Meydenbauer Center is Bellevue, Washington’s premier event venue with multiple recently renovated, modern event spaces. Sleek finishes and attention to detail serve as the perfect canvas upon which to craft your dream wedding. Ideal for wedding ceremonies and receptions alike, our venue offers flexible space capable of any transformation, yet elegant enough for something clean and simple. With 30 years of experience in events, you’ll get to work with professionals who know all the right questions to ask and all the best ways to execute your vision. As a full-service wedding venue, you’ll be paired up with a dedicated Event Manager to be your contact for everything from menu coordination to preferred wedding partners like DJs and décor providers. Our fourth-floor ballrooms comfortably accommodate ceremonies and receptions of up to 300 guests. These spaces provide an intimate setting without sacrificing quality. For larger affairs, our first-floor ballroom, Center Hall, can accommodate large numbers of wedding guests in a more open setting. Additionally, Meydenbauer Center’s catering team prepares restaurant-quality food out of a fully equipped, professional grade kitchen. Our menus are inherently inclusive of dietary restrictions with options for any type of wedding. And if you’re looking for something specific but don’t see it on the menu, just ask. We always strive to accommodate requests for your special day. At Meydenbauer Center, we pride ourselves on welcoming our clients into our family. This place was so organized and helpful in every-way through the whole process of wedding planning. Every little detail to what I want, they were on top of it. It was also super helpful to have catering in house as their food and drinks were so amazing. I highly recommend this place for any event most especially for a wedding reception! Thank you to the whole team of Meydenbauer for giving me and my now husband the best night of our lives!

The Meydenbauer Center was hands down the best venue we've been to as well as our guests. It all started with the staff greeting us right at the door with waters, the amazing service during dinner with constantly walking around, clearing tables, and refilling waters. Even after dinner service with taking care of all the guests, ensuring everything was up to par.The food... the food itself was absolutely next level.... and although, as bride and groom, you don't get to eat as much as it is a busy time, our guests were RAVING about how delicious the food was!! Literally, everyone at the event was saying how this tops any venue/hotel food they've ever had. That was a big reason we selected this place! So big complements to the chef and his team at Meydenbauer for delivering! Sara was the absolute best to work with in making our dream day come true. She would hop on phone calls with us for questions, meet us anytime we wanted at the venue, replied to emails promptly, and worked with us to ensure everything we wanted at our wedding was OK'd. There wasn't a thing to worry about on the wedding day as everything from her end was planned out down to the minor details. We were blessed to have Sara as well as the whole team over at the Meydenbauer Center. The service, hospitality, and amazing food is something you can't find at other venues. This is the place you want to choose for your wedding day where you really get your money's worth without a single regret.

Meydenbauer Center was a beautiful venue. Sara was great. She helped us throughout the wedding making this hectic process quite simple. She was very efficient with her responses and guided us throughout the journey of booking, catering, decorations, florist everything. Her ideas were great to consider and she was very kind and helpful in this entire process.
