I have enjoyed visiting Mountain Meadows on a few occasions, including a large 40th birthday celebration.With a pool, sauna, basketball and tennis court, fire pit and Karaoke, there is so much to do for adults and kids alike. On quieter days, the surroundings provide a beautiful setting to simply listen to the sounds of nature and enjoy the views. Dan and Maria are always the best hosts, and I am excited to see their dream of creating an event space come to life.

I organized a large birthday celebration at Mountain Meadows for a good friend with about 150 guests. This was pre-party barn, so we just took advantage of the natural beauty of the property. We rented a large tent, did some budget friendly decorating, hired a DJ, and brought in a caterer and bartender. Maria and Dan were helpful at every turn, pointing me to great local vendors and providing great suggestions to help us make the most of their amazing property. What started out as just an idea for an evening celebration turned into a full day of fun and activities. Dan even helped to organize an all-ages treasure hunt. And the smaller group of us who stayed the whole weekend got to make the enjoy the beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table, rec room, etc.

My husband and I own a successful banquet and catering hall, so we know the hard work and love that goes into creating a special venue. As longtime repeat guests of Mountain Meadows, we have experienced firsthand the enormous degree of thought and care that Maria and Dan put into every detail of their already amazing home and property. We have no doubt that their new additions will be a huge success. It's been our pleasure not just to be guests, but friends with both of them and to help provide them with some guidance to help make their vision a spectacular reality.

As loyal guests of this amazing property, we've been watching in absolute awe as Maria and Dan have been building their new party barn. We've loved watching it go from just a glimmer in their eyes, to a spectacular building that is now almost complete. To be honest, we had serious questions about whether something so large and ambitious could be done without compromising the intimate sense of solitude that this place has always offered. Knowing Maria and Dan for as long as we now have, we should have known better!

Speaking from experience here (bridesmaid 15 times!). I had the pleasure of being part of a small weekend wedding celebration at Mountain Meadows. The barn was not yet open, but the amazing grounds, with secluded pond and mountain views made for one of the most incredible wedding backdrops I've ever seen! If we had that much fun with only an outdoor tent, I can’t imagine how beautiful it's going be when this barn is complete!

Maria & Dan (Owner) Almost twenty years ago, we created Mountain Meadows to make magical memories with our friends and loved ones. Now, with our kids grown, we are taking immeasurable joy in extending our family, and sharing the beauty, love and happiness that comes from this special place. Beginning in December we'll be taking it all to new heights, adding a party barn that will enable us to make Mountain Meadows a destination for life's most special occasions. We have traveled around the world and been to all 50 states. Mountain Meadows is our happy place - and we look forward to making it yours too.
