The Miller Room is a beautiful venue overlooking Lake Michigan with incredible spaces for photos, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. More importantly the staff did everything they could to make it an exceptionally special day for us. Charmaine, Michele, and Deanna all went above and beyond responding to questions every week, working with us on tiny details to accommodate our wishes, and showing us they cared about our day with us. Day of, the event staff was incredible in making sure we had the perfect day. I don't think I've ever been at a wedding before where guests would compliment the servers and bartenders to the couple but it happened with ours. We loved our wedding and are very grateful. Our only negative would be that some of the paperwork could be confusing at times, but the staff was great at helping clear up our questions. Would highly recommend!

We worked with Charmaine and Deanna for the majority of our wedding planning and enough good things cannot be said about the both of them. Charmaine was exceptional to work with from picking out our venue to all of the final details that mattered to us. She was always quick to respond to questions and explain our options.Deanna was also quick to respond to any communication which was much appreciated as the wedding day was approaching. She took all of the stress off of us when we had last minute changes and was accommodating to all of our asks. We cannot say thank you enough to the wonderful staff at Zilli who made our wedding day the best day ever. The food was exceptional and the staff was kind and professional. If you are looking for the experts in planning your perfect event, look no further!

ZHG was the best gift we could have gotten when planning our wedding. To start we would like to give a huge thank you to Deanna and Charmaine for always being available and welcoming for any questions that we both had throughout the process. From the very beginning Charmaine made us feel welcomed and excited about the wedding. We had our Wedding at The Miller Room downtown Milwaukee, and we cannot say enough great things about the venue. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful and set up perfectly with the most gorgeous backdrop of Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee Art Museum.When we first were getting in groove of planning ZHG had me and my husband fill out a questionnaire. This turned out to be one of the most important and helpful items we received during the entire planning process. This questionnaire made us feel like we were in control of how everything was going to go for the wedding with the guidance and knowledge of a non-biased party. This is something we both think sets ZHG apart from their competitors and would highly recommend using them in future for any of your events! If I could give the Zilli Hospitality Group staff at The Miller Room ten stars I would! Our experience with the Zilli Hospitality Group staff was phenomenal from start to finish. Deanna was organized, professional, and very responsive to (and patient with!) our many questions, changes and revisions. Most importantly, she was always warm and friendly, as were all of the event staff. Stephanie Zilli, our event manager, and Kandy, his assistant, went above and beyond the day of the celebration to make sure everything went smoothly. From the beginning stages of planning our wedding, to the day we sat down at our reception and took the first bites of our wedding food, Zilli's made our entire experience flawless, easy, fluid, and personal.For my wife & I, food is special to us. The art of plating visually appealing ingredients, the bright colors of a well plated dish, the emotion that food brings out in each us and creates a social environment that we as individuals connect around. Food is love. And food is what brings us together.So when we were trying caters, this was the standards that our cater needed to meet. The first day we came in for a tasting, it was winter and we showed up to a very intimate & cozy dining room with only one table for us and our maid-of-honor/best man, with a rolling fireplace to keep us warm, in a dim lit room, while it snowed outside. It was a perfect, move-like, experience. Zilli's gave us incredible wines to try, and presented us with some of the most beautifully plated options we've seen out of ANY cater or restaurant a-like. After we committed to Zilli's, the following months leading up to our wedding, Jessica and Krystal were ON TOP of their game. Checking up with us regularly, responding to our emails and concerns timely, updating our customer account portal to ensure accuracy, and staying organized to make sure our day went off without a hitch.The night came, and one of the employees, Virginia, was the highlight of our \"day-of\" experience with Zilli's. Virginia spent her entire afternoon & evening making sure my mother and mother-in-law were taken care of so they never had to stand in a long line waiting for a drink or take time away from visiting their loved ones to refill their glass, and she made sure my wife & I were happy and had everything we needed even if it wasn't related to the Zilli's catering services. I had never had an experience where someone paid this much attention to our concerns, feelings, and making sure that we had a good night.I never had to ask anyone for anything, because as soon as I realized that I needed something throughout the night (no matter where I was), Virginia had already anticipated that I would need it and was standing there next to me with whatever I needed, waiting for me. She was like a ninja. Always everywhere.This was an incredible experience that made our wedding night even more special.Our guests are still raving weeks later about how amazing our food was and how a lot of them hadn't had food this incredible in their lives, even at restaurants. Candy and Beth provided exceptional support as we planned our reception and went above and beyond to help us adjust to unanticipated challenges. Rhonda, Virginia and the Miller Room staff were outstanding. The service at our reception was noticed not only by the bride/groom/wedding party but also several guests who came up to us and remarked of their thoughtfulness throughout the night. If you are looking for a wedding venue that captures the beauty of Lake Michigan, the sophistication of the city, the space to have all of your loved ones dancing together in the same room, and a staff of amazing coordinators to work with, look no further - The Miller Room is exactly what you want. We are so grateful to The Miller Room and Zilli Hospitality Group for their expertise and partnership while planning our wedding as we hoped to find a space that fit all of our criteria, especially our \"one-stop-shop\" priority as we were planning from out of town (majority of things included, catering service on site, bar service included, etc.). We were so lucky to be working with the Zilli and Miller Room staff and coordinators, especially after being impacted by the pandemic and needing to reschedule our wedding three times. The Miller Room team is responsive, compassionate, can recommend some great vendors in the area to work with, and can help work with a variety of budgets. Everything from the ceremony on the South Lawn (overlooking the lake and art museum) to the cocktail hour (outside and covered) to the reception (beautifully new redesigned room) was easy to plan with our coordinators and executed to perfection and we couldn't have asked for a better space to hold our wedding.

Roxann and Deanna were amazing. This venue was a last minute switch to due to Covid issues with our original Venue. They helped make this location even more beautiful then we could imagine. Great waitstaff and our wedding was truly magical.

We were more than happy with how everything turned out from the food to the set up. All of our guests loved the food and enjoyed the venue! Thank you for your patience from day one, for meeting with us, and for being on site the day of. We started planning during COVID and you kept us updated as changes were made. Everything was so detailed you made it seem too easy, and I loved that. Also, I forgot the table numbers but you acted quickly and made some on the spot. The entire staff on site on our wedding day was great and so kind! Cheyenne thank you for being so attentive and professional. Yvette thank you for recommending the Miller Room and for your time on planning it all out with us. I would definitely recommend Zilli Hospitality Group.Once again thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Unfortunately due to COVID we had to switch our original venue which was stressful at first. We were lucky to have booked with Zilli as they arranged a back up venue (Miller Room) for us!Itâs very elegant and updated and has perfect view of Lake Michigan. We didnât have the opportunity to see it in person until rehearsal because the venue switch was close to our date but we are so happy Zilli secured this beautiful spot for us. Our wedding ended up being perfect and we ended up very happy with having it at the Miller Room. Much thanks to Roxann and Deanna for helping us through this stressful time and securing such a lovely place for this important milestone in our lives!

Unfortunately due to COVID we had to switch our original venue which was stressful at first. We were lucky to have booked with Zilli as they arranged a back up venue (Miller Room) for us!Itâs very elegant and updated and has perfect view of Lake Michigan. The location of the Miller Room has breathtaking views and is in the middle of downtown. We also did our rehearsal dinner at the Cost Room (right next door). My husband and I got married on 10/03/2020. Although it was a drizzly day, Miller staff were super accommodating and moved guest seating under the awning and had our ceremony there. With COVID-19, they were even more accommodating to make sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. Staff were super nice! We were offered drinks on the house, and our parents were also asked too. We were given a platter of hors dâoeuvres at dinner because the staff wanted to make sure we had some while we had been talking to everyone at cocktail hour. Staff also did not complain when we drank out the house đ two grocery store runs for us! Aaaaand had to go over to the other wedding to get some more. They didnât stop us from having a fun night! We donât have anything bad to say about this venue. It was so perfect. Thanks Roxanne and Deanna!!!

My husband and I got married on 10/03/2020. Although it was a drizzly day, Miller staff were super accommodating and moved guest seating under the awning and had our ceremony there. With COVID-19, they were even more accommodating to make sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. Staff were super nice! We were offered drinks on the house, and our parents were also asked too. We were given a platter of hors dâoeuvres at dinner because the staff wanted to make sure we had some while we had been talking to everyone at cocktail hour. Staff also did not complain when we drank out the house đ two grocery store runs for us! Aaaaand had to go over to the other wedding to get some more. They didnât stop us from having a fun night! Our event managers Rhonda and McKenna made sure that my husband and I were taken care of including saving us appetizers from our cocktail hour and getting us drinks so we could sit and enjoy dinner! The views of the lake and art museum at our ceremony were breathtaking. At the cocktail hour and reception, our guests raved about the appetizers and food - we highly recommend the flaming doughnut bar for dessert! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect because of Deanna and her team at the Miller room! From the early stages of planning, Deanna and her team were always there to answer any questions or concerns we may had, and ensured us that everything would be perfect for our day. Sure enough, our wedding day was perfect. From the random emails I asked, to re-asking the same questions over again since I couldn't keep everything straight, Deanna and her team were on top of everything and made the my wedding planning process 100% easier! Along with the exceptional service from Deanna and her team, the Miller room itself is absolutely beautiful! We had cocktail hour outside with bag toss and large Jenga, and our guests absolutely LOVED being outside, playing games, relaxing on the loungewear, and being able to enjoy the beautiful Milwaukee lake and sunset. I would recommend Deanna specifically to any bride out there- she was a DREAM to work with and I will be contacting her again in the future if I am hosting another event. I would also highly recommend the Miller room for multiple reasons; 1. the venue is the perfect spot for outdoor/indoor reception fun 2. you are right on the lake which guests love and you will love for photos 3. the staff coordinating the night were extremely professional and kept checking in to make sure everything was how we wanted it 4. the food is SPECTACULAR! 5. Roxann was a godsent on the day of as she made sure the ceremony went off without a hitch. One moment that secured my gratitude towards the Zilli staff was when the event manager for the day saw one of my flower girls upset after loosing a silk flower from the sash of her dress. The manager went out of her way to find a rose and pinned it to her sash as a replacement, saving the day for my flower girl - she was so happy! From our first tour of the Domes to our wedding day in O'Donnell park and the Miller room, we felt important and cared for. The vision we had for our day was perfectly executed. Before our wedding - All of my emails and phone calls were returned within 48 hours and Roxann or her team were always willing to answer any and every one of my questions - no matter how silly they seemed. There are so many options for decor, timeline, etc all the little details that made our day so special and Roxann took her time to explain all of them and help us make the day perfectly ours. Day of -- Roxann was there to make sure all our other vendors were set up properly and such. She was in contact with me and my husband the whole morning and made sure things stayed on schedule. When it came to dinner - we had one server who kept checking in on just my husband and I which we both thought was the perfect touch. The staff also made sure we had a plate of our cocktail hour snacks as we didnt get a chance to try them during cocktail hour because of photos. The food was amazing - shoutout to the chefs! - people still talk about it months later. Everything about our day was perfect and Zilli's was such a huge part of that! If we could give this venue 10 stars, we would! Zilli hospitality group was great to work with and made everything on our big day run extremely smoothly. We had a wonderful wedding day that we wish we could re-live over and over again, and we owe a big part of that to Zilli/The Miller Room. We couldn't be happier with the Miller Room as our reception venue. The outdoor cocktail hour on the patio overlooking the park and lake was amazing and just what we wanted for outdoor space. We also received so many compliments from our guests on the venue space along with the great food and wonderfully pleasant event staff.

If we could give this venue 10 stars, we would! Zilli hospitality group was great to work with and made everything on our big day run extremely smoothly. We had a wonderful wedding day that we wish we could re-live over and over again, and we owe a big part of that to Zilli/The Miller Room. We couldn't be happier with the Miller Room as our reception venue. The outdoor cocktail hour on the patio overlooking the park and lake was amazing and just what we wanted for outdoor space. We also received so many compliments from our guests on the venue space along with the great food and wonderfully pleasant event staff.

The Miller Room location is amazing. We didn't need many decorations because the lake backdrop is just gorgeous. We could not have been happier with Miller Room in Milwaukee. We've heard from multiple guests that ours was the best wedding they had ever been to, and we know that ZHG played a big part in that!\r\rAs for choosing the Miller Room specifically, we loved that it has two entire walls of floor to ceiling glass windows which provide gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding museums, e.g., the Milwaukee Art Museum and Discovery World. Rental of the venue also included access to its partially covered, outdoor patio that faces Lake Michigan. We ended up hosting our cocktail hour on the patio, which our guests LOVED! My husband and I got married June 13th. We had our ceremony outside in the South Garden, followed by our reception in the Miller Room. And IT WAS PERFECT!!! We had looked at several different venues by the time we saw the Miller Room, but once we met Candy and she showed us the venue we knew that was exactly what we wanted for our wedding! Not only was the Miller Room very elegant, beautiful, and exactly what we were invisioning, but Candy was so approachable and made us feel very comfortable and welcome from the very first time we met. And we were very pleased that throughout our 18 month planning process that helpfulness never changed. Anytime I had a question, concern, or just needed a professional opinion on something Candy and her assistant Roxann were only a phone call away. \r\rOur wedding was 2 weeks ago and we still recieve compliments almost daily about how great the food was, the courteous staff, how beautiful our ceremony and reception were, etc. It honestly was perfect and I would not have changed a single thing!!! I would definitely recommend this venue, or any other venue of Zilli Hospitality Group! \r\rCandy, thank you for the countless phone calls, emails, and everything you helped us with. The Miller Room was in a wonderful location, and set such a great atmosphere. It was so perfect to have cocktails outside on the patio overlooking the lake and the art museum! My favorite part about the venue was how much natural light came in through the two walls of windows. You didn't feel trapped, but because the room isn't too big, you also didn't feel overwhelmed, either. \rCandy was also fantastic in helping us coordinate everything while living in separate states! They are great about setting up payment plans so that you aren't worried about the bill come your wedding day. And even though they are incredibly professional, they are willing to help you personalize your day, too. We asked for a root beer float bar as our late night snack, and got it without any hesitation on their end. One of the best things about this venue, I think, is that they also handle all of the catering and beverages. It saves you a lot of time, and helps cuts down on vendors to keep track of. \rThe person you start working with is the person who stays on your event until day of, but they aren't the only ones who are familiar with your day. Day of, they take the reigns and coordinate all of your vendors as you request free of charge. It helps, of course, that they have worked with so many vendors over the years that they are familiar with most of them! The staff were on top of dinner and drinks all night, and we felt very well taken care of. \rBeautiful space, reasonable prices, and friendly faces. I fully recommend the Miller Room.

We had our daughter's reception at Coast. Everything was perfect! Working with Candy and her staff was a stress free enjoyable expierence from the very beginning. Our questions and emails were answered immediately. When the day finally came everything at Coast was beautiful. Paul was our \"go to\" person for the evening and couldn't have been nicer to work with. The entire staff was awesome, so helpful,courteous, and a smile on everyone's face. The food was incredible!! Best wedding food ever! We had passed hors d' oerves that were done so elegantly. SO many people came up to my husband and me and said Coast was one of the nicest venues they had been to. The Harbor Lights Room is the perfect location downtown, especially if you have a larger wedding. It's easy to get to, plenty of parking across the street and gorgeous views of the art museum and lake front. There is an outdoor garden area that is awesome! Another plus for me was that the bar was actually inside of the same room that dinner and dancing are held. How many times have you been to a wedding where one groups is seperated out by the bar somewhere and a handful of people are left dancing? I really wanted to avoid that and the set up here is perfect for keeping the guests all together. We got so many compliments on the food and the bar service, the wait staff was awesome. This venue is also very affordable, especially given the desirable downtown location.

The Harbor Lights Room is the perfect location downtown, especially if you have a larger wedding. We first decided on the Harbor Lights Room because they had a date in Sept open. After meeting with the staff we realized we made the right decision. Candy was so friendly and helpful with the whole process. Any questions we had (Big or Small) were always addressed promptly. The Whole Zilli family were so accommodating to anything we asked for. We are still getting compliments on the food and service at our reception. The staff was so attentive to Jason and I through out the whole night. Always making sure we were doing ok and if we needed anything or if our guests needed anything. I can't say enough about the whole staff. They truly made us feel like we were the most important people that day. Even the DJ (also ran by the Zilli group) was amazing. The website they send you makes it so easy to plan every single detail. And Joe our DJ was also very friendly, accommodating and did a great job. The dance floor was never empty. So I would highly recommend a wedding with the Zilli's!
