Thomas & Naomi have worked in the hospitality industry in various locations such as Florida, Colorado, California, and Seattle. Throughout his 25 years as a chef, Thomas has received recognition including the Golden Scepter Award from the Southern California Restaurant Writers Association and has had the opportunity to serve as a guest chef at the James Beard House. He has also been featured as a chef in Visit Seattle's E Cookbook. Along with their family, Thomas and Naomi are committed to growing sustainable, local food and are currently working as both farmers and chefs at Misty Clover Farm
