Moorpark Country Club offers an elegant setting for couples searching for a wedding venue in Moorpark, CA. You can host your ceremony and reception at this elegant club, along with elopements and vow renewals. Showers and anniversary celebrations can also be held here. Nestled among picturesque citrus groves, Moorpark Country Club radiates an air of exclusivity, giving you privacy on such an important day. It is still conveniently located for out-of-town guests, however, as there are various hotels just a short drive away. The Los Angeles International Airport is less than an hour away by car, ideal for those flying in to be with you. Moorpark Country Club has two unique ceremony locations where couples can exchange their vows. The white gazebo is a classic backdrop to your celebration, while an intimate garden setting is ideal for to-be-weds who've dreamed of an outdoor milestone. Here, you can enjoy the manicured surroundings and lighted trees for an unforgettable gathering. From here, the newlyweds can transition to a cocktail hour on the terrace. The reception will continue in the ballroom, which features wooden floors for dancing. Crystal chandeliers add a touch of glamor to the space. Unfortunately Moorpark Country Club did not hold up to their end of our agreement. Thankfully we had a wedding planner who was at the venue the early afternoon of the event and was able to try to respond to some of their mistakes as quickly as possible. She was able to handle some of them without letting me know but there were many others that were too late to be fixed. The upgraded linens which we paid for had food stains(pasta sauce) on them, the bar was not the one that we rented and paid for, the draft system of the bar was supposed to be hidden which it was not, the ceiling was supposed to be draped which was an additional fee we paid for-but it was not, the plated dinner service ran behind schedule, and unfortunately the list continues. Moorpark Country Club is one of the most affordable venues but you definitely get what you paid for. We upgraded any and all options, did not skimp on any additional fees and still did not get what we paid for. Think twice before you book this venue.

I am so happy we chose Moorpark country club! Our guest were amazed how amazing everything turned out! How beautiful the venue was! The Food was AMAZING! And that’s a big plus for a venue everyone had nothing but positive feedback on the venue to the servers, food, drinks. Zachary you’re awesome at what you do your patience is amazing answering all my questions! Once again Thank you Moorpark Country Club!

Tania is the absolute best wedding coordinator you could ask for. My husband and I got married there this past March, and we couldn't have been happier with the day. Tania has an extreme attention to detail and the whole evening flowed wonderfully. She is fantastic and so on top of it! We loved the venue itself- it is gorgeous and great for pictures. The food is fabulous- great flavor and they are willing to work with you to customize the menu. The staff was wonderful too. And pricing is absolutely amazing for all that you get! Definitely one of the best priced venues in the area. We couldn't be happier with our experience and we highly recommend this venue!

Moorpark Country Club was the PERFECT option for our wedding! We were so thrilled to have learned that they began doing outdoor wedding ceremonies AND receptions. Working with Tania and Cecilia was amazing!! They are the BEST. They were so professional and responsive at all times. AND the sweetest. Always made me feel so special. We shopped around a few different venues and they were by far the best team we met! The food was great, not to mention the venue is also great for your wedding pictures. I should also add that my sister was married at this location as well. It's just that GOOD. And the price? Also great! If you're looking for an outdoor wedding venue, it's definitely worth checking this place out. If you're looking for an indoor venue, it's also worth checking it out. We couldn't have asked for a better setting & a more attentive staff from Moorpark Country Club for our wedding. Tania & crew were great from the get-go. As a couple on a budget, we loved that no additional decorations were needed, as the grounds were spectacular as-is, & the audio equipment was a simple & reasonable fee.

She is a delight in so many ways and will do her best to make your wedding or event the very best ever. Our wedding was on October 15, 2016 and was absolutely amazing. The venue is breathtaking, we fell in love with the Moorpark Country Club at first sight. The moment we saw the gorgeous views and spacious, luxurious ballroom we knew that it was the place for us. The food was absolutely delicious - and many, many compliments from our guests. All in all, the rate of service, great package options, gorgeous venue, hands down - the best! So extremely happy that Moorpark Country Club will be in my memories forever, where we celebrated the most joyous incredible day of our lives. Thank you!!!

Life.Film team can’t be more happy with the Moorpark Country Club Event department. We were captured a beautiful wedding there in June 2016. Everything was on the very high level- service, food, decoration!The ceremony and reception set ups were located outdoors and they looked just fabulous. After the ceremony we with bride and groom and the bridal party moved to the green grass to capture some fun shoots with the drone. The video and pictures turned out just fantastic!Right before the sunset the event manager called Life.Film team and B&G and drove us all the way to the pound where we captured the most beautiful pictures for the day! Life.Film team can’t be more happy with the Moorpark Country Club Event department. We were captured a beautiful wedding there in June 2016. After the ceremony we with bride and groom and the bridal party moved to the green grass to capture some fun shoots with the drone. Moorpark Country Club made it possible for us to have our dream wedding! In addition to the breath taking venue and delicious food, the staff at Moorpark CC was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Our wedding was held on the hottest day of September, 2015 and we were concerned that our guests would become overheated and uncomfortable. Tania, the Wedding Coordinator and the wedding staff made sure that there was plenty of water and shade for our guests. What amazed us the most about this place was the excellent customer service we received from the moment we contacted our wedding coordinator, Tania. We had only 7 months to plan the wedding; therefore, we needed a place that would be easy to contact and accommodate our busy work schedules. Tania exceeded our expectations by answering our calls and returning our emails promptly; sending us reminders of the important appointments and accommodating our work schedules whenever we had meetings with her. She was respectful in her recommendations of vendors who ended up being phenomenal and she demonstrated a positive attitude and a smile the entire time, easing our anxiety of wedding planning. On the day of the wedding, the entire staff worked diligently to make sure the wedding was a success. As a 6 months newlywed, I understand the pressures of planning a wedding and I would recommend this place to my family, friends, co-workers and anyone who reads this review.\r\r \r\r Marjorie & Kirk

The gazebo is a great touch, they change the planted flowers to go with the seasons, and they keep their grass very clean, what more can you ask for?! oh ya, a great staff and great photo spots. So happy with my choice at mooorpark country club.
