I can't say enough good things about the Mill Top and specifically our venue coordinator, Hilary. If you see the $$$ and get nervous, let me put your mind at ease. For the cost of this venue, you are essentially getting the space, rentals, a day of coordination TEAM, and your venue coordinator who is basically your wedding planner, all in one. The cost of the venue seems higher up front, but we ended up coming in wayyy under budget. We got married on 12/02/23 and it was the BEST day of my life from 9 am when we showed up to get ready in the INSANE bridal suite, until 11 pm when we closed the place down. This venue and the staff know weddings backwards and forwards. Everything went so insanely smooth. The best thing was that after I dropped off my decor to the venue a few days before the wedding, no one in my bridal party or family had to lift a finger to help set up or deal with vendors. The Mill Top staff does it all. Our families could just enjoy the day, which was a top priority for me. I will now specifically talk about my venue coordinator, Hilary. She was the most fun, laid back person to work with. I genuinely walked away from this experience so thankful for her. During planning, she utilized her experience from other weddings to help me make decisions regarding processional order, timeline, and pretty much anything else I was unsure about. She checked in on me routinely throughout the wedding day to make sure I was feeling good about everything. We brought our dog to be with us during the day (yes, the Mill Top welcomes dogs. What else do you need?) and Hilary made trips up to the bridal suite to pet him. Right before I walked down the aisle, she asked me if I needed anything, to which I replied that a margarita right after the ceremony would be amazing. When my husband and I did our exit, Hilary was waiting at the top of the aisle with a margarita for me and an old fashioned for my husband. I really felt like we were more than just a random client to her, which made the day so much more fun. With the wedding industry being so impersonal anymore, it was such a relief to experience such a wonderful working relationship with our largest vendor. I had my dream wedding, thanks to the staff at Mill Top.

Mill Top WAS the perfect venue for our daughterâs wedding. Hilary was absolutely amazing! We had the wedding of our dreams at the Mill Top! Sophia was our day of coordinator and from the minute we met her we felt at ease about the weeks leading up to the wedding. That feeling easily transferred over to our rehearsal and wedding day. Our days were relaxing, we stayed on our timeline and we were able to enjoy every minute! Sophia helped us create our perfect vision for decorations within our budget. The Mill Top team was so kind and answered any questions we had so quickly. They were not only great with us, but with our entire wedding party including parents. We chose to do a room flip and use the same room for our ceremony and reception, the thought of this process made us a little nervous. However, when we walked into the reception everything was perfect. They even reused some of our aisle decor to decorate the buffet tables. The team truly ent above and beyond. We are so thankful we chose the Mill Top to host our wedding!

Everything was perfect. We were planning a wedding in Indy from Seattle and spent a lot of time searching for the right location that would make that process as easy as possible. We went with Mill Top because the cake was the only outside vendor we would need (and also of course that the venue was gorgeous and everyone was incredibly friendly). Everything went so smoothly and exactly as we wanted it. We had a bit of a non-traditional night with no dance floor and a lot of games, and the team didn't bat an eye and worked with us to make it exactly what we wanted.

Our wedding at the Mill Top was absolutely incredible! We wanted a very specific vibe and they worked hard with lighting to deliver it! We felt very welcomed with each visit and Rocky frequently would stop by our meetings just to say hi! The venue is beautiful! Hilary did a great job listening to us and creating the perfect day! All of our linens were perfect and if anything went not according to plan, she was right there to fix it! She even grabbed sharpies from her own desk when the pens I brought didnât work on our guest book! She went above and beyond to make sure our vision for our day became a reality! The planning process was simple with her and the Mill top staff! They were able to get the games my husband wanted in his man cave and took the time to make sure all of our dĂ©cor was set out perfectly! Including 160 chair covers! She really worked hard for us and it did not go unnoticed!

We are SO happy we went with Mill Top. I am the type of bride where I need guidance (and accountability to get things done in a timely manner) along the way and they did just that! Everyone, including the owner, were welcoming, kind, and professional. The day of went so smooth. I was able to enjoy myself and not worry about setup/tear down. We had Sophia the day of and she is a bundle of energy and great at rallying everyone to stay on track and have a good time đ! If it were a thing to have two full weddings with the same spouse, Iâd love to do it all over again with Mill Top!

I attended my nieces wedding on Sunday 9/10. Hillary was their planner and did a magnificent job. She was like part of the family. She was everywhere and yet you really never saw her. She made sure my husband had a comfy chair. She made sure the bride didnât have to get her own drinks. She made sure we enjoyed our food. And she laughed and was personable the whole time. Iâd recommend her to everyone.

Wow. As a bride, I had a list of venues I wanted to visit, and Milltop happened to be the first that I visited. After I talked with Rocky and met the staff and toured the beautiful venue, I called to cancel my other appointments. Iâm so glad I chose to go with Milltop, because their service extended way beyond making sure my wedding went smoothly. My husband and I received so many compliments on the hospitality of the staff, and our wedding coordinator, Hilary. Hilary was so fun to work with, and seriously felt like I had known her for years! She took the stress of planning a wedding and laid everything out in the most organized way. I had ZERO hiccups the day of my wedding. One of my priorities was for my family and I to be able to fully enjoy and be present that day, and not feel like we were managing the day. The staff directed people from parking, to seating, and made my out of state guests feel at ease. The wedding party received minimal if any instruction for the reception on the day of the wedding, July 23, 2023; we were challenged to piece order together without her assistance.Wedding days are already stressful for any bride so imagine how I felt when various organizers were reaching out to me for instruction? My groom had to ask, where is the alcohol (beer) package for his groomsmen? This was met with sarcasm because he did not drink; however, his party did, so it should have been made available without having to ask. I even had to ask for my bottle of champagne on the day of my wedding, when it shouldâve already been provided. During the reception, our guests were not communicated with in a clear and concise way. I was ask to get up, and make my own plate during my wedding day. There were lots of questions and confusion, when me and my husband were being reintroduced as a couple during the reception, which forced myself and members of my wedding party, and the DJ to take on the role of Coordinator. My DJ stated she had issues with being on the same page with the coordinator, and she was left to make decisions abruptly on her own. I, the bride, was shuffled around frantically like we were on a running parking meter. Never once did she check in with me to ensure my experience was pleasurable or well-paced. Before the reception ended at 11PM, she eagerly handed her responsibilities off to someone else on her team and left almost two hours earlier as she had done the night before. My husband and I were later asked if we would forfeit our deposit as an additional tip for the staff. We did not respond due to how shocked we both felt toward the suggestion. We cannot redo our wedding day, and although we will hold on to the good memories throughout the years, our treatment left a bad taste in our mouth. We will not refer this business to any of our friends OR colleagues in the near future. We just got married at the Mill Top last weekend and it was the absolute best place we could have picked to get married at. The day went FLAWLESSLY. Throughout the whole process they helped keep me on track for planning. The day of the wedding was completely stress free and they took care of everything including working with all our vendors, setting up all the decorations, and keeping people on time. The whole day of the wedding I got to relax in the bridal suite and just focus on having fun. Not to mention all of the bridal suites and grooms rooms are AMAZING. We got so many compliments from everyone about how beautiful the venue was and how convenient everything was being in one place. I could not imagine getting married in any other place. If you are looking for a venue that helps you plan your dream day and then just get to relax the day of, this is your place! Wanted to also give a very special shout out to Sophia, our day of coordinator, who was fabulous :) Day would not have gone as well without her!

Wow, Iâm having trouble finding words to fully express how amazing our experience was with Mill Top.From our first meeting with Rocky when we came to tour the place, to the moment the wedding ended and we drove away, the entire process was absolutely top notch. Hilary did an incredible job as our event coordinator! She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered and was always quickly available for any questions we had. On the day of the wedding she kept everything running smoothly and efficiently and her cheerful personality helped us to relax and enjoy all of the special moments, instead of stressing. Sophia was another event coordinator that helped us out in the earlier stages of planning and she was very accommodating and quick to reply to messages and questions. Multiple guests made comments about how beautiful the facilities were and how warm and friendly the staff were. Gloria and Mike made a wonderful impression on everyone as they greeted them at the door and made them feel at ease. We were also very pleased with the catering company that Mill Top uses. Jacquieâs Gourmet Catering did an amazing job with the food and service. The food was outstanding and guests expressed to us how much they enjoyed it. We chose to do mocktails with our bar package and Jessica blew us away with her creative abilities in this department. She was so fun to work with and even let us taste her recipes beforehand. Mill Top definitely offers a top notch wedding experience. Every detail, every moment, was perfection and Mill Top gave our daughter the wedding of her dreams. We cannot say enough amazing things about The Mill Top and the incredibly talented team that supported us through the wedding planning process. Loved making a connection with Madison and Carli. I was lucky to be the Mom for my daughter's recent wedding. We're not from the area and had never been to The Mill Top before. It was so wonderful. What makes the experience fantastic tho is the staff. Sophia and Hilary were simply wonderful. They were attentive and quick to address and solve any and all issues. Also Scott, the bar tender! There were so many more. The space was simply lovely and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, and was so grateful for the kindness and professionalism that was shown to my daughter, Heather Jo.

We had an absolutely beautiful wedding at the Mill Top. When we walked in the door the first time for our tour, we immediately fell in love with the character of the building. There are multiple dynamic spaces within the building to meet all your needs from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception - and all of your time beforehand, with incredible bridal suites and even \"man caves\" for the men in the party to have a fun time getting ready as well. What sold us on the space was the planning structure - the Mill Top provides a wedding planning/coordination team who walk you through each step of the planning process. For someone like me - who didn't start with much of a vision at all - it was incredibly helpful to have someone walking me through what I needed to decide when, and making suggestions throughout. The entire team was helpful throughout, but our end of process and day-of coordination team (Sophia & Hilary) were INCREDIBLE and made the entire experience worthwhile for sure. We had some personal challenges come up approaching the wedding day, and they navigated everything we threw at them with professionalism, kindness, and grace. I had complete confidence with them running the show for my big day - they made it amazing.One thing to note: though a tremendous pro is that you can get to everything you need through the venue (decor, event set up, all the things) the downside to that is that there is an itemized charge for each and every thing, and it can be challenging in the beginning to get a realistic grasp of what total costs will be. Round UP because the initial quote will probably be on the low end of your guest count, assuming you'll do basic/non-upgraded anything (and that's not really where you'll end up.) It was ultimately more expensive then we anticipated - and though it was worth it to us, definitely be mindful of it it'll ultimately fit into your budget if it's several thousands more than the figure you start with.At the end of the day, our event was gorgeous - everyone who attended commented on how beautiful the space was and how wonderfully everything came together, and that wouldn't have been possible without the Mill Top!

Our day went on without a hitch (at least if it had a hitch, I had no idea)!! Sophia and Hillary are absolutely wonderful. Sophia handled my constant changing plans perfectly, and Hillary was so accommodating to my every need on the day of. Plus theyâre both just hilarious and wonderful. The bar manager Scott was also great. We had multiple meetings to make sure they got everything right. They set up our decor spot on. The decor team really looks out for you and makes sure everything goes well. Plus it was really cool to see everyone looking like JLo with their head sets on the day of. The venue and get ready rooms are incredible. We had a same-sex wedding, and my wife wanted one of the âman cavesâ Sophia took down a sign that said âman caveâ per my request and made sure my wifeâs getting ready room sign was gender-inclusive. It is pretty pricey and it is a la carte so you get what you pay for. But no matter what you get, youâre getting an all star team â€ïžâ€ïž

I loved Mill Top as the venue for our wedding. There are so many positives! The planning process was super easy - we had a lot of meetings and guidance along the way from the wonderful girls there. They kept us on track the entire time. They were extremely responsive on email and always had easy, good communication with us. The rehearsal and Wedding day went seamlessly. Sophia was excellent! She kept everything running smoothly. She and her team nailed all of our decor. Decor drop off and pick-up also very easy with her. The man cave and bridal suites were awesome as well! There were a few negatives throughout the year we were dealing with Mill Top. The owner, Rocky, is a VERY good salesman and makes it seem like every option under the sun is available for you on your wedding day. We were promised many things during our 2 tours before signing the contact that ended up not being true or were a significant up-charge. It is made clear that everything is basically \"al-a-carte\" which we fully knew going into this. We added a lot of extra options without complaint - this is not the issue. However, Rocky told us on both tours that \"we can get you anything you want\" and said there was a catalogue of all the items available for us to choose from in the bridal suites and man caves - this is absolutely not true. No catalogue exists and the staff were unaware that Rocky is telling couples this during the tours. When questioned later, we were told \"well we can get things for you but you'll be charged\". Another is the Liability insurance - Rocky told us multiple times that if you have home owners insurance, they will cover Mill Top for one day at no additional cost. My Home owners agent said this is absolutely not true and no insurance company would do that for free in the entire state of Indiana - this was another extra charge for us. Lastly - Rocky told us that the Catering company would work with us on pricing, hours they would be there, number of staff needed, etc in order to fit our catering budget. Jacquie's Catering had delicious food but horrible customer service. They do NOT \"work\" with you on any of things Rocky promises before you sign your contract. Rocky ran the numbers with us based on what we thought we could customize from a catering stand point. Once we signed the contract and got in touch with the caterer - that price went up by double. There was absolutely nothing we could do about it as you are required to use Jacquie's if you want to have your wedding at Mill Top. Jacquie's does have hidden fees, as well as other fees that are not clearly stated in their menu and pricing. Their food is fantastic thoughOverall, the venue was great. Our wedding was beautiful. The day itself and planning process was seamless. I was not stressed out at all on the day of the wedding. We did run into the other wedding party a couple times but I was not overly concerned about this - Sophie, Maeve, and all the girls handled it smoothly. Just be warned that if you are promised something on your tour - ask what it costs and make sure you get an answer. And look very, very closely at the catering menu, then add a few thousand dollars to what you think your catering food price will be. You will be very happy with this venue if you ask the right questions! We were very happy even with the few drawbacks

To try to explain how easy this was, I am very much a Type A personality that loves having all of the things organized and when it came to our wedding, apparently there are A LOT of things I did not consider. I could not recommend the Mill Top enough for having your wedding here. The planning team, shoutout to our girl Sophia, made this process so easy. To try to explain how easy this was, I am very much a Type A personality that loves having all of the things organized and when it came to our wedding, apparently there are A LOT of things I did not consider. I would highly recommend the MillTop as a wedding venue. We wanted our guests to be able to stay in the venue the whole time, and the industrial rustic style was perfect for us. Our coordinator was Sophia, and she was amazing to work with like seriously the BEST! I feel like she understood what our goal was for our wedding and executed it perfectly. Every employee we interacted with was so invested in making our day perfect, and they were able to deliver just that. There was 1 other wedding at the MillTop the same day as ours, and we never crossed paths with their guests. It was planned out perfectly. They were able to accommodate everything that we wanted, the set up was perfect, the flowers, decor, etc. looked exactly how I envisioned it. The whole day was planned and organized perfectly. And there were no hiccups. Sophia and all the other employees working my wedding communicated with me the day of, and I always knew what was going on and when it was happening. Their bar manager and bar tenders were awesome! They helped us put our bar line up together, and our drinks were delicious and flowing all night. They use Jacquies as the caterer and they were awesome to work with. The options were endless, they seriously have every option you can think of. The food was delicious, and nice and warm for our guests. The servers and manager for Jacquies the day of our wedding were so kind and helpful to all of us and our guests. I truly can't say enough kind words. I am going to miss my meetings with them, because by the end of it I felt like we were all friends. Our wedding was perfect, the venue was beautiful, the food and drinks were flawless, and our guests had a wonderful time. They help you with every aspect of the wedding and help you organize things you probably haven't even thought of. Having your own coordinator was so helpful and made my life a lot less stressful. Felicia Dale was so incredibly thorough it made us feel secure in knowing she was our coordinator. She was our \"CIA\" guardian angel (book with them and you'll understand what that means). Justin, the bartender, was incredible too, from creating specialty drinks to teaching people how to dance. The owner even took people on tours of the venue during the reception because they asked. We got so many compliments on the venue, everything was just perfect.

The venue was very beautiful and the wedding looked lovely. I have a few things that I didnât like. First, there were so many additional Costs that were never gone over before. We were told that we would never see / interact with another wedding and that was totally false. There was also little organization and we were told our guests wouldnât see the wedding party before the ceremony and that was also false. There were crowds of people we had to walk through and the coordinators were not able to keep us separate like we wanted. That was really frustrating for me especially as a bride. Third, make sure you look at the catering menu before you agree to the venue. We wish we had sooner or that might have changed things. Overall though , very pretty venue.

With my husband being deployed before our wedding, I was nervous about how I was going to pull this off on my own. Justin, the best bartender we could have asked for. He made sure everyone was taken care of at all times. Very personable as well! Last but not least, the owner, Rocky. I don't know where to begin with him! Every single time we saw him, he was so happy to see us and welcomed us to his amazing venue. He got to know us and really he means so much to us. The catering team, outstanding! I am still hearing about how awesome they were from my guests. On the big day, everything came together flawlessly. Our wedding was an amazing experience from start to finish! Ashley was fantastic and handled every single situation that popped up without any issues or hesitation. They were willing to work with us through COVID and even when things came up on wedding day they took care of it without a complaint or any other signs of frustration with me and my family. The ability to customize everything is such a unique touch, we were able to have a projector playing Mario Kart at our wedding during cocktail hour! We had our wedding on April 17, 2021 with the Mill Top and our day ran so smoothly! Our coordinator, Elizabeth, was so detail-oriented and organized -- I cannot recommend her enough! We had to start our wedding late because some important guests were running behind and Elizabeth was able to take this in stride and respond so calmly and professionally. I think there were some minor complaints from guests regarding the bar staff but overall, we had a great wedding and felt very taken care of! I felt so relaxed on my wedding day and Elizabeth was very accommodating to what I wanted and the vision I had for our wedding.

The middle of wedding planning was a little stressful, with the unknowns of the event happening or not. But how could it not be during a pandemic? Mid planing we were introduced to Megan (our event coordinator). Megan was amazing!!! I donât know what we would have done without her. Very happy with how everything went at the Milltop! They made my day absolutely perfect! Every bride is assigned a coordinator who they meet with fairly often. They have so many design options and things you can add/change that your day will never look like another brides in that same room. They also have a âday ofâ coordinator, so none of your family has to deal with making sure everything is going well. Ashley was amazing!! I know a lot of people on their wedding day, who have to oversee everything going on to make sure it was being set up correctly. I didnât have to do a thing. I was able to relax on my day. Ashley made sure every little detail was exactly how I wanted it. With COVID, she was great about all the changes I had to make very last minute. I even had to make adjustments on wedding day that she handled perfectly! They also have a take down crew where you donât have to pick up your decorations until the week after the wedding. This was a life saver as I know too many people getting up early the next day to clean up or take decorations home! I could never say enough about how smoothly they made the wedding process! Thank you Ashley and the rest of the Milltop staff for making our day perfect!

My husband and I went to 15 different venues in carmel and noblesville and out of all the venues MillTop was the only one that stood out. We couldnât go anywhere and we wanted to get married at this venue. The venue is so gorgeous , the building the inside red brick , everything about this venue is to die for. The owner Rocky and his whole team were personally involved in this whole process and we were lucky to have such an amazing event coordinator. Felicia is the best. We loved working with her so much . For someone from a different culture itâs hard to figure out everything but she held my hand through the whole process and she kept in touch with all my vendors and made sure they meet all the expectations we had from them. My wedding day was the best day of my life. I danced till my feet hurt and I had no worries that night because Felicia and her whole team took care of each and every single detail. Normally people will hire event coordinators outside of the venue and pay so much for no reason but honestly you donât need an outside one when you have Felicia who will go above and beyond to take care of her bride and groomâs needs. She is very efficient, professional and very personable. She made us feel so comfortable and the whole night she was around making sure everything goes smoothly. I was lucky to have her by my side and Iâll never forget how much fun i had. Iâll be recommending each and every single friend or family of mine to chose MillTop and work with Felicia and her amazing team. We love her so much. She exceeded our expectations and we have no regrets. Thank you so much for everything , Rocky (owner) , Justin bar manager for doing an amazing fire show and Felicia and her team. It was so nice the day of to be able to get ready on site and have our ceremony and reception all in one location. The staff is so wonderful each step of the way helping plan the wedding. We had multiple meetings leading up to our big deal & they are always available via e-mail to answer each little question you have. We were huge on DIY decorations. We brought in so many things we created on our own and the staff put it together exactly how we pictured. Our guests are still raving about how wonderful our wedding was. I cannot recommend this venue strong enough!!! Wonderful experience!

The Bridal suite and Man Cave were amazing places while we were getting ready for the event. They were roomy and had various games for entertaining such as pool, air hockey and Pac man.

This is such a unique rustic venue. Our wedding coordinator, Felicia, did a fabulous job. She made our whole experience less stressful from the planning to the actual executing the day of the wedding. We both had so much fun with little stress!! The Bridal suite and Man Cave were amazing places while we were getting ready for the event. They were roomy and had various games for entertaining such as pool, air hockey and Pac man.

The Mill Top is the most incredible venue I could imagine. When we first started looking for venues I had this idea of industrial chic, exposed wood, cool lighting, metal piping, etc. I reached out to a ton and very few were actually responsive, but one of the few was the Mill Top. We saw 3 venues and absolutely fell in love with the Mill Top! It's this beautiful dream of place with multiple types of rooms to truly fit any preference. You also get a bridal suite and man cave which are bigger than some people's apartments. It's gorgeous and beautiful and you could pick it just for all of that.But the best part of the Mill Top is the people. Rocky, the owner, is so personable and really involved. He's an absolute delight. But so are all of the wedding coordinators and Justin, the man with the alcohol. They are all so incredibly kind, helpful, patient, and knowledgable. They are incredibly responsive and will make pretty much anything you want happen within reason. Our coordinator, Brittany, is the absolute best! She was with us every single step of the way, always smiling, always helping, just the absolute best. She and the crew at the Mill Top put together a wedding better than I could have even imagined. Truly, my instructions were so vague and they still managed to make it actually better than the image in my head. I walked into the rehearsal the day before (they were still putting it all together) and cried because it was honestly just so gorgeous. We didn't have a wedding planner because we didn't need one, the coordinators at the Mill Top take care of everything. They coordinate all of your vendors, they answer all of your questions, they put everything together, they host and run the rehearsal, and then they are there to make sure your day goes smoothly the day of. Truly could not have asked for a better venue for my wedding. If you are someone getting married in the Indianapolis area pick the Mill Top.

I absolutely loved this place and am so glad we chose them! Everyone was wonderful to work with, especially Ashley. They made the day run smoothly so my family and I didnât have to worry about much. The Mill Top is an absolutely beautiful venue that we fell in love with the moment we walked in. Every floor and every room has a unique character and charisma. Every single staff that we met was extremely helpful and courteous, including the owner himself. They all seemed to take great pride in exceeding expectations and doing everything they could to ensure the planning process, and our wedding itself, was everything we wanted it to be. Brittany, our event coordinator, went above and beyond to make our wedding planning process extremely easy for us. She took care of so much of the process, and was integral to our wedding day being perfect. Seeing the decorations set up was a wonderful experience, and they took special care to make sure all of our decorations were set out perfectly for the wedding. The staff during the day of the wedding were extremely helpful, and ensured the schedule was met in addition to making us feel like we were completely taken care of. Everybody loved our wedding, and we feel like the whole process with the Mill Top was perfect. We could not have enjoyed it any more than we did, and we could not recommend the Mill Top enough. When we visited Mill Top, we immediately fell in love. It is a beautifully modern and industrial building. The wedding was absolutely perfect and Ashley was the best coordinator. The start of planning was a bit rough because our coordinators kept quitting. We ended up having four by the end of it but we are so glad Ashley ended up being ours. She made sure our day was perfect and worked very hard to make sure I was happy. All in all amazing venue and great people!

My wedding day was absolutely perfect!! Mill Top is a beautiful and rustic venue with so much character. We rented the Skylight room for our ceremony and the Loft for our reception. I had to plan everything out of town which was a bit scary, especially when my event coordinator changed early in the process. But, I had the best event coordinator, Colleen, who was very responsive in all of the questions I had (which was a lot!) Colleen really went above and beyond on the day of. I couldn't have imagined my big day without her! The Mill Top team did all of my decorations and cleaned everything up for my family to pick up the next day. They exceeded all of my expectations for the ceremony and reception! We also rented the Bridal Suite and Man Cave which I will admit was very costly but completely worth it. Colleen kept a tight schedule and was by my side for anything I needed the entire day. I even had my officiant cancel and send somebody I had never met to perform the ceremony. Colleen had to be the one to inform me of all of this 15 minutes before our ceremony and probably kept me from having a panic attack with her composure and assurance that it will still be perfect. Overall, I couldn't imagine my wedding day at any other venue or without my event coordinator Colleen! The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was that the cash bar we decided to provide for our guests required us to prepay what they expected our guests to spend which was much higher than we expected our guest to actually purchase. I am sure that this was not properly explained during our tour. That being said, Justin did a fabulous job in serving our guest and our wedding party in the bridal suite and man cave. In the end we came closer to the amount we pre-payed than I expected we would. It was just a surprise that I wasn't expecting financially. Despite this bump, I would still choose Mill Top if I had to do it all over again!I would highly recommend you choose the Mill Top for your big day!!

Not only is it a beautiful setting the staff including the event coordinator were invaluable. Our coordinator was Colleen and she really surpassed all expectations. I don't think our wedding would have gone as smoothly if we didn't have her. She helped us out with so many details (including coordinating with the vendors the day of) that we wouldn't have thought of on our own.The bridal and groom suites were amazing, anything you can think of from a shower to air hockey tables were included in the rooms. The whole day was comfortable and stress free which allowed us to enjoy our wedding even more. Everything was very customizable- we were able to set up the ceremony room and reception space exactly how we wanted. The set-up and clean up was done by staff. Also, the convenience of having linens, lighting and the bar included in the venue was a major help. We received so many compliments from our guest on how beautiful and comfortable everything was. Colleen was a phenomenal coordinator and our entire day was stress-free thanks to her. My husband and I did not have to worry about any details throughout the day, and it seemed as though the Mill Top staff were always 5 steps ahead with coordinating every detail. All of the Mill Top staff were very professional and had excellent communication with us from the start of the booking/planning process through to when and where we needed to be on our wedding day. Also important to note, my husband and I live in Texas and were planning our wedding day from across the country. We hosted our cocktail hour (in the Gallery) and reception (in the Loft) with the Mill Top and had our ceremony in a church nearby, but we utilized the excellent Bridal Suites and Man Caves at the Mill Top to get ready in the morning. It was so nice to be able to have such large suites available for all of the bridal party to get ready in, and also have space for close family to come by and visit with us for breakfast (we had food brought in). Following our wedding day, my husband and I received countless comments from our guests on the uniqueness and beauty of the Mill Top venue. Most said that it was by far one of the most elegant and enjoyable weddings they had ever attended. The venue itself did most of the work for us. If you are looking for a romantic, unique, and character-filled venue that is one-of-a-kind, look no further than the Mill Top Banquet and Conference Center.

When deciding on a venue for our wedding we looked online. My fiance, now husband, and I live out of state but knew we were getting married in Indiana since most of our family lived there. I found the Mill Top and started reading previous coupleâs reviews. We decided on a trip back to book an appointment to check it out. Our first point of contact was Chamron. She was so nice and helpful. She gave us the grand tour when we arrived and sat down with us to give a full run down of what we could expect from the venue. We left and visited a couple more venues but we knew we really wanted to have our wedding at the Mill Top. A couple weeks later, after we discussed it, we called and booked it. Colleen was our coordinator and we couldn't have been more blessed then to get her. Colleen is AMAZING! She was in contact with us from the beginning and never hesitated to answer any question or help us with a vendor. Thank you too Justin, bar manager, for an awesome selection to choose from and taking care of us day of as well. Justin kept us in \"good spirits\" throughout our entire event. Our wedding day was magical. It may have rained outside the entire day but inside the Mill Top the lights lit up the Great Room and the bride and groom were just as mesmerized by all that attended. If you are looking for a place that will help take care of all your needs and, so that your guests only have to go to one venue all day, this is the place to be. When deciding on a venue for our wedding we looked online. My fiance, now husband, and I live out of state but knew we were getting married in Indiana since most of our family lived there. I found the Mill Top and started reading previous coupleâs reviews. We decided on a trip back to book an appointment to check it out. Our first point of contact was Chamron. She was so nice and helpful. She gave us the grand tour when we arrived and sat down with us to give a full run down of what we could expect from the venue. We left and visited a couple more venues but we knew we really wanted to have our wedding at the Mill Top. A couple weeks later, after we discussed it, we called and booked it. Colleen was our coordinator and we couldn't have been more blessed then to get her. Colleen is AMAZING! She was in contact with us from the beginning and never hesitated to answer any question or help us with a vendor. Thank you too Justin, bar manager, for an awesome selection to choose from and taking care of us day of as well. Justin kept us in \"good spirits\" throughout our entire event. Our wedding day was magical. It may have rained outside the entire day but inside the Mill Top the lights lit up the Great Room and the bride and groom were just as mesmerized by all that attended. If you are looking for a place that will help take care of all your needs and, so that your guests only have to go to one venue all day, this is the place to be. Amazing venue with great staff! Haley was our coordinator and she went above and beyond to have our room setup just how we envisioned. She kept the event on track and was always around throughout the day when we needed something. She worked with coordinating our vendor arrivals and setup so we were hands off all day. Would highly recommend!

MillTop went above and beyond to give us the most perfect day!! They are so organized, thorough and compassionate! It was so convenient to have a storage unit we could use, a salon in the building and a coordinator to make sure everything ran smoothly! I can not ramt and rave about them enough! Cassidy was so sweet and on top of everything. We would and will recommend them to everyone we know for any event!!

MillTop went above and beyond to give us the most perfect day!! They are so organized, thorough and compassionate! Mill Top was the perfect venue for our wedding. We used the Great Room for our ceremony and reception, the gallery for our cocktail hour, the rooftop bridal suite, and the man cave. We wouldnât change a thing! We knew from the first time we toured the building, that Mill Top was truly something special and that we wanted to get married there. Our guests were just as impressed as we were. Not only is Mill Top beautiful and unique, the staff worked tirelessly to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. From the beginning planning stages until the big day, our coordinator, Colleen, was amazing!!! She made sure every detail was exactly right.

Colleen was great to work with! She even came in on our her day off to meet with my fiance and I. We did our ceremony and reception in the Great Room. It was such a relief to have someone to coordinate the vendors, timeline and take care of setup/tear down.

We loved the venue, and everything looked beautiful on the day-of! Itâs just a great venue and I canât say that enough. The wedding planning process was able to stay fun. Our original coordinator, Holly, was amazing. I am a rather laid back bride, but still care about the quality of my wedding. Holly was detail oriented, and her demeanor made me feel sure that things would get done the way they were meant to. Sadly, Holly did not continue her work at The Milltop, and she was replaced by another coordinator. Our second coordinator was good as well, but completely different than our first. Haley was laid back, with a calm assurance that all would go as it was supposed to, and it did. At times, I felt myself getting stressed, since I am not typically a details person. Haley calmly assured that all was well on many occasions. I give 4 stars because the switch of coordinators was tough...we really liked Holly!! Also, this venue has hidden expenses that they donât tell you about up front. This added some financial stress to my husband and I since we paid for the event ourselves. They do not tell you up front how much the linens will cost. Also, the twinkle lights already set up in the room you toured? It costs extra to keep the lights up the way you see them; it doesnât just come with the room you choose. Plan to pay 3k-5k more than you expect for this venue! Overall, still very satisfied with our experience. Having the bridal suite and man cave was another high point of this venue. There are truly so many options here to make your day great! It was hard to not choose them all. We really felt like The Milltop allowed for us to add or eliminate whatever we wanted in order to fit our budget, just watch out for those hidden linen and lighting prices!!

The Mill Top was everything we wanted and more! The venue is gorgeous and they are consistently renovating to improve an already amazing atmosphere. The staff is top notch! Everything you needed was taken care of and they were very understanding of a budget, never pushing us to add more. Beth, our wedding planner, was there every step of the way and made me feel confident everything would run smoothly. My most used phrase the day of was \"ask Beth\". She took care of EVERYTHING even running to CVS in the morning to get diapers for the ring bearer. If I had to do the whole process over again, I would choose Mill Top every time. Thank you!

Talk about my dream wedding. Never in my life have I had anything that I planned go so perfectly and smoothly. Colleen, my wedding coordinator, was by my side the entire time just a text away if I needed her. We are from out of state and due to a medical situation in the family, managed to plan this wedding in 12 weeks. I had one situation the day of my wedding where I had forgotten to book a shuttle for my guests who were all expecting one, and Colleen had one booked for me two hours before we needed our shuttle to start. I could not have picked a better place.

I have to say that as a bride, I was freaking out when I found out our coordinator was moving after working with her for months. We were, then, assigned to Colleen and she was AMAZING. She made the transition so easy and flawless. I appreciated her quick responses when I or my mother had tons of questions. The day of the wedding everything ran like a well-oiled machine. If there were any issues I wasn't aware of them. Colleen and the other staff made it all run perfectly and we couldn't have ask for a more beautiful and fun wedding.

Best venue I have ever seen. I had my wedding at Mill Top last weekend and it was nothing but PERFECT! The historic building gives the venue a rustic charm with the original hardwood floors and brick walls. There are several different rooms to chose from based on your size of wedding so everything is very customizable. When we arrived at the venue to tour, I was greeted by the owner, Rocky. He is absolutely amazing. He listens to what your vision is and then makes it come true. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. You are assigned a wedding planner when you book here. I got Colleen and she was super helpful through the whole process, she answered questions very promptly, and took care of it all. On my big day, I got to relax in the bridal suite and not worry about anything. Justin, the bar manager helped me customize signature drinks and was very attentive to us on our wedding day. Overall, the wedding venue itself is absolutely beautiful. But the staff really made the whole experience wonderful and stress free. It was everything I wanted and more. I HIGHLY recommend considering this venue to anyone looking to get married.
