Located in Hopkinsville, KY, Naimoli Estate is an elegant wedding venue. Established in the 1990s by Dr. and Mrs. Naimoli, this couple wished to create a pastoral winery in order to bring the premium taste of Italy to their local community. Here, you and your guests will adore the scenic atmosphere that the owners have created. It is a perfect backdrop for a celebration of love. Naimoli Estate offers a number of different facilities for your wedding day. You can begin your festivities with a ceremony held outside the breathtaking Naimoli mansion. Here, you will find a garden gazebo which can act as your altar, with guests seated onlooking from the lawn. Following your vow exchange, you and your loved ones can enjoy a cocktail reception on the mansion’s patio. Your main event of dining and dancing can take place in the stunning rustic barn on the property. Featuring an exterior of sandy wood, this pastoral structure stays true to its country origins. Inside, you will find exposed wooden ceiling beams paired with a stunning chandelier. You can seat up to 350 guests here in banquet dining style, with plenty of room for a dance floor. Large windows allow natural light to flow through the space and the overhead lighting can be adjusted to fit the ambience of your celebration. The barn also includes private suites that you and your entourage can retire to for any touch ups, or simply to take a moment away from the excitement. Naimoli Estate can provide couples with inclusive wedding packages to facilitate their wedding celebration. These packages include planning services from their expert events team, ensuring that every element of your day is just as you want it. Floral arrangements and catering services are also included in this package, as well as event rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, flatware, and glassware. You and your chosen guests can also seek accommodations in the Naimoli mansion, creating a perfect end to your festivities.

We had an amazing experience with using Naimoli Estate for our wedding. Mrs. Wendy was incredibly helpful in coordinating all the details and making the day go smoothly so we didn’t have anything to worry about. She truly went above and beyond from planning to rehearsal to the day of. The staff did an amazing job serving us and were very helpful in transporting us and our guests wherever we needed to be. I appreciated the communication she gave regarding scheduling and timeline adjustments as well. It was the little things the day of that truly made it special. From the fruit plate she prepared for us while getting ready to arranging the flowers and cake topper on our cake, we felt truly taken care of on our day. The lodging and accommodations were perfect for our wedding party and friends from out of town and I loved how close it was to the site. Overall I would highly recommend Naimoli Estate and working with the owner Mrs. Wendy.

I would 10/10 recommend Naimoli Estate! Ms. Wendy was the best wedding planner and perfect at keeping us on track to make wedding planning the least stressful as possible- and I could not thank her enough for the day of going so smoothly. The venue was stunning and perfect for housing family and wedding party. You can choose to have the wedding ceremony outside or in the barn - I really loved having this security incase we had bad weather the day of. The barn was perfect for the reception and was very spacious to dance, eat, and hangout with guests. I cannot recommend this place enough ❤️

Ms. Wendy made things so easy for my special day! She is the best wedding planner there is around and her estate was PERFECT and made me feel like the true princess I was that day! She is the definition of southern hospitality!!! For sure would recommend if anyone is looking for class with a little southern charm, or class with a bit of a rustic feel shes definately got you covered with not one, not 2, but 3 different venues on site with a beautiful Vinyard and wine tasting to go with! Me and my husband also rented the lodge for both of our families to stay in which was great since we were traveling from TN! We love Wendy!!!

I don’t know what I would have done without Naimoli Estate. They put together my entire wedding and did it WELL! From the moment my husband and I toured the venue we knew it was the one. It’s absolutely gorgeous and so Convienent. The bridal party and family were able to stay spend the night at the venue the night of the rehearsals and wedding night. Naimoli Estates took care of the rehearsal dinner, rehearsal practice, wedding decorations, wedding food, coordinating the day, and everything in between. Myself and my family just showed up and were able to relax and enjoy it all. There isn’t a single thing I would change about this whole process, and it’s all thanks to this great venue. If you’re looking for a venue to host your special day you seriously cannot go wrong with Naimoli Estates.

Our experience was perfect from start to finish. Ms. Wendy, the owner and coordinator, made the wedding planning process so simple and stress-free. This place was perfect! Was very shocked to find such a great venue in Western Kentucky. The barn was perfect for the reception. Wendy made the whole process so smooth and easy for us. She even had the supplier for our open bar lined up for us. Helped with ordering our flowers. We were able to have both the wedding and reception on the grounds. My daughter recently got married here. The venue was the best decision we made. Wendy, the owner, was very attentive and made sure all details for the big day were perfect. Wendy is an all-star- and makes sure everything is perfect for our wedding. The venue is perfect since we are coming from Arizona. We were able to stay on-site for the wedding. The accommodations are the best. Would recommend it for any destination wedding.

We got engaged late last year. We were worried about all the last-minute bookings and finding the perfect venue. The owner has been truly amazing thus far. All coordination is through her and this overall planning experience has been stress-free. We are coming out of town from Cali, this place is the perfect location where all my guests and family can gather together to celebrate this special day with us. The venue offers so much, especially for any out-of-town guests. a 10/10 experience.

For us, this venue was everything and more! It’s a hidden gem in Western Ky and a beautiful space with so much to offer! Mrs Wendy and her staff made the bride's fairytale wedding dream a reality! The venue is gorgeous and offers multiple locations to choose from. They offer all-inclusive service. The catering is absolutely delicious - we used them for rehearsal dinner as well as the reception. The bridal party was able to stay onsite the entire weekend. I cannot say enough good about this venue and absolutely recommend without hesitation!

My son was married here last weekend. We housed some of the family in the Lodge- Major ant problem, the showers were dirty and the rooms appeared not to of been cleaned . The kitchen is not equipped to prepare meals. Family also stayed in the “Mansion” the upstairs bedrooms were extremely hot, linens were lacking and the pillows were like bricks. The owner “Wendy” would show up at any given moment. She actually showed the space to a potential client, while we were there?! During the reception the guest pointed out to us she was at the table picking at the food with her fingers. The bartenders we’re supposed to inform the bride when the bar reached a dollar amount so we could decide to leave it open or make it a cash bar. They made it a cash bar without saying anything to us. Yes her little dog Stella ran around. We were sad to hear a guest at a prior wedding killed her big dog drinking and driving. While she was paid in full she continues to send random text stating she is owed random dollar amounts for the use of high top tables and barrels all of which were included in her contract. Oh! The golf carts to transport guest were filthy.Mind you the bride and groom left all the flowers for the wedding taking place later the day the left.

My son was married here last weekend. We housed some of the family in the Lodge- Major ant problem, the showers were dirty and the rooms appeared not to of been cleaned . The kitchen is not equipped to prepare meals. Family also stayed in the “Mansion” the upstairs bedrooms were extremely hot, linens were lacking and the pillows were like bricks. The owner “Wendy” would show up at any given moment. She actually showed the space to a potential client, while we were there?! During the reception the guest pointed out to us she was at the table picking at the food with her fingers. The bartenders we’re supposed to inform the bride when the bar reached a dollar amount so we could decide to leave it open or make it a cash bar. They made it a cash bar without saying anything to us. Yes her little dog Stella ran around. We were sad to hear a guest at a prior wedding killed her big dog drinking and driving. While she was paid in full she continues to send random text stating she is owed random dollar amounts for the use of high top tables and barrels all of which were included in her contract. Oh! The golf carts to transport guest were filthy.Mind you the bride and groom left all the flowers for the wedding taking place later the day the left.

My daughter's wedding took place at Naimoli Estate and we could not be any happier with the experience. Wendy kept in contact with us from day one till the wedding day. My family came in from New York and stayed on the property. Any accommodations were there and we never had to leave. Wendy and her staff are amazing. Even though it was my only daughter’s wedding, it felt like a vacation of how relaxing the weekend went. All vendors and services were in house, and we did not have to worry about any of the planning process, which we were grateful for since we were out of town guests. l Thank you all for everything. It was truly the best weekend for me and my family. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I wish I had as good an experience as others who have left reviews.Since I can't leave a lengthy, detailed review, I will have to bullet point it.I chose the mansion and garden as the venue for the ceremony and reception.Issues:- it was 85 degrees and sunny the day of and would have cost $150 extra to move it inside.- I paid $400 for a coordinator and Wendy set up my reception based on how the previous bride had it and not how I had discussed.- I wanted a small sweetheart table, a big family style table for the wedding party and parents to sit at (14 people), and 8 round tables for the other guests. Wendy set up ALL round tables because that is how it was setup last weekend. So I didn't have enough decorations to cover the change.- The friends tables and family tables were on opposite sides of the patio and I felt as thought the friends were alienated away from everyone and she had the guestbook set up over by the family so most of my guests didn't even sign.- She let her dogs run around during the reception and didn't clean up after them preventing my dog from being able to be run free because, George, the Great Pyrenees was growling and showing teeth at her.- I sent Wendy the same schedule as the rest of my vendors but decided to use the previous brides schedule and kept telling everyone else no that we needed to follow her schedule.- The toilets inside the mansion didn't work great which was not great since I had food poisoning from the night before.- The lodge, where the wedding party stayed the night before and after, didn't have and toilet paper or extra trash bags.- Wendy tried to get more money the Friday before because she didn't update her list of what is due when I talked to her earlier that week.Positives:- I'm married to my best friend and our dog was able to be apart of the ceremony.- I got to spend time with all of our friends.If I had to do it over again, I would have hired an outside coordinator who actually listened and executed what I wanted. The venue itself I would give 4 stars, but that is it.

My husband and I weren't sure what to expect because we came in from PA and hadn't seen anything until 2 days before the wedding. We were blown away! The grounds are gorgeous, the owner, Wendy, and her staff are amazing and the entire event was a dream come true! Wendy and her staff were very professional and made sure every detail was taken care of. Our family stayed at the Lodge and that really made things easy for us. We were able to enjoy the property in its entirety and Wendy made us feel like family during our stay. I highly recommend Naimoli Estate.

We toured last January (2020) & reserved a Saturday in May 2020. My son & I placed a deposit down & then COVID hit.... well, I understand that NONE of us were expecting anything like that. I've been debating now for over a year to leave a review & after speaking with others that had reserved & paid for other wedding venues in Nashville to say the least, it was best I do. For they received most if not ALL their deposits back, this lady, WENDY was very determined & even had it in her agreement that \"under no act of God or Government\" and she had NO intentions of even offering a refund. She did, however, offer to let him choose another date for this year 2021, BUT that her prices were going up. So, I’m thinking \"HELL no\".Although the grounds were beautiful, the lady that owns & runs this had no compassion for a young couple already upset that they could not have their wedding. She is a good salesperson though, she made them believe it was all about them & their day.... until their day couldn't happen because KY had shut down pretty much everything last May. She's not about the couples, she's about the almighty dollar. I'm sure she received the Federal $ from COVID as well as all the deposits she had been paid; while my son lost his $2,965.00! Stay away from Naimoli Estate!

My husband & I got married here 10/17/20 and if I could give this venue a 10 star I would. As soon as we arrived for our initial meeting I knew this was the perfect location! Not only is it absolutely beautiful but I cannot say enough kind words about Wendy & Johanna. I moved to KY for my husband 4 years ago so I have no relatives or best friends nearby so I felt like I was planning my wedding alone. Towards the end I couldn’t do it, the stress was too much for me. Wendy & Johanna did all the work for me while never, ever going over our budget & our wedding was breathtaking. All of our family and friends were in awe of our venue! It is so elegant and you have the option of staying at the venue the entire weekend of your wedding! Our entire bridal party stayed after the rehearsal and the wedding! 10/10 recommend the Naimoli Estate ❤️

We have been to the property on numerous occasions (sometime with little to no notice) with my bridal party and friends, and not once were we ever turned away or denied. As far as the property goes, I would highly suggest that you visit it because the photos do the Estate NO justice. It is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. We are even having our daughters Graduation Party and My Fiancés Welcome Home party. They are HUGE supporters of our Military and are involved in the community. If you are debating on going somewhere else please take my advice and visit the Estate. You will not be disappointed....I PROMISE!

A family member of mine had met with Wendy and toured the estate for her wedding this fall. Long story short, after we drove 1.5 hours to meet and put down a deposit, and then Wendy called that evening to say she was \"too disrespected\" by the wedding planner -- who had been silent the whole time-- and that she wanted them to either cancel the wedding planner or she'd be \"forced\" to cancel the contract. We quickly returned and got our money back. I would highly discourage anyone from working with these people and their venues.
