I cannot recommend McLoone's Pier House enough! My now-husband and I had a tough time when we initially searched for wedding venues. We knew we wanted a beach wedding with hotel options nearby, but found the options within our price point very limiting. Upon entering McLoone's, it felt light and open and was truly a beachy venue. We did not want to think about rain, but other venues often offered indoor ceremony options in a back room with no windows, while McLoone's still felt like we were on the beach! Looking at the pricing, especially in relation to the quality and quantity of food, it was a no-brainer!From our first visit, the entire staff was gracious and helped us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. Rachel answered so many questions via email, was extremely organized, and made clear exactly what we needed to do and when, to ensure that everything was all set before the big day. She and the team did a fantastic job getting everything set up to make my exact vision for the venue come to life! The decorations were set up to perfection and I loved everything about it!On the day of our wedding, the entire staff was amazing. Everyone was kind, attentive, and excited for us! We have to shout out the maitre d' Nelson- he was amazing! He coordinated plates of food for us while we got ready for the ceremony so we did not have to deal with a hangry groom situation. I realized right before we walked down the aisle that an item we were using for our ceremony was missing. He coordinated to have it brought in without anyone (me included!) even noticing when it happened! Throughout the night he checked in on us, and was watching the radar so closely that he notified our photographer when we needed to go outside for some couple's photos so we would miss the rain. Thank goodness he did, as a huge thunderstorm rolled in just a few minutes after we got back! The food was amazing, everyone was raving about it- we definitely recommend the surf and turf option!! Even the next day, the staff packed everything up nicely for us and made pick-up so easy. I wish we could relive wedding day and we can't wait to go back to visit on our anniversary! We could not be more grateful to have had McLoone's Pierhouse as our wedding venue! My husband and I agree its the best wedding decision we made. Rachel, our wedding coordinator, is such a pro. She anticipated every possible issue before they arose. She has such a calming presence which was much needed. We were worried about weather for our wedding as we had originally planned to have a beach ceremony. It rained on our wedding, but it did not matter, because even inside the Atlantic Room, the view was breathtaking. McLoone's was so efficient in setting up for the ceremony and breaking down the chairs afterwards. Three weeks out now from our wedding and guests are saying McLoone's Pierhouse had the best food and service they've ever had at a wedding! All the staff were polite, professional and cheery, singing along to the songs. Nelson, our Maitre-d, was so fun and easy going. McLoone's exceeded every expectation we had. If you are looking to have a beach wedding, look no further. McLoone's Pierhouse is incredible in every way. Thank you McLoone's!!!!!

We had an absolutely amazing wedding at Mcloone’s. From the time we booked to the end of the wedding the whole team was beyond attentive and amazing. Rachel was incredibly responsive and accommodating to every single question and request. Our Maitre’D was also amazing. So very attentive- did not have to ask for a thing because he just appeared with it! So sweet as well!!! My guests raveeeeeed about the food, drinks, and views. McLoone’s Pier House was an exceptional place for our wedding venue. The staff went above and beyond throughout our entire planning process; attentive, helpful in answering any and all questions and ensured that our day ran smoothly. The space was gorgeous and large enough to fit our 150 guests comfortably. The food and bar did not disappoint! Our guests left happy with full stomachs, smiles and memories to last forever. I would use this space over again if I could, it was the perfect beach wedding venue!

My wife and I got married here a week ago & this venue was absolutely amazing! From the food, to the actual place, to all the staff, words cannot express how floored and grateful we are for everyone that helped us along the way! From our McLoones Coordinator Rachel to our maitre d' Nelson, everyone was super kind, helpful, & supportive! If you are a beach person, this is the perfect place to go! The Venue has it set up with the town so you can get married on the boardwalk! They helped us have the most amazing wedding day! I highly recommend them 10/10!

We had our wedding at McCloone's and we absolutely made the right choice and would do it all over again. Rachel and her staff are so lovely to work with an accommodating. The day of our wedding was a rainy one and all we wanted to do was get married outside. The McCloone's team were so patient with us and they were able to wait for the storm to to pass and give us our dream ceremony outside. Thank you again for all that you did to make our day so special!! Oh and the food was AMAZING!! Cocktail style reception is the way to go!

If you are looking for a venue that is not a ballroom, McLoone's is the places. It was so romantic the different spaces were super spacious so beautiful. The open concept room has a bar area, a cocktail table/ dance floor area, and a dining area. Libby, Rachel, and Nelson were amazing! Our families and my husband and I did not have to ask for anything the day of our wedding; they were next to us before we could even form a thought about what we may need. The food...oh my goodness. I have never been to a wedding where the guests did not stop talking about not only the plethora of options during cocktail hour, but the plated dinner, too. Who enjoys the dinner at a wedding? Our guests did! Having surf and turf as one of our three options was a show stopper. The lobster tail and filets were cooked to perfection. The day went to perfection, the room looked stunning with décor from our florist and from the venue. We planned our wedding in seven months and they made it happen! Best day of our life!

You can't go wrong with McLoone's! The staff was on the ball and professional. The GM we worked with (Libby) would answer us almost immediately every time via email.. and during our event, the GM (Nelson) made himself available and accessible. There was a wedding the day before and the day after ours.. the staff CLEARLY knows what they're doing wedding after wedding :) We are so pleased with our experience .We were also able to visit a handful of times during our wedding planning, and their flexibility to allow us to visit was great. Also - we got lots of positive feedback that the food was delicious. From what we had that evening, it was delicious :) I would recommend McLoone's for your wedding for SURE!

From beginning to end, our experience at McLoone’s was exceptional. We had already been to brunch at McLoone’s in the past and we knew we liked their food and the view from the Atlantic room (beautiful view of the beach with many windows). After seeing the package offerings/enhancement options, plus after meeting with their Director of Events, Rachel, it was an easy decision in selecting McLoone’s to have our wedding. For the year leading up to our day, anytime I had any kind of question, I was able to send an email and receive a prompt and kind response. Our food tasting experience was wonderful- the Maitre d’, Nelson is so helpful and accommodating. We had a quick and painless rehearsal experience thanks to Nelson taking the lead and walking us through everything-he saved us so much stress! The day of wedding was truly the best day of our lives- Rachel, Nelson and all of the staff made everything PERFECT! We had sent an email the night before because we realized we forgot an important piece of a decoration item that could not be easily replaced and they were able to find a work around (again, saving us so much stress). I felt like we were so taken care, like they had everything in control and that we were truly able to just enjoy the day. At one point I told my new husband that I felt like royalty! We really appreciated how attentive they were to us and our families. So many people complimented the food also. It was truly the most wonderful experience. I’m looking forward to being able to dine at McLoone’s in the future because they are wonderful and it will always be a very special place to us.

Recently back in September, we had both our ceremony and reception at McLoone’s Pier House in Long Branch and had such an amazing experience. Starting with the planning, Rachel was such a pleasure to work with. From the very beginning she was so helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions in great detail, and making us feel very comfortable. We visited McLoone’s several times during the planning stages for meetings with Rachel as well as for food tastings, and Nelson as well as the entire staff were so welcoming and nice to us and our families. For our reception we provided Rachel with details and pictures of the decorations for all the tables and for the entire room and everything came out exactly as we envisioned. We had our ceremony outside in the gazebo on the boardwalk overlooking the beach & ocean which was amazing. Everything went very smoothly for the ceremony thanks to the rehearsal with Nelson the day prior, making sure everyone understood where they needed to be. Our reception was a daytime brunch in the Atlantic Room upstairs with gorgeous views of the ocean. Our families are still telling us how amazing the food was, they have so many options for customization to fit everyone's needs. The hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour were all delicious. Thanks to the amazing staff the entire reception was perfect, nothing felt rushed, and we really got to enjoy ourselves. For the amount of food that was included, as well as the delicious cake from Chocolate Carousel, the value for the brunch package was well worth it. We would highly recommend McLoone’s Pier House for anyone looking for an amazing wedding day at the beach that you will never forget!

Mcloones is the perfect place to get married. My husband and I had our ceremony on the beach and then reception upstairs in Mcloones. Our wedding coordinators were fantastic and helped us plan the most perfect day. They made the day run so smoothly and even provided us food so we didn’t miss cocktail hour after pictures. Mcloones is definitely reasonably priced compared to all other wedding venues. The team was so great to work with! I would 110% recommend Mcloones to every bride looking to get married by the beach. Guests also get all views of the beach the whole night. The food was so good. Everyone had a great time!

We had an incredible ceremony & reception at McCloone's Pier House. The staff goes above and beyond to take away any stress from your day. They are extremely flexible & think of everything so you don't have to. We wanted a beach ceremony and they handle it all. Nelson & Rachel both work so hard throughout the entire process. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do & love to experience the entire day & lead up with the couple. Its at a gorgeous restaurant directly on the boardwalk/beach with beautiful views of the ocean & windows that open to give you the indoor/outdoor feel. You are able to choose from an extensive food menu & all alcohol is included in your initial price, even going out of their way to bring up non-alcoholic beer for a guest on his way downstairs to grab one from their regular bar. We are so grateful to have chosen such an easy & beautiful venue to work with. They made our day even better than we could have imagined. Highly recommend this amazing venue for your special day.

McLoone’s Pier House was amazing! Rachel, and our Maitre D Nelson made the day run smoothly and made it easy and truly enjoyable for my husband and I. Our outdoor beach ceremony needed to be moved inside, and they made sure we didn’t need to have a single worry about the change. Rachel quickly responded to all of my emails and answered every question I had and was extremely helpful throughout our whole planning process. Not to mention the beautiful view all day. Our friends and family complimented how beautiful the venue itself and the view was.

Our whole wedding was in the Atlantic Room at McLoone's and I really enjoyed working with them to learn what went into creating our day. No question was too small to email or call about and they were great about updating our plans when a detail changed (and there were many). They gave gentle guidance on design tips with decorations and were a fountain of knowledge for just about any question I had. It was hard to believe they could turn our ceremony into cocktail hour in under 5 minutes but they did it! Completely recommend them for indoor weddings under 125 guests!

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing wedding reception at McLoone's Pier House. From the moment we connected with the banquet coordinator, Megan, we were impressed with her responsiveness and how helpful she was throughout the entire process. Our wedding was a bit nontraditional (a low-key Saturday brunch reception with about 60 guests) and Megan was incredibly accommodating of all our needs and requests. We especially loved that McLoone's offered so many wedding day items (card box, cake cutting knife/server, extra lanterns/florals, etc.) that we could borrow for the reception, rather than spending money on our own single-use items.On our wedding day, the maitre d', Nelson, coordinated everything perfectly and continually checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We did not have a DJ/MC (we hooked up an iPad to their speaker system and use our own Spotify playlist) so Nelson helped us ensure the reception stayed on track. The food was delicious and our guests loved the brunch spread. Megan and her team also found spots for all of our handmade decorations throughout the reception space.As an added bonus, McLoone's Atlantic Room has an absolutely stunning ocean view from its floor-to-ceiling glass windows. We're so glad we had a daytime reception so everyone could enjoy the gorgeous sights!We could not be more grateful to McLoone's for helping us create the wedding we envisioned. From the first time my fiancé and I saw McLoone's, we knew it was the venue for us. We have always loved the beach, so McLoones' beautiful view and beach ceremony was a perfect fit. The staff was so responsive and helpful. Katie and Meaghan quickly responded to any questions we had. Whenever we met with them, you truly got the feeling that they knew exactly what they were doing and there was no need to worry. Our wedding day was perfect. The venue looked beautiful and they decorated exactly as we wanted. Nelson and his crew ran everything so smoothly and on schedule. The food was awesome! All of our guests kept saying how amazing the cocktail hour was. Anything we needed that day, they delivered. We truly felt like we were in good hands and could enjoy our big day. We highly recommend McLoone's and their staff for your wedding!

My wedding at Mcloone's Pier House was everything we imagined and more! Thanks to Katie and Nelson (the maître d') everything went smoothly. Katie is quick to respond to emails, provided insight into how to best set the venue up, and gave us ideas like setting up a kids activity table in the back to keep the little ones happy. The day of Nelson was a huge help in getting everyone together, setting up, and keeping everything running according to schedule. The food was SO TASTY and there was lots of it, not a hungry guest in sight. Plus you can't beat the views of the beach from the 2nd floor. We are so happy with how everything turned out and wish we could do it all again.

My wife and I were married at McLoones just this past Friday night. We have nothing but positive things to say about the venue and its dedicated staff. Our coordinator, Megan, was wonderful from start to finish! She answered all questions timely throughout the planning process and was so organized that it felt easy. Nelson, the maitre d’, orchestrated the ceremony and reception the night of and the rehearsal the night before....everything flowed seamlessly. In addition to the amazing staff....our guests complimented the delicious food and stunning ocean views. We were so happy with our venue choice and will be back in the future! Everything about our wedding at McLoone’s Pier House in October 2018 was absolutely perfect! I have so many wonderful things to say about this venue and the entire staff. We worked with Jillian, and she was truly incredible throughout the whole process, starting from the day we met. She knew exactly what to do in every step of the planning process and thought of things I never would have thought of on my own. She answered any questions right away and gave me suggestions and advice if I wasn’t sure about something. Working with Nelson was also great – he coordinated the ceremony and even helped us do a quick rehearsal the afternoon of the wedding. He was always readily available during the reception if we needed anything. The venue itself is so beautiful, with stunning ocean views from every window. Our ceremony took place inside during sunset, and people still cannot stop talking about how beautiful it was. All the food – cocktail hours, appetizers, dinner – was delicious. You are allowed to bring your own décor and they take care of everything. We dropped everything off the day before the wedding, and McLoone’s staff handled the rest – they set-up all the décor, then packed everything up for us to pick up after the wedding. You can tell that the staff is very experienced in hosting weddings - they know what to do at every step of the way and the day itself ran so smoothly and efficiently – but at the same time, it was a very personalized experience and they truly dedicate time and effort to make the wedding exactly what you want. We are forever grateful to Jillian, Nelson, and the entire staff at McLoone’s for our dream wedding day and we would recommend McLoone’s Pier House to anyone looking for a unique ocean venue with impeccable service. I cant say enough how amazing my wedding was. From planning to the last minute of reception it was fantastic. Very organized. Food was great. Venue is pretty and the view is beautiful. Have Nelson coordinate everything was a huge help. You literally just tell them what you want and just show up! I made my own centerpieces, dropped off a few pictures and odds and ends. They did the rest. My husband even forgot the boutenieers 🙄 To keep me from panic, Nelson quickly made some himself for the guys and they looked great. Everything went smoothly, no stress at all, and everyone said it was one of the best weddings they been to! Very happy!

When I walked into McLoone's in Long Branch, I knew this was the venue for us. Such a great vibe and they even offer their own decorations for you to use (hello cost-savings!). Additionally, I knew I picked the right venue down the shore in NJ when I told people where we were getting married and anyone that has been to this venue only has GREAT things to say! They are reasonably priced, able to have a beach ceremony and reception held at the same location, and the food and drinks are delicious and plentiful - no one will leave hungry! Katie was our coordinator and was fantastic! She was so responsive and offered advice when I asked. Nelson was our maitre'd and he was amazing the night of our wedding - always making sure that my husband and I had a drink and food (even some food held for us in the bridal suite if we needed to break away). They even packed up everything for us so we could easily come the next day and pick up boxes of items quickly. Their recommended vendors are also amazing. During such a stressful time, McLoone's made the planning and day such an enjoyable event! Highly recommend :)

We had an amazing wedding at McLoone's Pier House. My husband and I had to plan this wedding from California, so it was very important to us that the venue was highly organized and responsive to phone/email. They exceeded our expectations. Katie (our event coordinator) was so helpful every step of the way for months leading up to the wedding. Random questions were answered easily (can we get a blessed kosher meal? What should we do about the photo booth? Can you help me find a hair dresser? What should I do for centerpieces?) On the weekend of the wedding, I was further impressed. The maitre d' is a complete professional, and he ran a well organized rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, there was a crazy rainstorm that started within one hour of our outdoor ceremony. The staff were able to seamlessly move the ceremony indoors, and we (my husband and I) did not have to worry for one second. Many of our guests positively commented on the smooth transitions, and the overall pacing of the event. Not to mention the beautiful views from the venue and the delicious food. Our guests were stuffed. I recommend that everyone consider this venue.

If you are thinking about having your wedding at the Mcloone's you should definitely do it. It's a great location at Long branch beach. My wedding was inside the restaurant and it was beautiful specially because of the view you get from the ocean. The staff is amazing, they coordinate everything to go smooth before/after the ceremony and party, we did not have to worry about anything. Everybody loved the food, drinks and the way they set up the floor plan for the ceremony. The price is great as well. Me and my husband are really happy :)

McLoone’s is the BEST place to have your wedding weather beach, pavilion or just inside! My wedding was absolutely perfect. Megan, our coordinator, was wonderful and lead us through the whole process and made sure I was happy the whole time. They do everything that you ask and are very clear about all details. Nelson, our maitre de, obviously knows what he’s doing because he did a flawless job! I never had to think twice and he made sure I had everything I wanted on my day. I don’t think anything could have gone more perfect on my wedding day. Part of their preferred vendors included Spinners Entertainment (Jay Della Valle) and this was the best DJ and band to have for a wedding. They got everyone up and dancing. Honestly can’t say enough good things or put into words about how well everything went with McLoone’s. It rained 20 minutes before my ceremony on the beach and then the skies cleared and it was beautiful!! McLoone’s is the place to have your wedding. You’d be crazy not to have your wedding here

We knew we wanted a beach wedding... we looked all over the Jersey Shore... this was our last venue to look at... and from the minute we met with them we knew they were the one!! Megan and Nelson were absolutely amazing... from start to finish!! They were so patient with me... I would email them all the time with questions and they were great!! The food was amazing ... so many of our guests reached out and said how good the food was... There wasn't a detail that was forgotten... we wish we could do it all over again!! Our ceremony was on the beach and it was truly amazing!! During the reception we realized it was a full moon and it looked awesome over the ocean so we asked them to open the windows and they did!!

Our experience with McLoone’s for our wedding was absolutely amazing. From the start, katie was so helpful, answering all of our questions. The day of ran so smoothly with the help of Nelson, who made sure we were happy (and eating and drinking!) throughout the whole reception. We had a PARTY, with many broken glasses on the dance floor and the service was unbelievable, continuously cleaning up after us without an issue. They decorated using our decor and their own be beautifully. We are so happy we chose mcloones!

We could not have dreamed of a more perfect day! We got Married on June 3, 2018.Between Megan helping us all along the way and all the wonderful staff that helped us the whole day it really was great. We had planned on getting married on the beach but the weather did not allow! I was disappointed at first but when I saw how beautiful the ceremony was inside and how seamless the transition was from ceremony to cocktail hour and than the reception it was amazing! We had perfect views of the water as our backdrop and they did an amazing job setting up the ceremony inside. After the wedding a bunch of my guests commented on how seamless the transition with everything was. The food was absolutely amazing! We went with the buffet wedding and it was all out of this world. The seafood was delicious, GET THE CRAB CAKE! All of the options really were great.I cannot say enough positive things about our wedding and how great it was. It completely exceeded our expectations and we cannot be more happy!

Mcloone's is an amazing venue for anyone who wants to have their wedding near or on the beach. My husband and I had our wedding here on May 19, 2018. From the very beginning, Jillian and Nelson were extremely kind and professional. In fact, while we were venue shopping we just popped in to Mcloones unannounced after the gym. Jillian was more than accommodating and sat with us to explain everything. The price of the venue is unbeatable compared with other venues on the beach. The food was tasty, plentiful, and there was a large selection to choose from. It even includes a delicious cake from The Chocolate Carousel. The staff at Mcloones were courteous and kind to all our guests, making everyone feel comfortable. It actually rained the entire day of our wedding and yet the ceremony was intimate and beautiful inside. We were able to bring in all our own decorations for the tables and Jillian, Nelson, and their team packaged everything exactly as we brought it in at the end. Nelson was extremely hands on the entire wedding day always making sure we had drinks and food. Our wedding was a dream come true! Almost everything exceeded our expectations! We would recommend this venue to anyone who loves the beach, tasty affordable food, a laid back atmosphere, beautiful beach views, and kind/professional people! We absolutely loved this venue and would never have changed it for the world.

We planned our brunch wedding reception at McLoone’s from out of state, and Megan and the team could not have made it any easier! They were so organized, had impeccable attention to detail, were quick to respond to all emails...we couldn’t be more impressed! Day-of, the venue was decorated exactly how we had discussed (which was beautiful), and the food was outstanding. We had so many compliments from our guests saying that it was the best wedding food ever (and we agree)! The ONLY thing that we wish was different is that we were not given the remainder of our cake at the end of the event, so we sadly will not get to celebrate with that on our anniversary next year. That was literally the only hicccup though-everything was perfect, and we cannot recommend them enough!

We could not possibly have been more pleased with our whole experience from the initial planning stages to the big night itself, McLoone’s was a pleasure to work with. Megan, our point person, was always receptive and accessible and guided us through the many ins and outs of the planning process. Nelson, the man of the hour on game night, was organized and efficient while still being kind and supportive. And the food!!!!! Absolutely delicious and generously abundant; kudos to the entire culinary staff. Would we recommend McLoone’s as a wedding venue? A resounding affirmative! 5 stars all the way.

If I could rate McLoone's Pier House higher than 5 stars, I would. From the moment we walked into the reception room last June while searching for wedding venues, we fell in love. The views from the reception room cannot be matched. We searched all along the Jersey shore for the perfect beach wedding venue and this was definitely the perfect match for us! Our wedding was truly the BEST DAY EVER, largely in part to the wonderful staff and crew at McLoone's. Katie Kauffmann was wonderful since day one - answering a nervous / stressed bride's (obviously referring to myself here lol) many emails / questions and being so accommodating / friendly during every step of the wedding planning process! Nelson (our maitre'd), Katie (banquet coordinator), and the crew (wait / bar staff, those who assisted with decorating, etc. etc.) really made our dream beach wedding come to life. I have always dreamed of my beach wedding and this far exceeded my expectations! They listened to all of our special requests, decorated the venue so beautifully (exactly how we envisioned our wedding to be), and worked so hard from start to finish. All of our guests (many who have never been to the Jersey shore) were blown away with how amazing this venue is - great location, barefoot beach ceremony, beautiful oceanfront views (all day long - for both ceremony and reception to follow), delicious food, top notch service - you name it! One week out and I am still receiving so many compliments from our guests. Our DJ who performs at many weddings each weekend even told me that if he knew about this venue, he would have gotten married here himself! Now that's saying something!! I could honestly go on and on forever about how wonderful this venue was... It truly was over the top / extraordinary. My husband and I will be forever grateful to McLoone's Pier House for providing us with the perfect wedding - the wedding of our dreams! I wish there was a rating better than 5 stars, because that is just how AMAZING Mcloone's Pier House was. My husband and I got married here on Sat. Aug. 12, 2017. Venue Selection/Early preparations: Myself, mom, and my sister met with Blaire in September not really knowing what to expect of Mcloone's. We had passed by hundreds of times, but had never been before. Well, Blaire was an absolute doll! She was extremely professional and answered all of our questions. She really took the time to personalize our meeting and make us feel like our wedding was important, and not just another event. Throughout the 11 months leading up to our date, we spoke/met with Blaire occasionally, and EVERY time she knew exactly who I or my mom was, by first name, and when the wedding was. Also something to note, is that my husband is active duty military, and was deployed for the majority of our planning. Blaire was BEYOND accommodating of this, and was even able to schedule our tasting for when he came home, so he could be there. Decorations- Mcloone's really KNOWS how to decorate their space. The small little frames, floral vases, and knick knacks they provide really enhance the feel. And they make it look effortless! I brought some random little shells, and things I had at home, and they incorporated everything into what they already had. It was PERFECT! Additionally, the panorama windows serve as the most amazing backdrop as the sun sets. Day of: The day of our wedding was rainy in the early morning. It was gloomy and grey, and we had a ceremony planned on the boardwalk under the gazebo. I was nervous, but I spoke with Blaire about 2 hours before the ceremony, and she assured me we'd be good to go. Let me tell you- the ceremony was BEAUTIFUL! The only downfall I'd say is that the town limits the number of chairs you have on the boardwalk for to 100, but that isn't at all the fault of Mcloone's or their staff, just a town zoning ordinance. Even with 186 guests, we had no issues with the seating during the ceremony, and I know some of our guests even preferred to stand around to watch. Nelson, the maitre d', was a PRO at getting my entire wedding party lined up and ready to go. Food/reception: Your search for a venue should stop here! The food is UNBELIEVABLE!! We went for our tasting and could not believe some of the options! Our guests were treated to seafood, filet mignon, and a chicken dish. Some of our guests even thought the cocktail hour was the dinner!! There was so much food, and such an amazing variety! What is the most amazing is that the food was not dry or over/under cooked. Everything was cooked perfectly, and our guests still, a month later, cannot stop talking about the food. And, it was all at an affordable price! I love that Mcloone's has different pricing for child/teen guests, from the adult meal price.I've worked in catering for about 6 years, and have never seen quality service like this before. Every single server made our guests feel welcome. Service can make or break an event, and this team NAILED it. In sum: Mcloone's is by far, the BEST Service/Quality/Ambiance for a Shore wedding. We cannot begin to thank Blaire, Nelson, and the rest of this stellar team for making our wedding everything we could have dreamed of, and then some. They truly care about each couple and their guests, and it shows - This is a team of professionals! Our guests will be talking about this wedding for a very long time!!

Perfect! Everything about our wedding reception at McLoone's was perfect. We planned our wedding from Sydney Australia and Trish and Katie were extremely accommodating and willing to answer all our questions through email since time zones made it difficult to speak on the phone. They answered all our questions thoroughly and promptly. They even went the extra mile to ensure the bartenders sourced the correct bottles of Australian Shiraz wine to please our Australian guests! They were so easy to work with - we would highly recommend them. The wedding day was amazing. We provided McLoones with a sketch of how we wanted our decorations placed throughout the room and everything was placed exactly how we wanted it. The room looked beautiful. We had the boardwalk package and there was more than enough food. Our guests thought the cocktail hour was the dinner food because there was so much of it and the variety was amazing. They accommodated our gluten free and vegetarian guests quite well - ensuring they were well taken care of and had plenty of food to meet their dietary restrictions. All of the food was delicious and we received so many compliments from our guests telling us the entire experience was the best wedding they've been too - we may be biased but agree 100 percent. Everyone from the valet parkers to the wait staff and to the bartenders were professional and pleasant - they all made the night enjoyable for everyone. Our only wish was that the night went on longer - the five hour cocktail hour and reception went by so fast - we just wanted more time to soak everything in. We can't fault Mcloones on any piece of the night or planning process. As mentioned at the start, everything was perfect and we couldn't be happier with the services provided by Mcloones.

From the moment my wife and I stepped into McLoone’s we had a good feeling. We saw the room upstairs and fell in love! Then we met Katie and she really impressed us, throughout the entire process she was responsive to all of our emails and questions, she was caring, organized and never made us feel like we were just another wedding. The whole process was so smooth, our tasting was wonderful, we were able to bring 4 other people with us and the food did not disappoint. Beyond the view, and amazing food, we have to say that Katie, and the staff at McLoone’s were wonderful. Every detail was covered, and two weeks before the wedding helped us with seating, and our official wedding timeline to make the night run smooth. We never had to worry about a thing, they offered so many extras from valet parking, and included decorations, and really helped to organize the “extra” guests who watched our wedding on the beach.Nelson who was our Maître D, took wonderful care of us, he made sure we had appetizers during cocktail hour and drinks in our hands, he helped to make the ceremony and all parts of the night run so smoothly. From beginning to end McLoone’s Pier House went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding was perfect, and it was perfect! The beach ceremony, delicious and abundant food, décor (We only provided centerpieces) and most importantly the staff were amazing. I highly recommend McLoone's Pier House!! My wedding was on June 4, 2016 and I had the best day of my life, largely thanks to how great of a job McLoone's did. The view cannot be beat - our guests loved the room and the fact that we were able to open the windows to let the sea breeze in the whole night. People raved about the food - how good it was and also how plentiful it was! My family and friends have told me over and over again how fun our wedding was, and that is some of the best feedback to get (after all the hard work and thought that goes into it)! Trish was so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. She answered questions promptly and gave great advice when we asked. On the day of the event, Nelson (the maitre d) was on top of everything and the whole day went smoothly. I had absolutely nothing to worry about, so I was able to have the time of my life at my wedding.

McLoone's Pier House was the PERFECT venue for our wedding on January 16, 2016. The view from the banquet room is stunning and provided a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The room was comfortable, with plenty of space for our guests to move around and have fun. We appreciated that the standard decor was so nice because we didn't have to stress as much about our own touches. All of the food was absolutely delicious and definitely a step above typical wedding offerings. Most importantly though, the planning help we received from Katie and the rest of the McLoone's banquet team leading up to our wedding was top notch. Katie was the easiest person to work with and always responded to my questions quickly and pleasantly. She made the whole process really enjoyable and we are so happy that we got to work with her. We wouldn't change a thing about our wedding and we wish we could do it all over again!

I wish I could give it more stars. Somehow 5 doesn't even begin to explain our experience in our wedding. Blair first and foremost...the GEM of special events. I never heard a No coming from her...even when I asked for something they didn't have (I had a brunch wedding on Saturday January 9th) and requested a toaster for the bread, which Blaire explained they didn't have but anyone in the floor would happily toast the bread for me or my guests. Well....no clue where they got it but there was a 4 slot toaster next to the bread section. It is one of the many many many details throughout the process that makes McLoone's Long branch a truly unique place. I did my homework and research...most of the places had so many NO NO's....I felt suffocated by the idea of being so limited in what I could do. McLoone's was exactly the opposite of that, not to mention a space truly unique, and so warm as it is...it does not require much decorations. Between the sea as your backdrop and all the beautiful very \"homey\" in the best of senses details they have, it makes it from the get go a very budget friendly choice. Add to that incredibly delicious food (and coming from a foodie like me...says a lot), a great stock bar, fantastic sound system, incredible staff.....it's a no brainer in my opinion. It accommodates smaller to bigger groups and they will take care of EVERYTHING. I was SHOCKED when I was told...bring everything the day before and we will take care of everything...from decorations to cakes (I brought a groom's cake made by a friend of mine)....I did not have to worry about ANYTHING! And that, above everything else....it's the most important thing when picking a place. They will be very fair with prices, no hidden anything, will accommodate any request (as long as it's within reason) and you'll leave in awe of your experience. THANK YOU Blair, Trish and Nelson for making of my special day FLAWLESS!!!!!

We met Katie Kauffmann at a same sex wedding expo, and fell for her on the spot. We went to see Pier House shortly after and knew that it was the place for us. We had a rather large guest list, but more than half of our relatives were from out of state, so we really weren't sure how many we would end up with, not a prob at all. We also had very definite ideas of what we wanted, but not necessarily how to go about doing it. Katie could NOT have been more helpful in making sure that we had every single possible detail right for our \"cross between a 1950s supper club and a fairy tale\" wedding. We wanted a cocktail reception, but were scared of it coming off like a buffet, which we definitely didn't want - Katie assured us it could be done and it exceeded our expectations. The food was AMAZING and there was so much of it. I can't tell you how many of our guests still talk about the meal. The ambiance of Pier house is flawless - all you see is is the ocean -it's like getting married on your own private island. I could go on (as you can probably tell) but I won't except for two final thoughts. There were two things that I was especially nervous about going into this. The first was being we were a gay couple, I didn't know how things would play out. Well. it was a complete non-issue from start to finish. I know that this is how it SHOULD be, but I didn't know if that was how it WOULD be. It was. The second was more specific to McLoones Pier House. because we were having our ceremony, cocktail hour and then the reception all in one room, it had to be reset 3 times during the evening. I didn't see HOW they would be able to do that without total turmoil. Again, Katie assured us it would be seamless and that no one would even notice, Idk if anyone else noticed, but I didn't and I knew the changes were coming. It was like all of a sudden the place was completely redone as if by magic. Like in a fairy tale. It was truly the wedding of our dreams, Thank you Katie and Pier House!

It is a day filled with emotions, expectations and finally wishes for a bright and very happy future. It marks the beginning of another chapter in the life of the family. \r\rHaving said that, we also want and expect \"everything\" to be perfect on her wedding day. This, of course requires a great deal of time and effort to ensure the day is as perfect as it can be. I would share with those of you reading this, while you will spend hours upon hours planning your event, you will need the help and support of incredible people who wish to make your daughter's special day perfect.\r\rIn my search for a perfect location for a ceremony and a location for a reception for my daughter's wedding, I was lucky enough to have stopped in to speak to the professionals at McLoone's Pier House in Pier Village, Long Branch, New Jersey. My first contact was with Katie Kauffmann, who as it turned out, was a total professional, she was able to give us not just the information we needed but assured us that McLoone's could handle all of our needs to ensure my daughter's wedding would be that special day I was trying to achieve for her. As many questions as I had and I had a lot, there was never a time when either Katie or one of the other professional wedding planners from McLoone's didn't get back to me within a short period of time. Blair, Trish and Katie were and are total professionals when it comes to communications and the planning process. Another important person, who was the captain of the ship on the day of the wedding, was the Maitre D' Nelson. He guided all of us to where we had to be and took care of everyone and everything. He made everything we had to do on the day of the wedding seamless. \r\rThe food was so outstanding, the reception area so beautiful, the service by all so perfect that there wouldn't have been one thing I would have changed or had done differently. While, there were many others outside of Mcloone's who were part of the wedding process, I can honestly say the folks mentioned above did their part to make my daughter's wedding day perfect. \r\rI simply can't say enough about McLoone's and it's wonderful Chefs, Director and Professional Staff in helping you plan your, \"Perfect Day\". \r\rLou Rupp\rProud Father of the Bride

McLoone's was amazing! My husband and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting. Everything we asked for was exactly as we had wished it to be. We gave our special day many personal touches that we created and Katie and Nelson made sure every detail was displayed just as we had pictured. The staff was outstanding, the food was outstanding, the room and the view…gorgeous. All six children of our newly blended family danced the night away after standing by our sides on the sand as we exchanged our vows. We recently had our wedding reception on 10/10/15 at McLoone's Pier House and it was fantastic! From the initial meeting with Trish to the big day, Trish, Blaire, Katie, and Nelson all helped make sure everything went as planned and that our guests enjoyed everything. We had several enhancements to the menu that Trish and her team worked seamlessly into the evening. In the days leading up to the event, Trish worked well with our vendors and our planner to ensure every detail was executed as planned. Regarding the food, the menu was phenomenal and our guests are still raving about the quality of the Surf & Turf and the other entrees - in addition to the selection and quantity of food during cocktail hour. Overall, we would enthusiastically recommend McLoone's Pier House to anyone looking to book a wedding or any event. Thanks again!

I'll never be able to say enough wonderful things about McLoone's Pier House. I held my August 2015 ceremony & reception at McLoone's, and from the day we signed the contract until the last minute of the reception, the entire staff went above and beyond at every single opportunity. Trish, Katie, Nelson and the entire staff are absolute class acts. My wedding was better than anything I could have ever imagined all thanks to this unbelievable team. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and the food and drink options are excellent. The best part, however, is their pricing. We looked at a ton of Jersey Shore venues and McLoone's offered (BY FAR) the best pricing. If you want a stunning venue and exceptional service at a fraction of what you'll spend at neighboring venues, then look no further. Thank you for the best day of my life, McLoone's!

If you are looking for a reception location at the Jersey Shore: look no further than McLoone's Pier House in Long Branch. As the bride, it is easy to figure out which vendors truly care about you and which view you as only a business partner. McLoone's and the individuals that work within their banquet department really do care about their bride and grooms and are deeply invested in each event that they plan. Every question was met with an immediate answer. Katie goes above and beyond what is expected of her as a wedding coordinator. I was able to completely trust her with my wedding details and I knew she would execute everything I asked. She was able to offer so many beautiful room decor ideas when we spoke that it made me feel completely at ease- I knew the room would look and feel amazing. Even when Katie was not available, who was our main wedding coordinator, Tisha or Blair would be sure to get back to me within a few hours. I can honestly say our wedding was the best day of our lives and it was because of McLoone's. The food was amazing, service beyond compare, and the view is out of this world. Nelson made sure that my husband and I had the best time at our reception but that we always looked our best. He knew when to tell my husband to put his jacket on for pictures or when to look at us and say go have fun. I really cannot say enough positive things about our experience with McLoone's. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and the staff at McLoone's made sure that it was. Our guests cannot stop raving about the food, view, and their overall experience at our wedding. As I said at the beginning of this review, look no further- this venue is amazing in every way. Thank you to McLoone's- especially to Katie, Nelson, Tisha, and Blair. You guys are amazing and the absolute best!!!

We had our wedding at Mcloone's Pier House in Long Branch NJ in April 2015. From the minute I sent an email to gather information to the end of the wedding Mcloone's was fantastic. I dealt with Katie who I cannot say enough nice things about. We had a small budget and were looking for a Friday lunch wedding and had a tight budget. She worked with us to give us everything we wanted without having our wedding seem cheap. Anytime I had any questions, she was quick to respond and was always super friendly. The day of the wedding we had an unexpected road bump thanks to our not so great florist but Katie took care of it and I could not thank her enough for that! The food was incredible, the staff the day of the wedding was beyond perfect! From someone who has been in the service industry for years I am pretty picky and they exceeded my expectations! Our glasses of champagne never went empty ;) I would highly recommend Mcloone's to anyone and plan to use them in the future for events!

We had a lovely experience hosting a post destination wedding brunch for our friends and family who couldn't make the trip overseas. \r\rBlair and her staff made the process so easy. We just dropped off the party supplies a few days before and they made all of the magic happen. When we walked in it was exactly as I had pictured it. \r\rThe location on the ocean is beautiful; even on a cloudy day. We took beautiful photographs under the boardwalk and on the beach. \r\rThe food was fantastic. We can't wait to go back and have dinner sometime soon!

My wife & I chose McLoone's as our wedding venue pretty much right after we walked into the Atlantic Room! There is no better view on the Jersey Shore! After you work on getting over the awesome view, you have to work on getting over the GREAT food and unbelievable service! \rBlaire, her co-workers, and the service staff went above and beyond! Everyone who attended our wedding has talked about the food and the service, nonstop! Thanks to the staff at McLoone's, our wedding night went off without a hitch...our only complaint would be the night went by too fast! \rIf you planning a wedding on the Jersey shore, McLoone's Pier House is the place to have it!!

This was the second of our back to back weddings. The first was in California and the second at McLoones. We had our ceremony in the sand and the party upstairs. IT WAS FLAWLESS. The location is beautiful. The room was lit so playfully - it added such ambiance to our party! The food was so good, like so good that I wish I wasn't wearing a semi-fitted dress good! From the random questions we had leading up to our wedding, the day before, day of, and day after, everyone was hospitable, accommodating, and so easy to work with. \r\rI know that without the care and expertise the people at McLoones took in preparing and executing our wedding, we would have been distracted and not able to enjoy this very important day. I am so grateful and so happy that they took the kind of care they did, our wedding was one of the best days of my life and one we will remember it forever! \r\rIf you are looking for a venue in Long Branch NJ definitely check out McLoones! \r\rTo the staff who set it up, passed our appetizers, the hands that prepared our food, the bartenders who made sure everyone had a drink, and the ones who stayed late to break it down, thank you, thank you so much. If you are looking for a beachfront wedding venue with delicious food and a gorgeous view, McLoone's Pier House should be your choice! We had our reception here just a couple weeks ago and we were extremely impressed with the attentive staff. Blaire was wonderful at coordinating all of our little details. Nelson, the maitre de was outstanding. You can count on him to work beautifully with your DJ and photographer to ensure a perfect evening! Whatever I needed, Nelson was there that night!! We had a beautiful evening weather wise and were able to open the windows to smell and hear the ocean breeze --amazing!! We liked how it is more of a non-traditional venue and enjoyed the restaurant feel rather than the banquet hall feel. That being said, the food was excellent. Our guests are still raving about the dinner options and the beautiful venue. I highly recommend McLoone's Pier House for your beach wedding!!

Katie and Nelson are seasoned vets at weddings and have a very well trained serving staff! I was really impressed with how everyone was very conscientious of stepping near my dress or bringing a plate of food near me! Attention was put into every detail and it was noticed and greatly appreciated! Everyone gushed over the beautiful view and the simple, yet elegant, decor. If you are looking for a low key, laid back wedding this is your place!

The venue provides everything - food, linens, decorv(beautiful beach views), bar, maitre d, bridal bathroom, parking, etc. and there are several budget options depending on the day and time you have your ceremony. I loved having my wedding there.

Once I walked into the banquet hall, I knew this was the location I had to have for my reception. Lauren the banquet manager made selections easy and was willing to work with my budget and with dietary restrictions. The room was clean, food was good, and location excellent! Only concern was one of the dishes was not the dish I had remembered having in the restaurant. Drinks were wonderful and staff we friendly and respectful. No other weddings that day, so we were not rushed. Loved that we were able to bring our own keg down because they were unable to get what we wanted. Was able to bring items down early and nothing was lost!

My now husband and I knew we didn’t want a traditional NJ banquet hall wedding, and McLoone’s Pier House was the answer to our prayers! We wanted to get married on the beach, in the sand, and in NJ (as a destination wedding had been vetoed!). We were dealing with a lot of different factors...trying to please family, trying to find something that expressed us, trying to find something not too far away from our hometowns, and trying to find something we could make work with our budget. Not an easy thing to do, especially in NJ! We had almost given up, as all of the other places in the area were either rude to us, didn’t actually allow you to see the ocean from inside the venue, didn’t actually help you organize your ceremony on the beach, or were totally unwilling to work with the smaller wedding we wanted to have. McLoone’s was a last minute addition to our search based on a family recommendation to make our vision work, as we were so close to eloping! We stopped there after a long day of venue searching and disappointment, only to be welcomed by the amazing Nelson and the incredibly kind Katie! Just the smiles on their faces and the views alone were enough to sell us on this amazing venue...the fact that the food is amazing and the service wonderful was just beyond! We had also never even been to Pier Village and were blown away by the ambiance and vibe of the area! Exactly what we were going for! We wound up having to have a daytime wedding to make our smaller number work, but McLoone’s was willing to work with us to make it happen within our budget! Everyone actually wound up loving the daytime wedding though, because we had the most amazing views of the ocean for the entire reception! It was just breathtaking! Katie was awesome throughout the process, helping to make our unique vision come true and putting up with all of our crazy requests! (We just wish she had been able to say hello to us on our wedding day!) Nelson was great and helped everything run smoothly! Thinking of things we didn’t even know to think of! :) Our guests could not stop raving about McLoone’s, the food...the beach...the views from inside...everything! McLoone’s really made the amazing wedding we wanted possible, and we just wish we could do it over again every year!! We’ll be back for our anniversary though! :)

We had our rehearsal dinner at McLoone's Pier House. Their prices were competitive and we had enjoyed the food there on a lunch date, so we booked with them. They were able to section off an area of the restaurant overlooking the beach and ocean, and it was beautiful. The food was delicious and they gave our guests a variety of options. We received many compliments on how delicious the food was. We were also able to make the bar in our area private for an additional fee, and it was money well spent, considering how crowded the other bar became throughout the night. We were also well taken care of by the staff.

McLoone's was the PERFECT plan to get married! We had a beautiful beach ceremony and then had an amazing cocktail hour and reception inside McLoone's. They did a fantastic job with all aspects of our wedding. They were extremely helpful throughout the wedding planning process, highly responsive to all questions, and very professional and helpful the day of our wedding. They made everything so easy for us. As you can imagine, there are a lot of details leading up to a wedding but they make it so easy for you to pull it all together. Our guests are still calling us to tell us how much fun they had, how delicious the food was, how MUCH food there was and how beautiful the place was. We truly had our perfect wedding. The minute I saw McLoone's, I knew it was the place for us and they helped us pull off the wedding of our dreams. Thank you everyone at McLoone's for helping to make our wedding night a night we will never forget (with a special shout out to Katie and Nelson)!!!

If you are looking for a classy beach wedding, look no further. This is the place for you !!! The service from the time we signed the contract till we picked up our belongings the day after our wedding, was impeccable !! We and our guests were treated like royalty. Katie Kauffmann helped us with all the details, from the wedding itself all the way to the last dance. We gave her everything and she worked her magic. When I walked into our venue on our wedding day, I cried. It looked better than I even dreamed it would. The food and service was outstanding. There was nothing to want for, for it was all taken care of for us and our guests. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The night was perfect. I wouldn't have changed one thing !!!!!

Despite the monsoon outside our wedding was amazing! Mcloones took such great care of all of us from beginning to end. Everything that happened before and during my wedding was amazing! Our coordinator was easy to get in touch with and all of our requests were made. Everyone had a great time and the ceremony on the beach went smoothly and the night was great. I really appreciate how they make sure the people on the boardwalk do not interrupt the ceremony.

Aside from a few things, like not enough seating during our indoor ceremony and the hostesses downstairs not knowing where our ceremony was or telling the guests they couldn't go upstairs yet, this was a great venue. \rThe food was excellent! We are still getting compliments. \rThe staff was always refilling our champagne glasses and Nelson (the coordinator) was always paying attention to small details (getting my husband's tuxedo jacket when it was time to cut the cake, so the pictures would look good). I understand that as the bride and groom you get extra attention, but even the guests gave compliments to the staff. A few of our guests had asked for irish coffee drinks but that is not included in the package. The guests said, after a brief moment of talking with Nelson, they were back with the drinks. \rKatie, the banquet manager during the day made sure every one of my plans and directions were exactly as I had written down. Nothing was overlooked. (aside from the ceremony seating).\rThe view. Nothing can beat this view! With windows covering more than half the walls overlooking the ocean, there is not a viewless seat in the room. Also, in one part of the room the windows were opened after the coctail hour to give an outdoor feel. This is one of the many reasons that we chose this venue.\rThis is not your average banquet hall and that's exactly what we were looking for.

McLoone's Pier House was so phenomenal for my bridal shower (they would be great for a wedding too)! We had the bridal shower on a Sunday with about 50 guests. They had a Sunday brunch buffet for us and it was absolutely amazing!!! The food was so delicious and there was so much of it! The variety was incredible. They had a raw bar with crab legs and tons of fresh seafood, an omelette stations, a waffle station, a ton of hot and cold displays, mimosas and bloody marys passed on silver trays to guests, delicious pastries and dessert and much much more! Guests were amazed (and so was I).\rThe view from McCloone's is unbeatable. They are right on the beach and the surrounding stores/neighborhoods are really nice too. Great for shopping and eating (not that you will need food after you eat at McCloone's)!\rThe service was great. Everyone was so nice and accomodating with everything. Be sure to check out McCloone's for any upcoming special events you might have!

We were married next door, at Ocean Place Resort & Spa, and were lucky enough to get a spot at Mcloone's the evening before for our rehearsal dinner! Amazing! They tucked our closest friends, bridal party, and family into the dining room seated atop the ocean's bluff with floor to ceiling windows emphasizing the incredible view. We chose a selected menu with five entree options including lobster linguini (sumptuous yet light) and the choice of my fiance (at the time ( : ), the filet mignon (which was perfectly cooked and drizzled in a truffle ginger sauce...wow!). We drank from an open bar and had the best, upbeat service that kept us laughing and telling stories in an atmosphere of excitement for the entirety of the evening!

The staff at McLoone's were amazing! Katie was always available to discuss any questions or details about our wedding prior to our event. Nelson, our Maitre D, was very attentive and helped make our day a success! We are so happy we decided to have our wedding here! It was picture perfect and well worth the money! Our guests were blown away by the view and the service. Everyone loved the food and we all left extremely happy :)

I loved McLoone's. Our wedding was perfect and all I could ask for. Everyone that I have spoke with since out wedding in may keep saying that our wedding was amazing and so memberable. The staff was great and our go to person was very helpful. Good food. Amazingly perfect beach wedding for the nj shore. My wedding was in may and we didnt have any beach goers in our pictures and we had great weather.

I had my ceremony & reception at McLoone's over labor day weekend. Throughout the year of planning, Katie, the wedding coordinator, was nothing but patient with me and all my requests and questions (there were A LOT ie: was worried about a crowded beach, the room set up & food). Because of all of Katie's help, the wedding day went very smooth. The ceremony & reception space were set up exactly how I how wanted and the staff was great! We had a buffet and still we have people telling us how good the food was! I love that McLoone's is also a restaurant because my husband and I plan on celebrating our anniversary there as often as we can! McLoone's was a GREAT pick for us!
