AMAZING! Is the first word that comes to mind when I think about our wedding that we had at Mila by the White Apron. Every single detail was taken care of and we had the most carefree day. The staff was above and beyond and the food was able to speak for itself. Not one plate was left with any left overs once everyone was done! Liz and Jay have truly made a company that is able to make all of your wedding/party dreams come true with such ease and talent you truly feel like you are a superstar! The space is absolutely gorgeous and lends it self to so many different party set ups and ideas and the team is able to assist in making those dreams come true . If you want to treat your guests to a luxurious indulgent event, look no further. Mila is truly an experience to be had. The venue itself is elegant, intimate and cozy all at the same time. The ambiance, the decoration, the FOOD!! The food was prepared by The White Apron, which has been catering to high-end weddings across the NH/ME seacoast for many years. To me, it felt like an epicurean journey to pleasure and delight. My husband and I were guests at an event at Mila and the entire time we were there we felt like royalty. Highly, highly recommend!

The venue is beautiful and elegant. The food is beyond delicious, it's actually sexy. Everyone at the venue was beyond gracious and helpful. It was such a great vibe that we've decided to book my daughter's wedding this coming summer! Highly recommend.

A fantastic evening reception at Mila from start to finish. Attention to every detail was apparent in the food presentation and impecable service by the knowledgable staff at Mila. This gorgeous venue features a feast for the eyes at every turn. But what deserves a standing ovation is the food. Simply exquisite. Definitely an occasion to remember for a very long time.

I attended a party a few weeks ago at Mila in Exeter. The venue is beautiful and classy. It has warm ambiance and beautiful decor and outdoor space. We had a cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. The service was impeccable (the servers, bartenders and other staff are very professional, friendly and provide a flawless service). The offerings of drinks and food were very tasty, creative and abundant. The food was excellent.! I enjoyed other small details like like a coffee cart and special desserts. I would highly recommend it for a weedding or other party or celebration. Well done, Mila!

Meet the MILA by The White Apron Team
Liz & Jay Curcio (Owner) Jay & Liz met over a decade ago through a client of The White Apron. Jay had founded The White Apron in 2004. By 2011, The White Apron was growing slowly, catering weddings in NH, ME & MA. Liz, an event sales manger and classically trained chef, was living in NYC and helping her best friend plan her wedding in NH, which The White Apron happened to be catering . When they met sparks flew. Eventually joining forces to grow the business into a premiere off-premise catering company with the goal to always elevate their food & service and eventually open a venue of their own, MILA.
