Meditations Weddings & Events is a full-service wedding venue located in Stillwater, OK. Aiming to create a turn-key wedding experience, the management of this property can provide almost everything you need for your big day in-house. Choose a celebration of ease and relaxation with the help of this establishment’s dedicated staff. Meditations have been in the business of hosting spectacular weddings for over 20 years. This estate sits on acres of lush green land, offering a vast stage upon which to celebrate your special day. You can begin your preparations in one of the get-ready suites situated in the banquet facility. Choose between plush interiors with lighted mirrors or hardwood floors with a pool table and begin your special day in style. Your ceremony can take place in the vast courtyard of the estate. Located south of the reception hall, this manicured lawn features a readymade aisle in the form of a paved pathway. This leads towards an elegant gazebo where you may exchange your vows. Your guests can be seated in elegant white pews arranged in the garden. Following your service, you can lead your party to the banquet hall’s stone veranda where you can enjoy a reception of pre-dinner drinks and refreshments. Your reception can take place in the main event building, the bright and spacious banquet hall. Boasting over 7,500 square feet, it can accommodate reception parties of up to 240 guests. Table arrangements can be set up in your desired fashion. The banquet hall also features a stylish bar area that can be used for serving specialty wines and cocktails. Meditations’ dedicated staff runs the gamut from experienced servers to wedding coordinators. Each and every one of these team members will be on hand to help you realize the dream of your special day. Working with the seasoned event planners, you can devise decor, seating plans, and determine the best use of the generous space provided. Table linens and napkins can be requested from the banquet hall. You will also have access to audio-visual equipment for entertainment and speeches. The on-site caterers are thrilled at the opportunity to design your dream menu with you. The sky is the limit with these chefs’ skills. Your wedding feast will be created as an authentic reflection of your event’s unique vibe. For further ease on your mind, the staff can manage set up and clean up of the event. They were so helpful with ALL questions we had. With our original wedding being postponed we were kind of indecisive on where to even start...all over again. We still have time to go until the wedding but I have not a single doubt! From the moment we had a tour until every question is answered through the end of reception. I know it will all be handled and taken care of wonderfully.

We used Meditations for our caterer and they were AMAZING! Constance is so great to work with! They literally do everything, from set up to tear down and clean up! The food was so good, we had a mashed potato bar as well as an ice cream bar! Everything was displayed so beautiful and nice. The team was so friendly and well mannered to our guests. They cut our cake as well! I 100% Recommend using meditations as a caterer!

We had our wedding reception at Meditations last month, and did as much as we could through them. We booked our venue, linens, an amazing buffet, bar service, dance floor, etc. in one little meeting! If that’s not stress free then I don’t know what is! Knowing that all I had to do was order a cake, invite the guests, and get pretty made all the difference! All of my guests raved about the time they had and the quality of the food! Big thank you Meditations for treating our guests like family and showing us all a really good time!

We cannot say enough about how truly amazing our wedding was at Meditations. Constance went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Leading up to our event, she was very responsive to emails and always made time for me if I requested a face to face visit, and had some wonderful recommendations for local vendors. She adds wonderful personal touches to her work, like adding decorations to the dessert table that truly brought it all together. I cannot be happier with how my day turned out. Lastly, the food. My guests were raving about the food, and for good reason. Easily the best food I’ve had at a wedding, and I’m glad it was at my own! Also, I want to mention what a wonderful staff Constance & Drew have. They were so professional and accommodating to our guests, I couldn’t have asked for better. Lastly, I want to add a personal note about Constance: she discovered that our desserts were such a huge hit with the guests that my husband and I did not get to eat any. She asked her cooking staff to prepare a dessert for us, and they brought it out to us as we were having our last dance of the night. She goes above and beyond in her work, and it truly shows.

I was not impressed with their responsiveness to emails or their venue options. You have to use their catering, and there was a huge fee for not serving alcohol.

We had our wedding and reception here 8 years ago. We still recommend Meditations any time someone is looking for a venue to have a holiday party or wedding. The owners were AMAZING! They worked with any requests we had. The staff was awesome too!!

Love this venue and it's food! I've been to several weddings either at meditations or catered by mediations and each time was fantastic. The food is wonderful and the facility is beautiful. I also had the chance to ride on the party bus and it's was definitely one for the books! The Williamson's and their staff ensure each event is beautiful and memorable.

This was the perfect venue for our wedding day. We wanted to feed our guest a good meal and they hit it out of the park. We still have guest talking about it and we have been married almost 5 years. The venue is very versatile and can be decorated just about any style you chose. The owners care and try to help in whatever way they can. It's the perfect place to start forever in my opinion.

I have attended several events at Meditations: sorority dinners, company events, a bridal shower, and a wedding. The facility is beautiful and clean, and the outdoor ceremony site is gorgeous. The food is top notch and they have a great menu variety. They can provide hor d'ouevres, buffets, or plated dinners. And the owners and staff are wonderful to work with.I highly recommend giving Constance and Drew a call to get started on your wedding!

The facility is perfect! Its so pretty and can be decorated for any vision you have. Their food is the best in Stillwater, hands down! Constance is super easy to work with and is willing to help with any of the details. I was so impressed with everything Meditations has to offer!

Drew and Constance Williamson (Owner) Meditations owners, Drew and Constance Williamson, offer you their passion, experience and expertise in fine dining and entertainment.Drew fine-tuned his innate culinary skills in Kansas City. As one of the many talented Chefs that trained at the Hallbrook Country Club, Drew created spectacular works of art using sugar, chocolate, ice, pastillage, wedding cakes and pastries. His passion for the culinary arts and the fascination of pairing fine wines with unique food items drove him through his culinary education.
