We got married this past July and it was beyond perfect. The property itself is gorgeous and the Sweetgrass Pavilion is stunning. Saad and Dana took care of every detail to make sure that our day was perfect. Ed and John were phenomenal bartenders and kept the party going! Kaya was an absolute professional and took great care of us throughout the day as our bridal attendant. Staying on property was so convenient for our guests and for us throughout the day. I cannot say enough about the day; it was truly the happiest day of my life thanks to the Minerals team. Reviewed on 22-11-2023

My husband and I got married at Sweet Grass Pavillion on 10/08/23 and it was a dream come true. Rebecca was very helpful booking our wedding. Dana was very helpful the week leading up to our wedding and the day of! She even gives you her cell number which was super helpful! She decorated the pavilion beautifully and made it so us! Kaya the bridal attendant is literally the best. We were lucky enough it did not rain on our big day but it was chilly. She got blankets for all the elderly people at our wedding. She set our room up and it was so sweet and cute!! I cannot say enough amazing things about her! We both didnt really eat much as the day just flew by but everyone said the food was some of the best wedding food they have ever had! Minerals hotel was amazing, all the staff were very nice and our guests did not have one complaint! We truly had the best day ever! Reviewed on 14-11-2023

When looking for a venue, we knew we wanted to be able to have the ceremony and hotel in one place. We looked at probably 15 venues throughout NY / NJ and Minerals and the Sweetgrass Pavillion were far and away the best - particularly when considering the price point! The Pavilion is such a unique space. The grounds were beautiful, we got married in late october and the foliage was at its peak for our wedding, we had guests who didn't know New Jersey could look so much like New Hampshire. We were blessed with amazing weather, but we had no weather worries on the big day, because we were the only wedding at the venue so could have easily made the call to move everything indoors to the Diamond Ballroom if we needed to. Dana, Rebecca, and Kaya were absolutely amazing to work with, they are true professionals that made the day run so smoothly, for us as well as our vendors. They brought a great fun energy to the day, and took such good care of us, along with all our friends and family. And that extends to all the staff at Minerals - Chef Andy, Joe at Kites, the bartenders who worked our wedding all went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. The food was delicious and beautifully displayed - from the cocktail hour, to the reception food, to the everyday food at kites. After the wedding we stayed a few extra days with family at the resort and it was so nice to have that time all together, enjoying the pool and all the amenities, there's so much to do here, both indoors and outdoors. We can't recommend Minerals and the Sweetgrass Pavilion enough! We came in confident that the day would be amazing and the team here beyond exceeded our expectations. We could not have asked for a better day and the Minerals was a huge reason why. Can't wait to go back for a long weekend for our anniversary :) Reviewed on 11-11-2023

By far the best choice in choosing the Minerals hotel for my wedding (diamond ballroom). The ceremony to reception was absolutely perfect and beautiful. They treated me and my husband like absolute royalty but also my entire family. Dana, Rebecca and Ky were incredible to work with and I have nothing but excellent things to say about them/the venue. Our wedding was absolutely stunning! We had our wedding at the Sweetgrass Pavilion at the Minerals Hotel and it was so beautiful. The foliage was at its peak and the weather was gorgeous. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day and evening. The pavilion is gorgeous especially during sunset. It’s very picturesque with the Mountain View and everyone was raving about how beautiful & breathtaking the venue looked. This venue and Crystal Springs resort in general, is such a wonderful place to get married. It feels like a destination wedding without all the hassle and gives your guests the opportunity to make a vacation out of your wedding. There is so much to do at the resort, both Minerals Hotel & Grand Cascades Lodge. Our guests truly enjoyed themselves!!! So did my hubby and I! Also, it’s all inclusive & the prices were very affordable! The staff at the minerals hotel were so friendly, and professional. Dana was our coordinator and Kaya was our bridal assistant. They were PHENOMENAL! They went above and beyond to make our day so special and exceeded our expectations. We were planning our wedding for 2 years and communication with Dana and the entire team at the Minerals Hotel was so effortless and wonderful. They answered every question that we had and even made time to meet us in person at the venue and/or virtually via Google meet or FaceTime. Dana is a rockstar of a coordinator and every bride will be in good hands with Dana. Kaya was such a sweetheart and took care of me all day and evening. She went above and beyond and I truly appreciated everything she did for me from making sure I looked great in pictures, fixing my veil as i walked down the aisle, keeping my glass full, and more!!! She truly did any & everything to make sure I’m happy and taken care of. Dana & Kaya took the time to make sure that my husband and I were taken care of, as well as, our bridal party & immediate family. Everyone was so pleased with how they were cared for. Now the food….it was AMAZING!!! My guests kept raving about the food, especially the prime rib & the mushroom truffle ravioli. Cocktail hour was a hit as well! For an all inclusive venue, we had SO MUCH food during cocktail hour and the reception (we chose buffet which was to die for)! Everything was delicious. The bartenders kept everyone happy all night and the drinks were on point. The maître d’ was awesome as well! He was so friendly, and made sure that everything went according to plan, and it did! We had our after party at the kites restaurant in the Minerals Hotel and that was such a fun time! The after party was not an additional cost which was a plus! Also, The hotel provides a shuttle for guests that are staying at the Grant Cascades Lodge, which was super helpful. Overall, I couldn’t have picked a better venue! Future brides, this is the one! My husband and I wish that we can relive our wedding again. It was perfect and it was everything that we could ask for and more all thanks to the staff at the Minerals Hotel for making sure that our day was perfect in every way, shape and form! We are forever grateful!! THANK YOU!!!!! Reviewed on 05-11-2023

We got married at the Sweetgrass pavilion at Minerals Hotel. We only toured two venues and knew that this was the one for us. We wanted an outdoor event at a resort where it was an “all in one” vibe. The beautiful wooden pavilion was a romantic unique reception space. Our coordinator Dana through the venue and the bridal attendant Kaya were exceptional in helping make our day as perfect as possible for us - despite weather affecting parts of our day. We had to last minute move our ceremony indoors due to a storm and they both worked so well in what could’ve been pure chaos. Our day ended up so great thanks to the help of the staff. The communication of the wedding team was always excellent. The food and drinks were also so great and our guests all raved about it. The hotel accommodations went smoothly and the views are awesome. Dana even went above and beyond and utilized some of the sites decor as well as my own that I brought in order to bring all of my visions to life with the rest of my vendors. They were also a fairly priced venue. We highly recommend Crystal Springs (especially Sweetgrass Pavilion at Minerals) for your event. It was a romantic, rustic yet elegant dream come true. Our wedding at the Minerals Hotel in July 2023 was amazing! The reception at the Sweetgrass Pavilion was magical. Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they've ever attended. The Sweetgrass Pavilion for the reception was enchanting. The stunning backdrop of the mountains, the gorgeous gardens, the wooden bar, and the warm lighting made it a fairytale-like atmosphere. Despite it being a hot summer evening, the night felt relaxed and vacation-like, and the fans inside the pavilion kept our guests comfortably cool. We were initially concerned about space for our 170 guests at 16 tables, but it was perfectly comfortable.Due to the summer heat and full sun in the garden at 5:30 pm in July, we had to move the ceremony and cocktail hour inside. While we were sad to not have the ceremony in the beautiful garden, our guests were grateful for not having to sit in the hot sun, and it was still lovely and beautiful inside. The staff at Minerals Hotel were outstanding, and we owe a huge thank you to the exceptional planners and attendants, Rebecca, Dana, and Kaya. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, taking care of every detail flawlessly, and going above and beyond to make our day special. Their efforts made the entire planning process and the event itself stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without any worries. The food was simply delicious, and our guests raved about the menu, especially the mac & cheese bar. Everything came out on time and was presented beautifully. If you're searching for a wedding venue that will surpass your expectations and create an unforgettable experience, the Sweetgrass Pavilion at Minerals Hotel, Crystal Springs Resort, in Vernon, NJ is the perfect choice. Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect, thanks to this amazing venue and its fantastic team! Reviewed on 23-07-2023
