The Meeting House Grand Ballroom is a single event wedding and banquet facility located in downtown Plymouth. It has been family owned and operated since 1965. We are well known for our exceptional food, service, and attention to detail. Our ballroom features three crystal chandeliers, high ceilings, & original wood floors. Our pricing ranges on average from $70-$85 per person and includes a full dinner service, open bar, rental of the ballroom, sales tax, & gratuity. The best wedding reception venue in Michigan – we’re convinced! Todd, Tracy, and team are phenomenal to work with. Our guests could not stop raving about the staff receptiveness, professionalism, and efficiency. Todd and Tracy were attentive to every detail, even keeping our parents’ food warm while they were socializing as dinner was first being served (Also, the food was amazing!). As a couple planning a wedding, it was so helpful to not feel stressed about our venue and to have such confidence in Todd, Tracy, and team. They were very supportive in providing recommendations for everything from décor, vendors, and timeline planning. We would not have changed a thing. Book this venue!!! I can’t recommend this venue enough. Tracy and Todd made this whole experience so smooth. From the moments leading up to it, to the big day itself, they made themselves so accessible and approachable, and SO helpful. They helped with setup and takedown, and are there for the whole process. They are so obviously dedicated to this industry and put their couples’ needs first. The Meeting House is beautiful and Todd and Tracy are the best! They're easy to work with, organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. They make everything incredibly easy; they coordinated setups and pickups with our vendors and are your day of coordinators for the venue. We didn't have to worry about anything, knowing that they had it all under control. The food is delicious and all of the staff is also great. The day truly was a breeze and we can't recommend them enough!

This venue was beautiful along with phenomenal food!! I am so glad we had our wedding here and would recommend it to all in the market for a venue!I was an out of state bride and they worked well with my family in Michigan to make the day come to fruition! The food staff and bartenders (especially Ashley) went well above and beyond any service I have EVER seen at a wedding before and I have been in many weddings and to tons of weddings in the last 7 years!Tracy and Todd truly do act as day of coordinators! If you are thinking of getting a day off coordinator, it’s not really necessary for their venue! I did end up hiring one, but that’s because I was out of state and did not really realize all they did for you!

Tracy and Todd exceeded all of our expectations when it came to our wedding ceremony and reception! From the very first meeting, I knew I was making the best choice by having our wedding at The Meeting House Grand Ballroom. They were extremely easy to communicate with and were very personable. You can tell they love what they do and care about their clients. The venue is stunning and very spacious! My mom dropped off some decor a few days before our wedding and they made sure it was all set up exactly where I wanted it. They even moved everything and had it on carts for us, when we came to pick it up the Monday after. We chose the duet plate for dinner and it was delicious! I honestly can’t believe how much food they fit on the plate. You will not go hungry here! From the appetizers, dinner, and late night taco bar - you will have so much food. All the servers and bartenders were also wonderful! They made sure we had everything we needed and were very efficient in serving all of the guests. They truly go above and beyond at The Meeting House Grand Ballroom. They made sure everything was perfect for our wedding day. I wouldn’t change a thing and would highly recommend having your wedding here!

Tracy and Todd went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was enjoyed by all. They're organized and personable when it comes to planning your wedding and made the whole process very smooth. They were also very reasonable when working with us on our budget and guest list with the COVID pandemic impacting so many events.We had some candles and vases that weren't delivered by our florist for our centerpieces. Tracy was able to find some items that they had available that they were able to put out for us to make sure our centerpieces looked beautiful and that no one noticed the missing items. Everyone loved the food at our reception! My husband and I appreciated that Todd plated and delivered our food to the table during the wedding. It was an extra special touch for us on such a busy day. The staff made sure to keep refilling our drinks and checked to see if we wanted any additional food throughout the night. We had pieces of cake delivered to our table that we never got around to eating since we were dancing and spending time with our guests, and they boxed it up for us to take home. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding or other large event.

I honestly can’t recommend The Meeting House Grand Ballroom high enough. Todd and Tracy are absolutely wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond! They take their business very seriously and it shows. The food was delicious and hot, even the bread they served was warm and delicious. They personally went to each table to be sure all our guests were happy with their dinner. They have incredible staff who also went out of their way the whole evening to make everyone feel special. Our daughter and now son-in-law feel the same and we will never forget what a magical night this was for all of us. We can’t thank Todd and Tracy enough.

Todd and Tracy are amazing to work with! They gave us a list of preferred vendors and everyone we found through them were great! The food is so good! I had so many guests rave about the food. We did the house salad with their bomb ranch dressing, the chicken with red pepper cream sauce and the beef with a Demi glaze, the green beans and roasted potatoes were top notch. Their staff was wonderful during our reception. 10/10 would recommend them!!

September of 2022, my daughter and son in-law were fortunate enough to have their ceremony and reception at the Meeting House Grand Ballroom, and we couldn't be more pleased! Tracy and Todd were so responsive and took care of everything! Their entire staff went above and beyond for the set-up, rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Honestly, you couldn't ask for better customer service, food or venue! The bride and groom chose family style meals that were delivered promptly to all tables. We had a delicious salad, rolls, chicken breast with red pepper cream sauce, beef tenderloin in an amazing demi glaze sauce, green beans, pasta and oven roasted potatoes. All were perfectly cooked, tender, warm and seasoned nicely. We will forever be grateful to them for taking down all the decor and boxing it up for us; we just picked it up the next day! We also used their recommended vendors and they were excellent! It was a perfect day at a perfect venue! Thank you!

Hidden gem that sparkles in all the important categories. The night of the reception everything went smooth. The staff were helpful and quick in service and the food was hot and tasty. Tracy and Todd are professional. They respond to inquiries and emails quickly. They understand the preplanning process to make it look effortlessly on the night of your event. Likewise, they understand guests drop out and new ones are added at the last minute and are ready for those last minute adjustments. As a wedding planner, it was so lovely to work with them. We had visited other venue's but nothing compared to the ceiling height, room size and ambiance of the grand ballroom. In the evening, the lighting is elegant and gives the space a romantic glow. We were so delighted with everything associated with this venue and highly recommend it.

If we could give 10/5 stars, we would! The ballroom provides a vintage and classic ambiance. It feels so open inside yet cozy at the same time. The food was fabulous, and the staff was attentive and so pleasant. Todd and Tracey were responsive, helpful, supportive, and were like our personal wedding planners. Our wedding was in 2020, and with all the uncertainty we had to deal with, they went above and beyond to ensure that our day was perfect and safe for all our guests. I would recommend the Meeting House to anyone.

The Meeting House was the first venue that my now husband and I toured. I immediately fell in love. After visiting a few more places, my heart was still stuck on The Meeting House. I’m so glad we picked this venue. Not only does it have character, but Todd and Tracy were the best to work with. They are so quick to respond to emails and they answered every single question I had. I have received so many compliments about our wedding and 90% of them were about the great food and excellent service. The staff was there before you even realized you needed something! I have never in my life felt the need to actually write a review for anything. But the Meeting House, and more specifically Todd and Tracy are the best!! First off, I had to move my wedding not once, but TWICE due to Covid. Todd and Tracy were extremely flexible and understanding and they made a difficult situation overall super easy. Their communication could not have been any better. I can't think of one time over the past two years where I reached out and had to wait more than one hour for a reply. The venue itself was beautiful (extra beautiful with the Christmas decorations) and the food was excellent, I got so many compliments on choice of venue. And finally the day of the wedding everything was flawless and I do not have a single complaint.

I can't say enough about the Meeting House! First of all, the hall is historic and beautiful! The food was spectacular! Best food I've had at any wedding! Todd and Tracy were great to work with. As the mother of the bride, it was such a relief that they took care of every detail! All the candles, place cards, menus, and wedding favors were dropped at the hall a few days before the reception. Everything was set up beautifully! They really are your Day of Coordinator. They kept everything running on time! Then at the end of the night, their staff cleared all the tables. They packaged everything up and told me to come on Monday to pick it up. It was so nice to not have to worry about taking anything home at the end of the night except for the gifts and the cards. My daughter and her new husband had the wedding of their dreams thanks to Todd and Tracy and their wonderful staff! We couldn't be happier! Thank you so much Todd and Tracy!!

LOOK NO FURTHER!! The Meeting House was my 9th venue I looked at in the Metro Detroit area when I started my reception venue hunt in 2019 and it was a no brainer to choose them. My original date was in 2020 but with COVID we had to postpone and that process was made super simple. We finally had our day and it was better than mine and my husbands dreams! It's only been a few days but we are still in awe at how perfect and beautiful everything turned out. Tracy and Todd are the absolute BEST to work with! Constantly checking in with us and our families throughout the night to make sure everything was going well. We did not have a worry in the world on our wedding day. We have received SO many compliments about the venue, food and staff! They will not disappoint! Thanks again Tracy & Todd!

We had an awesome experience with the Meeting house! I was nervous when I started looking for a place for our ceremony & reception until I came across the Meeting House. The ballroom is spacious and gorgeous, we knew it was where we wanted to have our wedding. I was especially happy that they include onsite catering and bar services. Speaking of catering, the food offered at the Meeting House is bar none. I couldn't have asked for a better meal on my perfect day. The bar and wait staff are also exceptional. To top it off, Todd and Tracy were truly amazing to work with. They took care of everything from responding promptly to all my emails, to the set up and take down of all our decorations. I loved that I was always in contact with them and even the day of, they were there helping and making sure everything ran smoothly. My wedding day was truly perfect and I couldn't have done any of it without Todd and Tracy. I HIGHLY recommend booking the Meeting House!!

When my daughter told us that she really wanted her reception to be at the Meeting House Grand Ballroom, we had in mind something less. Once we met with Todd and Tracy, we knew this was the venue for us. The attention to every detail was incredible. We did a dessert table, and Tracy plated all the desserts for us. We also had a Les Mis flash mob and again, Todd and Tracy were flexible and worked with us to make it an overwhelming success. Their communication is beyond 100%, any thought or wish is made to come true. Our guests were so impressed and their comments were “best wedding ever, so much room to spread out, food was incredible-especially the appetizers.” There is not one thing I would change or suggest to Todd and Tracy. Thank you for providing the opportunity to have the time of our lives!

Our wedding day was made perfect by Tracy and Todd and the rest of their staff at the Meeting House Grand Ballroom! After our first meeting with Tracy and Todd to visit the venue, my husband and I knew right away that this was the venue that we wanted to celebrate in with all of our family and friends. In particular, we loved the kindness and organization that we received from Tracy and Todd throughout the entire wedding planning process. Any time we had a question, Tracy and Todd were there to help us out no matter what - even when a lot was unknown during COVID! We felt comforted by their support and appreciated all that they did for us to make our day so special. The night of our reception was perfect - everyone raved about the spectacular service, food, and how well organized the night was run by Tracy, Todd and staff. We are so thankful for our experience and would recommend the Meeting House to anyone!

I first met Todd and Tracy two years ago while searching for the perfect wedding venue. They are the easiest people to talk to and have the most beautiful venue. I fell in love with their ballroom and the rustic wood floors. During my tour we even got to sample appetizers! Their services include set up of centerpieces and that was exactly what I was looking for! When the pandemic hit this spring, Todd and Tracy continued to help me and my husband plan our wedding, continued to be hopeful and honest as their venue remained shut down. After having to postpone, Todd and Tracy called me and we talked about other options for our wedding, they even mentioned catering services. Due to the venue still being closed due to restrictions, we decided to have our wedding at home in our backyard and the Meeting House catered our event. Todd came the previous day to scope out and set up the buffet table, the following day, everyone was so helpful with the buffet line, with the timeline of our day and in the end, everything was perfect! Everyone loved the food! Although we didn’t have our wedding in the beautiful ballroom, working with the Meeting House made wedding planning so easy!

Looking for a venue for our wedding was not always smooth sailing, but as soon as we met with Meeting House Grand Ballroom we knew this was absolutely the place we wanted to have our wedding. My husband and I were struggling when we first started planing to find a venue. Once we met with Tracy and Todd we never felt more at ease. Not only did we get to try some food at our first meeting, but they spent extra time answering all of the questions we had. They worked with us through every step of our wedding planning. When it came to the day of we were never more at ease. They both literally waited on us hand and foot, took care of all of the behind the scenes items, and made sure all of our guest were enjoying themselves as well. I CANNOT sing their praises enough. I would more then recommend them to any one in a heart beat. Not to mention the venue space is absolutely gorgeous, and there was so much room. On top of that they make all of their food in house. My husband and I had many of our guests just stop us to tell us how good the food was, and when people say that brides and grooms always forget to eat on their wedding day that was not the case when it came to us. We can honestly say that every food item served at our wedding was truly delicious. We could truly have not asked for a better people and space on our special day! Thank you!

Choosing The MeetingHouse was the best decision we made for planning our special day! Not only is the venue beautiful and charming, the owners were so friendly and accommodating they helped ease any anxiety we had for our wedding . The food was fantastic and we felt that the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes for our wedding! We highly recommend this venue! We did not have one issue with them throughout the entire planning process and we truly enjoyed working with the Meeting House Grand Ballroom set in our favorite city of Plymouth!

I truly cannot say enough good things about the Meeting House Grand Ballroom. Todd and Tracy went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, from the day we booked the venue, all the way through our big day. They are truly professionals and had so many great tips and honest advice that helped us to plan our reception. We didn't have a day of planner but I never once was worried about it, because Tracy and Todd literally managed everything for us- contacting our vendors, set up the day of, even bringing us drinks and making sure we ate as well as packing us up food from the buffet so that we could enjoy it later. They helped our DJ keep everything organized and moving along but they made it all seem so easy and seamless. People (including us) are still absolutely raving about the food at the Meeting House three months later- the Mac and Cheese was a huge hit! Todd and Tracy were so gracious and they went above and beyond to accommodate our family and friends. It was so important to us that our guests felt taken care of and that everyone had a great time, and I know without a doubt the Meeting House made that happen. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make our day the absolute best.

We chose this venue for many reasons, but the main being that this is a family owned and run company. They ensure that we cover every detail and the night goes flawlessly. We loved that they were basically our only vendor. They do it all for one great price, and are there from the start of planning to the end of your wedding night. Our wedding turned out absolutely amazing, we couldn’t have imagined it being any better! This husband and wife team know what they are doing, and they do an amazing job at it. Their staff is just as incredible and the food is to die for!!! They are the entire package! If you are looking for your dream wedding then reserving the Meeting House Grand Ballroom is one of the best decisions you can make! Todd and Tracy are absolutely wonderful to work with. All of the details are taken care of down to the smallest detail. They took our vision and brought it to life with all of the food, bar, decorations, and room set up. The porch, bar, and ballroom all looked amazing and the fireplace was incredibly cozy on a fall afternoon/evening. More importantly, the FOOD WAS AMAZING. Everyone commented on how delicious everything was. Todd and Tracy and their team went the extra mile with EVERYTHING. When one of our vendors fell short with delivering something that was part of our dessert table, Todd and Tracey went out and fixed it for us (without us even knowing). Even our to-go box with our dinner takeouts included block Ms for Mr & Mrs to represent our alma matar University of Michigan. Everything was absolutely perfect...and I'm a perfectionist who loves details! I cannot speak highly enough of the MHGB, Todd, Tracy and their team. FANTASTIC!

The Meeting House was the absolute perfect place for our wedding reception! The venue is gorgeous and Down Town Plymouth is incredibly charming. Todd, Tracy, and Tyler were so easy to work with and went out of their way to help make everything exactly how we envisioned. We knew of every cost up front and I never felt like we were nickel and dimmed. Our guests raved about the food (and generous portion sizes!) and everyone at our 200 person wedding was served their platted meal almost instantly. Because we had a Friday night wedding, we were able to start setting up Wednesday and didn’t have to pick anything up until the morning after the wedding. This alleviated so much stress on both us and our parents and allowed everyone to relax and just enjoy themselves to the very end of the night. I would highly recommend this venue!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place than the meeting house for our wedding reception. Tracy and Todd are amazing. They are so helpful and organized and two of the most friendly people we have ever met. They go above and beyond to make sure the day is perfect and make the days leading up to the wedding as stress free as possible. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The food was amazing and people were still talking about it the next day and not to mention the ballroom is beautiful. Great GREAT venue!!

The Meeting House Grand Ballroom is the absolute most perfect wedding venue! The owners Todd and Tracy are so wonderful to work with! It honestly felt like I was working with family. They made my dreams come true!!! The guests from my wedding have been raving about the Meeting House and saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to! The food was amazing and the servers are awesome!!! Todd and Tracy made the entire process so easy from start to finish! They were onsite the entire day of my wedding and made sure the entire night was perfect! I truly truly recommend the Meeting House for your wedding! This place is absolutely stunning! It has so many great qualities from the massive ballroom to an entire bar room and separate patio area! And the entire venue is yours! No sharing ballrooms with other weddings unlike some venues. I know I already mentioned the food, but seriously I am still dreaming about the menu! The food was soooo AWESOME! The servers were very polite and on top of their game! The bartenders were awesome and even remembered drink orders! This was the best service I have ever seen at a wedding! Todd and Tracy I can't thank you enough for everything you did to make my wedding day absolutely perfect! I will be recommending this wedding venue to everyone and raving about you guys for the rest of my life!!!

The Meeting House Grand Ballroom was the perfect choice for our daughter’s wedding venue! Not only is the ballroom itself beautiful and filled with character and charm, but Todd and Tracy were outstanding as host and hostess for the evening! They were always responsive and professional throughout the whole process, paying attention to the smallest of details. I can't recommend the Meeting House Grand Ballroom enough! Todd and Tracy were phenomenal to work with. My husband and I loved that we got to work directly with the owners, as opposed to various different staff members. Anytime we emailed them with questions (which was thousands of times!) they always responded immediately. On the day of our wedding, they were so kind and gracious and everything went off without a hitch. We didn't have to lift a finger! They took care of any issues that came up without worrying us. And THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Hands-down the best wedding food I've ever had and we received endless compliments on it from our guests! 10/10 experience!

From the very first visit to the Meeting House, we knew we wanted to have our wedding reception here. Todd and Tracy were so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process, especially since we lived out of state while wedding planning. As soon as we arrived at the venue for our reception, Todd and crew met us at our party bus with appetizers (which were SO amazing) and the rest of the night we didn't have to think about a thing! They are a very well oiled machine and know exactly what they are doing and how they can be helpful. From our grand entrance, to dinner service, to every detail we couldn't have thought of ourselves, they have it covered for you. We felt like every time we turned around there was someone asking if we needed anything. It made our night so much more fun and carefree having that kind of service. We didn't have to stress about anything and the whole night went absolutely perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better reception venue. We can't recommend The Meeting House enough! And yes, the food is as amazing as everyone says!

Look no further than this venue for your dream wedding! My daughter had her reception here and it was a simply perfect evening. Todd and Tracy were there the whole evening making sure all went well. When the owners are on site for your event, you know that you will be treated with the highest customer service possible. The food was, hands down, the best food we have ever enjoyed at a wedding. It was fabulous and our guests are still talking about it. We loved that we had two days to decorate and put our signs and pictures around the venue, put upour selfie station, chair covers, favors, etc. The ballroom is beautiful and spacious and the balcony space was perfect for our photo booth, and for some of the guests to relax and chat during their dancing breaks. We wouldn’t have changed a thing, it was perfect!

AMAZING! That is the word I would choose to describe my experience with Meeting house grand ballroom. Todd and Tracy went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure our day went off without a hitch! With moving states during the planning process I always felt like I was a priority with them. They made planning our event so easy! I changed my seating chart two weeks before the wedding and added last minute vendors to which they were so accommodating. Our wedding wouldn’t have been so beautiful and go according to plan if it went for them. Truly such a beautiful venue. Thank you so much! Five stars isn’t enough! Todd and Tracy were a dream to work with! They answered our questions at any time of day and were always there to help in anyway they could. The venue is gorgeous, the staff went above and beyond the whole night, and the food was spectacular! We got so many comments from our guests about how this was beyond the best service and food they have ever had at any wedding they have been too. They functioned like a well oiled machine and everything went smoothly. I have nothing but excellent things to say about this venue and the owners. They made us feel like family and did anything they could to help us alleviate stress. I sure don’t plan on getting married again, but I hope some of my family and friends choose this venue because I would LOVE to go back!

The Meeting House Grand Ballroom was simply amazing. I could sit here all day and write one million reasons why they made my wedding so perfect. From the very beginning of the planning process, Todd and Tracy answered every question we had and were SO responsive. We went to check out the venue, fell in love instantly and booked that day (I mean, right when you walk in, its hard to say no; its absolutely gorgeous). They were the most accommodating people ever; from the table arrangements, to last minute food allergies I found out about, they did anything and everything to make it all happen. I am actually in awe of how they keep it all together and make everything work so perfectly, but they do it! A few days leading up to the wedding, I was in contact with them a ton, and they were the most wonderful people ever. Couldn't be a nicer couple and they are just really good, genuine people. They really care about the venue and the bride and groom using it. They were there and in charge of the rehearsal a few days before, and that was amazing as well. Told us step-by-step how the wedding day would go (we had our ceremony there as well). Then came the wedding day. OMG THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Tracy was literally running around before the ceremony making sure everything was going smooth; she was even making sure that my groom wouldnt see me when he walked in. After our ceremony, the offered the wedding party and us drinks and apps right away, even before we took pictures. We loved that. During the wedding, they literally did EVERYTHING, from bartending, to checking with guests if they liked their food, to making sure my husband and I had drinks; we have never felt more taken care of in our lives! Our wedding day wouldnt have been the same if we didnt work with Todd and Tracy and choose The Meeting House. I truly could say SO many amazing things, but all in all, if a bride and groom are not sure on a venue, go check out The Meeting House. You will not regret it. The space is gorgeous (didnt need any decorations), the price is very reasonable, the food was amazing (I am still getting compliments on the food and the portion size from our family and friends) and Todd and Tracy are just amazing. There is not one slightly bad thing I could say about The Meeting House. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone I ever met that was getting married. The best day of our lives thanks to Todd, Tracy and all of the staff at The Meeting House. Thank you all so much!!!

The Meeting House of Plymouth went above and beyond what we could have asked for. It’s a family owned ballroom in downtown Plymouth and it’s gorgoeus and affordable. They took the time and had a food tasting with us, even though we had such limited availability, they made it work. The morning of the wedding the owner noticed some of my decorations were coming apart and she fixed them for me. Lastly the night of the wedding the owners busted their butts all night helping bring out food, clear off tables, and making sure people had drinks including us (the newly weds). I love supporting family owned businesses and I especially love seeing the owner interact and take part in their business it is such a plus. The staff was great and the food was to die for. It’s been almost a month and to this day I’m still getting people raving about the venue and the food. I could not have asked for a better venue I was so pleased with everything!

We were beyond pleased with our experience at the Meeting House. The entire process was smooth from the initial meeting to the wedding day. All communication was promptly responded to and they were easy to meet with as needed and Tracy answered all of my many detailed questions while planning. Before booking, we heard the food was delicious, but we were blown away at our tasting and again at the wedding with the abundance and quality of the meal. After the wedding, we received compliment after compliment about the food, service, and overall atmosphere of the space. It was a perfect fit for my classic wedding vision without totally blowing our budget! We highly recommend this venue!

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout the dinner service. since our wedding on August 17th we have had so many of our guests repeatedly bring up the amazing time they had. \"That was the best wedding I think I've ever been to\" - I've heard a few times!! I cannot recommend this venue enough, we've already discussed having our anniversary dinner reception here when we decide to renew our vows. Todd and Tracy are incredible and they were perfect in helping my perfect reception go off without a single hitch (other than me and my husband!)

MHGB was absolutely AMAZING! The venue itself was stunning. The hard wood floors, fireplace, high ceilings, lighting, chandeliers, and piano made for such a beautiful evening. We also loved how easily the space could be reconfigured for different layouts to match the vibe of our wedding and reception (as we had our ceremony and reception here). The bar and food were excellent and people were raving about how good the food was (which is no easy feat for weddings). The hors d'oeuvres even got many positive comments. Everyone from Todd and Tracy to the bartenders to the wait staff were super hospitable, helpful, and wonderful and worked together to ensure that everyone felt taken care of. Todd and Tracy are the dream team and we could not have imagined our day going as smoothly as it did without them. They are super responsive, kind, flexible, and empathetic. It feels like you're working with family when you're in their hands. Before the wedding, they coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was in the right place at the right time and knew what they were supposed to be doing. Once we got to our day, they thought of and prepared for everything so that on our wedding day we didn't have to worry about a single thing. They even thought to have food and cake wrapped up for us for later in case we didn't get to eat during the festivities of the evening. Our wedding and reception was absolutely perfect and we have no doubt that much of that can be attributed to how thoughtful and professional Todd and Tracy were. We cannot thank Todd and Tracy enough for their role in making our day perfect!

First and foremost, words will never be enough to say THANK YOU to Todd and Tracy for making our wedding evening so amazing. They took care of absolutely everything from coordinating with ALL vendors, setting up the day of and everything in between. Tracy & Todd act as week/day of coordinators and as a result our day went off without a hitch. When our wedding party arrived, Todd brought appetizers on the bus, which were so amazing and such a wonderful gesture. Our wedding party has not stopped talking about how nice that was and the fact we even got more around dinner time! A huge plus after running around all day!Food - we have NOT STOPPED receiving amazing reviews about the food. The chef did an AMAZING job on everything from the appetizers to the main course. Our family and friends are still raving about how no one will beat our food. Servers - the servers and waitstaff were nothing but respectful, genuine and helpful. Our head table was assigned individual servers who introduced themselves and took care of every need. There was never an empty plate, drink or issue and we are thankful for all their hard workVenue in general - we have had multiple family and friends inquire about the venue due to the beauty and food. We have had nothing but positive things to say about how Tracy & Todd conduct business and how efficient and effective they are at running weddings. Our parents are so happy we chose the Meeting House and we could not agree more. Tracy & Todd made our wedding forever memorable and special for years to come. The Grandball room could NOT have been any more fantastic!!! From the start of our 18 month planning , Tracy and Todd (the owners) were ALWAYS hands on. During the entire reception they were present ensuring all was done elegantly!! Tracy and Todd were engaged, personal, and genuinely concerned about detail as my husband and I were. Without doubt they (and their staff) provided the BEST personalized service I have ever seen!!! Kudos also to their Chef (Linda) who has been with them for decades, truly her exquisite talents speak loudly! Every minute of reception was perfect!! Thank you so much Tracy, Todd, and Linda.....you made us feel like family and treated us like we were your only customers! My god continue to bless your business !!!

Wow, truly amazing! Both Tracy and Todd were great to work with. The food was fabulous, I can't even count how many people commented on that. And the venue itself is just beautiful. And just a few days before the wedding we had a change in the wedding party but Tracy assured us that everything was ok and she would be happy to make the change for us at the last minute. I’m a little surprised by all the 5 star reviews. Overall, the meeting house was a great venue for us. We loved having our reception and ceremony in one space. Everyone raved about the food. The night ran smoothly for the most part. We had a tour of the venue with Todd who was great. When we had our meeting with Tracey to go over details, it did not go as well. My mother came with my husband and I. My mother and I asked questions that may have been common sense to Tracey, but things that we didn’t know about. Tracey was rude and her attitude was shocking. My husband and I preferred to talk with Todd after that. Their email was difficult to get through to, they had to approve email addresses. My husbands was approved, but not mine so I was unable to email them. I wasn’t happy about paying for the bar for people under 21 (if they had an adult meal, you were charged for the bar). Tracey moved my card box without talking to me first and wth no explanation. I didn’t like having it by the men’s bathroom. My friend was able to put it over by the DJ. Before the wedding, they send out an email to all the vendors. It was very unprofessional including having details in all capital letters. I had to apologize to my photographer for this. The ceremony went great. Afterwards, they were aware we planned to take family photos with our backdrop. Employees started taking down the backdrop, I explained to him we were still using it. Tracey came over asking what we were doing and said that they needed to put the appetizers there. My photographer was great and asked if there was somewhere else she’d like us to take pictures. She said no, shook her head,and left. We were willing to compromise and she was still difficult. Overall I would recommend The Meeting House and to work with Todd.

The Meeting House is a gem of a wedding venue! After seeing dozens of other places in the Metro Detroit area, we were so thankful to have met Todd and Tracy. The Meeting House staff are amazing and make you feel like your special day is important to them too! Also, compared to other venues we looked into, you get so much more for your money at The Meeting House. The food is amazing- many of our guests are still talking about how great it was- shout out to Head Chef Linda! The service was impressive- especially at the bar! Todd and Tracy also make coordinating all your details so seamless and are much more open to a variety of vendors that other locations. I just can't say enough good things about our experience with The Meeting House Grand Ballroom. I highly recommend checking them out!

The Meeting House Grand Ballroom exceeded our expectations from the first meeting with owners Todd and Tracy until the day I had to pick up the decorations after the wedding. The hall was perfect for our guests, our servers were the most gracious and hardworking kids ever, the food exceptional and I am still hearing compliments to the chef over how amazingly good it was. I loved working with Todd and Tracy from the beginning, they were always available and willing to help in any way possible. Due to the short amount of time I was given to plan the reception for my daughter, I leaned on Tracy and Todd for referrals for the DJ Ralph & Kim with RC DJ and Video Productions and linens with Tami of Lasting Touch of Linens, no one disappointed us! We loved everything about the Meeting house grand ballroom, their staff, food, ambiance and the fun! I am already recommending them to everyone I know. Todd and Tracy were phenomenal to work with. From the day we toured there venue as we were in the selection process to our wedding day, Todd and Tracy made the wedding planning process seamless. It felt like you were working with family with how much they were there and really helping to make sure your big day goes well. On the day of the wedding, they were also there every step of the way to make sure all went well. The food they served there was amazing and even our guests raved about the food. It was great to have the bridal party, especially the bride and groom, made a priority in enjoying our passed around Hors d'oeuvres since we were busy between the ceremony and reception. The care Todd and Tracy took to make sure our day ran well was awesome and there staff was great as well, very professional and polite. I should note our ceremony was there as well, it was great to be able to close off an area where I could hide so my guests did not see me as they arrived. Once the ceremony was over the staff did a great job, and quickly, turning over the ballroom for the reception. The Meeting House Grand Ballroom was just perfect, I highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married. I can't thank Todd and Tracy enough for the beautiful day I had.

Absolutely amazing venue! First of all, the ballroom itself was beautiful and elegant! We loved the high ceilings, chandeliers, hard wood floors and the fireplace! Second of all, Tracy and Todd were great to work with! They went above and beyond what me and my husband expected from a venue! They're professional, kind, accommodating , helpful, pleasant, and their attention to detail was what impressed us the most! They did a wonderful job coordinating the reception! It was such a relief to know that Tracy and Todd had everything under control while we were stressing about everything else for the wedding. The bar and food service was excellent! Bartenders and wait staff were on point with their service. And last but not least, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! All of our guest could not stop talking about how great the food was! From the hors d'oeuvres to the main course, it was all such great food! We served butler style hors d'oeuvres and plated main course, strip loin and stuffed chicken. The portions were huge and any food left over, they provided take out containers for all the guests! Tracy and Todd did not disappoint one bit! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and staff. From the time we chose to have our wedding at the meetinghouse until the time it was over Todd and Tracy (and entire staff) were outstanding! They are accessible, professional and a pleasure to work with. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue looked and how amazing the food was. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone. We can’t thank Todd and Tracy enough for such a spectacular night!

For the venue it is a 5 star, for the people it is a 2 star. From the beginning we had some misunderstandings. We went in (around January) to talk about what we had in mind for the wedding and reception, and thought they understood what we wanted. Several months later we sat down and they didn't remember a thing we had said. They didn't even remember us saying that we were doing both the ceremony and reception there, and the amount of people was 100 people short for what we talked about.We initally spoke with Todd, and then the second time was with Tracy; so I don't know if it was not communicated, but from there it just went down hill with their friendly performance. Everytime we wanted to do something that was a little different (drink themes), or putting tables in different areas, or dessert table....it was met with alot of resistance. And when I would re-introduce the subject I would be met with, \"well that must've been changed at the last minute\".(when it was not)Two weeks before the wedding Todd called me and talked to me about some of the issues they had. When I say he talked, I mean he talked....I couldn't get a word in edge wise, or he would cut me off. 10 mins of him telling me \"how he would like to see it go.\"When we showed up on Wednesday to set up for our friday wedding, we were met by Tracy. She was completely cold, and rude the entire two days that we set up. We would say good morning, and she wouldn't even look at us. Todd was approachable the two days, but everytime I would speak with him Tracy would come over and rudely grab his shirt, and say \"Todd we need to talk.\" We setup our rehearsal at 4 on Thursday but was told that we should've told people to be there at 330 because they have another rehearsal at 5. But we were never told initially that they had another rehearsal until the day before.The day of the wedding (November 10, 2017) everybody loved the food, but the workers literally took forks and drinks out of peoples hands to clean tables up. We felt like our guests were being pushed to eat, and leave, when we wanted them to just sit and enjoy the food and desserts that we spent sooo much money on.The venue was gorgeous, but if it wasn't so beautiful I would've walked away! We just didn't feel like we were on their priority list....other people were.

Tracey and Todd (who own and coordinate everything at the meeting house) were phenomenal! We had our wedding here this past weekend and we couldn't have asked for anything better! The bridal party did not attend cocktail hour due to photos, and Todd greeted us at the party bus in the parking lot with all of our appetizers!! He also took everyone's belongings and carried them upstairs and put away for the night. Also....THE FOOD.... was amazing, we got so many compliments!! We did a combo plate with stuffed chicken and the beef. We wish they had a restaurant we could get it all year round! Everything here was awesome. Tracey and Todd are super accommodating and helpful and were attentive to our needs all night long. Highly recommended!

The Meeting House venue and staff completely exceeded our expectations for our wedding reception! Todd and Tracy were amazing throughout the entire process and were always willing to go over any of the details and services with us whenever we had questions. They truly take pride in what they do and their professionalism and experience shined through on our big day. The food was outstanding and the portions were huge! All of our guests were raving about the quality. We were a little worried about space considering the size of our party (260) but we had more than enough room. We especially liked having the dance floor and bar in separate rooms to break things up and allow people to socialize better. We would gladly recommend The Meeting House to anyone!

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about the Meeting House. Our wedding was 8/26/17, and Tracy and Todd were absolutely phenomenal to work with. I have never met more organized, pleasant, and professional vendors/people in my life. They made this very overwhelmed bride-to-be much more at ease, and calmed all my fears and worries for the big day. Tracy set up all of our decorations/centerpieces for us that day, so we didn't have to find someone to do it, and that was a HUGE weight off of our shoulders. Their venue is beautiful, the rest of the staff was so attentive, and the food was absolutely INCREDIBLE. My husband and I heard from countless guests that it was the best wedding food they've ever had - and just phenomenal food in general. Their buttered hors d'oeuvres are to die for! Try the mini French onion wonton soup. It was our favorite. :) This place is worthy of every penny spent and every one of these 5 stars. The venue was not only gorgeous but the staff continuously checked up on us to make sure our night was perfect. We had our wedding reception here on Friday June 2nd, 2017, and everything was *perfect*--beyond our expectations. Todd and Tracy are AMAZING and we knew throughout the planning process, and on our wedding day, that we were in extremely capable hands. They went above and beyond. I didn't feel like I had to worry about a thing because Tracy and Todd had everything taken care of. We seriously had a blast at our wedding. Tracy and Todd made sure we had food and everything we needed at our beautiful sweetheart table. We were able to dance the night away and enjoy our guests. There is so much value in the peace of mind that you get when you book your reception here... The overall experience was amazing, but let me touch on three of my favorite things about MHGB: The FOOD, the SPACE, and the SERVICE. I already talked about the amazing service--and it truly was beyond amazing. Our guests (and us) were WELL taken care of the entire night. The FOOD is what sold us during our initial meeting with Tracy. Oh my goodness.. we had caprese spoons, shrimp cocktail, and reuben cones for our hors de vouers and they were sooo good. We did a buffet and it was SO GOOD. Everyone was able to move quickly through the buffet because they had two lines going and all of the food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. Our guests raved about the food--especially the salmon with the lobster dill sauce (yum!) and the garlic mashed potatoes. Many guests commented that it was the best food that they've had at a wedding. You can tell that the chef has been there for 20+ years. I also loved the space and ambiance of the MHGB. We were able to have a very large dancefloor with our 155 guest count which was awesome. We loved that the bar is a separate room. Many of our guests mingled in there and in the enclosed patio room. The ballroom itself is stunning. I especially love the high ceilings, the colors, the chandeliers, the fireplace area--it's just so unique and beautiful. We are so, so very happy with how our day turned out. We wouldn't change a thing. We recommend the Meeting House Grand Ballroom to anyone looking for a quality venue with great food and amazing service. This was one of the BEST decisions we made while planning our wedding. Thank you again Todd, Tracy, and staff!

I seriously cannot recommend this venue enough. They were helpful, flexible, and more than accomodating. Their number one priority was making our day perfect. From working with us to make the menu we wanted to letting us and our vendors set up when we needed to helping on the day of to ensure everything went smoothly, I can't think of a better venue. Do not hesitate to book them as your reception venue!

They have won all those awards for a reason! Tracy and Todd went above and beyond what we could've expected and then some! From the first day we met to the day of, everything was laid out and explained clearly and went off without a hitch. Both our DJ and Photographers said they loved working with them too! We had multiple people come up to us and express how much they loved the venue, the staff, the food(its worth the food alone!) and the accommodations. I can not thank them enough for everything they did. Our wedding day was perfect and we owe them so much credit for that!

This review is long overdue but I couldn't resist saying something about The Meeting House. Let me start off by saying how amazingly smooth our wedding day went. Tracy and Todd went above and beyond to not only accommodate us, but accommodate all of our guests including the ones that got there late. They made sure everyone was comfortable and had plenty of food and drinks. From the first meeting to the wedding day Tracy and Todd were were in constant contact with us to make sure all the details were taken care of. They even gave us a wedding packet to make our planning easier. Let me just say one more thing...the food! All of our family were incredibly satisfied and LOVED the food. We opted for the family style which we were delighted with. We also chose the passed hors d'oeuvres and the lava tubes and shrimp were big hits! Overall, I can't thank Tracy and Todd enough for being accommodating and detail oriented so that our wedding day was enjoyable (they even contacted our vendors so we wouldn't have to coordinate the set up!) I would highly recommend the Meeting House Grand Ballroom. It was nothing short of romantic, classy, and chic. I'm so glad I chose the Meeting House for our reception! For Tracy and Todd, owning a wedding venue is a family business and this really comes through in how much they care about your Wedding Day. They make sure you get what you want while also making sure it goes as smoothly and possible - you don't have to worry about a thing! They actually stay for the entire wedding reception to make sure everything is perfect... they are there from the moment the vendors start to arrive till the moment your last guest leaves. Not only are they there the entire time, they also have plenty of staff helping throughout the reception. No one will wait for a drink! This alone is enough for a 5 star review but on top of all of this, the food they prepare is amazing! The biggest compliment I get from our wedding day is how good the food was. Everyone won't stop talking about the Black Bean & Sweet Corn salad! Lastly, the venue is gorgeous - your photos will be beautiful!

Words cannot explain how amazing this place and Tracy & Todd are. They were so helpful and flexible right from the day I booked them. All night they were asking me, my groom and our parents if we needed anything and making sure everything ran smoothly. The hall is absolutely beautiful and we got SO many compliments on the food. Our wedding was just a couple weeks ago here and Tracy and Todd really went above and beyond to make our day truly a dream come true. Having our wedding on a Friday allowed us set up time on Wednesday and Thursday, allowing me to save an incredible amount of money by doing our own flowers and decorations. For the entire year of planning and payments the ballroom was nothing but accommodating and quick with response. The actual day went more smoothly than could be imagined, all because Todd and Tracy were there to calmly walk and talk us through everything. Even making sure a plate of food was sent home for us! The ballroom is very classic and timeless, the photos barely do it justice. A must see in person! I would highly recommend The Meeting House Grand Ballroom and wouldn't change a thing about my wedding or the way they conducted business with us.

My husband and I had our April 2, 2016 wedding reception at the Meeting House Grand Ballroom; we could not be happier with our experience! Four months later, I am still receiving compliments on everything from the food, the staff, and the decor. Todd and Tracy are absolutely the most wonderful people in the world to work with. They truly made the often-stressful planning process easier and were accommodating at every step of the way. They took their time with us at each of our appointments, were available any time for questions, and were extremely helpful with suggestions and ideas. Everything came together so beautifully on the night of our reception. The food was phenomenal. We chose a buffet style dinner, and every single item on the buffet was fantastic. Almost every guest immediately remarked to us how much they enjoyed their meal. My only regret was that I did not load up my plate because at the end of the night, they boxed up my dinner that I didn't finish for me to take home and I only wish I had more to enjoy! The staff was professional and thoughtful. Every little detail was perfect. I could go on and on about how amazing the Meeting House was, but I'll end by saying that Todd and Tracy helped to make our wedding the best day of our lives and there is not one single thing that I would change about our experience!

Where do I begin? From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. My daughter had her reception here on August 6, and every part of this reception was 5 stars. Todd and Tracy were wonderful coordinators and didnt miss a beat, and that includes us adding an additional 20 guests the day before the wedding!!! Everyone received their meals at the appropriate time and dinner was exceptional. The staff handled all of this wonderfully. We had nearly 260 guests, and no one felt cramped or pushed out. The room was beautiful and the staff was impeccable. A week later and I am still receiving messages about how wonderful the dinner was and how much fun all of our guests had. If you live in SE Michigan, and you are looking for a great place to have your wedding reception (or anything else for that matter), with unmatched cuisine and service, give them a call. They will not disappoint. Thank you Todd and Tracy for setting the bar so high and clearing it. We have 3 more daughters, and if we have it our way, they will all be seated at your head table. Thanks again, truly amazing.

My daughter was married July 9, 2016 and we used the Meeting House Grand Ballroom for their reception. I have never had to rent a venue of this size nor have I had to plan a party for this many people before. I was attracted to the Meeting House primarily because we would be the only party going on at the time and it had the vintage feel we were looking for. The minute my daughter and I walked onto the wood floors and looked up at the tall ceilings and beautiful chandeliers we were sold. Then to be shown such a wonderful menu and the extra attention to detail sealed the deal. Everyone was pleased with how comfortable they were. The Meeting House Grand Ballroom provided a place for conversation away from the music and a bar room for additional gathering. The dance floor was huge enough for the largest crowds and the best dancers. Todd and Tracy personalize the entire experience for our family and our guests including meals to please those on special diets. Even those in our family with special needs were accommodated comfortably. My vision of a beautiful space for my daughter and her husband came true with the help of Tracy and Todd and their beautiful Meeting House Grand Ballroom in Plymouth, MI. Thank you. I will always remember this day.

The owners were some of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure of meeting. The days up to our wedding had a lot of family heartbreak and let down. Tracey and Todd went above and beyond as venue owners and made our wedding day one the happiest days of our lives. Our guests raved about the wonderful food and hospitality they received at the event. They were quick to answer and questions I had and were extremely accommodating considering we live over an hour away. You never become just a number to them once you've chosen them as your venue, you are family. I cannot thank them enough for making my day more than I could ever dream of!

Choosing The Meeting House for our wedding reception was the first and probably best choice we made for our big day. Tracy was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She made my job as a bride as easy as she could have. She kept up with all my vendors for me which I appreciated as it gets super busy for brides closer to the wedding day. She was very flexible with me and let me come in to check out the venue again anytime I wanted. She answered all my random questions and she did it very promptly. Aside from the impeccable service- the food itself is enough to get me to use them again. Everyone raved on how good the food was. And the portions of everything was amazing. Their appetizers might have been my favorite. I was bummed thinking since the bride and groom show up later that I wouldn't be able to get any of the appetizers. I was wrong! Their serving staff met me right outside my limo with a tray full of appetizers. I was so happy they did that! And they saved more to give us when we sat down at the head table. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and went perfectly with my great gatsby thing. What I loved most about this venue was that it is a one event venue hall. Meaning you so t have other weddings going on at the same time. Your guests won't get confused on which room they're suppose to be in. Also- you know how some of the older guests don't always want to be stuck in the one big room with all the loud music? Or when people want to actually have conversations but can't because the only room or space you have at your reception is the ballroom where everyone is dancing and the DJ is playing? Well luckily The Meeting House has THREE separate rooms for your guests to roam about throughout the night. The ballroom where all the magic happens, a separate room for the bar area and another room they call the porch which is where I had my open air photo booth. It gave my guests freedom to walk around and enjoy themselves and each other. With out being restricted to one place. That was a huge thing for me. I wanted my guests to be happy. Even after the wedding they still amazed me. I went the following Monday to pick up all my stuff (thankfully Tracy lets you enjoy your wedding night and don't have to worry about cleaning up your decorations until Monday) and to my surprise she had already packed up as much as she could! All I had to do was load it in my car. There was not one thing that made me second guess using The Meeting House. I loved everything about the venue and the staff.

My husband and I are so happy we chose the Meeting House Grand Ballroom for our reception. From the first visit, we knew it was love at first sight. As a bride, I was in contact with Tracy often asking questions and expressing my concerns. She was always helpful and more than accommodating for all of our needs, and if I contacted her on a Sunday evening, I received my answer on Monday morning. At our first viewing, we sat down with Tracy and Todd who provided an entire folder of recommended vendors for everything you could need to plan a wedding! It was so helpful as a new bride with so much planning left to do! I also never had any issues with \"hidden fees\" that some brides warn of. I was provided an itemized print out of our total cost which even included tax and gratuity! The week of my wedding was the most stressful part of the entire planning process, but Tracy and Todd did everything they could to accommodate my needs, and they eve allowed me to get into the ballroom as early as Wednesday to set up my Friday wedding! All of my guests were raving for weeks about the beauty of the venue and the food! We chose to have butlered Hor D'oeuvres and a buffet style meal. Friends and family told my husband and I that the food was absolutely amazing (which we already knew). Tracy and Todd also made sure their chef made special meals for those with dietary restrictions, and those guests were so grateful for the specialized meals. If you want a carefree wedding that is organized and perfect, be sure to book it with the Meeting House Grand Ballroom. Thank you again for making our wedding day the best day of our lives!!

We had our reception at the Meeting House Grand Ballroom and could not have been more pleased! Tracy and Todd were amazing to work with through the whole planning process! Any question we had they would help with! They set up the hall exactly was we wanted beforehand and the night of the wedding, they made sure every last request was taken care of and went smooth! The Meeting House Grand Ballroom was absolutely a 5 star venue!! When we first became engaged I reached out to several venues and the Meeting House was not only the first place to message me back but was the most polite and helpful. We were able to schedule a visit almost immediately and Todd and Tracy were extremely informative and made us feel comfortable. During the entire planning process they were available to help us with all questions and concerns. They even gave us vendor suggestions which we almost used exclusively. The day of our wedding was perfect, their staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and Todd and Tracy were both at our wedding the entire day and made sure everything went smoothly. We received a ton of compliments on how delicious the food was, how beautiful the decor and venue were and how smooth the entire event went. I cannot say enough great things about the Meeting House and Todd and Tracy.

If I could mark them with 100 stars, I would. Todd and Tracy truly made our wedding a dream come true. They are excellent to work with, very detail oriented, and took care of us from the moment we got engaged. They were so welcoming every time we came in to look around and plan our decorations, and the food is AMAZING. Weddings can be stressful and frustrating dealing with so many vendors, but they really helped calm me down and took care of everything. I cannot thank you, Todd and Tracy, enough. Thank you so much.

My daughters quote at the end of her wedding reception at the Meeting House Grand Ballroom says it all. \"It has to be the best wedding reception our guests have ever attended\" From the beautiful ballroom complete with fireplace, grand piano and hardwood floors to the impeccable service the evening was nothing short of fabulous. The delicious appetizers flowed, the mango mojitos were a big hit and the dinner was perfection. This was not your typical wedding food! The servings were impressive, beautifully presented and served very quickly. In addition Todd and Tracey were easy to work with, patient with our many questions and were attentive to every detail throughout the planning and the entire reception. I would have to say I agree with my daughter, this was the best reception I have ever attended!

My husband and I got married at the Meeting House Grand Ballroom this passed August 2015 and cannot say enough good things, as well as continued rave reviews from guests! Tracy and Todd and the rest of the staff at the Meeting House made the entire experience so incredibly enjoyable. From the first meeting to the final exit Tracy and Todd were - friendly, respectful, helpful, attentive, responsive and incredibly kind to say the least. They fielded phone calls, emails and many may questions from myself, and parents of the bride and groom. The food was incredible, the service was outstanding the venue was beautiful. It exceeded every expectation and with much help from the entire staff at the Meeting House my wedding was as cliche as it sounds. The best day of our lives! \r\rThe space was incredibly large and laid out in a very cool way, the high ceilings and wood floods with grand piano and fire place made it such cozy, beautiful venue for our wedding day! \r\rI would recommend the Meeting House to anyone looking for a venue in the metro Detroit area. \r\r- Happy Bride! :-)

A good wedding reception starts with an excellent venue and good planning. The Meeting House offers both. The facility is beautiful and Tracy and Todd are a pleasure to work with. From the moment our daughter decided this was the place to the Monday after the event we had a positive experience. The facility, the food, the bar, the service all exceeded our expectations. From Tracy meeting the wedding party in the parking lot with hors d'oeuvres to us showing up Monday to retrieve our decorations etc and finding them all packaged and on carts, ready for us to move them out. Top notch service, treatment and consideration. We are still hearing comments about the night from family and friends.
