The Meadowlark Golf Club features a ballroom and restaurant in the Orange County, California area for couples to use on their wedding day. The ballroom is a bright space full of windows and the venue has an outdoor space on the course for ceremonies. This country club is located just six minutes from the Coastline. Facilities and Capacity As many as 180 guests can attend a couple’s wedding at the Meadowlark Golf Club. Guests get a phenomenal view of the golf club’s greens as they stretch out into the distance. Have your ceremony right on the No. 2 green, surrounded by the putting green, pond and sand dunes, couples and guests will have magnificent landscapes in every direction from this ceremony location. After a ceremony, couples will have access to a golf cart for wedding photos on the property. Then, they can use the Terrace Ballroom for receptions. Windows give grand views from above and let natural light into the room. The ballroom features simple decor, allowing couples to make it their own on their big day. We got married at meadowlark on November 11 this year and all we have to say is WOW! The professionalism and assistance by the staff from the get go was incredible. And they were so helpful every step of the way. Amber was amazing in helping with the booking by answering any and all questions and requests for quotes for different combinations of services and packages for the day off. Julia was especially patient and helpful through all of my questions and took her time to answer them all, silly or serious. She was super knowledgeable and detailed during our final walk throughs. The day of our wedding, she was calm, cool and collected which was so helpful to a bride and groom in a bundle of nerves. She helped us to make our dream wedding come true and we cannot thank her enough! The rest of the staff at the course were all extremely kind and helpful. A special thanks to the assistant GM, Jordan and the head chef, Rochelle.Not only was the staff great but the lawn was well manicured and the golf course made for an amazing backdrop for the ceremony. We didn’t need a lot of florals or decor. The banquet room and balcony were perfect size and was able to accommodate all our guests and entertainment. The newly redone floors made for the perfect dance floor and the linens were crisp and perfect color. All in all we experienced nothing but excellence from meadowlark and their staff!

Everything at Meadowlark was perfect! The venue was beautiful, and the event planners are so accommodating. Julia was a rockstar who guided me through the process of planning a wedding, making sure all of the details were taken into account. She was flexible and accommodated everything we asked for. Communication with the venue was quick and efficient, and I would gladly plan another event there. Meadowlark and its event staff are top notch! The food is amazing too. Ask about the S’mores station. So much fun!! I 100% recommend Meadowlark as a venue for your next party!

We had our wedding at Meadowlark Golf Club last month and it was the best day of my life. It wouldn't have been possible without the event coordinator Julia Morgan who was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a more responsive, kind and attention detailed person to organize our wedding. Thank you to Julia for making our wedding day a dream come true. We would also like to give Amber 5 stars as she assisted with scheduling our tastings, answering our questions and was our contact before Julia joined the Meadowlark team! The food and beverages were amazing! Everyone was complimenting what a wonderful job Meadowlark did and thank you again to their wonderful team.

We had our wedding at Meadowlark Golf Club last month and it was the best day of my life. It wouldn't have been possible without the event coordinator Julia Morgan who was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a more responsive, kind and attention detailed person to organize our wedding. Thank you to Julia for making our wedding day a dream come true. Lexi and David - 03/05/2022 <3Getting engaged in March of 2020 was a scary thing because we were so unsure of how and where we were going to celebrate our perfect day. A blessing in disguise, since we're post-wedding, but we had 2 years to prepare. We searched many venues and decided on Meadowlark Golf Course since we've been guests at a wedding here before.I can't speak for old management, but I'm sure they were great. However, we had the ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of working with Jen Hull. What an amazing person she is. She was there for us in every step to assure us of how perfect our day was going to be, and perfect it was. She has an amazing personality, very fun and funny, and so reassuring through any of our stress or worries. She also keeps everyone in line and on schedule!She helps construct the day of schedule, tailored to how you want things to go. She coordinates with vendors wonderfully, and from our perspective, everything was perfect. Jen, if you're reading this, we can't wait to come see you and give you a BIG HUG for literally making this the best day of our lives. This wedding venue is honestly one of the best priced for everything you get! They do a lot of the hard work for you with the exception of decorations. We had our ceremony on the 2nd green which I would recommend! Having the ceremony and reception at the same venue is such a relief for guests and yourselves. The only part I wish would have been communicated more was the bar. We paid for a hosted bar beer and wine only and there was no communication to our guests that it was a cash bar for liquor so all of our guests were ordering drinks instead of just beer and wine. This led to a bar tab having to be paid at the end of the night, which could have been avoided had the venue communicated better about the cash bar for drinks and open bar being only for beer and wine. Besides that, everything was fun, well put together, and made our special day that much better!

My husband and I were married here August 26, 2016. The venue is gorgeous, the food was great, and Kristi was wonderful. She was such an amazing help the day of the wedding getting our rowdy group organized and finding solutions to any problem that came up. We definitely recommend Meadowlark! This venue has the perfect setting for a delightful reception. We selected a buffet so that our guests would mingle. The food selections were delicious. The service was awesome. It was so easy to plan this event with Anne's assistance.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here May 5. A great, naturally pretty venue, not much decor needed! I really enjoyed the semi-spiral staircase leading up to the banquet room (a great first impression for guests) and the large outdoor patio area. \r\rAbout a month before our wedding, the wedding/catering coordinator at Meadowlark left, and we had an entirely new person handling our wedding details, which was shocking for us. The new coordinator, Anne, was wonderful from the time we met her! She honored everything we had agreed upon with the previous coordinator and was very accommodating (allowing my friend who had made the groom's cake deliver it earlier that day and keeping it in the fridge for us, working with me on some decor/design ideas, and helping with set-up). \r\rThe only thing we would suggest is that you ask about options for alcohol other than open bar. We ended up getting one keg (through Meadowlark) and bringing our own bottles of wine, which ended up being the same price overall as it would have been for us to have an open bar for one hour. \r\rWe loved Meadowlark and would definitely recommend it to others!

I was sold on Meadowlark Golf Course as soon as I met Pamela Konneker, the wedding coordinator at site. She was truly amazing and the entire wedding/reception went without a single hitch. The wedding packages they offer provide much more than most golf courses and are quite affordable. I still hear how my guests had the best time and I have to thank Meadowlark and their staff for making that happen. Oh, and their food is fabulous!

I was sold on Meadowlark Golf Course as soon as I met Pamela Konneker, the wedding coordinator at site. She was truly amazing and the entire wedding/reception went without a single hitch. The wedding packages they offer provide much more than most golf courses and are quite affordable. I still hear how my guests had the best time and I have to thank Meadowlark and their staff for making that happen. Oh, and their food is fabulous!

Meadowlark Golf Club was a great place to have our wedding. The Catering Manager and Waitstaff did everything to make us feel right at home, and took care of my guests well. My guests enjoyed the food very much, as did my husband and I. I had the best wedding ever!

There are too many fabulous things to say about Pamela Konneker & her venue at Meadowlark Golf Club. This was overall the perfect fit, super competitive in pricing compared to all other golf courses AND venues in the Orange County area. Pam is so sweet, it felt like having another mom around...always comforting and willing to please you. Its not just a job to her, its her heart! My husband and I just got married there a few weeks ago and we can't wait to go back and visit her (and their delicious menu). Our experience was unbelievable, the view, the food, the decor, the location. A perfect fit!

I recently hosted my September wedding at Meadowlark Golf Course and I must say how VERY pleased I was. The customer service was so excellent, probably the best customer service I have ever experienced!!! Not only were the people friendly and proffesional but they are willing to work with any budget (which for me was a big thing). I have had many compliments from my guests on how they loved the food and the venue. So in all I have to say I was VERY PLEASED!!!!
