We loved, loved, loved working with this venue. Not only was it beautiful, but the staff really went the extra mile. I was a celiac bride, and they managed to create a gluten-free brunch for me, and were careful and realistic about the limitations of my health condition. We had a brunch ceremony, and they accommodated our decoration storage and early set-up, despite staffing changes. Marissa Dawkins and the staff on the day were attentive and responsive, and most of all kind.

The Music Box was exactly what we were hoping for an more! The venue was beautiful, the food was great and the service was beyond anything we could have expected. From Marissa to the rest of the staff, everyone was so nice and accommodating. Working with everyone was so easy and all setup was exactly how we pictured it. Plenty of times the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed on our special day.

We traveled to Las Vegas to get married. We knew we wanted to celebrate with family and friends upon our return home. We wanted it to be a party to remember, with a live band and great food, so we spent a lot of time scouting out possibilites. I wish we would have met up with the team at Music Box first! Right away, we knew it was a win. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS (we had our reception on the lower level in the Supper Club - PERFECT), but it had the capability to provide professional live music, insanely delicious food that our guests were raving about for days afterwards, and the best customer service I could have asked for from the team. And to top it off, they worked with our budget to ensure we could have an amazing event without breaking the bank. Specifically, our coordinator, Marissa, and our server, Christina, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time of our lives. Our reception was a bit unconventional, but they went with our ideas and made them even better than we could have imagined. The night was so amazing that our guests told us we should have a party just like our reception every five years. I can't recommend Music Box Supper Club any more for your event, I promise it will be a night to remember!!!

We had a great time having our wedding at the Music Box Supper Club. It was nice to be able to have the waterfront view for our out of town guests visiting Cleveland for the first time. Music Box Supper Club did a fantastic job setting up our decor, making and serving delicious food and drinks to our guests, and keeping the evening on schedule. Our coordinators, Marissa and Jordan, were very organized, professional, and maintained a positive and upbeat energy during the planning process. We hope to go back and enjoy additional events at the Music Box Supper Club in the future.

Let me start by saying - our wedding at Music Box Supper Club turned out beautifully. Unfortunately, the high turnover among staff leading up to our event created a lot of uncertainty to the point we ended up removing the onsite ceremony due to lack of confidence in the team being able to deliver. We also had a few things that were agreed to with our first point of contact change causing us to revise contracts (requiring more $) with our outside vendors. This all changed once Marissa came on board - she is truly amazing at what she does. Responsive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized. Once she took over as our main point of contact, things went seamlessly from there. I was super impressed with the team's ability to transform the space into exactly what we wanted. Our guests loved the food and enjoyed the beautiful views of Cleveland. My only negative complaint was feedback from multiple guests on one rude bartender who refused to acknowledge the signature \"pet drinks\" when guests ordered them. If this isn't something MBSC will accommodate, then let couples know rather than having staff snap at guests. MBSC may want to review their staff working special wedding events vs the typical concerts hosted there.

I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married. We had an amazing experience. Between the amazing food, the atmosphere, the music and sound, the rooftop, and the kind and attentive staff, we had the most perfect day. We had our reception in the upstairs space, had an amazing cocktail hour and pictures on the rooftop, and had an incredible time dancing while our band was on the stage. Do not hesitate to book this venue!!! Our guests said it was one of the best and most fun weddings they have been to.

Please read this as a totally serious and honest review - I typically do not take the time to write one, but in this case it deserves our attention. We just had our daughter's reception at Music Box (upstairs) with about 180 guests and it was PERFECT. Yes, the food was tasty and plentiful; the views outside the windows stunning both day and night - but this is what you need to know - Music Box is about service. From the beginning with Marissa as our wedding manager to the day of and after, their focus was on pleasing YOU. Some noteworthy details - the setup team for the \"day of\" did more than we asked for and created a \"wow\" atmosphere - they were setting up our silverware with gloves on and making sure every detail was perfect. During the wedding the bartenders worked through the constant barrage of people with a smile and there were always servers cleaning up little messes. The lighting and sound system are of course professional due to the venue, so the atmosphere it created during the evening was exciting and fun - no one stopped dancing until last call. If you consider Music Box - you will not be disappointed!

Execution of the vision was flawless. Communication was very strong.They need for flexibility in bar, I've worked wedding bartending, it's just a matter of choice to accommodate more diverse financial plans in this area.Marissa was wonderful, new in this company but still was well versed in the needs of a couple. Staff day off was on it, no drops.Parking is hard, not the venues fault. Wish water taxi ran later, not the venues fault. They should consider different/more hotel partnerships, perhaps some on the west side of the river.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue than the Music Box.We had been looking for a venue for a while, but as soon as we found the Music Box (especially once we stayed for dinner) we knew we'd found something special.The venue itself is gorgeous, the food is consistently amazing, and the staff are incredibly helpful and talented. They worked seamlessly with our vendors and were able to make an incredibly stressful day as smooth as possible.We got the platinum package and were so happy with the value of everything included.Even when it rained causing us to have to move the ceremony inside they already had a plan in place and were able to take care of it quickly.Can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly book them in the future for any other events we might need.

From the moment Marissa became a part of our wedding team, we knew we were in good hands. Our wedding at Music Box was perfect, and she really went the extra mile to ensure that was the case. Marissa is extremely professional and courteous, while also being warm and approachable. If you're a bride with extremely limited wedding knowledge and planning skills (like me), let me break this down to tell you how much you need this venue and their incredible team. The number of out of town guests who previously made fun of us for moving to Ohio but then ended up saying \"Okay, Cleveland is actually pretty cool\" after our wedding weekend was astronomical, and here's why-- The venue itself-- stunning location, literal 5 minute drive from hotels and downtown which is convenient for out of town guests, really cool combination of waterfront and industrial setting which was very fun for vibes and also for photos. The food and drinks-- our guests could not stop talking about it. From the appetizers, to the main dishes, to the bar, to the dessert and late night snack, there were no duds. Short ribs in particular had people drooling. The team-- everyone was professional, courteous, and made sure our guests were well taken care of all night. Music Box has a ratio of 1 bartender per 50 guests which meant no lines at the bar and drinks flowed super easily all night. Extra shout out to the setup team for truly bringing our vision to life based off of the few photos we sent. TL; DR-- have your wedding here, especially if Marissa coordinates it.

Marissa, our coordinator was awesome. She answered emails promptly, knew all the information, planned and executed excellently. I felt so much more relaxed knowing she had things covered the day of. Music Box is the best bang for your buck and o was astonished it was so affordable and inclusive for a medium sized, semi-formal wedding. The venue was beautiful, the food amazing and the service impeccable. They accommodated everything we asked for and took care of all the details. Literally everything went right on my wedding day that was involved with Music Box. Only thing I wasn’t expecting was the main deck where we had our ceremony was a public area but most people were courteous. I wish that they would’ve been able to rope off the area as quick a few people walked through the deck while we were taking pictures. Overall, we’re super happy and I’d recommend Marissa, all the staff, and the venue to anyone.

What a fabulous rehearsal dinner we had at the Music Box Supper Club!Everyone loved it! The private event room looked amazing, the food was great, & the attached outdoor private deck space on the river was beyond spectacular complete with a lake freighter & beautiful lighting as the Flats lit up at night. After dinner, we were able to open the sliding doors of our private room to have the added pleasure of hearing a band playing cool music in the main restaurant room. There was plenty of space for guests to happily mingle inside & out.It was a very Cleveland experience! Out of town and in town guests were loving it! The staff was so kind & helpful all night! Not to mention the ease of planning the entire event beforehand. Ricky was so friendly, helpful, & accommodating!Our pictures are beautiful from outside on the private deck space right on the river & from within our private room!We highly recommend the Music Box Supper Club for a rehearsal dinner experience you won't forget!

To be concise- we ended up having a beautiful wedding day, but an extremely stressful and chaotic wedding planning process with respect to working with management at the Music Box. To be more detailed- our wedding day was a success largely thanks to our own coordinator, the service and bar staff there day-of, and people who stepped up to do jobs outside their actual job description (thank you, Lauren!). We booked the venue 18 months before our date and in that time, the Music Box went through 7 different venue coordinators, including three different ones in the month before our wedding. Obviously the venue cannot prevent people leaving their jobs, but we were never informed when changes were made and the communication in transitioning between coordinators was not great. The Music Box now has two new coordinators instead of one. They are both very nice, but had only been there a few weeks as of our wedding in early June. Hopefully adding the extra capacity will help things run smoothly and prevent the continuous turnover.Things mostly went fine the day of the wedding and the staff who were there were great and very attentive, but there were some miscommunications that needed to be resolved that created some stress for us. Also, we were required to pay for a security guard and were assured this guard would be routinely checking the lobby area throughout the evening to ensure the gift table was secure. The security guard never showed up the entire evening, which meant there was no one watching our stuff beyond our own team. The Music Box didn’t tell us this, my mom and coordinator were the ones who checked and confirmed it. They did refund us for the cost of the security guard, but only after we notified them.But as I said, we did still had a lovely wedding and I am not writing this to discourage people from booking here, but mostly because these are things I would have wanted to know going in. Additionally, these issues are all fixable so hopefully the Music Box works to improve the communication with couples and creates a work environment that results in staff wanting to stay longer term.As a final piece of advice, if you are thinking of booking here, I would STRONGLY recommend having your own coordinator.

Music Box was truly amazing for our wedding this past November. I couldn’t imagine having it anywhere else. The venue is absolutely beautiful. I loved the vibe of the interior and being on the water was awesome. Plus, the event staff is top notch. The food was amazing. All of our guests raved about it, especially the beef short rib. We worked with a couple of different event coordinators throughout our wedding prep. Ultimately Francine was our contact for the wedding day. She did take a while to response to emails when we were about eight to six weeks out from the wedding which was a little nerve wracking, but whenever I looped in Ricky I got a quick response. Francine was great on the day of, she kept everything running smoothly and my husband and I felt like we got such special service. They had a server for just the head table and she was always checking on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall we had a great experience and I would recommend it as a wedding venue to anyone!

We had a fantastic experience working with the team at Music Box. It started off a little bumpy with our tasting experience but after that everything went great! Everyone was incredibly flexible, friendly, professional, and provided great service. They adjusted their rules to adapt to our somewhat cultural wedding. They were more than willing to work with some of our more unique requests and provided everything we needed to have the beautiful wedding that we did end up having. Weather in November is always a challenge but they were willing to to wait till the day of to decide indoor or outdoor for our ceremony. The venue was beautiful, the staff (for the most part) were incredibly friendly and fun. We can't thank them enough for the wonderful experience we had there!

Our wedding was perfect thanks to Music Box! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue or better staff for our day. We got lucky with beautiful weather but the views from both indoors and outdoors are stunning no matter what the weather or time of year. We have gotten so many compliments from our guests about the delicious food options and the beauty of the venue. Our out of town guests were floored by the views of Cleveland and the river. As the bride, I felt so cared for and appreciated by the venue staff and Francine did an amazing job of keeping me stress free (which is not always easy! Lol) We wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding day and we owe a huge thank you to Music Box for giving us our perfect wedding and a night we will remember forever.

If I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I could not be happier with the wedding experience we had at Music Box. It was the BOMB DIGGITY! From the initial walk thru to our actual wedding day, the team did an amazing job giving us peace of mind leading up to the big day. Ricky was our main coordinator and he was AMAZING to work with! He took the stress out of all the details so that we could truly enjoy our day. Plus, he's just a great guy and so easy to work with! On our wedding day, the staff was absolutely incredible and made sure our guests got their food and drinks quickly. Speaking of food - it was by far the BEST WEDDING FOOD we've ever had! Our guests were raving about it and we loved all the options Music Box provided. For our reception, we were on the lower level and loved having the garage door open on our dance floor. It made for a super unique experience and it was great cooling off outside with the beautiful view. If you're considering Music Box for your wedding then just make your life easy and BOOK THEM! You won't regret it!

I had my wedding here on September 10th. I will admit that I was a little bit worried because we initially booked this venue over a year ago and went through 4 different coordinators at Music Box before our big day. Even with the high turnover recently, our coordinator Fancine absolutely nailed everything! My other vendors were extremely impressed with how well she planned everything and how much she helped out my now husband and I on our big day! She took care of all of the small details including helping line everyone up at the rehearsal, offering up an improvement for our centerpieces, handing out tips to my vendors for me, and even making sure there were a couple hors d'oeuvres at the head table for after cocktail hour since my husband and I didn't have time to eat any during it. Overall I would say that she was incredible and will definitely take the stress out of planning a wedding! On top of the amazing service by Francine, all of the other employees on the day of our wedding were also incredible. So many guests from my wedding were impressed that the bartenders remembered their drink order all night and would have their drinks ready for them as they walked up to the bar! As if the great service wasn't enough to make me recommend this venue, the views from the second floor (concert hall and rooftop) were all breathtaking!! I only have the pictures that guests took so far (still waiting on the photographers pictures), but even the amateur pictures are so incredible because of the backdrop of the river and the flats. I couldn't have asked for a better venue to have my wedding at!

We had our wedding at Music Box in September on the upper level with the ceremony on the outdoor sun deck. There were a few different coordinators throughout our planning process but Ricky who is the wedding sales manager was absolutely amazing. He bridged all of the gaps between the coordinators and the current coordinator Francine was also fantastic. She executed everything perfectly for our day and was always reachable when I had questions. The entire staff at music box was wonderful. The waiters and bussers were quick, efficient and professional. The bartenders were great and the bar never had a line or wait. There ended up being a music festival near Windows on the day of our wedding and the staff worked to ensure nothing about our day suffered from it. Everything was still PERFECT. I was able to create my own timeline of the day with my photographer and Ricky and Francine were super flexible with it. I really appreciated their support in making the day our own. The food was also delicious, numerous guests complimented the food which is impressive when cooking for that many people. My husband and I really had the most perfect wedding day. I can’t recommend Music Box enough as a venue, you will be supported and thrilled with the end result!

Ricky and Jeff were wonderful help, making sure every detail was accounted for and every question quickly addressed. Our guests loved the food, the waterfront view, and the dance floor. We truly had the best time imaginable. I wish I could relive this day over and over. I think this is the best wedding venue in all of Cleveland.

The Music Box Supper Club is a fantastic place to host a wedding or any other party you might be having. My cousin just had his wedding there last weekend and it’s a beautiful place with a fabulous setting in Cleveland. I was involved in the planning along with my cousin and his wife to be. We had the pleasure of working with Ricky Benninger and he’s wonderful. Ricky goes above and beyond to make you comfortable from the moment you meet you. You instantly know that you will be well taken care of. He’s super organized and efficient and deals well with those of us when we are stressed .The facility is lovely, the food s great ( especially the short ribs) and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. I’ve worked in the event planning business for many years and would wholeheartedly recommend Music Box to any of you looking for a special experience and wonderful people to work with. Trust me…. You are in good hands. Ricky has my contact information and I give him permission to have anyone on the fence contact me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue!! It is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! The inside is spacious and well kept, the boardwalk opens to incredible views of the city skyline, the flats and the Cuyahoga River. Ricky and his team went above and beyond to help us on our wedding day. They made communication and the planning process sooo easy. The food was excellent, the drink menu was super impressive, and the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful!! If you are looking for an all inclusive, spectacular venue, THIS IS IT!!!

My husband and I chose the Music Box for our April 16, 2022 wedding ceremony and reception because we wanted a simple yet elegant city vibe. The venue completely met our expectations! Exceeding our expectations was Melissa, coordinator extraordinaire! She and her staff were exceptional. The hall was set up as requested and they were quick to make any change we wanted upon arrival. I was very well taken care of in the bridal suite in the hours leading up to the ceremony and Melissa worked seamlessly with our other vendors (officiant, cake, floral, photography, music, linens..). There wasn’t anything to stress about! It was all taken care of for us! Melissa and crew kept things moving smoothly the entire evening. She made us feel like good friends.So many of our guests complimented our choice in venue for its beauty, elegance, and waterfront views. Other than centerpieces (which we actually would have been fine without adding) we had absolutely no need to decorate. The venue and lighting is beautiful on its own! The highest of compliments from our guests went to the chef. Numerous guests said it was the best food they have ever been served at a wedding. If you are considering The Music Box as your venue, go check it out! We are so happy that we chose it to celebrate the most important day of our lives.

When you think of a perfect wedding day, there is so much to consider. Thanks to Music Box there was very little for us do on the day of. Melissa was great from the first day we met her. She was very responsive to our questions and emails. It was clear that she took a vested interest in us, and did everything possible to make our day special. The food was phenomenal, from passable to the entrees. The staff was exceptional, and it is clear that everyone there loves their job. We cannot say enough about the experience and would recommend again 100 times over. Thank you Melissa and Crew for helping make our day special!

If we could give ten stars we would. Our wedding at the Music Box was absolutely amazing--a perfect day. Coordinator Melissa & bridal liaison Jordan were forces of nature, and their enthusiasm was contagious! The staff also took care of EVERYTHING for us--the rehearsal and wedding day itself were completely stress-free and ran so smoothly.We had a live band (Nitebridge Entertainment, who were PHENOMENAL) and the sound system/sound board operator were also amazing. People couldn't stop talking about the music and how good everything sounded. Live music was very important to us (support local musicians!) and not only did Nitebridge deliver, the Music Box provided an amazing soundscape for them!Everyone, from the bartenders to the servers to the sound board operator, clearly enjoys their job, and everyone was so friendly and helpful during our planning process.(The food is also incredible--we got raves about our menu choices! Chef Dennis outdid himself, truly; we had trouble choosing our menu because everything was delicious!)If you're looking for an all-inclusive venue, you could not do better than the Music Box. They run like a perfectly-oiled machine and everyone is incredibly lovely to work with.

Shannon was outstanding to work with - so knowledgeable, very quick to respond to any questions, and really helped us when it came to moving our date from 2020. Leading up to our day, she coordinated everything with our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She also took all of my notes for the setup and executed perfectly. It was such a relief having someone like Shannon by our side.Day of, the Music Box staff couldn’t have been nicer. They had someone dedicated to us and the bridal party, bringing us drinks and apps during cocktail hour in the back room so that we could escape if we needed to. The bartenders, servers, and security working our wedding were all great.The food at Music Box is absolutely delicious!! Definitely the best wedding food I’ve ever had, both the apps and the dinner. So many options and everything was delicious.Our wedding was four months ago, and our guests are still raving about the venue, the food, the atmosphere! It was truly the perfect day and Shannon and Music Box had so much to do with that. If you’re considering getting married at Music Box, do it!

My Husband and I chose Music Box as our venue for our wedding reception 11/21/20. We ended up having to reschedule our reception due to Covid at that time. Our reception finally took place 11/27/21, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Shannon was great throughout the entire process. Having to cancel, reschedule, and replan was not easy, but she helped to make it go smoothly. She was very knowledgeable, made recommendations, and reminded us of things we may have been missing. The atmosphere at Music Box was warm and beautiful, especially with the candles we had scattered throughout. I loved the wooden tables and the layout of the bar. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Guests described the venue as cozy and magical. We had around 150 guests and the space was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this venue to other couples. Wish we could do it all over again! Thanks Music Box & Shannon!

Music Box was truly incredible as our wedding reception venue. They exceeded any and all expectations I had. Shannon was so helpful and flexible throughout the entire process. This was very calming as we were planning a wedding during the midst of the COVID pandemic. She was always willing to meet or talk and provide insight and options to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Our guest are still talking about how beautiful the venue and views were, how amazing the food was, and how awesome the bar and drinks were. The staff were wonderful and kept everything running so smoothly. We did not run into a single error or hiccup the entire night which seems so rare when I talk to other brides!I highly recommend Music Box for weddings and events. Our wedding at Music Box Supper Club went above and beyond my expectations. Shannon was a incredible to work with and was very flexible with our multiple reschedules due to COVID. On the actual wedding day, everything went perfectly. The food was delicious- our guests still talk about how good the food was- and the service was impeccable. Visually, the space (we were in the concert hall) is seriously stunning. The tables needed minimal decorations, as the space is beautiful and the windows give such a great view of the flats. We added lots of candles and it felt so modern and romantic. Compared to other venues downtown, Music Box is such a steal and very underrated. I’m so glad we had our wedding and reception here- it was everything I could’ve wanted and more!

Just wanted to share for any potential brides planning on using Music Box Supper Club in the Flats of downtown Cleveland, I have a detailed exchange with the Wedding Venue Manager. After I brought a laundry list of concerns up (including one of the bartenders making an anti-semitic comment to my brother- the whole email I sent won't fit here), she refused to acknowledge each individual issue or apologize and try to make things right. After coming to her with concerns/frustrations, she ignores me and only states how they have successful weddings each year, as though that my wedding and it's shortcomings are not valid. Please be wary and be sure to be on top of everyone and everything on your big day. Otherwise, your wedding cake might get misplaced, items might go missing and certain guests might not eat.Immensely thankful for our DJ and photographer that streamlined everything and helped us as best they could. Just be prepared if you plan on spending money here (which you will spend a lot of!) that that's all they care about. Once they get the money from you they won't care or take responsibility for any of the issues that occur on your big day.

Shannon was flexible with adjusting our guest count and couldn't have been more helpful throughout the entire process. The food was incredible - guests were raving about it to us the day of the event and for weeks after. A few guests mentioned that it was the perfect location for a wedding. The Music Box is the best venue for weddings in Cleveland. It offers the perfect balance of great food & drink, exceptional service, ambience and affordability. And no other location has the amazing city skyline as its backdrop.Shannon B. did an amazing job organizing our October 31st wedding (especially considering the additional challenges posed by COVID). She helped us make important planning decisions that resulted in an event that far exceeded our expectations. All of the vendors that we hired for the event complimented her professionalism.We received phone calls, emails and text messages from dozens of our guests in the week after the wedding telling us how amazing the Music Box was in hosting the ceremony and reception. They made comments that it was some of the best food they had ever had, the drinks were excellent, and the dining room attendants and cleaners were extremely attentive. And everyone was thrilled with the photo opportunities offered by the nighttime view on the patio. Looking back... there is not a single thing that we would have changed. The evening was perfect. Thank you Music Box.

Music Box covered all of our bases. Shannon said yes to all of our ideas, and even during the pandemic helped us create the wedding that we wanted. The space is beautiful, and the staff is very kind and attentive. All of our guests had a great time, the food and drinks were all phenomenal. Only complaint is that they gave us a bit of a hard time about rescheduling when we initially wanted to due to COVID concerns. We ended up not changing our date (because of the $5k rescheduling fee) and we had an amazing time.

I am reviewing the Music Box as 3 stars for one main reason, the pandemic. I would like to preface this review by saying my wedding day and reception was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The service at the music box was great on the day of and the food was spectacular. That said, the planning process with the music box was a nightmare. They offered next to no flexibility as I was planning my wedding. I had it planned for August but during April and May my husband and I were seriously considering moving it given the health situation. The Music Box originally said we could move it to later in 2020, however if we can’t have a wedding safely in August what would make one think things would get better in fall/winter when flu season was upon us so I wasn’t willing to risk the fortune spent thus far. We kept it as is and luckily it ended up being amazing, but when we tried to push our wedding into 2021 they said we could only do so if we were willing to pay an additional $5,000. That $5,000 got you nothing other than a new date in 2021. I completely understand the times are difficult for small businesses however most if not all wedding venues in the surrounding area were flexible for my other friends getting married. For the amount we paid them we expected some accommodations particularly because this was totally out of our hands. I would think twice when hiring the Music Box if flexibility is important to you.

My wife and I were supposed to have our dream wedding at the Music Box Supper Club this fall. My wife is actually a COVID 19 nurse for University Hospitals. We were told that we could still have our brunch wedding but there would be no dancing, no bar, no mimosa bar and no commingling. Since, this is not what our contract stated we wanted we asked for a refund 4 months in advance of our wedding. Instead they offered to change the date of our fall wedding to January through April of 2021 and they would not charge us the $5,000 date change fee. Oh thanks. I just wanted to let you know what a local wedding venue is doing to a disabled veteran and a hometown hero.

If you are considering having your wedding at Music Box, DO IT! We hosted our reception there in October and it was perfect from start to finish. We chose the venue based on its fun atmosphere and aesthetic, the scenic location overlooking the Flats, and because we wanted to have a live band. Everything else turned out to be amazing too… from the delicious food, to the attentive, efficient staff (bartenders, servers, security) and of course, the planning process. Many other reviewers have spoken highly of Shannon, and it’s all true! She is extremely detail-oriented, helpful, and had the fastest response time of anyone I encountered during wedding planning. She’s clearly an expert & she's got everything under control - so you can stress less!On our wedding day, the plans came together flawlessly (thanks to Shannon and the whole staff) and set us up to have such a FUN party. We had our wedding at the Music Box on 9/21/19. We were introduced to the Music Box a couple years ago when our friends got married here. When we got engaged, our first choice in venue was here! People always told me how stressful it was to plan a wedding, but I never felt that once. Shannon and the staff at the Music Box accommodated every single aspect we requested for our wedding day! Shannon turned every wish into reality, and our wedding day was everything we could have dreamed of! We have been told by many of our guests it was the best wedding they have ever been to. My husbands parents have passed, and we requested a table to set in their memory, and had a video made to display pictures of them. Shannon and her team made sure everything went perfectly. On our wedding day, the staff made sure to make sure the bridal party always had everything we needed and a fresh drink in hand:) I could not have asked for better service. All the guests commented on the service, bartenders, food, and beautiful scenery. I had guests telling me they wish we could have our wedding every year because they enjoyed themselves so much. We made the best choice in venue with the Music Box, and would make the same one over and over again. I am forever grateful for Shannon and the entire staff who made our wedding day the most beautiful and perfect day. Thank you all so much!! Words cannot describe how perfect our wedding was on 9/14/19 and how easily it was to work with the Music Box. The Music Box was the very first venue we looked at for our wedding and as soon as we walked in it felt right. The space is unique and beautiful and our meeting with Shannon to tour the space was so detailed and informative. I assumed all of our tours of different venues would be like this, but I was wrong. Shannon is amazing and works so hard to make your day perfection and stress-free. The staff at the Music Box is beyond amazing. They are so tentative and accommodating. We had our wedding upstairs, so we had the large bar and came with four very experienced bartenders, so there was never a wait for a drink. The bar package was insane, it practically was a full bar where our guests could order their drink of choice. The food was ridiculously good. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and the Music Box was very helpful to make sure all of the dietary requests of our guests were met (we had two vegans and multiple gluten free guests). The space is beautiful with the large windows and views of the river and the East Bank of the Flats. The outside patio is perfect for a summer evening to watch the boats go by if you want to step away from the loud music inside. The complementary bridal suite was a nice perk for the wedding party. We were able to store our stuff in the room, sneak away to freshen up and had access to a private bathroom. Now the best reason to book the Music Box is the acoustics. It by far has the best sound system for any Cleveland venue and if you want to have a live band at your wedding, the Music Box is your very best option. I would recommend the Music Box to anyone for an event or just going to see a show. It definitely has that cool factor and it isn’t your typical wedding venue.

We got married on 10/5 at the Music Box and I cannot express enough how wonderful our day was! I wish we could do it all over again, and half of the reason is because of how amazing Shannon the event coordinator was. She made the process so stress free and was extremely helpful the whole way! No matter how many emails I sent, she always got back to me in a timely manner and our wedding day went by without one flaw on the venues end. The concert hall space is absolutely gorgeous and we have gotten so many compliments on how unique our venue was! We loved having the ceremony on the rooftop deck and then having indoor and outdoor space for the party. The food was the best, and not one guest had a complaint- they actually said it was the best wedding food they have eaten. The staff is attentive, kind, and helpful for anything you need. I cannot say enough good things about the Music Box. If you are questioning whether to get married here think no more and set up a venue inquiry with Shannon- you can’t go wrong!

We had our wedding on 9/14/19 on the first floor of the Music Box Supper Club at the Rusty Anchor and it was everything we ever wanted! Our ceremony was held outside on the boardwalk and the space was perfect. We had a windy day which caused our chuppah to blow over, but the staff was ON IT and immediately took action, holding it up for us for the remainder of the ceremony. Working with Shannon was seamless. She was there every step of the way, from the tasting months prior to the last hour of the reception, making sure everything ran accordingly. She coordinated with all of our vendors so we didn't have to worry about a thing. All of our guests were blown away by the atmosphere and the food. Our out of town guests got a one of a kind Cleveland experience. We didn't waste any time checking out other venues, we knew right away this was it.

We had our wedding reception at the Music Box Supper Club on August 31st, 2019. It was absolutely perfect! From the planning process with Shannon, to the night of, everything exceeded our expectations. Shannon made the planning process seamless and thought of every single detail, which made my life a lot easier. She was a pleasure to work with. Our guests were blown away by the spectacular views of the river and the outside patio. And the food was absolutely amazing! We went an untraditional route and had fried chicken for everyone. Shannon told us at our first meeting that the chef at Music Box claims he has the best fried chicken around, and she was right! Everyone loved the food and is still raving about it. The staff on the night of the reception also went above and beyond anything I could have dreamt. They did more than they were asked and even had almost everything cleaned and boxed away before the reception was over - yet, I never saw any of them cleaning up! I'm not sure how they did it all. We were very impressed. My husband and I are so happy we chose the Music Box for our reception. We would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Shannon and the staff at the Music Box for making all of our wedding dreams come true!

Music Box Supper Club has been my dream wedding venue. For our July 13th wedding, it was everything I had imagined. This is one of the few places where you can enjoy the downtown scene along with a waterfront view over the Cuyahoga River Harbor. The venue was absolutely breath taking as we along with all of our guest were blown away. The outdoor balcony is perfect for harbor views and views of downtown and the flats on a beautiful summer night. This spot was also great for pictures and stepping out to get some fresh air. Shannon was amazing from beginning to end. She was always open to your ideas to tailor the wedding around your needs. She also has great suggestions and ideas. All of the food was great (short rib was amazing) and comes out extremely fast. The bar was also great as it is plenty big to accommodate any number of guests. Great selection too of beers on tap and also specialty drinks (Margs and Mules). Overall, we were blown away by Music Box and everyone involved in making our day perfect. We along with all of our guests would highly recommend this spot for a wedding.

The Music Box was in the perfect location for our summer wedding. Our ceremony was held on the rooftop deck and the reception was upstairs. We had around 170 guests and there was plenty of room. Shannon was our contact / wedding coordinator and we couldn’t have been more impressed with her outstanding communication and level of organization. She made every effort to give us everything we asked for, even when we made last minute changes. The food was excellent and they were very accommodating with guests dietary restrictions. All of our vendors were very happy with the space and the time they were given to setup and tear down. The bridal suite had plenty of room to get ready and breakfast was provided while hair and makeup were being done. We can’t really speak on price because the Music Box was the first place we looked at and we instantly knew it was where we wanted to get married, but they provided plenty of options that fit into our budget though. Lastly, what we were most impressed with was the staff. Everyone from Shannon to the bartenders, security, waiters and waitresses and every other employee we came in contact with were fantastic. They were professional, courteous, and responded quickly to any and all requests from us and our guests. We highly recommend the Music Box Supper Club for your wedding unless you are anti-fun. If you do not like to have fun and would rather have a lame boring wedding then we suggest you go somewhere else!

We had our dream wedding at Music Box on June 22, 2019. My husband and I looked at a lot of different venues and Music Box was the last one on our list. When we both walked in we knew it was the place for us. We definitely saved the best for last!!! We met with Shannon and immediately booked the venue that day. Throughout the planning process Shannon was more than helpful. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and went above and beyond. I am a major planner, so when talking to her she always eased my mind and was very helpful. Our food tasting was great, too! Right before our big day we met with Shannon again to go over everything one last time. We got married outside on the deck and the reception was on the second floor. The room was absolutely stunning! During dinner, the staff was very helpful and attentive!!! Anything we needed they were eager to help to make our experience amazing. At the end of the night their staff packed up everything for us. We had a lot of our guests say that was one of the best weddings they have ever been to! Our day couldn't have been more perfect. Music box was absolutely perfect for our June 8th wedding. We truly couldn’t have asked for our day to go any smoother with the help of Shannon and her amazing staff. They went above and beyond all expectations to make sure the day went perfect. Every detail was well thought out and addressed. Shannon was exceptionally organized through out the entire process and helped to make planning as simple as possible. Our guests were incredibly taken care of and continue to compliment on the food, the service and of course the unique water front venue. I am extremely thankful to music box for starting our marriage off with such perfect day.

Music Box Supper Club is hands down, the BEST wedding location in town. Music Box is the only place I've ever dreamed of having my wedding for years. I work for a local bakery in Cleveland and have delivered wedding cakes and been to many venues all over Northeast Ohio. It's interior is amazing with all of the windows and the views that come with it. Being on the river gives it such a trendy feel. My husband and I love our city and had many out-of-town family members and guests attend, and we thought this venue would be the perfect way to show off our pretty little city. Not only is the venue and location incredible, the staff did an amazing job. Compliments to Dennis and his staff as the food was so great, and they were so attentive throughout the whole night. We've had so many compliments about it being \"the best wedding [they've] ever been to.\" And last but not least, our event planner, Shannon, was such a pleasure to work with. She was very prompt with responses and always very reassuring that everything would come together. Her attention to detail was exactly on par to mine, which put me at ease. One of my favorite parts of the whole process was our rehearsal day when we dropped off all of our decor and got to spend a few minutes talking with her. She made us feel so special and was so genuinely happy for us. It really all sank in what was about to happen the next day while we were talking with her. She was such a joy to work with over the course of our engagement. We really had the best day ever and we can't thank Music Box and all the staff enough for having such a huge hand in making it the perfect day!

Our September 22nd, 2018 wedding exceeded all expectations. Shannon was responsive, punctual, and had an awesome attitude. The space was beautiful, food was great, and the bar kept drinks flowing with a heavy hand. We planned for at least 1 or 2 wedding-day catastrophes. None came. I could not recommend Music Box enough. They made a great wedding possible.

My now-husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Music Box in late August and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful! We were looking for a fun, unique, urban venue that would be convenient for our (mostly out of town) guests and Music Box was a perfect fit. The majority of our guests stayed nearby (downtown or Flats East Bank) which made it easy to explore the city during downtime, and many of them took the water taxi across the river for the wedding which got fun reviews. Guests also raved about the delicious food, fantastic service and layout of the venue, specifically the outdoor/rooftop space and large bar. Working with Shannon was another highlight for me. Her calm presence combined with her organizational skills and experience made for easy planning and a stress-free night for myself, my husband and our families. Overall we are so incredibly glad to have had our wedding at Music Box and would highly recommend it!

Our recent wedding (9/2/18) was AMAZING!! I have done event planning for multi-million donors for a major hospital system in Cleveland, OH so my expectations were very high. My now husband wanted a venue that was not typical, would be memorable, beautiful and not super expensive. We also wanted great food, drinks, service and even the option to include our dogs in the rooftop ceremony (with, I might add a welcomed fly-by the Blue Angels). Music Box Supper Club was absolutely perfect, and completely exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect, and it was a fairy tale day. People are still talking about how great everything was _\"one of the best weddings.\" And, they loved the dogs walking down the aisle. Nothing but compliments :) Shannon, their event manager, is so professional and accommodating. I highly, highly recommend this venue.

Selecting Music Box for our wedding venue was by far one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. With all the craziness that comes with planning a wedding, Music Box makes the hard stuff easy. Shannon is such a calm and welcoming presence to have during planning and on the big day itself. Any questions, silly or small that we had to ask her, were answered quickly and efficiently. She truly cares about your day and wants it to feel as personal as possible. The staff at Music Box was helpful, professional, and kind even after the 3rd or 4th glass had been dropped on the dance floor. They welcomed our crazy dancing, mosh pitting, bold \"appetited\" families (food and alcohol) with open arms. The compliments from family near and far about the venue secured even further that this place MADE our wedding something special for all to remember. Booking Music Box for your wedding is something you will NOT regret. You will love every aspect of this venue: food, drinks, staff, and atmosphere. They make for a perfect day.

The Music Box and staff made our dream wedding happen!! The venue is amazing with the best views of the city. There are so many great spots for photographers. The roof top deck was perfect for our ceremony! Everyone raved about the food and the bartenders did an excellent job catering to our group of big drinkers! We could not have picked a better place in Cleveland to have our wedding! Shannon was an absolute dream..she was so accommodating to every request we had. Highly recommend! I was so happy we picked a place that was a one stop shop and had great views. Other than tasting cakes in Lakewood, everything was done on site at Music Box. No running around, no getting quotes from a million people. All I had to do was find a photographer, florist, and a band (who Music Box communicated with easily). The outdoor space is fantastic for guests. We had an outdoor ceremony and were able to pipe music from the band out to the patio all night long for guests who wanted to enjoy the weather. Having Shannon was invaluable and made everything so much easier. She was responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly. If you are looking for a fun time and lots of compliments from your guests, use the Music Box!

Everything about the Music Box exceeded our expectations for our June 2018 wedding, from the service to the food to the beautiful location. Shannon, the venue’s coordinator, was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the year of planning our Cleveland wedding from out-of-state. She truly took all of the guesswork and stress out of the process and made it a fun experience to fine-tune the many details!After a year of planning, the day of our wedding could not have gone better. The Music Box staff’s attention to detail with putting up our decorations, the friendly and skilled bartenders, the delicious food, the beautiful views, the special attention that was paid to assist all of our guests, the security guard who kept me up-to-date all evening long — I could go on and on. Our event was 10 days ago and we are still receiving compliments on all of the above from our guests. Thanks to the Music Box, it was truly a magical night.

I recently had my wedding here and I have a hard time putting into words what a wonderful experience we had! From the start of looking at the venue over a year ago Shannon was such a nice and helpful planner. She was there to answer any Questions we had right away and make everything we wanted to happen come to fruition. On the day of the wedding the staff was so great! Everything went so smooth and was prepared exactly how we had dreamed. My guests raved about the service and the delicious food. One of the other big reasons for choosing this venue was atmosphere. The lighting, view, cleanliness, etc. are all on point. If you are considering holding an event or wedding here or even just going to see a show do not miss out on what an amazing night out you are going to have! They made our special day so perfect!

Our wedding at the Music Box Supper Club was without a doubt, our dream wedding. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous - with dark, hardwood throughout and an amazing view of the river and the waterfront. The tables are nice enough on their own - we felt that adding a simple runner is all that is needed to make them perfect. Nice, simple touches are all that is needed to make the venue come alive and feel like a dream. Beyond the space, the staff is exceptional. The event coordinator, Shannon, is a godsend. She expertly handles the night and ensures that everything runs perfectly. Pre-event, Shannon provided all the details and helped us understand the day’s events and how everything would go. She was also in contact with all our vendors to ensure that they knew what to expect on the day of the wedding - where to go, what time to arrive, etc. We never had to deal with coordinating and dealing with multiple vendors, it was all taken care of. Shannon was extremely helpful and would happily and quickly answer the many questions we had for her. For the “day of” details and set-up, all we had to do was meet with Shannon one last time before the wedding and bring everything we needed for decor. When we arrived for our wedding ceremony, we were speechless over how perfect everything looked. There was not one single thing we had to worry about at all. Throughout the wedding, the staff was amazingly helpful and professional. They checked up on us throughout the night to see if there was anything we needed and to ensure everything was perfect. The bar was fully stocked and operated by professionals, and they did a wonderful job on our selected signature cocktail. The food provided by chef Dennis was exquisite - we have never eaten such amazing food at a wedding and everyone was raving about how wonderful it was. They have a great menu to choose from for the meal and they do a nice job of accommodating dietary restrictions - our vegan option was delicious! At the end of the night, the staff again took care of anything that needed to be done - they tore down everything and loaded the cars for our parents to ensure there was nothing they had to worry about either! Nothing was missing or damaged - everything was handled with extreme care. Our friends and family had only positive remarks about the wedding and the Music Box Supper Club. We are forever grateful for everything Shannon and the personnel at the venue did to make our wedding the perfect dream.

Our daughter had her wedding at the music box supper club March 31, 2018. What can I say about Shannon Brancifort with her efforts through the whole event . Amazing!!! All the detail that she paid attention to throughout the wedding planning, the tasting, the rehearsal dinner, and the day of the wedding . Everything was flawless. I can’t thank her enough. I want to thank Dennis also, the food went from the oven to your plate uncovered. Amazing. The braised ribs were like nothing else I’ve ever tasted. The chicken piccata were spectacular. When I left the reception the only thing I had to do was walk out front, and get in my car, and drive off. The service was A+. They also catered to us that night including the new GM and they continuously asked me if I needed anything and was everything ok!!!! Satisfaction guaranteed!!!!

Our wedding at Music Box was absolutely perfect. The view of the river is gorgeous no matter what time of year it is. The Concert Hall is perfect for large weddings and allows for several room configurations and a good sized dance floor. The food was absolutely delicious. KB Confections was easy to work with for designing our cake, which was also delicious. The servers and bartenders were efficient and cordial to all our guests. Shannon was nice and masterful when it came to managing all the details. She worked with us to find a price that worked with our budget and made helpful recommendations for setup, food, vendors, etc. based on previous weddings she has planned. The bridal suite room is incredibly beneficial to have, as it gives you a private space during the reception. There was never any drama or unwanted stress working with Music Box. Everything ran smoothly and we had a perfect wedding day. Trust me, you will not regret having your wedding at Music Box!

The only reason we chose Music Box as our wedding venue was because of Shannon. She was very accommodating, offered suggestions and very responsive - and I mean very responsive and easily accessible. She kept the planning process on track and delivered timely on her duties. I never thought I would need a wedding planner and now I KNOW I could not have survived the whole wedding process without her. Money well and worth spending.

I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about the Music Box! Absolutely everything was perfect, every single detail was more perfect than I could have imagined! Shannon and her staff are the absolute best! They make everything so easy, I couldn’t believe how relaxed I felt and I was not nervous about anything going wrong or not being exactly what I though it would be. I am not exaggerating when I say that almost all of our guests said that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been too! We have gotten so many complements on the food, DJ/Music, staff, and just the venue itself. I think that should speak volumes about this place, we have not heard one criticism from our wedding. I would recommend the Music Box to anyone getting married, it is the best venue out there! Thank you all again, Music Box!

I am so grateful that our daughter picked Music Box. The setting alone in unbelievable with the waterfront views. From our very first meeting with Shannon to saying \"good night\" to those sweeping the floor, everything was delivered in a First Class manner. The attention to detail by everyone there was nothing short of amazing. Not to be forgotten, Chef Dennis and his staff delivered an unforgettable spread of food from hors d'oeuvres to the late night Nacho Bar! My wife and I have been caught totally off guard by the number of \"thank you\" notes we have received since our reception! An unequivocal, absolute recommendation to anyone reading this review.

Everything about our wedding at MusicBox was perfect! From the planning to the actually day, it all just flowed. I love the packages they offer- it made planning so easy. No need to worry about chairs, tables, plates, cups, an outside caterer, or even a cake! The venue has such a great look, you also barely need to decorate. We worked with Shannon, who always promptly replied to my questions and easily accommodated by special requests. I had no need for a wedding planner between her and my photographer. She kept in contact with our florist and band as well. The day before the wedding I dropped off day-of details and when we arrived for cocktail hour everything was set up perfectly.The food was FANTASTIC. My favorite was the lobster perogi appetizer and definitely the short ribs! Also, I've never been to a wedding with such a great bar. I could go on forever, but you should really look into this place for yourself! Everyone said our wedding was the best and I am so grateful that the Music Box was available for our day!

When we were looking for a venue we knew we did not want the typical banquet hall. When we found this hidden gem in the heart of the flats we knew it was perfect. Shannon the wedding coordinator was so easy to work with and answered all of my emails in a timely fashion which mad it easy to plan the day. Every single person I have talked to was blown away from the venue and how great everything was. The venue was exceptional down to the very last detail, Shannon makes sure everything is covered from cleaning everything to coordinating with the staff and other vendors you may have. Lastly the food was incredible ! Overall, if you are looking for a wedding venue that is different from the norm Music Box Supper Club is the venue for you!

My husband and I were so happy to have Music Box as our reception venue! We live in California and Shannon made the planning process so easy from so far away. I actually didn't get to see the Supper Club until 2 months before the wedding and I absolutely loved it. During my first meeting with Shannon, she covered all of my questions and then even went over things I had not even thought of. She made me feel so at ease with all of the planning. Unfortunately, Shannon had a family emergency the week of my wedding, but Brittany took over her duties and was just as helpful! The day of the wedding was perfect, everything looked beautiful. The food was fantastic, I still have people telling me how much they loved food. The serving and bartending staff were fantastic! They were so accommodating and helpful.One of my main concerns about the venue was that the dance floor would be too small and people would feel too crammed. That was definitely not the case. We moved a couple tables to open up the floor and the new garage door in the room really opened it up and allowed more people to spend time out on the patio. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. I want to relive that day so badly and Music Box is a big reason why. If you are looking for a unique venue with a beautiful view and spectacular service, this is your venue!

Having our wedding at Music Box was by far the best decision we made throughout the whole wedding planning process. From the location to the food to the amazing job Shannon the wedding coordinator did, I honestly can't say enough great things about them. The chef there did not disappoint! We have had sooo many compliments from our guests about how fantastic the food was. They also couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue itself was. Being right on the water we did our ceremony on the rooftop deck overlooking the flats and it was the perfect spot! And as the sun set the views were even more spectacular thanks to the panoramic wall of windows inside. And last but not least I cannot stay enough amazing things about our wedding coordinator Shannon! She handled anything and everything we could have asked for expertly and effortlessly throughout the whole process. From the first viewing to the day of we didn't have to stress about a single thing. She took care of the one or two small glitches that popped up the day of the wedding (things that had nothing to do with the venue by the way) so I didn't have to worry about a single thing except getting married. Over all I would rate the Music Box 10 stars if I could!
