoor area on both floors. Even if you happen to catch a bad weather day, you are so close to the city your view will not be impeded. We cannot recommend this venue enough and cannot say enough good things about it. So much so, we wish we could do it again!Highly recommended!!!!!!

Elizabeth did a great job handling the finances/contract. She was pleasant, detail-oriented, reasonable and accommodating. Alexis did excellent work on the logistics/planning. She was also always pleasant to work with and responsive to my needs. She was very thorough, helpful and organized. There were additional coordinators on the wedding day. They satisfied my every need before and during the wedding. Everyone at the venue went above and beyond to ensure I would have a marvelous wedding. The food was delicious. The menu was sophisticated with plenty of diverse options. We were delighted with the variety that was certain to please our guests. The cocktail hour was a big hit. The dinner menu was exquisite. The cake and dessert were just as impressive.The wedding party enjoyed the many picturesque spaces throughout the venue. My guests were in awe of the atmosphere. No words can truly express the experience I had planning and having my wedding at Maritime Parc. Every employee I interacted with was punctual, professional, and made me feel like his/her number one priority. The planning process went very smoothly due to the quick responses and assistance from Elizabeth W., Nicole Y. and Stephany S. As for the day of the wedding, Teena S. was the most attentive and kind bridal attendant. Teena catered to my fiancé and I and my guests were taken care of through out the night. My fiancé spilled red wine on his shirt and with the help of Paul and Svetlana, the problem disappeared. As for the food, everything was perfect; presentation, taste and creativeness exceeded my expectations. Our first course was Sopa de Lima and my guests who live in Mexico were highly impressed. Needless to say the view was breathtaking. My guests are still talking about the views and how perfect the location was for a wedding. My fiancé and I are truly thankful for everything Maritime Parc did for us. I can't wait to host future events at Maritime Parc!

The venue itself was great, and our guests made use of the second floor balcony space during our daytime wedding. And the view can't be beat!

A coworker sent me to look at the Maritime Parc for our wedding, and I could not be more thankful. When we first looked at Maritime Parc, we were certain we wanted to use a South Asian caterer to reflect our Pakistani-American fusion marriage, but after our celebration dinner (an amazing multi-course tasting menu complete with wine pairings), we scrapped that idea and had some of the best wedding food I've ever encountered. \r\rIt was easy to negotiate a price-per-person that worked with our budget, but also reflected the quality that Maritime Parc provides. The guests were stuffed at cocktail hour with amazing apps, had a delicious meal following, and topped off with \"the best wedding cake I've ever had\" (direct quote from more than 10 guests!). \r\rWorking with Symphonie & Elizabeth to iron out the details was not only super easy, but really delightful. They answered all of my questions, gave me the attention I needed, and shared advice. They also went with the flow of my switching to their in-house catering a shortly before the wedding.\r\rThe day of, Rita saw to my every need. She was always near by with more food, drinks, or a genuine smile. She also kept my husband & his boisterous groomsmen as tame as she could, along with my bridesmaids hydrated and warm. Lauren ensured the ceremony started with enough people present but not too late, everyone walked down the aisle at the right time, dinner came out at the perfect time, and the night flowed magically. \r\rAs my husband and I had experienced at my coworker's wedding, the staff was attentive to our guests. My two complaints: 1) one of the bars was frequently unmanned at the reception, but it seemed table wine service was not lacking, 2) we weren't able to get into the Aviary for group shots. IMHO, those both aren't that big of a deal. We got good shots, and no one went without a drink.\r\rWe're now enjoying some left over appetizers and cake (we couldn't wait a year...and don't care if we regret it!).

DREAM WEDDING!\r\rWe had our wedding at Maritime Parc on September 6th, and we can't say enough amazing things about this venue! We were looking for a venue that was unique and special, and from the first time we visited Maritime Parc we knew this was the place. From the views to the beautiful modern space to the superb food, Maritime Parc had everything we were looking for in a wedding venue! We had our ceremony outside, our cocktail hour on the 3rd floor, and the reception on the 2nd floor, which worked out great! We lucked out with perfect weather, so our guests were able to utilize the terrace during cocktail hour and the reception.\r\rWe honestly can't say enough great things about Maritime Parc. We had the most memorable night and our guests did too! We've gotten so many compliments from our guests, and they've been raving about the food and views. In addition, the staff was amazing to work with every step of the way. Angela was great to deal with pre-sale, Symphonie was there for us during the entire planning process and was always super responsive and helpful, and the entire staff insured that our big day ran smoothly! \r\rIf you want a truly magical place for your wedding, look no further than Maritime Parc! I promise you won't be disappointed!

Maritime Parc truly exceeded all of our expectations. After visiting the venue and having dinner in the restaurant several times (including the celebratory “tasting” dinner), my wife and I were very familiar with the gorgeous views of the city and the high quality of the food. We booked Maritime in June 2014 for a September 2015 wedding. Like many brides and grooms, we had uncertainties floating in our head after handing over large sums of money for a final product that would take over a year to see. As the day got closer, these concerns were relieved. The coordinators were extremely knowledgeable with the space and clearly understood the look we were going for. \r \rThe day of was when the staff truly shined. The setup of our DYI projects and accessories was flawless. The attendants and servers were extremely attentive – even noticing when the bride and groom required hydration during the day-of insanity. The day-of coordinators were on-point with all our cues and schedules. Even when we did have an issue – slight confusion with the table numbers and placement – the staff was quick to find a remedy.\r \r \rAs I mentioned earlier, the skyline view and the delicious food speak for themselves. However, it is the staff and the execution on the day-of that will truly wow you. My wife and I hope to share future life events at Maritime Parc.

We had our wedding on August 9, 2015 in the Aviary Room- both ceremony and reception. We couldn't have been any happier with Maritime Parc! As we live abroad in Australia, the only contact we had with Maritime Parc was over email with Elizabeth and Symphonie- both of whom were very responsive. Elizabeth recommended a few wedding planner to us- one of whom we used and loved- Vision Entertainment! We picked Maritime Parc as we wanted a modern venue and the views added to its benefit. We took our pictures in Liberty State Park and had a lot of guests coming from overseas who loved it. We had our ceremony outside on the balcony- there was no outside noise from the boats or the other venue nearby. The food was great, especially cocktail hour and the taco station. But the highlight was the cake. Every review here about the yummy cakes are true- we got the chocolate cake with raspberry filling- I am still raving about it. Our bridal attendant was great- we were never without drinks. My only suggestion would be to move the favor table from downstairs to right outside the room- a few of our guests missed the favor table or thought it was for the other event. That being said, it's a really small detail in the scheme of things and you can't hear any noise from the other room. I'm really happy with Maritime Parc and would highly recommend having your wedding there. We loved ours!

I reached out to Maritime Parc in the hopes to host my wedding there next October of 2016. I received a phone call from Elizabeth to gather some information and discuss scheduling a tour. I explained to Elizabeth that exclusivity was important to my fiancé and I and her immediate response was \"What's the issue with more than one wedding at a time?\" After explaining to her that is a personal preference of ours (which I shouldn't have to even explain) she snapped back with \"Well we're a business and if you want the entire venue to yourselves its a fee of $15,000\" Wow. I get that they are indeed a business. And I understand that requesting a venue to host only your wedding on any given day when they have the capacity to host 2 would definitely incur a substantial rental space fee. But her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for and are what completely turned me off. I should have just hung up right then and there. Nonetheless, my fiancé still wanted to schedule a tour since we really liked the location (we wanted a beautiful NYC skyline view) and had read a ton of great reviews online. The day of our tour we decided to bring my grandmother along with us to make a day of it and possibly have lunch. Our appointment was scheduled for 1pm on Monday July 27, 2015. We got there a few minutes before 1pm and were taken to the restaurant area to wait for Elizabeth. The restaurant was completely empty and we were waiting for 20 minutes before we decided that this just isn't going to fly. A person who is a Director of Sales and has 1 hour slots booked for tours throughout her day should NEVER make a prospect wait. I was hoping after her unprofessional demeanor during our phone call she would try to compensate by at least showing punctuality on the day of our tour. When we tried to contact the manager Mark SEVERAL times, the girls at the front desk would try to pre screen the call and always said he was \"unavailable.\" He also never returns phone calls. This place is not deserving of our time, consideration or money and I certainly wouldn't wish Elizabeth to handle anyone's wedding. Her carelessness, rudeness and lack of professionalism are a detriment to an aesthetically beautiful venue. Your wedding day if one of the most important days of your life and anyone in charge of that should take that into account. If they don't, find another venue. Which we thankfully did.

My husband and I always knew that we wanted a smaller wedding that had a view of NYC. When we saw the Aviary room (3rd floor) at Martime Parc, we knew it was the place we had to have our reception. My husband and I got married at a church in Hoboken then had the reception at Martime Parc. Since we loved the Aviary room so much we decided to hold our entire party in that room. We had cocktail hour outside on the patio and dinner/dancing inside. The room was perfect for the 120 guests we had! The room was intimate yet spacious enough for people to move around. The service was incredible, and everyone was very professional. All of our guests kept saying that the food was outstanding. Part of the reason why my husband and I choose Martime Parc was because we were so confident that the food was going to be terrific. Having great good was extremely important to us and it exceeded our expectations. Prior to signing our contract we ate at the restaurant a few times, and we look forward to many wonderful meals there to come. There are not enough positive things I can say about our wedding reception at Maritime Parc. From pre-sales with Elizabeth to post sales with Symphonie to our incredible day of staff, our wedding was the most magical occasion and it was in large to Maritime Parc and the team we had in place. Throughout the entire process, the team was attentive, detail oriented, kind, focused and flexible. \r\rGoing into the wedding planning process, we felt like Maritime Parc would be out of our budget given the location. However, Elizabeth was willing to work with us on pricing and timing, ultimately bringing us BELOW our max budget. She worked through every detail with us and then put us in the hands of Symphonie to finish the process and iron out day of detials. The girls we’re an incredible team. I cannot even begin to thank them enough for the superior job they did planning and executing our wedding. \r\rSince our wedding day, our family and friends have raved about the food, the view and the staff at Maritime Parc. I would recommend this venue to ANYONE! \r

Maritime Parc was absolutely amazing. Not only is the venue beautiful and features breathtaking views of lower Manhattan, the Hudson, and Statue of Liberty but the service was impeccable. Our guests RAVED over how great the food & service was! I often find banquet / catering for large groups to often be disappointing but Maritime Parc was amazing. We dined many times in their restaurant and the high quality absolutely carried over to our wedding. During the process they mentioned to us that they differentiate on food and they certainly did....One guest loved the food so much he wanted to eat everyone's leftovers!\rThe service was also amazing. As the bride I worried about NOTHING on the big day. I had full confidence in the staff and they thought of everything before I could. They were SO attentive but never once disruptive. For example, during cocktail hour every plate of food was brought by me and my drink was refilled before I was even finished...they made sure I didn't even need to think that I needed something and our guests felt the same way too. I HIGHLY recommend Maritime Parc...it is worth every penny!

As a PR/Media/Event planning professional, one can imagine how I wanted to make sure the wedding of my dreams ran smoothly (I also had my boss and a few clients in attendance!). \r\rLet me start by saying that we had the best night of our lives. We couldn't have selected a better venue for our wedding. The ballrooms, large windows, the staircase, that view! The NYC skyline is so close that it's pretty much a guest at your wedding.\r\rI teared up when I first walked into the ballroom of Maritime Parc when we were shopping for a venue. I KNEW this is where we had to have our wedding.\r\rThe Maritime Parc team are a pleasure to work with and are incredibly accommodating, professional, and friendly. We worked with Angela and Symphonie throughout the entire planning process and knew we were in great hands. Symphonie's organization and attention to detail was wonderful for a type-A personality like myself! Our bridal attendant and maitre d were also lovely to work with and made sure we had everything we needed the entire evening.\r\rNow on to the food. My now husband and I LOVE food, fine-dining, and trying new restaurants. In the months leading up to the wedding my husband and I would dine at Maritime Parc. Sometimes just the two of us, but a few times with family and friends. Every time we dined at the restaurant we became more and more excited for our wedding. The food is fantastic. Hats off to the chef and kitchen team. The same quality of food served in the restaurant is served at the wedding reception. Maritime Parc doesn't serve typical banquet food - they're serving up delicious, quality fare. Our guests are still talking about the food.\r\rBonus for getting married at Maritime Parc: You can visit the restaurant to celebrate anniversaries or just visit and dine to relive that magical day.

My now husband and I LOVE food, fine-dining, and trying new restaurants. In the months leading up to the wedding my husband and I would dine at Maritime Parc. Sometimes just the two of us, but a few times with family and friends. Every time we dined at the restaurant we became more and more excited for our wedding. The food is fantastic. Hats off to the chef and kitchen team. The same quality of food served in the restaurant is served at the wedding reception. Maritime Parc doesn't serve typical banquet food - they're serving up delicious, quality fare. We got married at Maritime Parc 3 days ago and it was the best night of our lives! We are still shocked by how unbelievable the night was and how perfect the venue suited our vision. Our guests cannot stop raving about our wedding. The beautiful view, the fantastic food, and the gorgeous decor at Maritime Parc really set the tone for a modern, elegant wedding. Every detail was handled with such care and the staff is AMAZING!\r\rElizabeth was our salesperson and we worked with her a lot over the past year to put together a package that suited our vision, budget, and ideas for a perfect wedding. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable throughout the process. \r\rMost recently, we were introduced to Allison and Symphonie, our event coordinators. They are amazing!!!! They were so helpful leading up to the event, answering our emails (and of course there were many of them), sharing advice, sending us organized, detailed plans, and showing ther excitement for us throughout each and every bit of correspondence. On the night of the wedding, they were so attentive to our every need. They helped us with last minute song ideas for our DJ, dress issues, and even just helping us relax before walking down the aisle. They are spectacular!!!!!!\r\rJustyna, our bridal attendant, was introduced to us the night of our wedding and we instantly loved her! She was so accommodating, bringing us drinks and food, organizing our guests, and helping with anything we needed at all. She was great with keeping us on schedule and even sewed my dress for me. She made what could have been a very stressful dress dilemma go very smooth and handled the situation with ease.\r\rOur guests cannot stop talking about how beautiful the ceremony was, how fun the party was, and how perfect our wedding night was. If you are looking for a modern, city-like, elegant wedding, Maritime Parc is the place to choose! The staff, the view, the decor, and the food is top-tier! Maritime Parc is the best!!!!
