We live near The Mirage and was debating between here and one other place. After we visited with both we knew The Mirage was the place for our wedding. We did not use The Knot to book our venue. First, Jacob is incredible! We did our tasting and brought our daughter (2) and my nephew (5) along with our parents and he was very patient with the kids! Which made it even more of an enjoyable experience. Second. The wedding! Was! Incredible! Everything was perfect. Jacob made sure everything was set up for me when I needed it to be and easy for me to access. The ceremony was beautifully set up and the team was quick with serving food, drinks, and making sure everything was perfect. We opted out of our own decorations and let the Mirage place what they had on tables and it went with the theme perfect and looked so good. We had 32 kids at the wedding and they all loved their food and everyone was super respectful of kids playing and dancing. The food was phenomenal!! Everyone is still talking about it. Jacob helped to make our big day perfect! He was hands on and accessible (anytime of day) from day one. He is very personable and made us feel like we were his only clients. Like most brides I was a mess leading up to my wedding day, but Jacob did everything to calm my nerves and assure me that he had everything under control; and he did! The venue space is beautiful. We had the opportunity to have our ceremony in a separate room which made the transition over to the reception hall a breeze. Cocktail hour was great and open bar even better! The food was great! We had a tasting and the food taste and quality was the same the day of the wedding. Our guests were happy with the food from beginning to end. The staff was quick and efficient and very accommodating to our guests and did their job with a smile. We were given a suite for the night of the wedding and it also made things easy that rooms were blocked off for guests who wish to reserve. The Mirage banquet hall is beautiful and priced competitively compared to other banquet halls. They are absolutely amazing. The event coordinator worked closely with us and answered all questions. They set everything up and accommodated our needs, be it dietary restrictions for guests or a memorial table. Walking in the room and seeing it the first time all set up was absolutely breathtaking. The staff did amazing and even ensured they got the right plates for dietary restrictions to people. The even packed everything up for us at the end of the night including the top of the cake and the extra plates for no shows. The prices were super affordable and the cake was even included. The food is amazing, everything that comes included in the package helps make the wedding planning process a bit easier and more concise. BUT the lack of communication and organization is NOT worth it. They changed coordinators and no one contacted us for a good 2 months after we signed the contract to start the planning process (and we attempted to call but it took a couple of tries). We signed our contract at a really great price which was good, but the coordinator kept reminding us throughout the whole process that they were losing money on our event because we got a “good deal” before covid on our contract . He was flexible and made changes to our contract to help us and to make up for some of the issues we had previously but none of those changes were communicated to the staff the night of our event and we wasted almost an hour going back and forth between the manager of the hall and the coordinator to fix something that shouldnt have been an issue in the first place. They closed the bar early and no one notified us, there was no last call. I really wanted to love this place but it’s not worth the stress and the headaches. I know the pandemic made it difficult for everyone and we were as understanding as we could possibly be but it’s disappointing when you have a plan with the coordinator for one thing and it doesn’t get communicated with the rest of the staff that was actually going to be there the night of. My husband and I began planning our wedding in July of 2019 and chose Mirage as our venue for our August 2020 wedding.... As many 2020 brides have experienced we had to move our wedding to 2021. Mirage and Jacob were more than understanding and beyond helpful in this process. Jacob told us \"do not worry, we will make it happen and it will be great\" and he delivered! Mirage and Jacob were wonderful in terms of moving our wedding date while other vendors refused to move dates or refund money. Jacob was extremely helpful and provided great insight and suggestions in terms of decor, food and alcohol selection. The venue looked like a dream and the food was fantastic. Hiring Asya was by far the best investment we made for our wedding. Asya is phenomenal! She is incredibly organized, flexible, creative, and an extremely hard working and wonderful person. Food was amazing, venue was beautiful (newly remodeled) It looked like a dream, had so many complements on our room. We had family from out of town that was able to stay at the hotel with a comped rate. A lot of our guests stayed at the hotel the night of the wedding so we were able to hang out after and we all had breakfast in the restaurant the next morning . The wedding coordinators did an amazing job and I didn't have to do or worry about anything except tell them what I liked. The entire building was recently remodeled and our photographers were able to get so many great pics throughout the building. We researched over 100 venues, visited about 27 in person and Mirage at Four Points was our last stop. Thank God! It was within our budget and we couldn't believe it. But forget about budget, how about service? We absolutely fell in love with Ula the first time we sat down with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made us feel confident that all was going to go well. That team is easy to work with and the best part? I didn't need a wedding coordinator. As long as you know what you want and have it ready and laid out, Mirage takes care of the rest. Ula even gave me advice as to what would or wouldn't look good. She's professional, wise and I would recommend her over and over again. Everyone kept telling us how much they loved their food (and there was a lot of it). The package also included open bar and the cake so we didn't have to worry about anything. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.Thank you so much Mirage for making our day absolutely perfect! Above and beyond our expectations! Amazing food, amazing space, and with Ula as our coordinator everything went smoothly. I'll admit I was a bit of a bridezilla, this did not deter Ula's enthusiasm and patience in wanting to make our wedding everything that I had dreamed of. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly, the food (family style) was delicious and piping hot and I know no one left hungry. We had looked at quite a few local banquet halls but at the end of the day it was the friendliness, warmth and attention to detail that we felt from Ula and all the staff that made our decision easy. The hall was so beyond beautiful I couldn't have asked for anything better. I was in awe when I walked in and saw it. Not only that the guests were just as amazed as I was. So many of them came up to us and mentioned how beautiful the venue was! No including the amount of good about the food we heard from everyone! It was just so perfectly delicious! Everything was set up the way that I hoped it would be! The only thing that happened was our cake topper fell off our cake and the heads both fell off! Violeta was so apologetic about it and took it into her own hands and got it glued back together for the cake cutting. We had decided to look for a venue within a hotel, since we would have many friends and family coming from out of town and wanted the convenience of the going upstairs to crash for the night. We had attended my friends wedding here a few years back and everything went so well and she raved about the service she got, we decided to meet with Violeta and booked right away. We had really shopped around, visited about 15 different venues, and no one would have been as flexible, accommodating, and helpful as Violeta. She was always available to talk, quick to respond with phone calls, emails, meetings, etc. If she was off for the day, Ula was up to date with everything and available to help as well. The value was incomparable, the service was top notch, and our experience was perfect. We had used Mirage for our rehearsal dinner, wedding venue, and Sunday morning post wedding brunch. They also we able to get us the Polish late night snacks as well as Polish beers that we wanted for our night. For each event - they managed the have the room have a completely different feel, as to not feel too monotonous throughout our wedding weekend. Violeta gave us everything we wanted - and if she didn't have what we wanted - she went out of her way to get us it. The day of our wedding, we were floored - Violeta exceeded our expectations - everything was stunning. She stuck around to make sure everything was to our expecations and wanted to keep us happy. She truly enjoys her job and enjoys making her couples smile. The service was great and bartenders were quick. We were so happy with our decision. THANK YOU SO MUCH VIOLA! We worked with Violeta for all the planning and details and she was the best! Very professional, very accommodating, and very efficient especially at responding to emails and phone calls!! From the initial stages of planning, to the tasting, and to the final details, The Mirage absolutely made us feel like a priority. We had outside vendors for flowers, photo booth, Polish sausage hut and the staff worked so well with all of these vendors and the setup was flawless! The cake and sweet table came from Sugar Hills Bakery which was FANTASTIC!!! We kept getting compliments all night on how beautiful the room looked, how good the food was, and how wonderful the sweet table and cake was! Wait staff was polite and did a great job. The bartenders were efficient and made great drinks! We had a lot of people stay in the hotel and we were able to keep opening up more rooms after the initial ones in our package were booked. All in all everyone had a BLAST and we wouldn't change anything about the entire process and would like to thank the mirage for the absolute best wedding we could have ever imagined!! The Mirage in the Four Points by Sheraton went above and beyond my expectations. They were so helpful throughout the planning and wow'd me on our wedding day. Ula and Violet were always available to help me through the process. Even my vendors were impressed with how easy they were to work with. I am a project manager so I have a need to know every detail and they worked with me every step of the way. \r\rI used their decorations and got so many compliments. The room was so gorgeous it took my breath away when I first walked in it. I didn't expect it to be soooo pretty. I used their centerpieces and up lighting. The reception and cake tables were beautiful and they even added candles to add a little more pizzazz to them. \r\rI can't say enough about the Mirage. I looked at over a dozen other locations before booking this venue. I'm so glad I did. \r\rHaving the Mirage staff by my side made the planning so much easier. I gave them my schedule, party favors, placecards, cake topper, etc and they made it happen. I didn't have to deal with the photo booth setup, DJ, chair covers, my entertainment, etc. Ula and Violet were there to ensure everything went smooth. \r\rI highly recommend the Mirage if you are looking for a venue near the airport. Great food, a lot of it too (we did family style), great staff - starting from coordinators - Viola and Ula - through bartenders, to servers. Bilingual, polite and very helpful. Patient too! Everything is taken care of for you, from setup to takedown. The food is FABULOUS, and you cannot beat the prices. The banquet manager is absolutely wonderful, and the rest of the staff follows in her footsteps. I have never dealt with a more wonderful staff. For the largest room on a Friday, you only have to guarantee 150 people, and it holds 400. I had 200, and there was plenty of room! I would go back in a heartbeat! We had 170 people in our wedding and had seat covers, back drop, soup, salad, pasta, 3 entrees, potatoe, veggie, desert, cake, sweet table, pizza at the end,2 full stocked bars, unlimited wine and more for less than 8,000. The only part is that the banquet manager did not call you to follow up on things. instead you had to call them and seek information. however for the price of it, it was worth it. the hall was beautiful and everyone had a blast.
