Located near Deadwood, SD, Muley Hill Lodge is a barn and farm venue that hosts weddings and other special events. The management of this country retreat invites couples that are planning their nuptial festivities. This secluded property offers a spectacular Northern Black Hills setting for you to celebrate this important chapter of your personal love story. Muley Hill Lodge is a renovated two-story barn originally constructed in 1911 and located amid a Boulder Canyon site of over sixty acres in size. This peaceful and private piece of North Black Hills country features stunning scenic views and ample space to live out your dream wedding. You can relax by the tranquil pond or enjoy a beverage on the patio, enjoying the landscaped hillside. Venturing out, you may enjoy historic Deadwood one mile away, or drive a leisurely 45 minutes to attractions such as Mount Rushmore and Sylvan Lake. The landscaped hillside of Muley Hill Lodge features seating for up to 400 guests to celebrate your marriage outdoors. . The barn offers an interior space for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Comfort and convenience for all guests are of key importance to the staff, so this venue features wheelchair-accessibility, wireless internet, and on-site parking. If you want accommodation, there is a nearby "Lodge" home with four bedrooms and six beds, allowing you to rest easy during your wedding stay. The deck includes a barbecue grill, a fire pit, and a hot tub. In addition, there is the "Bunkhouse" home with four bedrooms with four queen beds and a bunkbed available for rent as well. There is also 7 camper hookups with electricity, sewer, and water for guests/family to rent and be close to the venue. My wife and I rented the lodge at Muley Hill for a getaway with some friends. The lodge is large and very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would have loved to be able to have our wedding there. With indoor and outdoor options for a ceremony, it would be an ideal place to celebrate that special day. The hosts are extremely kind and treated us very well.

Price and everything was amazing. The times for being in and out are a little weird but that I'd probably the same as anywhere else and the owners are very accommodating and kind. The only issue we really had was the pathway to the top floor was not shoveled. Which we had planned on using to allow our elderly guests access to the venue. As this was a weather issue it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, it was a very beautiful venue and the owners were very kind and responsive.

We are so thankful for Pam at Muley Hill Lodge! A HUGE storm came through over the weekend we were supposed to get married, so our wedding has to be pushed back by one day. Pam was so willing to accommodate! We had to change our guest number so many times for catering and even two days before, she still let me! Muley Hill definitely made my crazy wedding plans so much easier.

Muley Hill was so INCREDIBLE! The owners, Pam and Mike were so accommodating and easy to work with, it almost felt like we were working with friends. All of our guests commented on what an awesome venue it was. I would highly recommended Muley Hill as our entire experience was better than I could have ever expected!!
