Monserate Winery is a serene San Diego County vineyard, winery, and wedding venue, nestled between the rolling hills of Fallbrook, CA. Monserate Winery currently features three secluded venues encompassed in natural beauty and tucked away behind grand oak and sycamore trees. Each venue, centered around its own tranquil lake and seemingly endless rows of grape vines, is sure to take your breath away. Our venues offer customizable options for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Whether itâs a walk down the aisle between rows of vines or in front of a one-hundred-year-old sycamore tree, you can choose where you want to say "I do"! Monserate Winery exceeded all our expectations and made our wedding day truly magical. The staff at this venue are nothing short of amazing. They were friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure every detail was perfect. Now about the venue. Why go all the way to Italy to get married when you can get married in Fallbrook?! The Italian-inspired venue was SO beautiful, elegant, and so very romantic. We as a couple, every guest, and every vendor commented on how beautiful it was. My makeup/hair lady who came all the way from LA even commented that the bridal suite was the most beautiful place sheâs ever done makeup at. The bridal suite was the most elegant, beautiful, and lovely place I have ever gotten ready at with great lighting, AC, and they even have a hair washing station!! It was also so spacious which gave us enough room for all of us to be comfortable. Now the waterfall ceremony site. It was the most perfect backdrop and space for our vows, and created a magical atmosphere that our guests still talk about. The pictures are absolutely stunning!! Last but not least, the gorgeous barrel room for the reception provided an intimate setting for our celebration. It was so classy and elegant and we couldnât ask for anything more beautiful. The ambiance, the wine, and the food â everything was top-notch. Monserate Winery gave us the wedding of our dreams, and we couldnât be happier. Definitely recommend getting married there!

I couldnt recommend Monserate more. Carissa and Kiki were absolutely amazing and they made our wedding perfect. They went above and beyond and were so incredibly helpful. The day of the wedding went by seamlessly. THE VENUE IS GORGEOUS TOO.

Had our wedding here on 11/02/23 and it was truly the best day of our lives. The Tuscan Villa venue is stunning, charming and makes photos effortlessly gorgeous. The Venue worked with us every step of the way to make things on our wish list happen and they did so within budget - they even threw in a handful of gifts with no strings attached. They were 100% honest and trustworthy every step of the way. Itâs family owned and you can tell; every staff member is warm and helpful. Our vendors were stunned and almost all of them had said this was their new favorite venue! Monserate is set to skyrocket in popularity so Iâm so thankful we found it when we did and their staff made it all possible for us!! We will forever be grateful. Once you see this place you will be OBSESSED!! Big shout out to Kiki who coordinated the heck out of our day đ

The venue was beautiful and I love how there is multiple options on where you can get married on their property. Annie was very responsive and flexible with all of my requests. During the day of the wedding, I didnât have to worry about one thing at all and felt very confident in their team to handle everything. I canât say enough good things about this venue.

I do not recommend this venue or staff at all whatsoever. My fiancĂ© and I were considering and set on this venue until today. We had a signed contract with a specific date and it was sold with less than 24 hour notice. Initially, when we first showed interest they had a delightful wedding coordinator walking us through the process and setting up our contract. All that was left was to drop off our deposit. After multiple attempts to contact we had found they let go of their wedding coordinator with no communication for almost a month. (Over 19 days) We then were told we needed to make a deposit by another point of contact. After the first stint of unprofessionalism we were hesitant to make a deposit on a 30k plus venue. We were told we needed to make a deposit by text on 9/6/23 and after being ignored replying and asking when the deposit needed to be made less than 24 hours later my fiancĂ© received a text stating our date had been sold because the couple was from out of town and had the deposit right there and then. After telling us this news this person proceeded to say âitâs okay, we have plenty of other dates.â That date was very significant to us. The amount of unprofessionalism was laughable and even had the nerve to say âwe donât want to lose you as a client.â Please save your time and hassle with these people. Look elsewhere. I feel these business practices are completely unethical and deceiving.

This is a stunning venue with top notch customer service. We had our daughterâs wedding here and it was absolutely beautiful . The staffâs attention to detail and professionalism made it a joy to work with them. I would highly recommend!

Monserate was a beautiful wedding venue and winery. It has a perfect outdoor ceremony space under trees and cocktail/reception space around the pond. The trees and pond provided a perfect backdrop for the ceremony and shade for guests. The turf lawn and cement floor under the awning created a lovely reception space for dinner and dancing. Wine and bar service from Monserate was great. All of the white and red wines we chose were delicious as well as the full bar service offered by Monserate. Kiki and the rest of the Monserate staff were extremely helpful throughout the planning process and day of the wedding. Many of the tables and chairs for ceremony and reception are included from Monserate, reducing the number of items needing to be rented from caterers or other vendors. They were also very flexible with any last minute changes. We would highly recommend Monserate to anyone looking for a winery wedding venue!

Monserate Winery is the place you book if you want all your dreams to come true. The venue is stunning (obviously), but the real sell are the people that work there and how they make you feel. Planning a wedding is tough, but with this team you feel like you can do it. They made our entire vision come to life and helped us execute the best day ever. So many of our guests were raving about the wine, the venue and the staff which is such a good feeling after the months of planning. If we could do everything over again, we wouldn't change a single thing thanks to Monserate. PLUS, you can bring outside catering (with catering licenses) so you have the high end winery vibe, with food you actually want to eat. This is the place you need to book!!

Each ceremony site has large trees that provide so much shade for the guest, so if you're getting married in the summer like I did, it wasn't too hot. The ponds are such a gorgeous backdrop for photos. The day went so smoothly. Working with Annie, the venue coordinator, was really fun too. She helped us organize every little detail about the day so that we were prepared. Everyone at my wedding kept telling me how much they loved the venue :)

Monserate was the perfect venue for our wedding! We picked it mostly for the scenery, but also because of the very reasonable price. We worked with Annie from the start of the planning process, and she was so helpful/responsive. We decided to also have our rehearsal dinner at the venue the day before. The Monserate staff made our whole party feel welcome and celebrated. I truly cannot say enough about the hospitality and friendliness of the team who made sure that our wedding was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend a wedding here in the month of May - the grape vines were bright green and so full, making the perfect backdrop to our ceremony and reception. Thank you to the Monserate staff and especially Annie for making our day so special!

Over the last year we have been visiting Monserate, eating their delicious food, drinking their amazing wine and getting to know the wedding coordinator Annie. On Friday March 24th all our dreams came true when we had our wedding at Monserate Winery. Annie was both professional & pleasant to work with from beginning to end. Our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner & wedding day went so smooth with the help of Annie & her staff! We are so incredibly grateful to them and so happy we chose this venue for the most important day of our life!

We fell in love with this venue back in 2021 and had a beautiful wedding March 4, 2023. Annie and the Monserate team were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the process. This vineyard gets better every time we visit with all the new developments! We were able to hire our own vendors and build the wedding of our dreams. All the staff is very friendly and all our guests loved the wines. Weâre happy we are wine club members so we can continue to enjoy the scenery after the wedding.

Monserate is the dream venue! We had our wedding here in May 2022 and it was more perfect and beautiful than we could have ever imagined. From the beginning, Annie was always so helpful, informative and available to answer any and all of our questions. She, and all of the Monserate staff, went above and beyond to help our vision for our big day come to life. The majority of comments we got from guests were about how gorgeous the venue was and how awesome their staff was. Monserate may be a Fallbrook hidden gem right now, but I know it will be an extremely sought after venue in the very near future. If you're on the fence, just stop by for a glass of wine to check it out, or get a tour from Annie, and you'll be sold...it's the best! :)

We were lucky enough to be one of the first few couples to hold our wedding at Monserate Winery this past April. Their team invited us out to tour the property even before the tasting room and venue spaces were completed and easily sold us on the vision that was yet to come! What it became was truly beyond our expectations! The team at Monserate were so responsive and quick to help us build our plans. From top to bottom they worked so hard to make both our rehearsal dinner and wedding nights spectacular! We couldn't imagine finding a better place to have our wedding anywhere in Southern California. The photo opportunities are incredible with the old growth sycamore trees, ponds and endless vines. The space could accommodate a wedding of any size with the variety of spaces they can offer. Stop your search! This is the place for you!

Attended my friend's wedding here and we absolutely loved this venue. They only did a reception, but the grounds were beautiful, especially with the lake in the background. Loved the covered patio area too and all the lounge furniture that was spread throughout. Perfect venue for a vineyard fee wedding.

Attended my friend's wedding here and we absolutely loved this venue. They only did a reception, but the grounds were beautiful, especially with the lake in the background. We just had our wedding here and the venue + coordinator, Annie, were perfect!So many of our guests had commented on how it was the perfect venue/location. Me and my husbandâs favorite part was the connected indoor outdoor space. The venue has an amazing lawn with a gorgeous pond. So even when you are seated inside, the doors open up so you can still look out to the view. Also, the catering company, Flavor Chef, that the venue uses has amazing food!Lastly, shout out to Annie the venue coordinator. Her services were included and she has been helpful every step of the way. We had multiple calls during the planning process and utilized an online portal for planning as well. What blew me away was her help the day of. I didnât have an exact vision that i communicated with her nor the proper supplies. So when i saw that she went the extra mile and added her own stuff to help out with our centerpieces and such, i was really blown away because i felt she pulled the vision together. I really recommend this place.

My Fiancé and I are getting married at Monserate this spring and we feel so lucky to have booked such an amazing venue! We had a wonderful tour and we completely fell in love with the beautiful scenery. My favorite thing is the endless view of vines and green hills. If you want a winery wedding, this is your place! Fallbrook is such an amazing location with so many amazing vendors near by. Annie is so helpful and has made this process a dream for me. Every bride needs someone like this! Annie is so knowledgeable, patient, and very skilled at what she does. She provided a detailed list of affordable vendors that she recommends, making this process so easy for me! Monserate has a modern, yet timeless ambiance that I just think is perfect for a wedding venue. Another thing that I love about this venue is that once you book, there are so many amazing hidden things that you might not even realize are included in the overall price (such as a day of wedding coordinator). I cannot wait to get married here. I can't thank the Monserate team enough!

Kiki Carney (Coordinator) Hi there!My name is Kiki and I'm one of the Venue Coordinators at Monserate Winery. As a graduate from the University of Notre Dame, my management and business courses have taught me the value and importance of trust, respect, and professionalism in my client relationships and my work. Moreover, I have learned with my background in customer service, marketing, and graphic design, the tools necessary for forming lasting relationships with our couples and aiding them in the process of bringing their wedding dreams and visions to life!
