Characterized by its modern aesthetic, this rural retreat is surrounded by enchanting woodland and scenic landscapes. The property’s secluded location is ideal for couples seeking a tranquil celebration, and the natural landscapes will surely delight your family and friends. Offering a variety of services, their staff is committed to bringing your dream wedding to life at this charming hideaway. Upon arrival at Merrick Hollow, you will be swept away by a 360 ft quaint bridge leads visitors to the entrance, allowing guests to sample the picturesque views that encircle the property. When entering Merrick Hollow your first view will be a tree inside the building and floor-to-ceiling windows complementing the venue’s cozy, woodland-inspired vibe. Ceremonies and receptions can take place inside the building. Replete with natural light and white walls, the interior boasts a welcoming atmosphere perfect for a romantic occasion. Owing to its minimalist design, the space can be adapted to suit your vision. Able to host up to 200 hundred attendees, Merrick Hollow can provide the backdrop for large and intimate events. Eager to ensure that your celebration exceeds all expectations, an on-site coordinator will be available to assist, and a list of vendors can be provided. You can discuss your wishes with a member of the events team, and they will aim to have all plans finalized well in advance of the big day. Event items such as chairs, tables, and outdoor seating are available. The happy couple can utilize the venue’s get-ready rooms, all of which feature stunning views, private restrooms, and televisions. The venue offers a 15-hour rental time, and you and if available your beloved can stage your rehearsal the day before the main event. As a special touch, discounts are provided for celebrations that happen in January, February, and August.

Not enough good words to say about Merrick Hollow! I found this venue on Instagram months before I was even engaged and fell in love. It’s the perfect mix of class and uniqueness. The woodsy-ness makes it such a beautiful, one of a kind Oklahoma venue! Our day-of- coordinator, Cindy, was amazing!!! We also worked a lot with John, who my family and I loved! Both Cindy and John are such hard workers and truly made the day before, and wedding day so smooth!If you’re looking for a venue, Merrick Hollow should absolutely be on your list!!

We held our wedding at Merrick Hollow last weekend, and words cant describe how beautiful this wedding venue is. It is a fairytale and worth every penny. We were surround by the beautiful trees, monarch butterflies, and the beautiful outdoors that you forget you are in the Oklahoma City metro.The venue is about 45 minutes from Oklahoma City and while driving you feel like you are going to the middle of nowhere, but that did not stop any of our 54 guests from coming! This place is a hidden gem. And how beautiful the venue is was talked about by all of our guests for days after the wedding. The venue offered a lot of amenities - arch options for the ceremony, tables and chairs, security guard, Day of Coordinator, kitchen, fire pit, outdoor and indoor ceremony options, bride and groom suites. They also allow you to have the venue from 9am to midnight day of, which is plenty of time to set up, rehearse morning of, and break down.If you are looking for an outdoor, fairytale, nature-y wedding in Oklahoma City, I highly recommend Merrick Hollow for you wedding venue!

This venue is an absolute fairy tale! It was all anyone could talk about! Cindy was so helpful and made sure everything stayed right on schedule. Also, how could you not love a venue that allows your four furry babies to be a part of such a special day!

THIS VENUE !!!! it left us speechless the moment we toured it. Knew it was meant to be from he very beginning. It completed our day and we could not have asked for a better venue to represent our relationship. Beautiful is an understatement.. LOVE LOVE LOVE

We were met by Bree who was helpful and made the day go smoothly. Merrick Hollow is a first class venue with absolutely beautiful views and grounds that belong in magazines.Thank you for making my daughters day perfect…even in rain!

Got married here April 7th !!!! The venue is stunning and truly affordable!!! The reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because the lady who was with us (she works for the venue) was very rude to my parents and his! They told us we could have anything degradable confeti which is much more expensive but we bought and the sybree took it and said we could have it. She tried to to my parents at 9:30 pm we should start cleaning up (when we had the venue until midnight) also we had the guard we had to pay to have alcohol there go through all of the grooms men personal items. We got them back because my husbands dad is a police and knew that was illegal to do!! And when my family was cleaning the venue up the girl who works for the venue didn’t want to help us get our disco balls back because she said “they’ll just keep them” we of course got them back because they were ours and our items we paid for!!The owner were kind but their workers were truly mean and unkind the whole time !!! Sybree is not want to be there and treated us like it. The venue is beautiful but there staff is something to consider when booking here

It was so important to my husband and I to find a venue that felt intentional. When we walked onto the bridge of Merrick Hollow and were greeted by Stephen we instantly felt at home. Every step of the way the venue was there for us. After a year of working with them they honestly felt like family. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and very well kept. Our whole wedding day felt like we were at home surrounded by the people we love most in the world.

I had always dreamed of having the perfect wedding, but I never actually thought that I would truly get that! Merrick Hollow made absolutely all of my wildest dreams come true for my wedding day! It was the most perfect day at the most perfect venue! The staff are all of the most sweetest people, especially my day of coordinator Sybree. They made everything super easy and effortless on our day. The outdoor ceremony site is truly something out of a fairytale, and I could not have been happier with how our ceremony and pictures turned out. I'm so thankful to have had my wedding at Merrick Hollow, and I will be recommending them to people for years to come!

This venue was such a dream. I couldn’t have asked for a better or more special day. Everything about this venue is unique and amazing. The owners are wonderful and some of the kindest people Ive ever met. I don’t have a single bad thing to say. 10/17/2021 was the best day ever. If you’re lucky enough to work with the day of coordinator Sybree I 100% suggest it. She’s an angel and helped so so much. Don’t hesitate booking this place. I wish I could do my wedding day all over again!!!

My wedding at Merrick Hollow was just so amazing and beautiful! The owners were so helpful and accommodating with any questions and concerns we had, and let us come to the venue many times before the event so we could better plan and execute the event. It's located at a beautiful, rural location and surrounded by a thick forest - during the ceremony, you could hear birds singing in the trees, it was absolutely magical! The whole building is super modern and minimalistic, which we as the couple loved (my aunt, who left a poor review, who also had no role in choosing the venue or paying for the wedding, apparently did not). It really allows you to make the space your own, especially since the venue's already so affordable! The bathrooms were absolutely FINE, and the bride/groom suites are gorgeous! We had plenty of plush chairs to use while getting ready in the gorgeous space and we had just such a fun time as the wedding party.I also highly recommend using their day-of coordinator, Sybree (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong!), she was super sweet and was there ALL DAY LONG helping out and just made everything run that much smoother.One of our favorite parts is the long, beautiful walkway! With the sun setting and the Edison lights on, it was just pure magic! Not to mention in June, there's FIREFLIES at night! Just stunning!If I had to do it all over, I wouldn't change a thing - Well, maybe the 100 degree weather, but nobody has control over that hahaha! I would definitely choose Merrick Hollow again! A very unique and gorgeous venue here in Oklahoma.

Went to visit this venue and it’s an absolute dream! It definitely didn’t feel like I was in Oklahoma anymore. Absolutely gorgeous and surrounded by trees. Can’t get over how friendly and accommodating the owners are as well!

My husband and I were the first to use this venue, and it was such a dreamy, beautiful day! Chainey and her husband were so available to us and easy to work with, quick to respond to texts and it was very affordable. We had our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception here, and all were perfect and just the intimate gatherings that we had hoped for. Our ceremony was outside, and so beautiful with birds singing and our loved ones secluded amongst the trees. The customer service is unbeatable, they truly are doing this because they want to give couples an affordable and beautiful experience. I would highly recommend!
