Christiana Smith(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-10-2020 Well Jeremy has done it again!!! Right from the very beginning I loved that they were a family owned business and that when you walk in you could feel a homey feel which I absolutely loved! Josh and I got married on Saturday 10/10/20 (which was our original date) and had our reception at Marygold Manor and it was nothing short of amazing! From the hospitality from Jeremy, his dad James, Jen one of the waitresses, Jason our bartender and everyone else we cannot express enough how much we appreciated everything! Even given the current situation with a crap pandemic, the unknowns of what you can and cannot do, and the daily questions on if we are even still able to move forward in our plans, Jeremy ALWAYS was so positive and supportive of our decisions. Now for the good part...the food was incredible! Everyone could not stop talking about the meatballs and the salad dressing! The filet was amazing and cooked so well a butter knife cut it perfectly. The chicken was delicious and the smashed potatoes were so good! Overall I cannot recommend Jeremy and his dad enough! They both made sure we had the time of our lives. There were two other weddings there with ours and we never felt like we were pushed to the side for someone else. Every question, comment, and concern was answered and taken care of immediately and without hesitation. We have not received one complaint from any of our guests and we couldn't be happier!!! From the bottom of our hearts Jeremy, Thank you for making our night one we will never forget and being such an amazing individual! Love,Mr. & Mrs. Smith Reviewed on 13-10-2020

I recently hosted a party at the Marygold Manor and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The venue was absolutely perfect, the service was top notch and the food was excellent. During the planning Jeremy Urbanski was amazing to work with. He was flexible, reachable when I had questions and was very attentive to all of my ideas, and I had many. I would highly recommend the Marygold Manor to anyone planning a special event. The party was a month ago and my friends and family are still talking about how great it was. Reviewed on 30-11-2023
Neil Livergood(guest)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 31-07-2021 The venue is very nice. The tables have lighting underneath and is a nice touch. The ceremony was held in their out door courtyard which was set up nice but it was tough to hear bride and broom exchange vowels. A standing microphone might nave help guest hear the exchange of vowels. The reception was held indoors. My understanding is the dinner was $60.00 a plate and the quality of food was nowhere what it should have been. Breaded chicken breast was served and it was dry. For the price why not whole pieces of chicken baked . So I would suggest asking if the food to be served is a quality food or frozen food. Reviewed on 02-08-2021
Ann Zornick(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-09-2017 Everything was amazing. Jeremy was so quick to answer emails and was super flexible when setting up meeting times. Our ceremony was on site and Jeremy had the timing down perfect. There was a wedding right before ours so I was worried but it was unnecessary. They know what they’re doing! We had 109 guests for the dual entree sit down dinner and the staff was amazing. They worked so hard and delivered the food quickly. Everything was hot and delicious. If I had to do it all over again I would book the same place. Reviewed on 11-10-2017
Katie Noeller(wedding party)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-12-2018 WOW! Phenomenal - highly recommend the new Kensington room. My brother and sister in law just had their wedding there 10/7/17, first reception in the new Kensington room. Family style- the food was awesome, Marygold worked with us on the menu because of so many food allergies, everyone raved about the quality and taste of the food. Everyone with allergies couldn't believe they had so many options on the table to choose from. Jeremy dj'ed and kept everyone on the dance floor busy and happy! The bar, well let just say, amazing, 3 beers on tap for the craft beer lovers, and the sangria was delicious. The photo booth was so much fun, very helpful attendents. And let me just say a special thank you to the wait staff, applause to you guys! This was a wedding for the books, let me tell you. I can not thank Marygold manor enough for making this day so special for my little brother and sister in law.For those looking for a venue, the Kensington room is your place. Modern, great food, and a ton of fun! Reviewed on 09-10-2017
Melissa Chamberlin(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-11-2018 My husband and I got married there on Sept 2nd. I just wanted to take the time and say it was an AMAZING night. All of our guests had a wonderful time and the food was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and nice through out the night. We could have not asked for anything better! They held off and waited for the rain to pass so we could have our ceremony outside. There is nothing we would have changed! Jeremy and his staff was so accommodating with some last minute changes and with the whole thing!!!! Reviewed on 06-09-2017

James Postell(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-05-2016 The venue is beautiful and the food is great. However, the managing staff is not helpful with the set up. Additionally, there are three rooms and no signs to guide the guests into the proper event. Overall, the venue is lovely but they need more customer service and signs to guide the events. Also, they should have one person in each room assisting with the events. Reviewed on 04-06-2016
Sara Sanchez(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-07-2013 I wanted to have an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception. My husband and I had searched for so long and visited so many places. Just as I was going to settle for a place I came across Marygold Manor. It was prefect, we visited there and I knew we found our place. Not only did it give us the most for our money but it also was a beautiful venue. Jeremy, the banquet manager, was so professional and nice. He and his staff worked so hard to make my special day perfect. I loved that this is a family business and they are so accommodating. Everyone raved about the food and how pretty the setting was inside and out. We had a great time and it couldn't have been possible of it wasn't for Marygold's incredible staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone having a wedding or any kind of party. Reviewed on 23-07-2013
Chrystal Smith(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-06-2013 Place is not as nice as it seemed. The only thing I liked was that it was all inclusive and the price tag appeared to be low for a beautiful main hall and catered food. It was definitely too good to be true, very disappointing.\r\r-food was bland and boring ( people complained to me during and after the wedding )\r-they changed the unused table cloths to the next color setting during our reception\r-No one unlocked the doors the \"morning of\" when they promised we could use the dressing room. Me my bridesmaids and my professional makeup and hair artist sat outside for 45 minutes for them to show up inevitably making us late for my own ceremony.\r-staff didn't appear to take plates from guests tables.\rand more...\r\rIf your not picky this is the place for you. Janice Gresko(bride)2 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-08-2011 Ceremony: Location - Beautiful, although they put a new outdoor carpet in, which i was very excited about, unfortunately the seam meets in the center (not glued down) and overlaps leaving a \"bump\" all the way down the aisle, where the wedding party walks down. I tripped 2-3 times as havng it not glued, it would bubble throughout, not sure how odvious it was (yikes). No music playing as we exited down the aisle after being pronounced husband and wife. Music didn't start until around the 3rd bridesmaid was exiting. (after hearing the wrong song flipped through) Very unorganized as we were told to wait in the bridal room, until someone came for us, and no one ever did.\rReception: Didn't inform me that they didn't have the color overlays available until 3 days before my wedding. Still advertise them in the photo on the website, note to others considering this location, it IS BEAUTIFUL, but they do NOT have the light blue colored overlays they advertise on the website. Vegetables were cold, roast beef was dry, coffee was cold (I was informed of this by guests). Potatoes and chicken was DELICIOUS. They were kind enough to let us come in earlier in the week to do our own personal touches, since our wedding was on a Friday. They did not post my video on the website as they have done all their other weddings, wondering if that is due to the Music Fiasco??? The patio room was gorgeous, and the perfect setting for my wedding, unfortunately I would not go here again though, due to the lack of getting back to me on overlay color (creating a last minute dilemma for me to find the right color), the cold food and coffee, and the disorganization for the wedding ceremony, it was very disappointing and put a big damper on my wedding day. Danielle Pierce(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-08-2010 The Marygold Manor was willing to negotiate prices and accomadating with the menu. I had both my bridal shower and wedding reception there. Its a family business, but I would have preferred to just have dealt with the son jeremy. The parents are a bit rude and over-the-top. Overall I had a wonderful experience there. The food was great and everyone enjoyed themselves! I would reccomend them to my friends and family. Reviewed on 05-10-2010
