We had our reception here in the Ferrantes Bay View Room and it was absolutely beautiful!! Thank goodness for pictures, because the night went by soooo fast, it almost seems a blurr.... A beautiful blurr that is!! The staff were very polite and helpful. A welcoming and comfortable environment. Definitely glad this was my choice!

We spoke to a lot of hotels in the area but decided to go with the Marriott because of the service. They made is so easy to work with them (other hotels were a difficult) and I never worried about our guests.

From the first meeting with the Senior Catering Sales Executive, Amanda Mitchell, to the day of the wedding with our Event Coordinator Blanca Erben, we enjoyed nothing but the best service! Whenever we had questions, Amanda and Blanca were quick to reply via email or phone. They really helped with the planning process to make sure that all the details were just right, and the wedding itself went so smoothly from start to finish. The guests raved about the filet mignon and the ocean view from the ballroom where our reception was held. On a note about the cost, the original price quoted to us at signing was the price that was honored even though the cost of beverages had increased in the meantime. Also, Blanca was able to upgrade the bridal suite and the rooms for our parents, which was so thoughtful and unexpected! We enjoyed complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in the hot tub after the wedding. Many thanks to all of the staff in making our experience so awesome!

We had multiple out of town guests and the Marriott was very accomodating. Service, planning and accomodations are all 5-star. \rOur planner, Blanca, was constantly in touch with me and made me feel at ease with everything. All I had to do was ask. \rShe even came to my room to introduce herself after our numerous emails, I thought that was customer service- above and beyond. She even emailed me after to congratulate us. \rShe really made our weekend wonderful.

I recently held my reception in the Ferrantes Ballroom. The room is beautiful. All of the Staff from my planners Amanda, Tara, and Blanca to the wait stall and bell hops were great. Food was top notch and all of my guests had a blast

My wedding coordinator from the marriott (Tara Qushnick) was AMAZING and always wrote back ASAP when I asked even then most insignificant things. I unfortunately ended up with food poisoning during the reception (due to clam chowder from the Wharf at lunch), and she was amazing. My husband and I didn't get to eat our meals because I was sick and he was taking care of me, but when we went down to our room there was an extra fridge with out meals in it. She even went to get my pepto and water when she found out I had gotten sick.

The staff was great. It had an amazing view. The prices were extremely reasonable compared to other venues. Many things were included in our total that other venues did not include (wine with dinner, champagne for the toast, our room on our wedding night);the room rates for guests were high. Valet parking was expensive.
