We have a complete mobile commercial kitchen on wheels to serve the freshest foods. It gives us the ability to cater off-site plated service weddings, and offer food truck services!

I used this caterer for a Thanksgiving/Birthday celebration and it was the best decision I made. The food was DELICIOUS and everything was set up perfectly for my guests to enjoy this special meal. Bill communicated throughout the entire process and made sure that everything went off as planned. They even made some special accommodations for my guests with food allergies. The food was amazing and everyone would not stop talking about the french fry bar. From our first tasting to the wedding itself, the food was always well done and tasted delicious. Michael's staff made sure that I (the bride) and my husband were well fed, coming up to us a various points in the evening to ask if they could get us anything. When our original wedding was cancelled due to Covid, we had less than a year to put together a large backyard wedding. Michael was absolutely amazing and met our every need. The staff was top notch, and our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about the service and incredible food! On top of everything, a tropical storm decided to roll in last minute, but Michael went out of his way to make sure everything would go as smooth as possible. The tents, chairs, tables, and setup was so much more than we imagined. Especially the LIGHTS they helped us rent. The way they glimmered over the pool made our night especially magical. The caterers were awesome as well. They were friendly, professional, and on the ball with everything. The bartenders kept our drinks full and the servers made sure we had everything we needed. People were loving the food but most of all they were into the ice cream bar! Glenda was the main person we communicated with and she was excellent and keeping us in the loop, even with our last minute adjustments. The day could not have been more perfect, and this company was a huge part of that. If you're looking for a high-quality catering company, especially for outdoors, Michaels is the place to go!!! Chef Michael provided full-service catering for my outdoor wedding in September 2019, and he and his team were great to work with. Michael incorporated many of my and (now) husband’s ideas right into a personalized dinner menu and made sure to answer any of our questions or address concerns. He was always reachable by phone and email, and even made an advanced visit to our venue to prepare for our big day. We had such an amazing wedding! Yes, the food was great. Equally important, Michael made our wedding day easy. From start to finish (working with outside equipment vendors, ceremony and reception setup, and clean-up) his team was flexible, professional, and took work off our hands. On the day of - they kept our guests happy and full with food and drinks. Could not have asked for more. Many compliments on the food, and multiple guests were obsessed with their pies (best cherry pie ever was mentioned- twice).
