Highly recommend Moonlight Basin for ceremony and reception setting! Amy and her team did a wonderful job helping us execute our client's wedding celebration. They were professional, personable and worked as a team to make it a successful event for all. Our client hosted up to 150 guests for outdoor ceremony, cocktailing / dancing on the patio (tented) and formal seated dinner in the lodge -- 100% destination wedding from Texas! We look forward to our next event with their team!

First off, thank you Moonlight Lodge! The family of the bride views Moonlight and the Big Sky area their second home. Growing up, my bride dreamed of a mountain wedding and the staff at Moonlight made this happen. Our wedding events were arranged quickly, about six months to be exact, so pressure was on and they delivered. This worked out in our favor, rather than spending time planning a wedding for years, quick decisions were required. Anna, the event manager at Moonlight made sure every little detail was perfected and ready for our special day. The location was more than we could have imagined, an outdoor wedding with Lone Peak towering in the background was breathtaking. Lastly, the food was prepared to perfection. Thanks again to Anna and the Moonlight Lodge staff for making our day perfect!

Fantastic venue, service and experience! Our guests can't say enough about the gorgeous wedding weekend Moonlight provided. Anna, Catering & Events, is spectacular. She brings creativity and style to all aspects of any event. All local recommendations for services were perfect. Chef is great as well! We were able to customize a menu based on our guests' preferences. And everything had a Montana flare! Great views and stunning pictures. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a venue in the Big Sky/Bozeman area. Seriously - it's so gorgeous you do not even have to decorate (if you don't want to!) The food was absolutely amazing, as was the staff. Everyone from the coordinator, to the security guard, to the staff busing tables went above and beyond to make our day better than I ever expected and stress-free, they were all extremely professional. All of our guests were completely blown away with the venue. We loved that Moonlight Basin Lodge offered both inside and outside space. Another perk is you have full access to anything they have, which means you do not have to rent tables, chairs, flatware, dishes (the endless list of things you have to rent and have brought in at many other venues in the area) - which we found as a huge perk because it was one less thing to worry about. Cannot recommend this space enough, just go look and you'll fall in love with it!
