Meadow Creek Lodge is the perfect destination for your intimate, mountain wedding. Located only 30 miles from Downtown Denver and only 5 minutes off HWY 285, the property is easy to get to for your guests and provides a full weekend of enjoyment for you. Our property can sleep up to 20 guests and includes our ballroom and ceremony meadow plus many other amenities. Our team is here to help make your wedding dreams come true! Our rental package includes use of our modern ballroom plus so many other perks like farm tables, linens, ceremony meadow, wedding planning, bar services, and more!. You've been dreaming of an intimate mountain wedding with your favorite people an we've been waiting to host your perfect weekend! Located just 30 miles from Downtown Denver and only 5 minutes off HWY 285, Meadow Creek Lodge is a dream wedding location. We've got an event venue and lodging all in one. Plus, you can't beat the convenience of our rental package, backdrop and location! Our property boasts a modern ballroom for up to 100 guests with a beautiful cocktail hour patio with string lights and a custom made bar. Your rental includes custom wood farm tables, round and banquet tables, wood folding chairs, and all other tables needed for your day. Also includes linens and napkins in your choice of color, a custom aspen wood ceremony arbor, and use of all of our yard games. To make your life easier, our packages include the base services you need for an enjoyable day- wedding day of coordinator, bartender, bar set up and all supplies, facility manager, and set up of everything. We have left the rest of our rental package with plenty of flexibility for you to bring in your own catering and vendors or, utilize our add-on services to make your planning even easier! Your rental includes exclusive access to our property from 2:00 pm the day before your wedding to 10:00 am the day after your wedding so you can relax and hang out with your loved ones without worrying about travel. Our main lodge has a cozy living room, large dining room, full kitchen, and 6 bedrooms. Our honeymoon cabin is located just a short walk from the lodge, but offers the offers the perfect amount of privacy. With plenty of room for your wedding party and family to get ready on-site, you can enjoy the entire day. Our property hosts up to 20 guests each night. You also have the option to host additional events on the property like a rehearsal dinner or welcome reception. The meadow and deck at our lodge is the perfect spot for a "backyard" party!

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. It is the perfect, affordable mountain venue with the sweetest staff. My entire bridal party stayed with us the whole weekend which made the weekend even more special. What could be better than hanging out around fire pits and hot tubs in the mountains with your closest friends? It was so nice to be able to set up on Friday afternoon to avoid the stress of getting everything set up the day of. We all adored Ann, who helped us with whatever we needed all weekend and really made us feel at home. We had breakfast from the venue both Saturday and Sunday morning and it was delicious! The communication leading up to the wedding with Rob was great. He always responded quickly, and we had a very thorough walk through 30 days before the wedding. Not only is the staff amazing but the views are outstanding, and we will definitely be coming back to visit for anniversaries.

We held our daughters dream wedding here this past weekend. Cannot say enough good things about this venue and the wonderful staff. If you are seeking a private, peaceful and intimate place for a small wedding (under 100) where you have everything you need on site you need to check them out. Be sure to request the breakfast for your guests staying there - great way to start your day off on the right foot.

The space was perfect for our wedding! The on-site lodging was so convenient for our out of town family. The staff here did an amazing job and I can not recommend this venue enough! Very affordable, private, romantic, and beautiful spot for small to medium sized weddings!

I can not recommend this place enough! It was awesome to rent out the whole bnb for family and friends (a great option if you have a lot of people from out of state). And the venue is gorgeous! My sister got married there during the summer and I got married during the fall- both looked spectacular! And the hosts are the warmest and most welcoming people you will ever meet. This place definitely made my wedding the best day ever.

We had our daughters wedding this last Saturday at Meadow Creek. Beautiful venue. You have two options for the ceremony, the meadow or the gazebo. So nice to have the facility for the whole weekend. Ann the caretaker is very sweet and makes sure all your needs are met.

Before considering this venue, you should read the owner's (Rob) responses to complaints on Google reviews. That will give you an idea of how he handles situations he does not like. That being said, the venue is beautiful. The Caretakers are lovely people. The accommodations could use some updating. For the price, it's a really good deal, but again, you have to deal with Rob which means it's his way or the highway. We had several issues with things that are too long to post here, but it definitely left a sour taste in our mouths and we likely will not be back, nor recommend the venue to others we know for events.

I had my wedding at Meadow Creek in July 2018, and I can't say enough about how amazing our experience was. I came across Meadow Creek during an online search for venues, and we are so thankful that we did. Rob is very friendly and responsive, as well as upfront about everything they offer and pricing. We were able to rent out the property Friday-Sunday, and it was amazing to be able to spend more time with our friends and family. We were able to have our rehearsal/dinner at the venue on Friday, enjoy a breakfast with family and friends on Saturday, as well as an awesome brunch on Sunday after the wedding. Rob and his staff are very accommodating, and I never felt forgotten about or like things weren't being handled. The value for this venue is amazing, for everything included. Everything on the wedding day ran extremely smoothly, and my family and friends were able to enjoy the day. They treated us like family! My husband and I hope to return for some anniversary trips. This is a beautiful venue, it has the ceremony, reception and options for family/bridal party to stay in the B&B. Rob, the manager, is very clear and easy to work with - I typically prefer working with guys anyways because I'm a no-drama straight forward person. Rob was willing to work with us on a few things, and I completely trusted his judgement on the day-of when the weather was threatening to storm.

We had a lovely wedding in the most picturesque mountain meadow setting this past September. Having the wedding and reception at the same overall location, with one in the meadow and one in the reception pavilion was ideal for us and our guests. The venue is easy to find, not too far out of town and yet offers a mountain escape feel. All of our guests loved the venue!

We could not have found a better venue for our wedding this summer! We were so grateful to have an entire weekend to spend enjoying the beautiful grounds at Meadow Creek B&B and spending extra time with friends and family. We had our closest friends stay the weekend at the bed and breakfast, and we had a pizza party the night before the wedding for out of towners. The day of the wedding it was wonderful to wake up in the Meadow Cabin, in the middle of the field where we were about to say our “I do’s”. It was an absolutely perfect day. We really wanted a Colorado mountain wedding, and being new to the area we had to spend a lot of time looking around and considering different locations and options. Meadow Creek was by far the most beautiful, cost effective venue we visited. It was nice that so much was included in the venue package, from breakfasts to valet parking to bartenders. Rob will go through every item with you and you can tailor the services to your wishes if you just ask. It left a lot less for us to worry about. Rob was very hands on and helpful with sorting out all of the details you would never think about. He has so many years of experience that he is able to take from to help you sort through it all. Thank you Rob and staff for a wonderful day that we will remember forever!

I truly can't speak highly enough of Meadow Creek. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect and that my guests felt at home. They were easy to contact and always replied promptly with any inquires during the whole wedding planning process. The grounds are beautiful and my wedding guests were blown away by what an amazing venue Meadow Creek was.

We were married at Meadow Creek in October 2015. After researching several venues in the area, we ultimately chose Meadow Creek. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and we rented out the entire grounds for our guests from Friday to Sunday for an affordable cost. The staff, including the owner Rob, were extremely attentive, and did a fantastic job with planning and preparation. Rob worked with us on the alcohol selection and we were able to bring some seasonal pumpkin beer for our guests, which we really appreciated. The breakfast both days was excellent. Our big day went off perfectly without a hitch.

This venue was incredible and exceeded every expectation. It was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were amazing. The wedding party all stayed at the bed and breakfast and we all had a blast. They provided a fantastic breakfast for us each morning and took care of us throughout the weekend. Rob was very kind and helped us a lot through the entire planning process and he and his staff ensured the whole weekend went smoothly. We had 85 guests which was a perfect amount for the size of the venue.

I probably looked at 25-30 venues and when I saw this beautiful property I knew it was the one! Its a beautiful mountain setting with an absolutely gorgeous reception room. Rob was so helpful during the planning process and was very quick to respond to all of my emails. One of the things that sold us about this venue was the option of having the venue for 48 hours over the weekend. Even though the wedding day still went by so fast, it was great getting to spend the whole weekend there celebrating. It was also so great using a B&B and being able to stay at the venue with our families and wedding party. \rAll the staff on the wedding day was phenomenal, so kind and helpful. They made the day so perfect. I would highly recommend this venue to any of my friends!

You can't beat the views, the trees, the beautiful natural beauty. And the innkeepers have set up a really easy space to have both your ceremony & your reception in. Rob, the owner, was always available, he has weddings at his location figured out to a tee, and he was easy-going and easy to work with. The B&B is great too, it was so nice to be onsite, to have the whole place to ourselves for the weekend, and to have extra time on Friday to set up and on Sunday to break down. The cost of our 7 guest rooms and breakfast each day was included in the cost of the venue rental.\r\rI can't recommend this location enough - you'll thank me!

Meadow Creek Lodge was the perfect spot for our wedding. There are so many upsides to this B&B I don't know how I wouldn't want to recommend this place for another couple. I wanted to find a place that had overnight accommodations, wouldn't break the bank, open catering, be away from the city and feel like home. I got all of that and more with this place. I highly recommend you have your wedding here!

Our immediate family stayed at at the B&B all weekend, which made them feel right at home..something that was very important to us because they were all coming from out of state. A Friday night BBQ, a wildflower meadow ceremony, a stunning reception hall, a plated Sunday breakfast, and so much more all happened right on site. Rob and his team did a wonderful job!

Meadow Creek is just right for a simple but elegant Colorado wedding. It offers a gorgeous view an outdoor ceremony space, lovely indoor reception and a homey feel. \r\rWe more than enjoyed our entire weekend from Friday night rehearsal to Sunday morning sit down breakfast. \r\rThe lodge is beautiful, combining mountain rustic with standard B&B decor. The rooms are large and well kept. We loved having our families and wedding party stay with us for the entire weekend. Meadow Creek offers you a chance to slow down and enjoy your wedding weekend as it gives you the opportunity to have everything in one place. \r\rThe outdoor ceremony spaces offer a gorgeous backdrop so dress it up if you like, or just stick with the beauty of nature. The reception pavilion is beautiful. We didn't decorate at all outside of our linens and centerpieces. \r\rAlthough, Meadow Creek can accommodate more than 100 guests, we had 60 and it was absolutely perfect! The party never stopped and the ceremony was beautiful. \r\rThank you to Rob, Heidi and Scott for your help and your hospitality! We truly could not have asked for a better wedding. It was everything we wanted and then some. The pictures are amazing and my guests can't stop raving about how beautiful the place was. It was our perfect fit!

If you want a rustic beautiful wedding site this is the place. There was no one to compare to the price with all that is included. It made out wedding that was within an hour of our home in Denver a destination wedding. All of our guests were amazed at the venue and sights. There was so much to do so close all of our guests were just delighted.

Meadow Creek B&B was the first and only venue we looked at for our wedding. As soon as we drove onto the property and spoke with the owner, we knew it was the ideal place to get married. The owner was extremely helpful and made the process of planning the wedding very easy! He knew exactly what he was doing and answered every question I had. The on-site staff was remarkable, too! They helped me set-up the reception site since I didn't have a day-of planner, and cooked a wonderful breakfast the next morning. It was such a stress-reliever to be able to have the wedding, reception, and a place to stay the night all in one location. It is located far enough in the mountains to be secluded, but not so far that it was a pain to drive there (plus the meadow there is a sight that has to be seen as words cannot simply describe its beauty!) Everything about this venue from the wedding site to the rooms to the staff was exceptional!!

I loved that it was at the Bed and Breakfast so our guests did have to drive to another location. It was such a beautiful area, still close to Denver but far enough removed to feel like you were escaping into nature.
