1810 barn converted into a rustic barn venue for weddings & receptions.
Rolling rock walls and flowering fruit trees add to the charm and romance of this special property. Several places for tents and outside events as well as an old restored barn that can seat 250+ guests.
A dedicated room for the Bridal Party to prepare, even a room for the Groomsmen.
Plenty of on-site parking and located an hour from Portland and Lewiston / Auburn.
Peter was excellent from day one. He picked up the first time I called him, and was super laid back. The clean slate style of the venue allowed us to customize our wedding experience and wedding design, unlike many other venues we looked at. Bathrooms were provided, and they were nice! We could decorate how we wanted, and set up tents/additional decorations and accessories how we wanted. Peter was so kind and easygoing, but was right there if we needed him without hovering like some venue owners do. The Thursday-Sunday access allowed plenty of setup and cleanup time for a weekend wedding. I cannot speak more highly of the experience! Reviewed on 03-09-2023

Breanna Silverblade(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-10-2021 Peter was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. He was there to give suggestions and thoughts as we asked for his input during set up for the wedding ceremony and reception. He even went as far as to help us track down late minute small items such as batteries. We loved that the venue provided a free range of how we wanted to decorate and set up the space. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a rustic wedding barn venue with a host who cares and is helpful every step of the way. Reviewed on 21-11-2021
Katie Casper(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 18-09-2021 Memory Lane Barn is a magical place for a blank slate venue. The barn is off a quiet road and set back down a long driveway. Absolutely peaceful, but very easy to find via gps. It has a 36’ x 72’ footprint, so there is plenty of room to work with. Not only is the barn gorgeous, but also the entire property, with apple trees, wildflowers, and open fields. There is so much beautiful space to make your wedding your own here. Peter, the owner of the property was fantastic to work with. Very responsive, professional, and helpful. He helped with directing people where to park for the ceremony, and was on stand by throughout the night if we needed anything from him. It is a blank slate venue, so it is up to you to appoint/coordinate all the major pieces like caterers, DJ, rental equipment, JP/minister, photographer, etc. However, for the size and charming beauty of the barn, the gorgeous outdoor space, the quiet location, and the professionalism of the owner Peter, you cannot get a better deal than this. If you want a unique wedding to call your own, use Memory Lane Barn. It is far from the typical cookie cutter function hall. Memory Lane Barn is the quintessential spot for a serene, Maine barn wedding. We were so happy to get married here! Reviewed on 10-10-2021

My family was in need of a setting to host our annual lobster bakes. I heard from friends about Memory Lane and checked out their website. It offered the amenities and ambiance the adults wanted and the roaming meadows and play space the kids wanted. It also offered ample parking to accommodate our large family. When we went to have a look, the hosts were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for local vendors. We all had a great experience and have already booked our next year's lobster bake. Thanks for the memories! Reviewed on 02-04-2019
