Perched upon the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee is the Mill Falls at the Lake resort and wedding venue, located in Meredith, NH. The full-service venue is equipped to design beautiful, intimate weddings for couples and their loved ones. The experience does not end there, visitors can take advantage of the accommodations offered and experience a lakeside getaway. Lake Winnipesaukee has become a four-season haven for people to flock to when escaping the warm summer heat or to enjoy a winter wonderland. The name Winnipesaukee translates to “beautiful water in a high place,” and the lake is home to 264 small islands scattered across the area. This paradise allows visitors to enjoy outdoor fun and entertainment including exhilarating boat rides, tranquil hikes, and winter skiing. Residing on the shores is the Mill Falls at the Lake resort, located within a village. The village provides a scenic getaway spot where guests can explore the land and experience charming shops, including the vibrant marketplace. Between the picturesque scenery and enchanting town, the Mill Falls at the Lake is a marvelous location to host destination weddings by the water. The resort offers numerous locations for extravagant celebrations to be held. At the Church Landing, waterfront settings and the stunning Winnipesaukee Ballroom can be found. Ceremonies can be held outside with the Winnipesaukee lake as a backdrop, while the ballroom can serve as a reception area. The ballroom features dark wood-beam ceilings adorned with cascading crystal chandeliers. In the center of the room, a large wooden dance floor may be installed centrally. At night, couples and guests can take an evening stroll by the water down the boardwalk that leads to a gazebo overlooking the lake. Alternatively, The Chase House venue showcases vibrant gardens and its own ballroom with distinct characteristics. Known as The Flagship Ballroom, it boasts white accents and patterned carpeted floors. The space also features a grassy patio where guests can enjoy a relaxing cocktail hour while marveling at the views of the lake. The resort encourages couples to get in touch with their team of professionals to start planning their grand affair. The lake has forever been my “happy place” and quickly became my husbands as well. Whenever we are at Winnipesaukee we make a trip to Church Landing. When we got engaged it only felt right to tour their ballroom and event space. From the second we reached out to Carolyn she was warm, welcoming, informative and FANTASTIC at her job. She has a natural ability to keep you calm during what can sometimes be a stressful planning process. Her organizational skills make you feel at ease and confident that your day will be exactly as you wish. All of the staff that worked the day of our event went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have the best time possible. The bartender (Dave) always had a smile on his face and worked very hard to get all guests their drinks in a very timely manner (which can be a task with 200+ person wedding) and our waiters and waitresses didn’t miss a beat with service. They were on top of all guests meal selection or food allergies. All of the church landing/mills falls staff were amazing to work with and gave us and our guests the best experience they possibly could for our special day. Ford Florist out of Salem, NH is on their preferred vendor list and for good reason. They put our vision to life in this space and we highly recommend them to anyone planning an event at Church Landing!

I celebrated my wedding at Mill Falls at the Lake on 9/17/2023. I was able to have my dream wedding outside by Lake Winnipesaukee! The venue is gorgeous and the staff are so knowledgeable and professional. Carolyn was an incredible person to work with and her expertise was so evident with every conversation we had. The planning and execution of my wedding was more than I ever could have imagined. I was completely stress free the day of the event and everything was so special. The food is amazing, the ballroom is so elegant and the staff are so kind and professional. I cannot recommend Mill Falls at the Lake more to anyone hoping to have their dream wedding!

Mill Falls at the Lake has had a special place in our hearts for decades. Over the years we passed by weddings in all four seasons - they always looked magical. Our October wedding took place on the waterfront at Church Landing. Every detail, from the moment we walked in to our welcome event Friday night at the Carriage House at Church Landing to our wedding day on the waterfront and in the ballroom, to our farewell brunch at the Chase House, was meticulously planned and beautifully executed. The wedding team at Mill Falls is a spectacular one. If you are lucky enough to work with Carolyn, your wedding experience will be seamless. Carolyn's attention to detail, timeliness, professionalism, and talent in her role as wedding coordinator are clear the moment you meet her. She was there every step of the way, from the very beginning (over a year before) of our planning process to the moment we walked down the aisle (we wanted her to walk with us down the aisle!) - to the end of our farewell brunch. She went above and beyond in so many behind-the-scenes ways - the weekend flowed seamlessly because Carolyn was always 96 steps ahead. Carolyn turned our ideas into reality and created a day so magical we could never have even dreamt of it. The minute we arrived the Friday of our wedding weekend, no one in our party worried about any detail at the venue for the rest of the weekend, because we trusted the team so implicitly. The wait staff and venue team are so thoughtful, attentive, and intentional with everything they do. Their presence was always welcome and we (and our guests) wanted for nothing. We were lucky to have a rockstar team of vendors at this venue - Liz from Hinkley Photo, Katie from From Scratch Bakery, Chad from Get Down Tonight Entertainment, Susan from Lakes Region Floral Studio, and everyone at Mill Falls. This day is one none of us will ever forget, and that would not be possible without the thoughtfulness of our team and the magic of this venue. It was a perfect New England Fall weekend for everyone. We cannot recommend Carolyn and the team enough.

Mill Falls at the Lake was the perfect venue for our winter wedding! We worked with both Guen & Katelyn and they both were great! Guen and Katelyn were both very responsive, nice, professional & helped me to stay calm with all of the stress during the wedding planning process! They were also great at ensuring that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. They also helped to set up for our ceremony and reception and they did an amazing job! The food was great. The views were absolutely gorgeous as well. They even accommodated our dog as well, which we really appreciated. We had both our ceremony & reception at Church Landing and it was great for our guest size. Not to mention the room is beautiful! We even received wedding cards and a beautiful tote bag from both Guen and Katelyn which was a very nice gesture! We cannot recommend Mill Falls enough and thank you for making our wedding so perfect!

Church Landing at Mill Falls was our dream wedding venue. From the moment we toured with Guen about a year before our wedding we knew this was the venue for us. The lakeside ceremony site was magical and our wedding day turned out perfect! Church Landing also has so many great indoor spots for pictures and ceremony space in the event of inclement weather to put your mind at ease during planning. Guen and the rest of the staff were also incredible, they obviously are experienced with weddings which made everything run so smoothly! We also loved not having to find our own caterer and the food was honestly one of the best we have ever had at a wedding! The reception staff were extremely nice and professional. We could not recommend Church Landing enough, we had the most perfect day that we will remember forever and have zero regrets on our wedding venue choice.

This venue was absolutely stunning, and I cannot say enough amazing things about our venue coordinators Guen and Carolyn. Absolute legends. Carolyn helped with a lot of the early planning and made us feel at ease when making big decisions. Guen was our wedding weekend point person, and we are eternally grateful for her help. She helped us feel calm and present throughout the day. It ended up raining buckets on our wedding day, and Guen helped us swiftly and smoothly transition to Plan B. The venue still dazzled our guests, and many said it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. Our guests loved their Mill Falls accommodations and amenities, and we had our Rehearsal lunch at Lakehouse Grille which was also great.

We just had our wedding and reception at Mill Falls last week - about 80 people attended our ceremony in the Carriage House and then moved over to the Chase House for the reception. Both the spaces were absolutely perfect for that size!! The biggest notes I have would be the food was PERFECT, so incredibly delicious and I got so many compliments, and that all the staff we encountered were just so absolutely happy to help with any little thing. We began our wedding planning journey with Guen, who transitioned to a different role but was amazing while we had her, and ended with Rachel taking over for the day . Rachel is just a sweetheart - so kind and ready to be your friendly and reliable point person for your wedding and really had everything in line during the day. I could not recommend a better place to get married!

From start to finish Carolyn Laroche at Mill Falls At The Lake was absolutely amazing! Her communication skills were above what you would normally expect from someone. She would return phone calls and e-mails promptly and answer any and all questions no matter how small or stupid it may have sounded. Carolyn made sure the venue was ready and that our day went off without any problems. In addition, Guen is one of the nicest human beings alive! She will go so far above and beyond in order to make your special day absolutely perfect! Not to mention the venue is absolutely beautiful! They just renovated the ballroom at church landing and the new paint, curtains and carpeting is absolutely gorgeous! Plus the view of the lake behind the ceremony, oh my lord!

We are still reliving how amazing our wedding turned out. After touring in January 2022, we managed to have enough luck to book our wedding date a mere 8 months later, in September, on a lake, in gorgeous NH. Mill Falls was probably our 10th venue we had visited, and we immediately felt like it was \"the one\". Most importantly, our coordinator, Carolyn, was really what sealed the deal. We had SO many questions, and constantly emailed her even several times a day, and she still was able to put us at ease and guide us through our roadblocks. We got married at the Chase House, overlooking the beautiful lake, and had our reception right there in the same building, in the Flagship Ballroom. To have the ease of everything all-in-one right there was really a plus. Carolyn assisted us through every step of the way. From the initial planning stages, to the rehearsal, to the wedding day itself she was truly the greatest support system throughout the whole process. If I could give her 10 stars I would. The staff, the food (everyone was raving about it), the details, the facility, everything was just amazing. What more could you want? Thank you to everyone at Chase House who helped us achieve our special day-it will always be the most pleasant memory we have!!

Mill Falls was the perfect wedding venue! We got married out on the lawn and had our reception in the Winnipesaukee Ballroom. Our coordinator was Guen and she was AMAZING. She was on top of everything, so accommodating to any and all requests, and so easy to work with. It rained on our wedding day but it didn’t put a damper on anything, there are so many beautiful places for photographs indoors and under cover. The food was also excellent, we got many compliments from our guests.

She was on top of everything, so accommodating to any and all requests, and so easy to work with. It rained on our wedding day but it didn’t put a damper on anything, there are so many beautiful places for photographs indoors and under cover. The food was also excellent, we got many compliments from our guests.

Our wedding at Church Landing was the most spectacular day we could have imagined, and that is in huge part due to our choice of venue. My husband and I visited Mill Falls back in October 2020 and we immediately knew that it would be the perfect place for our celebration (around 150 guests). We booked with Guen, and then she was our contact person and eventually day-of coordinator through the rest of the process. Guen was an absolute STAR. She was so incredibly helpful through all of the planning, giving us advice and tips and making sure that every choice we made aligned with our vision of the day. Day-of, we could not believe how much Guen knocked it out of the park. She did everything from helping to set up the decorations in the ballroom, to directing our bridal party on where to go, making sure our vendors were where they needed to be, and just helping us execute on the perfect day. Every single person in our bridal party mentioned how great Guen was, and I don't think there's any way our day would have gone as smoothly as it did without every single thing that she did. And as for the rest of the Mill Falls staff, they were also absolutely fantastic throughout the entire weekend. From the catering manager Teresa who made sure that my husband and I had all the food and drinks we needed, to the bartenders who stepped up when we had a situation with one of our guests arise, every single person we encountered was so kind, professional and great at their job. I'll also say that as a venue, even though Mill Falls is full service that doesn't mean inflexible. A lot of the venues that we toured had set packages with little room for flexibility and to make decisions that fit your needs, but Mill Falls isn't that way at all. Every time we asked Guen and the team if something was possible - the answer was yes, and we felt so lucky for that to be the case. Thank you to the entire Mill Falls staff for helping us plan and execute our dream day - if we had to do it again, we would pick this venue every single time.

My husband and I visited Mill Falls back in October 2020 and we immediately knew that it would be the perfect place for our celebration (around 150 guests). We booked with Guen, and then she was our contact person and eventually day-of coordinator through the rest of the process. Guen was an absolute STAR. She was so incredibly helpful through all of the planning, giving us advice and tips and making sure that every choice we made aligned with our vision of the day. Day-of, we could not believe how much Guen knocked it out of the park. She did everything from helping to set up the decorations in the ballroom, to directing our bridal party on where to go, making sure our vendors were where they needed to be, and just helping us execute on the perfect day. Every single person in our bridal party mentioned how great Guen was, and I don't think there's any way our day would have gone as smoothly as it did without every single thing that she did. And as for the rest of the Mill Falls staff, they were also absolutely fantastic throughout the entire weekend. From the catering manager Teresa who made sure that my husband and I had all the food and drinks we needed, to the bartenders who stepped up when we had a situation with one of our guests arise, every single person we encountered was so kind, professional and great at their job. I'll also say that as a venue, even though Mill Falls is full service that doesn't mean inflexible. A lot of the venues that we toured had set packages with little room for flexibility and to make decisions that fit your needs, but Mill Falls isn't that way at all. Every time we asked Guen and the team if something was possible - the answer was yes, and we felt so lucky for that to be the case. Thank you to the entire Mill Falls staff for helping us plan and execute our dream day - if we had to do it again, we would pick this venue every single time.

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Lakehouse Grille and it was amazing. The coordinator, Chelsea, was very punctual and attentive. She made sure that we had food options immediately for a food allergy that we didn't know about before the dinner and really made sure that everything was running smoothly the whole time. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a rehearsal dinner venue.

If you want to relax and just be excited to get married then have your special day at Mill Falls! Laura Main was my corrdinator and with a couple of meetings and constant communication i just had to answer her questions and she handled all of the coordinating! she had my list of vendors and took care of everything the day of my wedding all I had to do was show up!! the venue itself is truly picture perfect no matter what the weather has in store. between the inside and outside grounds you cannot go wrong and will truly get amazing pictures either way and your guests will not be disappointed!! even when the unexpected occurred and Laura had to hand over the coordination duties to Erin Curry for a personal reason, i was reassured by Erin that things would pick up where they left off with Laura and that she was up to speed on where we left off. Erin was a pleasure to work with the last couple of weeks to my wedding day and i was so relaxed and comfortable knowing the mill falls staff was there for me!! my wedding is still one my guests are talking about. I really cannot say enough about Mill Falls at the Lake you just have to go see for yourself!

We could NOT BE HAPPIER with our selection of wedding venue, especially for the end of August. It was perfection. Our wedding was at the Church Landing venue. We had perfect weather and being lakeside for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and photos was absolutely stunning. Our must-haves were a separate space for cocktail hour, a good rain option, and a large dance floor. Mill Falls more than delivered. The flow from indoor to outdoor works so easily and the separate lobby area for the bar makes a nice space for people to chat away from the music. I especially love that the ballroom has CHARACTER. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner on site and the guests loved how easy it was to stay in the area and attend all of the events for the weekend, plus stop by other area restaurants or make it a long weekend. From the moment we met our Sales Manager/Event Coordinator, Carolyn, she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She was quick to answer questions and helped us to quickly make selections. I already miss chatting with her. We've also received great feedback on the bartenders, servers, and other staff on site. Thank you for making our dream wedding come true, Mill Falls!

Although this was not the most affordable venue in the area, it was worth every penny. Our day was perfect and I can't imagine hosting it anywhere else.

They provide a beautiful white tent right along the lake for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Unfortunately for us it was a chilly night and the cocktail hour had to be inside- BUT this was totally fine because the hallway with the bar is huge and held my 190 guests perfectly comfortably! I've gotten a bunch of compliments from my guests about how amazing the food was as well! It is an awesome venue right on a beautiful lake...you can't beat it!

I can’t say enough great things about Erin Curry and Church Landing at Mill Falls! My dreams of getting married at Church Landing came true on March 24, 2018 and it was better than I ever could have imaged. Literally a dream come true. From the moment we toured the venue until the very last minutes of our wedding day, everything was perfect. Our wedding coordinator Erin was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly responsive to emails, answered all of my questions, and met with us numerous times throughout the wedding planning process. Our parents wanted to tour the venue and she accommodated this without any problems. Leading up to wedding weekend we talked to Erin almost every day, which eased my nerves, and she kept telling us not to sweat the small stuff. I arrived early on the Thursday before my wedding to get settled in. She showed us the ballroom, the Carriage House where the rehearsal dinner would be, and helped with any last minute things that we needed. I had forgotten to remove tags off of some things and print my ceremony work sheets but Erin offered to help out and take care of that stuff for me! On wedding morning I realized I never denoted entrees on the back of my place cards and without hesitation Erin and her staff made sure this was taken care of. She took away all of my worries on wedding day and allowed me to focus on what really mattered. The way she set up the ballroom and communicated with my vendors was incredible. Our wedding was perfect and we have Erin to thank for that. I stepped in a puddle during photos, which got my shoes and feet all wet. Erin told me to sit down; she took off my shoes and dried my feet. I am pretty sure that is not in her job description but she did it anyways! I felt that Erin truly cared about both my husband and I. She even stayed late at our rehearsal dinner because my husband wrote me a song and she wanted to be there to hear it. It is gestures like that, that truly make her stand out. Church Landing is beautiful, the food was delicious, our guest’s meals were hot, and the drinks from the bar were outstanding. We had about 200 guests and everything went off without a hitch! Erin Curry, her staff, and Church Landing made my wedding day the best day of my life and I cannot thank her enough.

She was incredibly responsive to emails, answered all of my questions, and met with us numerous times throughout the wedding planning process. Our parents wanted to tour the venue and she accommodated this without any problems. Leading up to wedding weekend we talked to Erin almost every day, which eased my nerves, and she kept telling us not to sweat the small stuff. I arrived early on the Thursday before my wedding to get settled in. She showed us the ballroom, the Carriage House where the rehearsal dinner would be, and helped with any last minute things that we needed. I had forgotten to remove tags off of some things and print my ceremony work sheets but Erin offered to help out and take care of that stuff for me! On wedding morning I realized I never denoted entrees on the back of my place cards and without hesitation Erin and her staff made sure this was taken care of. She took away all of my worries on wedding day and allowed me to focus on what really mattered. The way she set up the ballroom and communicated with my vendors was incredible. Our wedding was perfect and we have Erin to thank for that. I stepped in a puddle during photos, which got my shoes and feet all wet. Erin told me to sit down; she took off my shoes and dried my feet. I am pretty sure that is not in her job description but she did it anyways! I felt that Erin truly cared about both my husband and I. She even stayed late at our rehearsal dinner because my husband wrote me a song and she wanted to be there to hear it. It is gestures like that, that truly make her stand out. Church Landing is beautiful, the food was delicious, our guest’s meals were hot, and the drinks from the bar were outstanding. We had about 200 guests and everything went off without a hitch! Erin Curry, her staff, and Church Landing made my wedding day the best day of my life and I cannot thank her enough.

Not only was the venue pure perfection without a detail missed- the staff was so kind, so polite and overall outstanding with professionalism and truly the epitome of customer service. We can not say enough about our wedding coordinator Carolyn Laroche... we spent a year and months planning only to see a lot of details we had missed and Carolyn was there with a smile and determination to make it all perfect. We cannot say enough great things about this venue. We were married at Church Landing in the Winnepesauke Ballroom this weekend. It was absolutely amazing and truly was the best day ever. They were amazing to work with. We worked with Krystal, Carolyn and Rachael and they were fantastic. They were so accommodating, listened to absolutely everything we wanted and made our dream wedding a possibility. We stayed at the hotel in one of the bridal suites and it seriously was like a dream. All of our friends and family were stunned by how great everything was, between the food, drinks. The beauty of the venue, the service. It was easily 10/10. We couldn't imagine a better day, it was absolutely perfect. I would do it all over again and wouldn't change a thing. We used their serenity season discount and were married during their off season so that it was more affordable, and it's so nice to walk away from our wedding without debt. We even had a day after brunch at the camp restaurant and it was perfect. Such a lovely place, we highly recommend mill falls.

My husband and I were married April 2016 at Church Landing. It was our dream day! Allie, our assigned coordinator, was a delight to work with. She accommodated all of our needs, last minute changes and calmed our every worry. We had a breathtaking, picture-perfect wedding and we owe it to Allie and our beautiful location. I might be a bit biased, but the food was AMAZING! By far the best wedding food I have ever had (our main course: Lobster & Tenderloin) and everyone I have spoken with since has said the same thing. The only complaint I have would be with the Cascade spa. Although our hair and makeup came out great, timing was off, we had a large number of girls getting ready and not enough time to get everyone hair in make up done, we were late, rushed and felt like an inconvenience when it came to the spa coordinator, Jackie. Do not get me wrong, both the makeup artist and the hairdresser were amazing and my experience was not their fault at all! Overall, I could not have envisioned my wedding anywhere else, if you are considering Mill Falls, we would definitely recommend it….

We had an amazing wedding at Church Landing at Mill Falls. The ballroom is beautiful, with breathtaking chandeliers, a rustic fireplace, and a large dance floor. It was the perfect setting for our Halloween royal ball wedding! The staff was very attentive and made us feel like royalty. They checked in with us throughout the evening, bringing us drinks, making sure we had enough to eat, and just generally being amazing. The banquet manager even had a pre-threaded needle to fix my bustle when someone stepped on my dress. She also packaged 4 slices of our wedding cake for us, so we could enjoy it throughout our mini-moon, which we also spent at Church Landing. You can't ask for better service than that! Additionally, we were blown away by the bridal suite. It is huge and luxurious, with 2 balconies, 2 fireplaces, a spacious sitting room big enough for me to get ready with my 7 bridesmaids, a separate bedroom with its own sitting area, and a huge bathroom with a jacuzi bathtub and shower. It really is the most incredible hotel room I have ever stayed in. Last, but certainly not least, this venue is right next to Lake Winnipesaukee, giving you and your guests a beautiful view from every balcony and window. I will never forget how peaceful it was to look at the lake shimmering in the sunlight while my makeup artist applied my makeup. A beautiful postcard setting and incredible service made me a very happy and relaxed bride. I would highly recommend this venue.

The day of our wedding we did not have to worry about anything as Allison coordinated everything and made sure things ran smoothly. The size of my wedding was around 140 and for that the coast was a little more that we initially wanted but seeing the venue we were willing to stretch a bit to get our dream venue. The staff we had was truly exceptional. To our wedding coordinator, Krystal, to the service staff (especially Teresa), to the bartenders (Charlie) we loved every moment of our wedding day. They made everything run so smoothly so there were absolutely no issues to deal with. They also took care of coordinating with the vendors with setting everything up. I highly recommend checking this place out you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I just got married at Church Landing at Mill Falls. This venue was absolutely perfect for us. Right on the water it's a gorgeous setting any time of year. The size of my wedding was around 140 and for that the coast was a little more that we initially wanted but seeing the venue we were willing to stretch a bit to get our dream venue. The staff we had was truly exceptional. To our wedding coordinator, Krystal, to the service staff (especially Teresa), to the bartenders (Charlie) we loved every moment of our wedding day. Everyone at Church Landing was great! Krystal and her staff took care of every single detail. They were so fun and easy to work with. We actually held 3 events with them over the weekend and every single one was amazing. Our guests continue to tell us what a fabulous time they had. Krystal coordinated all of the vendors and set up, so we really had no responsibilities except to enjoy ourselves. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were amazing!! It was such a beautiful setting. We want to do it again!

I really wanted to give Church Landing a fantastic review because I didn’t expect my experience with them to be anything less than amazing. Sadly, my wedding experience with Church Landing was not as expected. I had been dreaming about a wedding at this venue long before I even met my now husband – cheesy, yes, I know! Unfortunately, Church Landing really dropped the ball.\rOur wedding planning started off good because Stacey Wills was our wedding coordinator and she was extremely experienced. Sadly, we received an email from the events manager 1 month before our wedding informing us that Stacey was leaving her position at Church Landing, but assured me we would be left in capable hands. This was a bit of a blow to us soon close to our wedding but none the less we began the planning process all over again with their new coordinator Bree. Bree was a very sweet girl but sadly she was in way over her head. Three weeks prior to our wedding date we had to drive up to NH (a two hour drive for us) and work out all the details again with Bree. When we arrived for our scheduled meeting time, the coordinator was nowhere to be found. Finally, over an hour later the coordinator showed up and we sat down for a few hours to go over all our wedding logistics. The coordinator was clearly frazzled and kept asking us to repeat ourselves. It was a frustrating day for us, but we understood that stuff happens.\rTwo days after our meeting with Bree, we received a phone call from the general manager of Mill Falls, Gail explaining that they had fired Bree and that we yet again had to start the planning process all over again. I began to get extremely upset at this point because we literally had 1 weekend left prior to our wedding. We did however, drive up to Church Landing again that weekend to go over our wedding details with Gail herself. Gail was fantastic and really put our minds at ease at this meeting. After this final meeting we felt everything would go smoothly.\rFast forward to our wedding day and I get a visit from Gail while I am trying to get ready for my big day. They were confused by the dinner selections and needed clarification. I get it that sometimes things need clarification, but this was left to literally a few hours before my wedding as I was trying to get ready. I clarified things with Gail and tried to let that minor bump in the road go. Oddly enough, even though it was clearly addressed on numerous occasions that three guests had severe food allergies, these people did not get the proper food they needed and had to wait a long time for the servers to figure everything out and get them dinner. Another issue was the fact that we had clearly put a dollar amount cap on the cocktail hour open bar many times and we found out that they left the open bar open well into the dinner hour and maxed out our previously specified cap. First off, they were supposed to inform us when the tab was reaching our cap AND when they were going to close it. We never heard from anyone about this and no coordinators were around to figure this out. The kicker to the whole event was finding out after our wedding when everyone had already left that our guest book had been left under a table by the coordinator and no one was able to sign it. We had put a lot of time and money into our creative guest book idea. Not to mention, we will never get the signatures from our wedding guests.\rOverall, our experience was very disappointing...

I got married at Church Landing in September 2013 and could not have been happier with our venue choice. The venue was the hardest decision for us to make as we were looking all around MA and NH and everywhere from hotels to urban lofts to barns, trying to find a place that wasn't too stuffy and would fit in our budget. \r\rWe chose Church Landing because we love the Lakes Region and the venue itself, but also because the wedding coordinator, Stacey, seemed so competent and organized (and super nice!) from our first meeting, we knew we would be well taken care of. She made sure we were on task all the way through the planning process, made great recommendations for vendors, and was absolutely amazing in the days leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day, making sure every little detail was covered (and we got married on a busy weekend where 7 events were taking place--and we would have never known if someone didn't tell us!) Stacey was also very accommodating with some of our nontraditional requests such as having our 2 dogs in the wedding and having an ice cream sundae buffet instead of a wedding cake. She also made sure that my husband and I actually got to sit down to eat our dinner, which we were really thankful for because it was really, really good!\r\rOur guests were very impressed with the accommodations, the food was amazing (many people said the best wedding food they ever had, especially the lobster corn chowder and the filet), and the service was great. When my husband and I sat back and thought about our day, we both agreed that there wasn't one thing that could've been done better. Though we went a little over our budget in the end (which we could have avoided by going with different entree choices and having a cash bar), we thought it was completely worth it and would recommend Church Landing to anyone. Our friends and family are still raving about it!

This venue was amazing!! Stacey, our coordinator, was so friendly and helpful!She went above and beyond. Stacey always made sure we had everything we needed, from day one until our wedding day. Stacey accommodated all our needs and was very flexible. Stacey was easy to reach. Stacey kept in touch with our other vendors to keep everyone on the same page. She ensured everything went smoothly. After pictures she made sure we got into the reception before everyone so we could see everything set up. She also had us set up with our own passed apps, made sure we always had a drink, etc.\r\rThe spa was fair. We had them come to our suite for hair/make-up for the bridesmaids which was wonderful. The girls who did our make-up and up-dos were very knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure everyone was happy with the services. The area at the spa for hair/nails is not impressive. My husband and I also had a couples massage the day after the wedding which was great and the massage room were very nice.\r\rThe hotel is very nice and I loved having everything close by, from bars to breakfast places.\r\rThe housekeeping was poor. It was clean but nothing impressive. Our room had an odor that was taken care of promptly. The day after the wedding my husband and I did NOT want anyone in our suite due to having gifts and valuables everywhere. Before we left we placed the ''Privacy Please'' card into the key slot. Upon returning to our room the card had been removed and someone had been in our suite. They had refreshed the towels and made the bed. The rest of the room was still below par and not picked up. We asked to speak to the manager. A man came up to us and told us that his employee told him the card was on ''Service Please''. He continued to argue with us that we had made a mistake and put the card in the key slot the wrong way.

We were VERY happy with The Inns & Spa at Mill Falls. Stacey, the Event Coordinator was FANTASTIC. She made the entire process enjoyable, from the beginning to the end of the final day. She made the wedding day go flawlessly (and if it didn't, I didn't know about it!). The venue is beautiful. The only complaint I have is that the reception can not be outside due to town ordinances. I was nervous about the colors of the floor and curtains inside the ballroom but with the room set up and everything, it was gorgeous and the colors of the room didn't matter. The guest rooms are so incredibly comfortable. When you schedule your event, you are invited to attend a weekend in January after they change the menu for the new year and taste a lot of the options which was a great weekend get away for us. I would DEFINITELY recommend it!

We could not have picked a more picture perfect venue for our October 2012 wedding. We stumbled upon the Inns & Spa at Mill Falls by chance in the fall of 2011 and were lucky enough to grab one of their few remaining 2012 dates-- and it was the BEST decision we made! Not only was it beautiful but the staff was beyond amazing. Hollie our sales coordinator was THE BEST! She was organized, very punctual with responses to our requests, knowledgeable, full of great reccomendations for other vendors and so sweet! From the moment we met her, we knew we were in good hands and she did NOT disappoint. We received SO MANY compliments from our guests on how beautiful the grounds and ballroom were as well as how nice the banquet staff was. Although the venue is not cheap- we firmly believe it was money WELL spent! We highly highly reccommend anyone looking for a charming, rustic new england wedding to check out the Inns & Spa at Mill Falls!!!

the church landing was beautiful lake front wedding planner hollie was very helpful at all times the venue food was delicious!!

My husband and I got married at the Chase House property at the Inn and Spa at Mill Falls on September 9. \rOur wedding coordinator, Stacey Dumas, made everything so impossibly easy for us. Stacey was available to answer every small question we had before the wedding, and the day of our ceremony, she let us know exactly where to be and when. She kept everything running smoothly. She made sure all the other vendors knew where they were supposed to be, what time they needed to be there to set up, etc. She took charge of the day which let us enjoy it more. \rThe location was perfect. We had an outdoor ceremony that over looked Lake Winnipesaukee. We had amazing photo opportunities by the waterfall they have on property as well as across the street at the lake. After cocktail hour was over (which all of our guests loved) we went down to the ballroom for our reception. \rDinner was great, the service was outstanding, and the staff was amazing. We couldn’t have picked a better location to have our wedding. I would recommend Mill Falls to anyone looking to have a fab wedding

While Church Landing was expensive, it was well worth it! They were absolutely amazing and they made everything so easy. They did such a beautiful job setting up the centerpieces and the room and the food was absolutely delicious!

The weekend i had my wedding we were one of 8 weddings. 90% of the staff was amazing, (Hollie & Theresa to name some) Others were less than amazing. One of the bartenders cut off a guest of mine who does not drink and was laying down because he was stung by a bee, turns out he was allergic and spent 2 nights in the hospital. Then the rest of my guest were cut off due to his \"behavior\". The head inn keeper came and appologized to us, and the celebrating was allowed to continue. This man said he was a manager (which he was not) and treated my special day and guests like a nuisance, thankfully the other staff was professional and handled the situation like a special event, not like \"just another wedding\".

I grew up in the area and as soon as I got engaged I knew I wanted to get married here. It was the best choice we made during the entire wedding process. Everything went perfectly. The team at Church Landing makes it their goal to make sure everything goes perfectly and that the bride and groom don't have to worry about a thing! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get married in the area!

Mill Falls is a beautiful place right on lake Winnipesaukee. I can't say enough about this place. From the laid back atmosphere to the guest services, I loved everything about it. I parked my car on Friday and didn't touch it until Sunday when I left. The area has everything....for the wedding you can do everything right on site, like the rehearsal dinner. The best part is that they have wedding coordinator they assign you and mine was the best! Planning a wedding 2 hours away I thought it was going to be difficult, but my wedding ran so smoothly and everything was perfect! Can't wait to go back every year to celebrate my anniversary.

From start to finish the hospitality of the staff at Mill Falls was unbelievable! The location is breath taking and all the Inns are kept spotless.\r\rStacey Dumais is thier wedding cordinator and I couldn't have done it without her. Anything you need/want she will make happen for you if it is in your budget. When we walked into the ballroom it took our breath away.

Kate, at the spa salon, did my wedding day hair. It turned out exactly the way I had envisioned. I first did a consultation with her about a month before the wedding. She was able to look at several pictures and turn them into exactly what I was looking for. She took notes and pictures so that my hair would look the same on my wedding day. Spa professionals were very nice and very calming. Spa salon overlooks the lake. Couldn't have been happier.
