I would not work with this vendor. We were planning our wedding Feb and March before the pandemic fully hit and we were quarantined. At this point, we had been working with their wedding planner for two months and were one step away from signing a contract with them. We had it in writing that they would honor the quote they gave us when they reopened, as the resort was closing for quarantine. When we checked in a couple months later, the person I was working with was apparently no longer employed, so I had to reach out to her manager, LaToya. LaToya refuses to give us the price as quoted and made it very difficult to have a discussion since she would always ignore my first email, I would then have to email a second time in order for a response. Her emails back didn’t ever answer all of our questions and she refused to give us our quoted price. She also ignored emails I sent her as requested, proving that it was directly stated our quote would be honored when the quarantine was over. She was rude, continued to ignore my emails, and made us feel as though they did not want us to have our wedding with them. I then called to speak with her manager, the General Manager. I left a message for him, and haven’t heard back a month later. Again, do not book your wedding here. If anything goes awry, you will lose your money, your date or your quoted price.
