Memories By The Barn is an outdoor wedding venue offering a unique experience to those couples dreaming of a memorable day surrounded by the love of your family and friends. This venue is a 200 year old farmhouse located at 351 Duck Run Road, Mill Hall, Pennsylvania. The rental price of this venue includes the use of the bridal suite, two additional bedrooms with full bath, kitchen, summer kitchen and the large yards with gazeboo. An outdoor area with fire pit and cottage shed are also available to enhance your day's event. Round tables, chairs, white linens, antique place settings, dessert platters, outdoor lighting, yard games for both adults and chldren and your bartender are included in the package. Facilities for the event will be provided through the use of portable, flushable units with sinks. The bridal suite is available for overnight accommodations with a morning brunch being provided for the bridal party on the wedding day. We invite you to spend Friday decorating, then spending the evening relaxing with the ones you love in the 3rd floor bridal suite. Alcohol is permitted and will be monitored by licensed bartenders provided by the owners. Guests may not bring alcohol to venue, alcohol will be served from the bar and guests may be asked to show proper identification at the bar. Music for the day's event must end at 10:00 p.m. with guests departing by 11:00 p.m. The cost of renting By The Barn for the weekend is $3850. A $250 deposit is required at time of agreement signing. An additional 25% is required four months prior to event with the balance being paid in full three weeks prior to event. Additional costs include $176 for the purchase of event insurance for the day and tent rental, if desired. Owners will pay 33% of tent rental fee. By the barn is the perfect venue for any bride looking for the most beautiful outdoors wedding of their dreams. Lisa is wonderful along with her sisters. They take the stress of setting up and cleaning up off your hands. She has amazing taste and knows exactly what the bride is trying to envision for her big day. She goes out for her way to make sure each bride gets her own unique experience. I can’t convey into words just how amazing these ladies are but they truly are miracle workers. Much love and appreciation for them all.

Lisa from memories by the barn went above and beyond for us ! She made everything so much easier , if she could make something less stressful, she did. Her husband and her have a beautiful home and we were so grateful that they let us use it for our special day. I would recommend this place to anyone, super affordable, super accommodating and just all around a great venue.

The Walkers are fantastic to work with, very responsive to emails, help set up and tear down, and all around provided an amazing experience for our wedding. We can't thank them enough for all that they did; from allowing brides and bridesmaids/bridesmates to stay over the night before, providing breakfast the following morning, and providing the bartender. We had the best time, and the Memories By The Barn truly left us with memories we will never forget.

From the first time I contacted them about possibly having my wedding at their venue, to helping us gather our things after the wedding, Lisa and her family were extremely helpful, considerate and welcoming. I know it sounds cliche, but they really made my dreams for an outdoor wedding come true, and I am so happy I was able to have my wedding at \"Memories By the Barn\". Leading up to the wedding, Lisa was very helpful with answering any questions I had, and made me feel at ease about planning a wedding from a different state. They have so many wedding supplies on hand already that we were able to use, like linens for the tables, beautiful miss-matched china, lanterns for centerpieces, carpets to use for a dance floor, signage, cake cutting knife, and decorations for the tent we rented. So many typically wedding things only get used once and then thrown away, so by using their supplies, we were able to save a bit, and cut down on waste! Plus, their decorations were lovely and whimsical and matched my style perfectly. I could go on and describe all the little things that Lisa and her family did to ensure my wedding day went smoothly, but I don't want to make this review too long. Just know that when you book your wedding here, you are not just getting a picturesque outdoor location. You also get a comfortable place to sleep the night before for the bridal party, a delicious brunch the morning of, a great set of rooms to get dressed in, a welcoming host, and the help of an experienced wedding coordinator throughout the entire experience. I am so thankful I had my wedding here!!

Memories by the Barn created an enchanting venue for our daughter's wedding. Every detail was individualized and attended to perfectly. The owner, Lisa, could not be more attentive to making this a most special day for our family and friends. She took all the worry and stress off of the wedding reception planning before and during the event. There wasn't a guest who attended that didn't remark about how special the venue was.

Literally made our wedding day one of the best days of our lives. From start to finish Lisa and her family went above and beyond to accommodate. Even in the face of rain, they made sure our day went smooth... and flawlessly it went!! If you want top notch service, creativity, and the feeling of genuine care PLEASE go with Lisa! She truly makes you feel like family and you can tell she just loves being a part of your day and making sure everyone is happy!!

I would 100% recommend using Memories by the Barn for you wedding or special event. Lisa and her husband made us feel like family, and made our day absolutely perfect! Every detail down to the bathroom soap was personalized and special in some way. We were able to have the rehearsal, stay over night, and do all preparation there, making a crazy day A LOT easier. They have such a vision to create a beautiful backyard wedding. I wish I could do the day all over again. I couldn’t be more grateful for Lisa and her family helping to create such a special day for Caleb and I.
