Moss Estates Venue is a charming wedding venue located in Eustis, FL. This beautiful property boasts the only “Tuxedo” barn in central Florida that features crisp, white shiplap with matte black accents, vintage wood, and modern design. Owners Tracy and Nolan Moss followed their dreams and opened the Moss Estates Venue to host couples celebrating their love for one another. This family-owned-and-operated estate serves as a refuge for those who seek an intimate and tranquil wedding ceremony and a memorable reception. The property is located in Eustis Florida on 20 acres filled with majestic oak canopies that create a romantic and unforgettable day. The ceremony site is located under a 150-year-old oak tree canopy that will keep your guests cool all year round. Couples will fall in love with the vintage double doors that open onto the paved ceremony site. The ceremony area can host up to 150 guests with white garden chairs included. Couples can exchange vows underneath the majestic oak tree before retiring to an adjacent pergola for drinks. The reception barn is newly renovated and fully air-conditioned and features an additional covered patio space that boasts a touch of vintage and modern. The historic farmhouse was built in the 1930s and features get-ready rooms and plenty of incredible amenities. The private pool offers a refreshing sanctuary on a hot day and the game room provides plenty of fun activities. It has a pool table, putting green, two 58" televisions, and a bar with a retro refrigerator to store your favorite getting-ready drinks. Moss Estates Venue is run by a team of professional staff who are dedicated to assisting couples in planning their dream wedding. Any event held in the vintage-style accommodation will be handled with care by the highly professional team. From intimate soirees with 50 of your nearest and dearest to larger celebrations of 150 guests. To ensure that you have everything you may need for your big day, the property can provide event item rentals including but not limited to chairs, tables, and linens.

I heavily searched venues all over Florida and truly believe I found the best one that there is. The staff is SO kind, accommodating and responsive. The grounds are stunning and it’s so amazingly convenient to have everything right in the same place. I would pick this venue ten times over!

Beautiful and perfect doesn't even begin to explain our day at Moss Estates. Everything we could have asked for and more!! So accommodating and always there to help. We would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Tracy and Nolan were absolutely delightful to work with!

I got married April 8, 2023. When I was looking for a venue originally I was looking more towards SWFL then one night Moss Estates came up on my Facebook and I fell in love with the pictures alone! I quickly scheduled a tour and booked the venue the next day. The Moss family was so wonderful to work with and their venue is gorgeous. All our guests still tell us how fun and beautiful our day was

Our guests raved about how much they loved the venue! The Moss’ were great to work with through the entire process. They answered numerous questions leading up to the big day (and were super responsive), and on the day of they helped tremendously with setting up and breaking down, and just helping the entire day go smoothly. We are so happy we chose Moss Estates for our wedding!

The space is beautiful and the things included are amazing. The owners were very attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. My parents were impressed with the owners and said they were on it all day, anything anybody needed they got it quick and with a smile. One of the owners, Tracy Moss, even assisted the photographers with picture moments and making sure everything looked good. I would highly recommend this venue.

Wow! This was the first wedding where we were involved as part of the hosting process so we didn’t know quite what to expect. The bride and groom picked the venue and as the groom’s parents we got to see it shortly before our event. The venue is absolutely beautiful! The huge tree where they held the ceremony was gorgeous and provided ample shade for the wedding party and their guests to remain cool even on a warm day! The grooms suite was lots of fun and gave the guys all day entertainment to help them quell their nerves on the big day. The bridal suite was the perfect place to get the bride and her best friends ready for their walk down the aisle. We even had time for some mimosas poolside! It is all tastefully decorated and every tiny detail is covered. The indoor/outdoor bar and reception barn is the ultimate mix of quaint and charming! There was plenty of room for our 120 guest party to eat, drink, and dance the night away. Moss estates has really got the wedding process set up from offering the use of decor items from their supply shed to the walk-in cooler to store items early in the day so you can relax and get ready and have everything on site. Tracy and Nolan are the perfect hosts! They went above and beyond to help make the event turn out exactly as the couple wanted- even including a few last minute oversights on our part where they pitched in and took charge and made it happen for us! They have so many great places designed as the perfect backdrop for pictures from the natural scenery to the stenciled barn saying “Best Day Ever”. They have really thought of everything! Our son and his new bride were thrilled with the final event and the venue really made it the day of their dreams! THANK YOU Moss Estates for the perfect wedding day!

Moss Estates is everything you could ask for in a venue and more! Not only do they have beautiful grounds that are kept in pristine condition, they also offer bridal and groom's quarters that are unmatched by other venues. Above all else, you can truly feel how much the owners care so much about every couple that gets married there. My wife and I are eternally grateful for such an amazing setting for our wedding; it was truly the best day ever!

Tracy & Nolan Moss (Owner) We are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and fulfilling our dream of opening Moss Estates Wedding Venue. We are HGTV fanatics which sparked our love for renovating our 1930's original farmhouse into the picturesque site that it is today. We completed most of the remodel ourselves and we feel privileged to host many beautiful couples on their most special day.
