Family owned and operated since 1956, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional services for our wedding clients. With over 30 years of experience, our planning team will guide you, providing advice, resources and someone you can confide in. Our Executive Chef Team will create an unforgettable meal, made in-house and from scratch. We are known for our exceptional customer service and wonderful meals, and we're proud to be a part of 68 years of receptions and events! We are located just outside of Plymouth, and 4.5 miles west of 494 on Highway 55. Our catering menu pricing begins at $34.99 per guest, and we include with our Reception room rentals: -Use of the Space from 10:00 am – 12:30 am -White, Ivory or Black Table Linens -Table Skirting -2 Votives per Table -A Variety of Linen Napkin Colors -Complete Place Settings using Real Dishware & Glassware -Cake Cutting -Personal Day-of Event Coordination Service -A Permanent Dance Floor -Customized Room Layouts Including All Table & Chair Set Up -Custom Bar Arrangements -Various Tasting Options -Free On-Site Parking -Use of Outdoor Photo Backdrop Wedding ceremonies and receptions held at Medina Entertainment Center can be hosted in any of their three separate event spaces. The Images room is an intimate space complete with a bar and wheelchair-accessible ramp for smaller gatherings of between 20 and 150 guests. This space is also ideal for ceremonies of up to 180 guests as it has a large stage and is sound-proofed. The Event Rooms give eminently customizable spaces that can be combined for a spacious ballroom experience for up to 250 seated guests. Finally, the Grand Ballroom offers a magnificent space with a large maple dance floor, elevated stage, lobby, sizeable main bar, and two sets of restrooms. Spectacular events, ceremonies and receptions, can be held in the Grand Ballroom, ranging from 200 to over 600 guests. The dance floor alone can seat up to 360 guests at round tables and up 446 guests at banquet tables.

Our decision to go with Medina Entertainment Center to cater our wedding reception (food and beverage) was so easy and the food was a huge hit with our guests. Working with Christine was so simple, easy, and fun! The communication was so great and they were flexible to answer our numerous questions and meet all of our desires for the day (even when we wanted to change things closer to our reception). On top of that, the MEC crew were nothing short of amazing during the event. We had so much fun and shared a lot of laughs and great memories with the whole team (even beyond the food)! I would highly recommend Medina Entertainment Center to those looking for:- a caterer who will not add any additional stress to your day and will even lighten your stress level!-provide amazing food and beverage service. -straight forward pricing with no surprises. -a positive catering experience and food you are sure to talk about far after your event.

I don’t have enough room to rave about how amazing this venue was. We had our wedding at Medina Entertainment Center in August. From the very beginning of the planning process, Christine made it an absolute breeze! Medina handled everything from food to set-up and tear down, answered any question we had, anticipated our needs, and went above and beyond. She always got back to me in 24 hours or less and was super helpful with everything! We basically only had to bring in our own table decor and they handled the rest. The food was amazing and the staff on the day-off was all super attentive. I’ve had MANY of my friends and family say that our wedding was perfect and they still rave about the food!

Christine,I cant even begin to thank Medina Entertainment and yourself enough for all you did to help make this a day to remember.The venue was perfect. The food was delicious and accommodating to food allergies. The ballroom was spacious and I liked how no tables needed to be taken down to make room for a dance floor. The ballroom was absolutely beautifully decorated. Very little decorations were needed from us. The changing rooms for the Bride and Groom to get ready in was so helpful and it allowed us to keep all our personal belongings in a locked room. It was also a private room for our nursing mothers.Going with Medina Entertainment is literally a one stop shop. Location was great, lots of free parking- but we chose Medina because they handle it all- from the decorating, bartending, great food- coordinating with our 4 pc jazz band- it was all done for us, We are so glad we chose Medina- we were able to greet guests outside, it was a beautiful day. Raised stage area for the band -perfect size- room held 120, we ended up with about 80- round tables of 8. Received so many compliments on the great reception.Due to cost, we had appetizers and we provided drinks for everyone- 10 types of appetizers, and we did Costco for delicious cakes -

We were absolutely thrilled with the service that we received from Medina Catering. We worked with Christine and loved her. She was so friendly, joyful, kind and genuine. The food also tasted INCREDIBLE! We had many guests tell us that it was the best wedding food that they ever had! Everything had such great flavor and so delicious. We would recommend Medina Catering to anyone that ever needed catering services. We were blown away and loved it so much!!

We worked with Christine from Medina Entertainment Center for our wedding coordination on 9/8/23. Everything on rehearsal and wedding day went pretty much perfect and exceeded expectations. Every staff member we worked with or encountered there was very nice and helpful. These days where a lot of places are increasing prices making things tough financially on consumers, MEC offered fair/good pricing on their food, event room rentals, and services. We didn't have to break our bank, and received great service in return. All of our guests we heard from (as well as us) had mentioned the food had tasted excellent, too!If we ever have a need for a moderate to big event in the future, we would definitely be looking here, and would recommend it to family and friends.

My son and daughter in law just had their wedding reception at Medina Entertainment Center at the beginning of August. All of our guests raved about the food- so good! The event planner Christine was fantastic to work with! She was very responsive and friendly. We also did the Groom's dinner there the previous evening. They have a perfect sized room for that located close to the bar. This is a 5 star review, but honestly they deserve a million stars!! :)

My son and daughter in law just had their wedding reception at Medina Entertainment Center at the beginning of August. All of our guests raved about the food- so good! The event planner Christine was fantastic to work with! She was very responsive and friendly. We also did the Groom's dinner there the previous evening. The main course was cooked perfectly and well seasoned, everyone keeps talking about the short rib, salad, chicken.....everything really! The coordinator Christine was very helpful in suggesting small things that the bride can forget as the wedding date gets closer. She is very professional and works well with people. The team was also on time to set up. Excellent service!

She was by far and away our favorite person we worked with during our searching for a venue process. Next, the food. We had a buffet with short ribs and chicken parm, along with a salad and a few sides and apps. It was an absolute monster hit. I just wish we had more time to eat! We got compliments about the food all night. The food and beverage staff were kind and helpful all night, and Christine even made us our own to go plate. We brought in games and had a few bowling lanes reserved as well. Both were a big hit and planned to perfection as far as the set up. It was such a fun, memorable, and magical day. We are so glad we chose MEC, we cannot thank them and Christine enough for making it so special.

This was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding process. We received SO many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how great it was for weddings with kids, and the biggest compliment we received was on the food. Christine was amazing during the year of planning. She was able to adjust everything to our needs and helped immensely the day of the wedding when our music coordinator became ill and couldn’t make it. You couldn’t hear ANYTHING outside of the rooms. Our ceremony room was perfect and the reception room was gorgeous. I’m almost crying typing all of this. It was a magical day and I wish I could relive it over and over again. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Seriously, you won’t regret the venue if you go this route. So stress free and just perfect.

I could not ask for a better venue for my wedding. The coordinator Christine was so insanely helpful- always answering my random questions at all times, day and night. She made me and my husband feel like such a priority. We have had so many compliments on our location- our friends and family had a blast with the games and bowling! They also were willing to work with our food choices- we wanted breakfast dinner and they did it, and it was so delicious! I have had friends tell me they will now be having events at this location because of the great time they had here. ❤️

I had such a great experience with their staff and felt like I had the smoothest wedding day ever. Their main contact for weddings Christine is amazing. Super responsive and helpful. They want you to have a good experience and it shows. :)We got lots of compliments on the food too! Tons of good choices to eat and lots of different bar options. We got married and had our reception in the ballroom upstairs. Loved it!

Food and drinks/ service were one the of the most important aspects of the wedding for me and I was blown away with what we got. The food was delicious and hot, and the staff was attentive and kind. We heard rave reviews all night; even pickier relatives were highly impressed. I loved working with Christine leading up to the wedding; she was very easy and fun to work with and always answered any questions I had immediately and honestly. We had Missy onsite the day of and she was fantastic as well. I can't recommend MEC enough!!

I had the most amazing experience with the Medina Entertainment Center! My wedding reception was in the large ballroom, and I barely needed to decorate my tables because the ballroom itself was so stunning! I felt so taken care of during the planning process and when it came to the wedding day I didn't need to think about a thing because our coordinator, Missy, had everything taken care of throughout the whole evening. It was so amazing knowing I didn't have to worry about anything! My guests also had an amazing time, and here are some of the wonderful comments we got from them: the game area we set up in the back left corner for younger kids to play in was perfect, it was fantastic that you could escape the music when you went to the back area behind the curtains, serving all the little kids first made dinner so much easier for parents, the food was phenomenal, the ballroom looked stunning, having the inn right next door made so many fully relax because they didn't have to worry about ordering an uber and designating a sober cab. Overall, I couldn't have imagined the night going any better! This place is definitely the best bang for your buck!

We had our reception at Medina Entertainment Center. From start to finish it was an incredible experience! Christine helped us plan every detail and was so patient as we chose different options and made changes. She thought of things that I easily could have overlooked. The day of the wedding, Christine and her staff went above and beyond for us! One of my bridesmaids fainted during the ceremony, and was still feeling a little shaky when the reception started. One of the staff members used their own money to buy her a Gatorade from one of the vending machines. The food was INCREDIBLE! A year later, I’m still hearing from guests that we had the best wedding food they’ve ever had! Everything was stunning when we walked in the room. We are so glad that we had our reception there! They were fabulous!

Christine helped us plan every detail and was so patient as we chose different options and made changes. She thought of things that I easily could have overlooked. The day of the wedding, Christine and her staff went above and beyond for us! One of my bridesmaids fainted during the ceremony, and was still feeling a little shaky when the reception started. One of the staff members used their own money to buy her a Gatorade from one of the vending machines. The food was INCREDIBLE! A year later, I’m still hearing from guests that we had the best wedding food they’ve ever had! Everything was stunning when we walked in the room. We are so glad that we had our reception there! They were fabulous!

We had our wedding reception in the grand ballroom and it felt like we were in a dreamy, whimsical garden with the flowing white drapery and lanterns hanging from the ceilings. Truly, this place gave me goosebumps the moment I walked in for set up. The location and the look isn't what sold us though... it was the staff and the food. We were supposed to get married at a different location but had to postpone due to COVID, Medina Entertainment Center took us in with open arms and it could NOT have been more amazing!! One of the event coordinators, Christine, went above and beyond her duties to ensure our wedding, food, drinks, and all of it went off without a hitch. She was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and helped us navigate wedding planning during COVID. She doesn't make you feel rushed and really cares that you and your significant other are well taken care of. As if all of this was not good enough.... THE FOOD! My GOD! My husband had one taste of their angus beef short ribs and A) said this is what he was eating on his wedding day and B) that it was the best beef dish he had ever had. Even our pickiest eaters had nothing but amazing things to say about this food. Another thing, Christine and her staff take food allergies/accommodations extremely seriously. Overall, if you want wedding planning to be less stressful, have good food, great wine, an amazing location then I don't think you have to look any further. Love this place and its people!!

We chose MEC because it was close in regards to our ceremony site and it was the most affordable location that could hold all of our guests invited. We lucked out by meeting one of the coordinators, Christine, who was amazing, she always answered my emails/questions as soon as she could and was always willing to update our details when things were changed (which was weekly, let's be real). The venue itself was beautiful and has beautiful tulle that hangs in the whole room (at no extra cost). They will set up your decor for you at an extra cost depending on how much it is. The food is DELICIOUS and everyone told us that night how good their food was.The reason for a little lower rating is due to the fact of poor communication with the original coordinator. We found out less than 2 weeks before the day that she wouldn't be there, but another coordinator would be. Christine was sincerely apologetic and felt bad for the late notice. Although, this obviously just added stress to my plate before the big day. The new coordinator was great but it did cause some hiccups in the execution on the day because she wasn't the one I had planned my wedding with for 1.5 years. It all ended up working out but just something that was hard to swallow as the bride.

We had our wedding here this weekend in the grand ballroom on 8/31 and all I can say is WOW. It was absolutely magical. The space is incredible even without any decoration, but once we added the finishing touches it exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing and well priced for the quantity we needed. We worked with Missy Miller; she made it so easy to plan out our day and helped everything run smoothly. The bar was wonderful with great drinks and great service. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. We’ve been here for live music, Friday night dinners, and bowling and it’s always fantastic and the staff are extremely friendly. We had a very large wedding in the ballroom with over 250 guests and everything was great. The planning part was so easy with Christine's help. We wanted both events to be indoors due to unpredictable MN weather, and a hotel next door for our out of town guests and for those who wanted to stay all night and not have to worry about driving home. The venue is beautiful, and the catering coordinators (Missy and Christine) are AMAZING at what they do!! They were super friendly, patient, and helped my husband and I every step of the way; and the other catering staff worked like a well oiled machine the day of our wedding too. If we were to do our big day over again, I would still pick the Medina Entertainment Center to be our venue!

Our experience, from our first food tasting to our wonderful wedding night, was nothing short of fabulous with Medina Entertainment Center!! The personalized attention and quick responses, at every step of the way, allowed us to experience the fun and excitement of planning our amazing night with ease and anticipation rather than chaos and anxiety. Missy and her team went above and beyond every step of the way. We would also be remiss to not mention the absolutely AMAZING food and service!! We walked away from our tasting, knowing without a doubt, that we would be working with MEC to cateer our wedding. From the appetizers to dinner and ending with the late night snack bar, every single component was phenomenal!! Tarek and I continue to hear from our wedding guests how amazing the food was and how it was the best wedding meal they had ever been served! Our experience, from our first food tasting to our wonderful wedding night, was nothing short of fabulous with Medina Entertainment Center!! The personalized attention and quick responses, at every step of the way, allowed us to experience the fun and excitement of planning our amazing night with ease and anticipation rather than chaos and anxiety. Missy and her team went above and beyond every step of the way. We would also be remiss to not mention the absolutely AMAZING food and service!! We walked away from our tasting, knowing without a doubt, that we would be working with MEC to cateer our wedding. From the appetizers to dinner and ending with the late night snack bar, every single component was phenomenal!! Tarek and I continue to hear from our wedding guests how amazing the food was and how it was the best wedding meal they had ever been served! Medina is a wonderful location to hold a reception. They are very reasonably priced, easy to plan the day with and very accommodating to what is wanted & needed by the couple and their families. We could not have asked for a better caterer!! Medina went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entirety of wedding planning. The very first time we met with Medina Catering was at a food tasting event. We got to try EVERYTHING from appetizers to entrees. That way when we made our decision what meals we wanted we didn't have to second guess it! Many of our guests said it was the best meal they've every had and wanted the recipe to both dishes. Alex and I could not be more thankful for choosing Medina for our wedding. They made our day feel so special. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have the perfect wedding. They left us without a single complaint and we are so happy with how everything turned out.

The rooms were so beautiful and lovely. Only reason it wasn’t a 5 was because there were 3 receptions (with bad signage so guests went to wrong ones/had random people at ours) and the week of the communication was horrible.Missy was great to work with!

My husband and I used Medina as our caterers for our wedding at the Plymouth Creek Center this past August. I can not say enough nice things about Medina! We worked with Christine and she is amazing! She responded to all of our questions promptly and with so much information! She would give us her opinions when we were deciding how much of what to get and what would be too much to get food/alcohol wise. Plus the food is sooo good! I am so glad we held our ceremony and reception in the Medina Ballroom! It was more than we expected. Missy was easy to work with, friendly and very accommodating. Ceremony site setup was beautiful better than I pictured it. Had a hiccup and Missy was right on top of it even before we had noticed what was going on! I so would recommend couples to medina entertainment center for their wedding, the place was beautiful, the food was great and staff were super friendly!

Our wedding had a guest county of about 70 people. We were doing just a short ceremony and then appetizers and a toast to the newly wed couple afterwards. We didn't have a big dinner/reception planned. We were either going to have MEC cater to a different location (outside venue) or have our wedding at MEC if the weather was poor. Missy, the catering/event coordinator, was absolutely AMAZING! She gave great suggestions and feedback to everything I was wondering and thinking of doing. She was extremely responsive and always answered my email or call within a couple of hours at the latest, usually right away. Even on her days off she is periodically keeping up with her communications. She really helped me plan everything and gave me things to think about that may come up. She was always available and extremely personable throughout our whole experience. She wasn't going to be working the day of our event, but she introduced me to Lindsay, another coordinator there, and assured me that Lindsay knew everything and would be available the day of my event. Lindsay was a big help on our event day. She was there to help things go smoothly and paid attention to details, she even fixed my train before I walked because she saw me trying to do it myself. The kitchen staff was just as fantastic. They were very personable and friendly. They were quick and efficient with our set up plans. They spoke to me and my groom a couple of times just to compliment us and check in to see if we needed anything. They were quick to let us know how much food was left and who's gone through the line. I saw them looking through the staff window quite frequently just to keep an eye on things, and they were always available right when we needed them. The venue itself is fantastic. They have three rooms to choose from depending on your preference and guest count. We rented the smallest option. They have great decor to choose from and you can bring your own! There is a bar and restaurant in the building that you're guests are free to visit and bring drinks/food into the event rooms as well, in addition to each room having a serving area and bar. They are very open to working with you on everything you want to do regarding decorations/set up/etc. Since they are their own business, they don't really say \"no\" to anything- which is a big plus! The rooms can be done up beautifully. They really transform themselves once you add decor and the lights are dimmed down. I, and my guests, were extremely impressed with how the room turned out. All in all MEC and their staff was there for me the entire time with my event planning and the day of. I have no complaints! I would highly recommend MEC to anyone having ANY event, including something more formal such as a wedding.

Medina Entertainment Center was such a fun place for our reception! The game room and bowling was a nice, different, thing to do after dinner! The little ones loved the game room! The food was great and Missy was so awesome to work with! I can't say enough good things!

My husband and I are so happy that we went with Medina, especially for a Friday wedding where the minimum is about $1,000 cheaper (you only pay for a small room rental fee, food for each guest, and a small security fee. Gratuity is added in too). Missy was a pleasure to work with, very prompt on my many questions via email, and even thought of a few details I hadn't but made sure I had them. Extremely flexible. We opted to not use the slideshow feature or the backdrop they provide for a fee (we were in the event rooms, and the dj was behind us on a stage with curtains for dinner. Beautiful enough), but did go for the octagon mirrors they have for rent and since they set that part up, it made our lives a little easier. We were able to set up what we wanted the night before (had a friend come in the morning of to set up floral centerpieces), they worked with Grandmas Bakery for delivery needs, and the food was absolutely fantastic. There's a reason they promote it so much- we got compliments from our guests, too. Bonus? We got our room at the Inn next door for having our reception here. Slightly expensive reception, sure, since they cater in-house, and we could've gone for a less expensive option. But honestly, with how good the service, accommodations, and the food were? We chose perfectly for us. 10/10 would do again.

We had Medina Entertainment cater our wedding at the Plymouth Creek Center. Missy was our contact and she was wonderful to work with from start to finish! She was always prompt to respond to emails, and the entire planning process was a breeze. On the day of the wedding, the Medina staff on site was very helpful with lighting candles for us for the ceremony and reception, and restocked donuts for our dessert table. I even made the error of not putting meal indicators on the escort cards and the staff quickly adjusted and all of the guests received their correct meals in a timely manner.Each guest who mentioned the food was raving about how delicious it was! Even I was surprised how great the food was considering what I had heard in the past regarding catering companies serving large quantities of food, but I didn't notice much of a decrease in quality from when the bride and I went to Medina for a taste test.

The staff were on top of everything; from setting up the tables, down to making sure I didn't get food on my dress going through the buffet line. The draped ceiling and lit flowered archways provided a lovely ambiance for diner and into dancing. The food was EXCELLENT, we even had late night pizza!! My husband and my reception took place in the Event Rooms. Missy the event coordinator was the absolute best! She made the whole process so smooth and she was really nice/friendly and so understanding! Plus during our reception Cliff the chef from the kitchen made sure everything was going smoothly the way my husband and I needed it to be and kept us informed throughout the evening. Missy is very, very, very organized and always stays on top of things! She also coordinated with the DJ, cake vendor, and photographer on timing (especially with only having an hour setup before our reception!) She was also very willing to work with me on a budget plus she was so great at answering all my parents' questions as well! She really put them at ease with the whole process! I don't think there are enough words to express my gratitude for the team at Medina and all that they did to make my husband and my reception an amazing night for both us and our guests as well! Last October my fiance, now wife, and I were on the market for a wedding reception venue. Both coming from large families we needed something that would accommodate the large crowd. We contacted Medina Entertainment first. From that until day to the big day on July 30, 2016, Medina Entertainment Center (especially Missy) could not have been more kind, supportive and accommodating. At first I was skeptical regarding the lighting in the Grand Ballroom. By this I mean the ballroom appeared to be dark and poorly light. My skepticism was immediately removed during our reception. The lighting was the perfect mood for an intimate dining and drinking experience. It was not too bright were you needed to squint at the people across the table and not so dark that you found yourself tripping over other guests. When it came time for the DJ and the dance to begin the lighting once again proved me wrong. It was the perfect darkness for an awesome party. From the moment the dance began every one joined the dance floor and could not be removed. No one wants to be enjoying themselves and dancing in broad daylight or under a spotlight, trust me, Medina Entertainment Center was the perfect venue. Each stage of the planning process ran smooth; we never once ran into any issues. It made the wedding plan a breeze. It is difficult for us to put into words how grateful we are for Medina Entertainment Center because they truly made our day so special, from the planning and preparations to the decorating to the serving of dinner... each step was carefully planned to suite our needs and wants. Being the groom I was concerned mostly about 3 things. The drinks, the food, and the music. Medina Entertainment Center has an incredible list of beers and wines at a reasonable price. The list of preferred vendors through Medina Entertainment Center also helped accomplish the music category spectacularly. Now comes the food. Food served on a wedding day speaks volumes about the couple themselves, so naturally I wanted something that tasted as incredible as we looked. All jokes aside, the food was some of the best food I have eaten. The chicken was delicious and was cooked perfectly. We also had a vegetarian option and decided on the pasta pinwheels. Let me tell you, I was jealous because I tasted the pasta pinwheels that my wife chose and I wanted to finish mine and then eat more of hers. I cannot thank Missy enough, her communication through the entire planning until the special day really will not be outmatched. Once again, thank you Medina Entertainment Center for everything. Our wedding day was a success and you played an essential role through it all.

Working with Medina Catering was the best experience I could have asked for, Missy was incredibly attentive and was incredibly prompt in answering any questions we had. We had a larger reception of 230 people and for bar service and plated dinner it was the perfect price for us on a budget. Anyone that books there would be so happy with the venue - they don't charge extra money for the pretty ceiling draping or cake cutting. Medina tells you what you will be paying for your wedding all up front, so it was not confusing and there were no hidden fees to find out about later.\r\rWe loved Medina and all the friendly Medina staff :)

We had our Wedding Reception in the Ballroom at Medina Entertainment Center, we loved it! \r\rMissy had great advice, made planning very organized, which made wedding planning a bit easier for me. For a large wedding, I didn't worry about anything except for getting RSVPs back from my guests!!\r\rMy guests are still telling us how awesome the food was- and it was such good quality, it was delicious! My husband and I used the Media Entertainment Center to host our wedding reception. We reserved the smaller space downstairs and it was beautiful. The draping and lights were just as I hoped and the decorations we brought tied the hole place together. Missy was a great contact and too great care of us! The\rfood tasted amazing and was a great price! I would recommend this venue to everyone!

The food taste test we did with them was phenomenal. My fiancé at the time and I didn’t want to leave anything uneaten because it was so good! On the wedding day we had a bunch of guest compliment how good the food was and especially the cheesy chicken and the vegetable wellington! SO GOOD! The only issue we had was with the bartenders not being the nicest in the beginning and almost running out of kegs because they weren’t sure if they were supposed to have them on site, which they were. So there was no problems with the catering staff or the food in anyway, it was all good, I think there was just a miscomminicatin with staff which happens!

This was the PERFECT venue after we looked at 4-5 venues prior to. When we visited for the first time, we were given a tour and a complimentary lunch from their restaurant (which is downstairs from the venue). They had a bowling lane as well. We were looking for a big space and they HAD it! It can accommodate up to 600 people. At my reception, my guests had so much room to get up and mingle and have some family space when kids were antsy! The venue came with such elaborate decorations which was included that I didn't have to do much decorating at all (seriously)! \r\rI have service only 4 stars because although emails were prompt it was not the nicest at times. Missy was the main contact for me but she was out for awhile and there was another person covering for her who actually made me a little upset mainly because I was only writing to her to inquire and ask questions. Missy came back however I just wasn't getting the same customer service as I did before. Missy was nice and very experienced but I wish she was more genuine, at times. \r\rNonetheless, so many things came together and I am very satisfied. I wouldn't change a thing about it! One of our groomsmen went up and actually talked about how great the place looked!

Everyone at Medina Entertainment Center was AWESOME!! We had so many of our guests tell us how much they enjoyed the food! Our hats off to the chief! Excellent Job. All around we are very happy that we held our receiption at Medina the total staff was excellent!

I chose Medina Entertainment Center to catering for my wedding. It was the best experience I had with a wedding vender. A guest told us that this was the best meal they have ever had at a wedding! Medina catering was easy to work with and they are a family business that recognizes the importance of family. Medina did a fantastic job with our rather large wedding (250 guests). We had so many compliments on the food, the atmosphere, and the party overall. The bar staff and servers were great, and the security guard really hit it off with my husband.

We originally began working with the individual stated in other reviews (Janine). She was fabulous -- responsive, flexible, friendly, etc. Apparently she left mid-way through our planning (which no one ever told us) and we turned a horrible corner working with the new catering person (who it took 3 e-mails and a phone call to even get a response from in the first place). She showed up 25 minutes late to our first meeting with her (AT Medina!!), she left 5 minutes into the meeting to take a 10 minute phone call, she told us about all of the things she had going on for our wedding day and how busy she was. She then proceeded to be unresponsive to numerous e-mails (even after we told her we felt as though our wedding was being dismissed by her). Something as simple as the color of our table cloths was CHANGED because SHE decided to change it (as her e-mail response back to us stated when we questioned her about it). \r\rBeyond working with her, every other staff was absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about their food, staff, bartenders, service, etc. However, I would absolutely NOT work with them again if we had to work with the same catering director. It ruined the experience.

Janine Zimmerman and Medina Entertainment Center staff were fantastic to work with for our wedding reception. They were very accommodating to our requests, they took care of the timeline the night of the wedding and kept us on track. They were quick to answer any questions we had leading up to the day. Christine & Lindsay (Coordinator) Christine has 11 years of experience with managing and planning weddings, and has worked at Medina Entertainment Center for over 20 years. She loves connecting with and helping her clients and appreciates that every day brings something new.Lindsay now plans weddings and events, and has been with us since 2013! She has a broad background with experience in event-planning, banquet serving, and graphic design. She is also responsible for Medina's marketing and social media; she is creative and hard-working and always understands her clients' needs.
