Meredith Manor A Venue set apart from the Rest!
Located in Pottstown, PA, Meredith Manor is an exquisite barn and farm venue that hosts weddings and other milestone events. The management of this elegant and rustic property invites you to consider this locale as the backdrop for your important day. You can look forward to holding your dream country wedding in this beautiful setting. Meredith Manor has welcomed couples since its opening in 2019. This venue's staff understand the importance of your wedding day and will strive to help you make your celebration a truly special event. You may exchange your vows in an outdoor garden setting that features carefully manicured flowers, white gazebos, and elegant evening uplighting. The ceremony area is covered in a natural-looking lawn surface - a blank canvas ready for your wedding decor. The Historic Fieldstone Barn and the Country Barn both offer marvelous options for your reception. The Historic Fieldstone Barn is suitable for groups of between 50 and 80 guests in size, while the Country Barn has a capacity of between 80 and 300 guests. Additionally, wheelchair-accessible features make this venue more convenient and comfortable for all visitors. Meredith Manor offers separate packages for your ceremony and reception. Their ceremony package includes a white arbor garden, rehearsal time, complete silk florals, patterned chairs, white aisle runner and aisle decorations, and staff. Fresh florals are available for an additional fee. Their reception package includes five hours, in-house catering, wedding cake, hot and cold beverages, linens, and tables. Additional a la carte options may be added upon request.

From an open house in 2019 to our wedding in November of 2023 Meredith Manor was a dream come true. Mimi made everything incredibly easy to plan and Frank (and my bridal attendant Gabby) were absolute ROCKSTARS the day of. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating venue to make sure my vision came to life. I’m in love with our photos and a huge part of that was how beautiful Meredith Manor is. All of our guests continue to rave about the venue, the food, and just how incredible it was overall. I wish I could relive our wedding at Meredith Manor over and over again! Thank you Mimi and Frank for making wedding planning so easy and for providing my husband and I with an absolutely perfect wedding day!

Like every other review, I cannot say enough good things about Meredith Manor. Firstly, this was my dream venue. The venue itself, grounds and decor blew us away. There was not a single aspect that was not considered carefully and with attention to detail. Secondly, for my type A brides out there, Frank and Mimi were never too busy to answer my million questions and completely understood my desire to make this the wedding of my dreams. You can tell this is more than a paycheck to them. I will recommend Meredith Manor to all engaged couples looking for somewhere special to tie the knot. Wish I could do it all over again!

We had a beautiful October day or my daughter's wedding and Meredith Manor was the most amazing backdrop! We can't say enough about the care and attention Mimi and Frank gave to the bride and groom throughout the day as well as the attention to detail throughout the entire process. Mimi was extremely helpful with information and details we may have missed or had trouble figuring out. All the associated vendors were amazing. The food was delicious. All the staff worked well together and were on top of everything. We couldn't have asked for a more magical night!

I only have positive things to say about Meredith Manor and all of their staff. From first booking to the end of the reception, Frank and Mimi made everything as easy and as stress free as possible (on top of the venue being absolutely stunning itself). We had quite a few erroneous issues leading up to the ceremony (an escaped convict loose in the area, rain on the actual wedding day), and Mimi stayed flexible and informative throughout the whole process. During the actual wedding, Frank kept the day moving without any issues. All of the servers and staff were also incredible, and I thank each and every one of them for making our day so amazing. A special shoutout to my Bridal Attendant, Karen, who helped me carry my dress through all our rainy outdoor pictures. I can't recommend this venue enough!

Meredith Manor is a breathtaking venue! We fell in love with the property immediately after touring it. The ceremony space is outside under plenty of trees, giving you the perfect mix of sunshine and shade. The reception space is BEAUTIFUL and huge. All 171 of our guests fit comfortably and did not feel cramped or constrained. I love how large the dance floor is as well. We were a little nervous about choosing a venue with an exclusive caterer, however, you will not be disappointed in the food. The food was delicious. I had the Chicken Oscar, which was so good. Usually, chicken at weddings is very dry, this chicken was quite the opposite.The day of our wedding, the staff were incredible. The waiters/waitresses were efficient and friendly. They had all 17 of our tables served within 14 minutes. Nobody felt like they were waiting around to eat. I will also add, out of all of the venues we toured in the area, the cost per person was the most affordable. So many guests kept telling us they loved the atmosphere and the flow of the day. Frank, one of the staff members, was excellent and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, from all of our decor to sticking to the schedule. He also made sure we always had drinks!The one issue we had (and this is not necessarily a bad thing or something I think would happen again, just something to take note of), was that we were served the wrong side dishes. The proprietor (who is also the person you work with leading up to your wedding day) said that it was because the kitchen staff had printed out the information from their newly launched online portal prior to us inputting the side dish choices during a planning meeting with the proprietor. The proprietor did reimburse us for the (3) no-show meals as a resolution for this, which was greatly appreciated. I wouldn't think this would be a recurring issue, I would just make sure you double and triple check your side dish choices with the proprietor before your wedding day.The venue has a beautiful, smaller, barn that the bridal party can hang out in prior to the wedding. We got there at 3PM but would have loved the option to pay a bit more to be able to access that space earlier in the day and get ready there. (This might have been an option; we just personally did not think to ask).Overall, Meredith Manor was a great venue and is perfect for couples who want a \"one stop shop\". The venue is gorgeous, the food is amazing, and Frank is an absolute angel! I will say the biggest thing to beware of is Mimi. Her attitude at our rehearsal was unnecessary to the point of our entire bridal party mentioning it on more than one occasion. Mimi instructed our limo company to not honor our contract and changed our shuttle hours without asking us (which again she was not the contracted party and had no right to do). The staff started taking down our centerpieces and turned off our LED light at 10pm and when we asked why they were doing it they said because technically we got an extra half hour because our ceremony was short (but that's not how the contract states it). In addition the bridal attendant doesn't really do anything except fix your dress for you before walking down the aisle so I suggest getting your own if you want one to do more than that for you.We have tried to contact them to address what happens and they quite literally won't respond, but clearly are reading it as they sent us a refund check when I addressed being overcharged. I'm sure, like the other negative reviews on here, they will say this is all a lie but I assure you it is not, and trust me I wish it were because all of it was easily avoidable.Overall, highly recommend the venue as it was beautiful, fun, the food and drinks provided by their staff were out of this world, and overall a great time. Just be prepared to deal with Mimi and make sure you get everything in writing.

We had our wedding at Meredith Manor on 5/29/22 and it was the best day of our lives! Mimi and Frank are absolutely amazing from day one until the end. They are so organized there and make sure everything goes smoothly. The venue is breath taking and my husband and I knew it was the one immediately after the open house. It was the first and last venue we looked at. The food was soo delicious and even being the bride, I sat and ate my whole dinner because it was so good. Also, Frank ensures the bride and groom eat lol. Mimi answered all of our questions and was super helpful with the detail decisions. We also used the House Florist and so we were able to use any of Meredith Manor’s decorations, which saved us a ton of money. Most weddings, you expect there to be mishaps, but nope not our wedding, not when it’s at Meredith Manor. Our wedding was perfect and it’s all thanks to Mimi , Frank, and the workers at at Meredith Manor. We can’t thank you all enough!

I truly can't say enough about how amazing Meredith Manor and its staff are. First of all, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. It feels like your wedding is taking place in its own world. The outdoor ceremony space is surrounded by huge beautiful trees. The new country barn is so beautiful and gigantic. There are so many amazing photography spots around the venue- multiple gazebos, a bridge, fountain, koi pond, the barn itself, and more. The staff at Meredith Manor are nothing short of professionals at their job. Up to the wedding day, I was always able to quickly contact Mimi, one of the pair that runs the place, with any and all questions and planning. On the day of, Frank, the other half of the pair that runs it, took care of everything for us. He was always keeping us updated on the plan/timeline of the day and was checking in with us just enough, but not too often, to make sure everything was going the way we wanted. The waitstaff was also incredible, getting meals delivered so quickly and efficiently so that our guests weren't waiting too long and so we had more time for the dance floor. The food was great as well. The florist is also associated with the venue itself and she made all of my dreams come true. Everyone came up to me to tell me just how stunning all the flowers and greenery were. Our parents also told us how sooo many of our guests told them that this was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been attended! I really wish we could go back and do it all over again, it was so magical!

Our wedding was a few weeks ago at Meredith Manor, and we cannot say enough about this venue! Mimi and Frank were so great to work with and happily accommodated any requests we made. The vendors they recommended were all fantastic, and the recommendations made the planning process so easy. Our flowers were beautiful and the grounds were just gorgeous, very well taken care of. Our family and friends are still talking about how much fun they had and raving about the food! And that's coming from some tough critics. The entire night ran so smoothly and we didn't have to worry about anything. My husband and I had the best time at our wedding, and we would highly recommend Meredith Manor to anyone!

Our wedding was a few weeks ago at Meredith Manor, and we cannot say enough about this venue! Mimi and Frank were so great to work with and happily accommodated any requests we made. The vendors they recommended were all fantastic, and the recommendations made the planning process so easy. Our flowers were beautiful and the grounds were just gorgeous, very well taken care of. Our family and friends are still talking about how much fun they had and raving about the food! And that's coming from some tough critics. The entire night ran so smoothly and we didn't have to worry about anything. My husband and I had the best time at our wedding, and we would highly recommend Meredith Manor to anyone!

Meredith Manor is a hidden gem in Chester county, PA. The venue is beautiful, staff is excellent, and the food is delicious. We visited the venue in December and knew even then it was perfect. Seeing it in May for the actual wedding was incredible. Meredith Manor also provides information on recommended vendors-- which were all fabulous as well.Frank and Mimi have an organized timeline for brides to use, are always available to answer any questions, and were fabulous to work with the day of the event. My visions for my own decorations were executed flawlessly. Frank kept us happy the entire evening of the wedding. Mimi was also present for assistance. The courteous, attentive, and quick wait staff was one of the best I've ever seen at a wedding. The food was also a highlight of the evening. It tasted just as great as the tasting!!The venue also includes many photo opportunities for the bride and groom. We were able to take advantage of the beautiful flowers, but also use the remodeled patio for some different scenery. The decorative lights in the tent and patio areas make another excellent touch. The last upside was the newly renovated tent AC. On an 88 degree day, we were all cool in the 66 degree tent.Overall, I would choose Meredith Manor again and again for my wedding venue. They made it easy, fun, and beautiful-- every bride's dream.

My daughter's wedding was on May 5, 2018 at Meredith Manor. It was absolutely beautiful. Mimi and Frank were wonderful to work with throughout our planning process,. They were very accommodating and friendly, and made sure everything was set up perfectly for our special day. The tent was decorated beautifully, the grounds were beautiful, and the flowers for my daughter, bridal party and parents were beautiful. The food, including the appetizers, were delicious. We upgraded the beef to prime rib, and it was a hit. Also had pecan crusted talapia and chicken cordon bleu. The portions were a good size. The staff at Meredith Manor were very professional and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day or Venue to have our wedding. Would highly recommend Meredith Manor to anyone getting married! Mother of the Bride.

My husband and I fell in love with Meredith Manor the second we toured it. When we got in our car, we both looked at each other and said \"this is it.\" From that point on, Frank and Mimi were very helpful with questions and concerns we had. Meredith Manor was the perfect place for our wedding! I can't say enough about how awesome Frank and the staff are. They truly made our wedding day perfect. The tent and barn we're beautifully decorated. Becky, the house florist, did an amazing job on the centerpieces and bouquets. From start to finish, Frank was there to make sure everything went smoothly. I didn't have to bring a bunch of my own decorations, everything was set up exactly the way I wanted. I just wish it didn't go by so fast! There are so many nice places for photos. I can't wait to see them!

I would highly recommend Meredith Manor as your venue. Their organization made our day run perfectly. The grounds where so beautiful for our end of April wedding. Mimi and Frank are so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and the barn was decorated very nicely. Overall it was a perfect day and I'd recommend to any new bride and groom.

Meredith manor is a fantastic place! I cannot say enough about how pretty it is! I had my ceremony outside near the gazebo and the reception in the tent. At first I was nervous thinking about a tent wedding however after seeing it and their setup it changed my mind. You dont even realize you are in one! The guests raved about the cocktail hour in their barn and how beautifully decorated everything was.

My husband and I were married at Meredith Manor on 10/10/15. It was a perfect day! The atmosphere and landscaping are incredible!! The service was great and people are still talking about how much fun they had. The food was delicious! I recommend that you do the upgrade of the filet with the crab cake! We had 180+ guests and it was the perfect size ! we did not feel too squished in the tent for the reception. Frank and Mimi did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly! The center pieces looked great! The only issue we had were with the flowers for the bridal party and family, which was very upsetting because I arrived on my wedding day to find bridesmaids bouquets that looked like a bundle of babies breath with some calla lilies, I told the staff that i did not want them in my pictures because they did not look presentable at all! The other issue with the flowers that changes were made to the corsages and boutonnieres with out my approval, which Mimi's daughter even admitted that she just made the change. The week prior to the wedding we spoke several times about how some flowers I chose were not available, which was fine. I understand that things happen and we chose other options but then things were changed with out my approval. Despite the flowers everything else ran smoothly, I would suggest using an outside florist for the bridal party flowers! We were very happy with the venue and how everything flowed that day!

I honestly had never heard of Meredith Manor before and it was a picture from a friend that had attended a wedding here earlier in the year that sparked our interest to come to the open house. As soon as we drove through Meredith Manor's grounds I was sold! We chose Meredith Manor for its beautiful location and it's friendly and helpful staff. The barn, reception tent and ceremony site are gorgeous!! Absolutely perfect for an outdoor wedding!! What made it great was that once our guests arrived for the ceremony, cocktail hour was immediately following. Saves on the stress of traveling from one place to another. It's been a month since our wedding and our guests are still talking about how beautifully everything went and how great the staff was. From the first day my husband and I met Frank (the coordinater), we knew right away Meredith Manor was our wedding spot! Frank and Mimi are the two you are in contact with through the whole planning process and from beginning to end they make you feel like family!! I will recommend this venue to all I know! Every November and April they host an open house ($5 per person) which allows you to see the venue, meet their vendors and taste the delicious food they provide!! It's definitely worth going to!! I highly suggest if your looking for an outdoor wedding venue, you check out Meredith Manor.

I was so excited to have my wedding here everything seemed perfect, the price, the people, the atmosphere. Then I I met Mimi and the florist( which is her daughter). The florist took two weeks to get back to me and then ended up giving me the wrong flowers for the ceremony and reception. She gave me regular cheap looking white flowers when it was supposed to to be sunflowers and pink daisies. Then during the reception they gave my dad his plate with almonds in the green beans when I had previously made them,aware he is deathly allergic. They do not care about you or how you feel. I also got a mystery 280$ taken out of my security deposit in which they have yet to return my phone calls to explain why. Please if you care about your wedding do not use them. Brandywine manor was my second choice and I highly recommend them.

Extremely disappointed in the wedding coordination and service. It rained on our big day and the venue acted as if this was the first time this happened. There was no coordination during cocktail hour for the wedding party to get their photos. The venue allowed the guests to pour into the bridal parties room, making it impossible.They have been doing weddings for over 10 years! Extremely unacceptable. Our grandparents were to be escorted down the aisle during the ceremony and the wedding coordinator forced them to take their seats before hand, leaving the mother of the groom by herself. Not to mention, during dinner the WRONG salads were brought to the tables! We found the wedding coordinator difficult to deal with. Sad, as this is such a beautiful venue.

We had our ceremony and reception in October 2012 at Meredith Manor. Our reception was in the restored barn and the ceremony at the outdoor area. The grounds are gorgeous and the barn is amazing! It is clear the owners take pride in a beautiful well maintained venue. There were so many great places for photos of me and my groom. The staff was professional and great to work with. The only thing keeping me from giving this a full 5 star rating is that the chicken entrée we ordered (with artichokes) was not what was served and we were not informed of the change. (just as an FYI it was a chicken cacciatore dish that was served). But that being said, everything else was just PERFECT. The venue urges you to use their preferred vendors, which for us worked out great as it was a “one stop shopping” experience for us and made everything easy! I would recommend this venue to everyone!

My husband and I were married at Meredith Manor in August 2012. We couldn't have been happier with how our wedding turned out. The venue is stunning, the food was excellent, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We were married outside in front of a gazebo under oak trees, had the cocktail hour in the beautiful stone barn, and our reception in the white tent that is wonderfully decorated for you by Meredith Manor. The whole day ran smoothly and guests raved about how nice the venue was. The owners, Mike and Mimi, were great to work with. We couldn't have been happier with how our special day turned out! The only downside is that a wedding here is very expensive, but when comparing it to other venues in the area, we felt as though we would get more for our money at this venue.

The day of our wedding was perfect. All details were taken care of, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the staff was on top of anything that was needed. Everything happened without a hitch and I am still receiving several complements from family and friends who attended on what a great wedding it was. They loved that they could hang out on the patio part if they were not really into dancing and music. My only complaint is that they cleaned up things too quickly! I went to go eat my wedding cake that I had set down at the sweetheart table and it was gone (about half hour prior to ending). I understand they need to clean up at the end of the night, but I would have preferred it be cleaned up at the end of the night, after the reception was over. I also had to hunt someone down for a glass of water because all beverage stations were cleaned up, and again, my glass had been cleaned up from my table.

My family has not stopped talking about our recent wedding is September. Mimi is wonderful and helps you with all your needs. Their wedding packages are affordable. The food is amazing and I loved the atmosphere. I wish I could have my wedding all over again.

Meredith Manor was everything we could have imagined and more. The grounds were beautiful, and was the barn and tent. My wedding guests said the steak they had was one of the best steak's they had ever been served, along with the appetizers. Recommend looking at this place for anyone who wants something a little different from the country club wedding hall.

my wedding was at meredith manor on labor day weekend. the venue was perfect. we could not have asked for anything else- the grounds are beautiful, the service was amazing, and the entire night went seamless- everything was perfect!! i would recommend this venue to anybody!
