Muskego Lakes Country Club was an amazing venue, and it was far more affordable and spacious than many places we visited. We knew right away that it was right for us when we saw it. We comfortably fit 320 people in there. Lauren was beyond great. Thanks again! Reviewed on 06-07-2023
Lisa Glish(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-02-2022 Helen and Destiny were amazing! They made sure that we had the best day. Communication was always fast with emails. They answered our questions right down to the TEE. They were very flexible with meeting for the meetings when it came to in person. When it came to the day of the wedding, they were open and ready for us to come in and get ready. We had a beautiful white winter wedding. Helen and Destiny won't disappoint. If it weren't for them, I don't know if I would've been able to walk down that aisle. Reviewed on 26-02-2022

Alejandra Briones(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-07-2016 We had our wedding on July 3, 2016 and worked with Helen Runjo at Muskego Lakes and she was awesome. Since day 1 we met her, she made sure we were taken care of and answered all of our questions. She met with us on several occasions to go over final details and she had thought of things we hadn't. I would totally recommend her and location. Everything went smooth the day of our wedding even when she showed up sick just to make sure everything was awesome for us. Her hard work and dedication was greatly appreciated and we will be recommending her to all of our friends. Thanks Helen don't know what we would have done without you!!! Reviewed on 31-08-2016
Amber Kaufman(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-06-2013 We had our wedding in June so we were able to have a beautiful ceremony outside. It was perfect! The food was fantastic. We went to two food tastings so we got to pick everything that was offered at our buffet. I was able to decorate how I wanted, I did a DIY, so everything was my own work. We were able to put up globe lighting all over which made for a wonderful scene.\r\rChris was helpful and very affordable. The place is amazing and far and beyond better than all the other venues we looked at. You didn't have to pay for chairs, tables, bartenders, napkins, etc. Muskego Lakes was half the price of other places we looked at and had a better view and food.\r\rOur only problem had was when it came to the buffet. We were told we would have 2 stations for a buffet. Then a few weeks later he felt we might not need it due to our numbers. We had 220 people. My wedding planner e-mailed Chris a few days before the wedding about the two buffets we were originally promised. He felt we wouldn't need it with the amount of guests, but we did because of the band. We were very restricted on time. We had a band we hired from 6 p.m.-12 a.m. So we didn't have a lot of time to play with. On the day of the wedding, there was only one buffet. We lost 30-45 minutes of music because from the moment the head table got food to the last table got food, it took 45 minutes. Our guests had to wait almost an hour to get dinner! We felt so bad for that. We stressed to Chris that the music was our priority and were on a strict time restraint. The manager of the band tried couple times to get in touch with Chris before the wedding to figure out timeframes, but he didn't get back to him. So I did a lot of middleman work and hoped it would all work out in the end. We were very disappointed that we paid a lot of money for our music and we missed so much of it. We also were told that our slideshow would be played on the bar t.v. because the way the venue is set up, not everyone could see the slideshow. Chris said if we gave him a copy, it would play on loop at the bar. It was not. We are not sure if the bartenders didn't try, but the bartenders told us the dvd player wasn't working.\rOverall, it is a great place to have your wedding. Beautiful and affordable. If you have any set ideas of how you want your wedding to go, you have to fight for it. Chris does many weddings each year, and likes them a certain way because it works well for him. We had to tell him how we needed things to go, he wasn't for it, but allowed it. In the end, two buffets like we were promised, would have made our day perfect. Reviewed on 11-09-2013
Kayla Sanders(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-01-1970 When I first walked in to Muskego Lakes Country Club's banquet halls, they were gorgeous. New floors, beautiful views onto the golf course, and a large bar right by the huge dance floor. Chris, who I worked with, was absolutely fabulous even down to the little details. He was prompt to email responses, and helped me build the vision I was going for. The staff the night of our wedding was kind, fun and professioanl. I would recommend MLCC to anyone! Julie Monigold(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-07-2010 Muskego Lakes Golf course was the perfect location for my wedding. We used the downstairs outdoor patio for the ceremony, and the Greenbriar room for the reception. The staff was exceptionally great, especially the manager Chris Krause. They worked with my every need, especially after our almost weather disaster. The hall itself was great. Lots of windows and open space. Gorgeous views of the golf course and skyline. And the outdoor patio was a nice touch for smokers not to feel alienated. The attached bar was perfect also for the guests to step away from the dance floor. I highly reccommend this venue for any couple who enjoys the outdoors as much as my new husband and I do :) Reviewed on 05-11-2010
Jennifer Phillips(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 11-12-2004 it was away from the city and was a relaxed environment. we didn't even have to be members to have our reception there. there was a nice porch off of the hall that smokers could go if needed, and the bar was inside the room, so our guests didn't have to go wandering around. the staff were always accomodating from the first time we sat down to pick out the date to the end of the evening. we wanted something different than having our reception at a hotel, and this was definitely it. i was very pleased with how wonderful everything turned out. also because our wedding was so close to christmas and we had christmas colors incorporated with the wedding colors, we were able to use their holiday decorations which also saved us at least 50% of what we would have spent on decorations. Tara McCarthy(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-05-2007 It was almost all windows. This made the space amazing because the country club is surrounded by the golf course, so you got a spectacular view of the surrounding course. It also had a great outdoor patio which guests loved. The space had a nice sense of intimacy as well. Even though it was surrounded by the city of Milwaukee, you felt like you were in the middle of the country. The club was tucked away in a forest area. It was a very intimate and cozy atmosphere which was amazing to find! Reviewed on 17-09-2007
