Our beautiful ballroom seats up to 250 with a dance floor. We have new gold banquet chairs that add a nice touch to the room. The St. Andrews Room offers a more intimate space, often selected for rehearsal dinners. Our reception at Midland Hills was more than we could have ever asked for. We loved that this location was central to the twin cities, yet private and personal. The room fit our taste so well: classic, timeless, and elegant. Our guests gave us SO many compliments about the genuinely amazing service, food, and atmosphere. Ethan was our day of contact and made us feel so cared for, and that everything was in good hands. Nicole also approached us and made sure that our reception was seamless and enjoyable. Working up until the wedding with Lisa was great, everything was organized, communicated and we felt so heard and listened to as a couple. From the budget, to the food, atmosphere, and service Midland Hills gets a 5 Star rating from us and all of our guests. Our favorite comment from an extended family member was \"I have been to many weddings in my life, and yours was by far my favorite\".

Beautiful venue and staff was easy to work with, however, had to rent out and pay extra for things like ceremony chairs and draping so not everything is included and may add up the cost quickly.

This review is long overdue! My husband and I had our wedding reception at Midlands Hills on September 8, 2018 and we had a wonderful experience. Caitlin was our coordinator leading up to the event and Jana took care of everything the day of. My biggest concern for our reception space was setting everything up exactly the way I envisioned, and the staff at Midland did an amazing job. We dropped everything off the day before and by that evening (night before the wedding) everything was set up just how I wanted. A huge thank you to Caitlin, Jana and staff for bringing my vision to life! I truly had nothing to worry about and got many compliments about the venue. A huge plus is also that the ballroom has it's own separate entrance and lobby making it seem very private although it's connected to the main country club. I also want to mention how amazing and attentive the staff were on the wedding night. They were always checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly and if we needed anything else, they were right on it. I wish we could do it all over again!

My wife and I had our reception at this venue, and it went extremely well. The staff as polite, professional, and willing to roll with the punches so that we could run the event the way we wanted. The food was also fantastic. Working with Caitlin (the catering director) was great, and she was able to answer all of our questions.

Midland Hills exceeded my expectations with their execution of my wedding reception. I walked in to the room and was floored by the room set up. It was perfect down to the smallest detail. The staff, banquet managers, servers and bartenders, knocked it out of the park! My guests were incredibly happy with the quality service, active response to questions and easy access to the bar! The meal was fantastic. I have never seen catering done that efficiently and great quality for an event that size before. I could not be happier with how they handled our event from the beginning with planning until the end of the evening. Thank you for everything!

Caitlin is such an amazing woman and wonderful to work with! We do not live in Minnesota so planning a wedding several states away was challenging, however, Caitlin made the process so much easier. Every question we had, Caitlin responded almost immediately and helped resolve any issues that came up. We highly recommend Midland Hills Country Club because it is such a beautiful venue, the staff was amazing, the food was delicious, and most of all, Caitlin made the process a breeze. Finally, we used Midland Hills Country Club’s vendor for the draping and the drapes were absolutely beautiful as well.

Absolutely loved Midland Hills country club. Inside and out it looked like something from a fairy tale and the staff were incredible! Caitlin was so on top of all of the details for us and the head bartender knew my drink after one order and had it waiting for me when I reached the bar. Wish we could have taken pictures on the golf course, but we still got some amazing pics around the building that looked like we were in Tuscany not MN. We highly recommend choosing Midland Hills for your wedding!

Absolutely loved Midland Hills country club. Inside and out it looked like something from a fairy tale and the staff were incredible! Caitlin was so on top of all of the details for us and the head bartender knew my drink after one order and had it waiting for me when I reached the bar. Wish we could have taken pictures on the golf course, but we still got some amazing pics around the building that looked like we were in Tuscany not MN. We highly recommend choosing Midland Hills for your wedding!

Caitlin did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process. She was very helpful and answered questions in a timely manner. The last week she was available for our any needs, which was reassuring. The day of, the service was prompt serving the food- not a long time to wait between salads and main course, which the wedding party liked, and the guests enjoyed as well. No complaints about the food! The venue itself was clean, inviting, and accommodated our guests. Nothing extravagant, but still a venue that had what we needed. We rented a fire pit for outside on the patio, which was a great idea. I would recommend Midland Hills for anyone looking for a venue to serve a larger crowd.

After countless days of searching for & a number of tours of venues, we decided the Midland Hills Country Club was the one for us. It's a really beautiful and large space that could accommodate the number of guests we invited (200), and there were no reasons to upgrade any of the small things (chairs, napkins, etc.) because it was all so great to begin with! And there were other great perks: free parking/overnight parking for guests, a patio space, coat room, separate entrance to the banquet hall (so guests don't get lost wandering the rest of the premises). We worked with Caitlin for all of our planning, and she was very knowledgable, super nice, and incredibly understanding. It's inevitable that our tastes would change or the parents would ask a million questions from the first draft to the final plan, and she was very flexible and professional through each edit/change/question. MHCC also catered our event, since it is in-house catering, and the food was really delicious!

MHCC has a wonderful staff and certainly makes sure your night goes according to plan. It was cost effective for us since my father-in-law is a member, because otherwise I believe it could have been another grand or two. Regardless, the hall looked beautiful. The private patio was a perfect area for socializing. The catering staff did an excellent job at getting the meals out on time. I can't say a bad thing about Midland.

I just got married last weekend at Midland Hills Country Club. It was so perfect, beautiful and fun! The staff was so nice and accomondating, they were always around to get us what ever we needed. We had a wonderful time at Midland Hills for our reception. The staff there were amazing and literally life savers! Our wedding day was PERFECT because of all of their help! Everyone loved the food, the atmosphere was exactly what we wanted with lights and tulle on the ceiling, and the service was perfect. We can not say enough good things! Highly recommend this venue!

I thought the service was impeccable at Midland Hills, but the price was a bit much. Taking pictures outside on the golf course was brilliant, and some of my favorite pictures were there. The food was good, and the waitstaff was great.

It over looked the golf course and the room had lots of windows so you didn't feel like you were enclosed.;You have to decorate the room yourself and it can only be done the morning of your day. So you will need to plan ahead and have people who are able and available to decorate that morning.

They really made everything perfect! When I walked into the reception site on the day of my wedding it was absolutely beautiful! They really made sure everything that I'd ask for happened that day. The patio on the back was wonderful. People just loved to sit out there and have drinks and talk. The food was also excellent, especially the late night snacks they brought out. They butler passed wine and the appetizers which made it really eleqant. I really just loved Midland Hills. It was the perfect place for our wedding!
