Planning Your Wedding With Nazareth Hall

Nestled in Grand Rapids, OH, Nazareth Hall offers their historic setting as a one-of-a-kind wedding venue for couples. First built in 1927, this estate has been carefully restored over the years to celebrate its humble beginnings. It features 37 acres of picturesque land, with rolling hills, flourishing trees, and lush lawn areas adding to the scenery’s natural beauty. You will have a variety of event spaces to choose from, ranging from a rustic, traditional chapel to an intricately detailed, sophisticated ballroom. Family-owned and -operated, Nazareth Hall is dedicated to providing soon-to-be-weds a romantic atmosphere to create new memories with their loved ones. Its selection of indoor and outdoor spaces can accommodate an array of event sizes, from intimate elopements to receptions with up to 300 attendees. Your ceremony can take place in the down-to-earth, nondenominational chapel, which features stained-glass windows and vintage chandelier lighting for a warm, welcoming aesthetic. If you prefer to exchange your vows among Mother Nature, The Grotto offers a breathtaking backdrop and secluded, tranquil setting in a wooded grove. The grotto itself was first constructed in the 1920s, using coral formations from the Mediterranean Sea, and makes for an eye-catching place for your altar. After your ceremony concludes, you and your guests can move to one of the three onsite ballrooms for your reception. The versatile Ladyglen Ballroom allows your guests to mingle on both the main floor and mezzanine floor, while still having plenty of space to dance. For old-school elegance, The Cadet West Ballroom features marbled columns, brass chandeliers, and large detailed windows for plenty of natural light. Couples that prefer a more minimalist setting can use the Gabriel Ballroom, which has an open floor plan to create any nuptial theme. The Riverview Library is also available for rehearsal dinners, showers, and other pre-wedding events with up to 55 guests. The team at Nazareth Hall will handle event set-up and teardown, giving you plenty of time to spend with your friends and family. Full-service catering is available in-house, with fully customizable menus to satisfy your unique palate. Onsite accommodations are also available, to ensure that you and your entourage have a relaxing wedding weekend.

Absolutely amazing venue! It was so convenient to have the ceremony and reception all in the same building, since we had so many friends and family coming from out of town. Our coordinator Bella made the planning process a breeze and was so helpful. Our day-of hostess Caroline was such a sweetheart and went above and beyond to make sure that the whole day went off without a hitch! There were so many options for food and bar packages, and everything was excellent. It was also so nice that their staff did all of the setting up and tearing down of the ballroom, we just had to add a few decorations and we were set! Nazareth Hall made it so easy for us to have the perfect wedding we had dreamed of!!

five stars is not enough. nazareth deserves a MILLION stars for the amount of effort, patience, detail, and care they put into making my wedding day perfect. katie burns helped plan every single detail to a T with us. we could NOT have done it without her support throughout the whole process. her knowledge and expertise led us to make smart choices, and also create the day of our dreams. my girls and I got ready in bridal suite 1 which was amazing and super spacious! we had our ceremony down in the grotto- all chairs were clean, everything was setup perfectly, the grass was freshly cut, etc. after our ceremony, they helped usher guests upstairs to begin our cocktail hour and reception in the cadet west space. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. our day of coordinator- Sophia, was everything I could have asked for and more. She made sure EVERY SINGLE DETAIL was not forgotten. She constantly checked on me, was bringing me drinks, asking if I needed anything, and helped fulfill EVERY single request I had throughout the night. She was understanding, flexed the timeline when we needed, etc. She was one of the most caring people I’ve met. Next, THE SERVING STAFF AND CHEF. I used to work weddings and serve, and let me tell you, I was nervous. I originally wanted salads preset because of how nervous I was that something would be messed up during my reception (I’m also a major TYPE A bride). THE STAFF ATE AND LEFT NO CRUMBS. They flawlessly and seamlessly served every single table with ease. They were quick, efficient, attentive, and friendly. Every single one of our guests were beyond impressed with the food and staff. We did attend tastings offered by Nazareth prior to our wedding which I strongly recommend as well! Lastly, Nazareth Hall as a venue. It was perfect. If there is one thing I could tell everyone, is spend the money. Of course there are cheaper venues, cheaper decor, etc. Get those floor length linen, get the string lights, do a late night snack. All the details offered by Nazareth Hall came together to make it the most memorable night of our lives. People will talk about our wedding for years to come! I LOVE NAZARETH HALL.

Amazing! Superb! Spectacular! Are just a few words to describe our experience with Nazareth Hall. From our first tour of the venue to the night we left as husband and wife, the staff and service were incredible. Our coordinator was very helpful and friendly. She helped us with everything concerning Nazareth Hall in the months leading up to the wedding, such as timeline, food, payments, etc, etc, ect! Nazareth Hall is a full service wedding venue with lots of customizable options to fit any budget. The Gabriel Ballroom was perfect for a small wedding of 60 people, and the chapel was the best place for our quaint ceremony. The bridal and groom suites are comfortable, the venue is clean, the taste and presentation of the plated meals were great, and the grounds were such a nice place to take pictures! For the day of, our hostess was so helpful, communicative, and sweet. She made sure we kept up with the timeline, that the decorations were moved from the chapel to the reception area, drove the shuttle to and from the grounds, made sure the food service ran smoothly, and ensured we had all of our belongings at the end of the night. We honestly thought our wedding day went so perfectly without any hiccups, and we certainly have to thank Nazareth Hall for all of their time and effort! We definitely recommend this venue to any engaged couple!

My husband and I got married at Nazareth hall on May 13, 2023, and it was one of the easiest and best decisions we made. The grotto looks like it came out of a fairy tale, and Ladyglen ballroom was perfect for accommodating all of our guests. Everyone can’t stop raving about how beautiful it was. It was truly a magical day. We are beyond grateful to all of the staff who helped make the day run smoothly and without any hiccups. Especially Sophie, who was by our sides all day making sure we had everything we needed and taking off soo much stress. And Bella, who helped us every step of the way through the planning process. My husband is Macedonian, and she helped us add some cultural traditions into the day to make it extra special. We truly cannot think of a single thing that went wrong on our special day.

Nazareth Hall is the most amazing and charming wedding venue. When compared to other venues in the Toledo area, Nazareth Hall is the best value for your money. Having food and beverages provided on site along with staff to provide setup and tear down greatly reduces your stress with wedding planning. The staff was amazing- Katie Yoakum was our wedding planner and was extremely helpful and always available for questions or concerns in the year and a half of our wedding planning process. Our hostess for our day of Sarah was always available when we needed her and even delivered drinks and appetizers directly to us after our ceremony so we could enjoy our cocktail hour. The food and beverages were amazing and everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. The Grotto is the most beautiful place to have your ceremony and there are endless places to take pictures both on the grounds and inside. I would strongly recommend this venue to any engaged couple!

We recently got married at Nazareth Hall on 1/28/2023. Right from the start we were welcomed warmly by Katie. Everything about this venue is executed perfectly. From the food, coordinators, even all the way down to hourly schedules it couldn't of been a better experience for both of us. Katie and our day of coordinator Sophie were amazing! They answered every question very quickly and eased any worries we had through out the whole process. I can't recommend them enough, if you're on the fence, this is your sign BOOK THEM. They gave us a wedding would of only dreamed about. Id give them 1000 stars if I could.

My husband fell in love with the Grotto when we were able to go down and experience it. We had a summer wedding at the end of July and we had guests tell us how much cooler it was in the Grotto than in the sunlight. The staff at Nazareth Hall were extremely helpful with everything we needed. They were able to tailor our needs to our ceremony and reception venues. Abby was our coordinator and assisted us with every step. The staff kept everything moving without a worry to us. The morning of our wedding there was a storm, and they were able to get everything cleaned up and set up in time for our wedding. We really enjoyed the food and had compliments about the food selection (gluten free, vegetarian and vegan). It really was a wonderful venue for both the ceremony and the reception!

Wow!! They have everything and think of everything. Weddings are stressful to plan and even the day-of; however, working with Nazareth coordinator, Katie, and day- of hostess, Sophie, most of the stress for planning and all the stress for the day-of were obsolete. Nothing went wrong!! Everything was seamless the day-of. We are so happy to have chosen them for both our ceremony and reception. We were on a budget, and we came under budget even with price increases due to inflation. All our guests were impressed from location to delicious food. Only issue was the property was undergoing some construction and that hindered some of our photographs.

We were so happy with our decision to have our wedding ceremony and reception at Nazareth Hall! Not only is it a gorgeous venue, but the knowledgeable staff makes the entire process as easy as can be. Abby helped guide us through the planning process and made sure we thought everything through. They provide several different services like catering and set up for linens and chairs. It was so nice that we didn't have to go searching for outside vendors for these things. Plus we were very pleased with how delicious our appetizers and dinner were. The food was excellent quality even though had to cook over 200 dinners. Nazareth Hall was also very good at making accommodations for food allergies and dietary restrictions. I also loved having our ceremony and reception at the same location. We had a large number of guests coming from out of state and I didn't want them to have to spend the day driving around to separate locations. We had several guests comment about how picturesque the venue is and that they loved. the food. Thank you Abby and staff for all of your help and hard work to make such a beautiful day possible! To quote our hostess, \"Now that was a party!!\"

Nazareth Hall is the best venue to host your wedding ceremony & reception! The venue itself is beautiful, so you don't have to spend extra money decorating the venue since it has its own beauty. It was so convenient having the ceremony and reception in one place, so I could save money on transportation! I worked with Bella on planning my October 2022 wedding since November of 2020! She is the absolute best and was there to help me every step of the way. You also get a hostess the day of that will help with staying on schedule and anything else you may need. That is such an amazing addition that is so unique to Nazareth Hall. Not to mention, Nazareth Hall has AMAZING food! I was a little skeptical at first that you have to use their catering for your reception, but after our first tasting I was SO GLAD they do that. If I could give you any advice, you have to serve the pretzel crusted chicken. It is THE BEST chicken you will ever eat in your entire life. Nazareth Hall has everything included anywhere from the lines + silverware to upgrades in chargers + chairs. It was such a relief not having to search for another vendor and everything they have is right on site. Nazareth Hall does have rules you need to follow, but they are all understandable and they don't ask for you to do something without reason. When I first got engaged, I wasn't even looking at Nazareth Hall as a venue to have my wedding. Thanks to my photographer, she recommended Nazareth Hall and I don't know what I would've done if she didn't put Nazareth Hall on my venue list. You could have multiple weddings there on the same day as yours, but Nazareth Hall has so much experience in dealing with multiple weddings that there were absolutely no issues with my wedding being hosted in the same facility as two other weddings. The only thing that is an inconvenience is that the closest hotels are about 20 minutes out. But, they do have a cabin that me and my bridesmaids stayed in the night before that was so convenient and nice! Nazareth Hall is the BEST venue around the Toledo, OH area and you will not regret hosting your wedding day here. Their whole team and staff are magnificent and I am SO HAPPY I got to have my big day here.

Oh, where do I begin! When I was just 16 years old, I started my first job at Nazareth Hall. Working there was some of the best times I had as a teenager and working weddings didn't just become a job, it became a passion that now, after many years, has transformed into a career. So, when I got engaged, there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to get married at the place that started it all for me. Having my wedding here ended up being everything I hoped for and more. Abby is such a great coordinator and always there to help. I live in Scotland with my husband and she was always happy to work around the time difference and figuring out zoom planning meetings, etc. On the day, Sophie, our hostess, was an absolute star and did everything we asked! We requested to always have a drink in our hand, and let me tell you, she delivered! LOLNaz Hall did everything they could to ensure our day was perfect and I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend them to anyone and all my guests are still talking about how great the day was from the food to the staff to the beauty of the venue itself.

We used the hall for reception only and had great service from the start of our conversations through the reception. As we were out of state while planning, the staff was super flexible in organizing phone meetings. They are very organized and all pricing and options are clear. It was a beautiful reception and as we were the only couple that weekend, we were given the full grounds and interior to take photos as well, which was a wonderful perk.

I had to take a moment to leave a review for this incredible venue! I worked with Bella to coordinate my wedding. There were so many changes that had to be made due to family losses. Bella was quick with communication, and the owners were so kind to accommodate all the last-minute changes. The day turned out lovely. Our hostess, Jordyn, was wonderful. She was always nearby and made sure I had everything I needed. She was incredibly helpful at the end of the night to make sure I had everything I had brought with me, and she also boxed my flowers and extra desserts for me. My guests loved the food and could not stop talking about how beautiful the property was. It was a warm day, and they allowed me to be in a bigger room with better air conditioning as well to get ready. There were so many “little” details they perfected to make everything turn out even better than envisioned. I cannot say enough how great Nazareth Hall and their staff is!

Nazareth Hall was the best place we could have chosen to be the venue for our wedding. The chapel was the perfect spot for our ceremony, and the Ladyglen Ballroom was beautiful for the reception. Katie Yoakum was our coordinator, and she was great to work with. All of our meetings were pleasant, she kept in contact, and always answered our questions. Our day-of Hostess, Kristen was awesome! She was so kind and helpful. She kept things running smoothly all evening. She made sure everything happened on time, she chased us down during the reception to let us know what was happening next, and she even left us a sweet note at the end of the night. Kristen & Katie both have kind hearts & are wonderful at what they do. I highly recommend Nazareth Hall for your wedding day. You won't regret it.Photos: AJV Photography

Nazareth Hall is a stunning place to get married at!! Every single one of our guests were amazed at how beautiful everything was. We are so happy we chose Nazareth Hall. We got married in the chapel and had our reception in the Cadet West Ballroom. We worked with Bella Bean to plan everything. She was so easy to get ahold of and was willing to tweak things until everything was perfect. Everything we discussed together came to life the day of. We couldn’t have imaged a more perfect day. The food was amazing, too! So happy with everything!

This venue was perfect for my bride and I. The staff was very helpful from the beginning. Our sales coordinator was very helpful and flexible, even when our minds changed on the décor. Our hostess on our wedding day did a superb job in making sure that we had everything we needed and did extra (driving the taxi to transport people to the ceremony site). The ceremony at the Grotto was beautiful, the meal was delicious and all the guests had a great time celebrating and dancing.

Nazareth Hall was a great venue to work with. It was really easy to understand what the venue provided and the costs. Bella was a really pleasant and professional Venue Coordinator who answered our questions and was prompt in getting us the information requested. The day of event coordinators were awesome. They helped answer questions and keep things flowing. Our reception was in the Lady Glen ballroom and it was beautiful. We were able to get in there early enough in the day to set up and decorate and the dance floor was the perfect size. We loved having the outdoor patio space too although it ended up being a little bit too hot that day for most of our guests to want to be outside. I definitely recommend Nazareth to anyone who's considering them.

Nothing I can write in this review will truly paint the picture of the true happiness felt at Nazareth Hall on my wedding day! The entire planning process is done so effortlessly with all the staff here. They are all available for questions whenever you need them, and trust me, you'll have them! My husband and I had an amazing day because every little detail was planned and coordinated. Having the ceremony and reception at the same place was so easy for our guests to navigate and the hotel shuttle that works with Nazareth was a dream! You get a day of hostess that is there for you and your partner every step of the day! When we didn't have our cake and realized right before serving, they swooped in and saved the day! We can't say enough amazing things about Nazareth and they made every penny worth it.

Nazareth Hall is absolutely beautiful! We had our ceremony in the chapel and reception in the Cadet West ballroom. They were so helpful dealing with changes for covid restrictions and made sure we were completely happy and relaxed on our day! Our day-of assistant Caroline went above and beyond to help us and we couldn’t have asked for better people to work with to make our dream day a reality. Our wedding coordinator Abby was super organized and helped us with all of our questions and always responded quickly any emails or phone calls. Their catering is delicious as well and we loved that they took care of all the food and drinks so we didn’t have to go through a bunch of different vendors. Nazareth hall is the perfect place to get married and we highly recommend them!

Nazareth Hall was amazing! We had the best wedding experience from the moment we booked them. Every staff member is extremely friendly and helpful. We ended up having to postpone our originally booked wedding day due to coronavirus, and Nazareth Hall was there for us every step of the way. They were so helpful with helping us book a new day and answered my abundance of emails. Our wedding day went so smoothly even during a pandemic, and I know this was because of the team at Nazareth Hall. The venue and all of the ballroom options are so beautiful. Abby and Matty were there to make sure everything was perfect. Due to coronavirus we even had to change our wedding date and Nazareth accommodated our change seamlessly. The staff was amazing! Everything was organized, and the venue was beautiful. The only downfall is there are a ton of minor rules. For example, Our flower girls weren’t allowed to throw flowers. Overall it’s a fantastic venue! Just be aware of all policies so that if some are important to you, you’re not upset!

I don't think I could write enough good things about Nazareth Hall. they had AMAZING communication throughout out entire engagement period (which was over a year!). When the original coordinator we had been working with left her position, we were notified BEFORE she left and were given new contact info for someone else. Day of, everything went so smoothly. My bridal suite was next to an event room that was supposed to be empty, but had something scheduled in last minute. They had a new get ready room already prepped and ready to go before I even got there as a \"just in case\" the event room got too loud or disruptive for us (which it didn't). We didn't end up using it, but it really showed that there were thinking of everything to make our day amazing. Seriously, make sure to check them out!!

I was absolutely floored by how wonderful Nazareth Hall was! We had some major hiccups before our wedding, but they did everything in their power to make our day perfect! The owner is by far one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, and you could tell he genuinely cares about each of their clients and wants to make their experience amazing. Abby, our planner, and Bella, our hostess, were both phenomenal. The food was also by far the best I’ve had at a wedding and we are still getting compliments! Nazareth Hall is the perfect wedding venue. The property is gorgeous and there are so many beautiful historic features like stained glass and light fixtures. Nazareth also made the whole process a breeze and took away all the stress of planning. Our original planner was Taylor and she was great, so easy to work with and always available to answer questions. A few months in we were changed to Abby. The transition was seamless and she was just as great. They made sure we had everything we needed and we did not have to worry about a thing. Our hostess the day of was amazing. She even carried my drenched and heavy veil back and forth from laying it out to dry to each time we’d sneak outside for a ten minute break in the rain to try and get pictures. They go above and beyond and make you feel like the most important people in the world that day.

Absolutely gorgeous venue! This was they first and last place we looked at for our wedding! My new husband and I got married in the grotto and I couldn't have pictured a more beautiful setting. We had our reception in the Gabriel Ballroom and it was a perfect amount of space for all of our guests and it was nice that it was upstairs away from the other 2 wedding that were also going on. Our assigned hostess was running a bit late due to traffic but they were quick to momentarily replace her. Anything I had asked of the hostess was quick to be resolved. They made sure our special day ran super smoothly. I wouldnt have chose a different venue.

We cannot say enough good things about this venue and their staff!! The rooms are gorgeous, the food is amazing, and the grounds are beautiful for wedding photos! From the first meeting, to the day of, we dealt with a handful of different people, and they were all so nice and helpful! On the big day, Kinsey was our hostess, and she did all that she could to make sure things went smoothly, and that we were taken care of. After the ceremony, they brought us a platter of our appetizers so we wouldn't miss out of them while taking photos. During the reception, they basically waited on us hand and foot, which was so greatly appreciated! Everything went perfectly, and I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone!

Abby was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, answering any and all questions that I had and working every step of the way to help me bring to life the vision I had for our wedding - including helping me figure out how to have an ice cream machine in our ballroom. Our day-of coordinator, Bella, kept everything running smoothly on our wedding day, and went above and beyond to help us make the day perfect - she even helped me bustle my dress when I couldn't figure it out! Nazareth Hall exceeded my every expectation for our wedding, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing venue in the Toledo area!

Nazareth Hall is an amazing place to get married! The whole building is so beautiful on its own, that you don't need many decorations. The whole staff is amazing to work with, especially Abby and Bella. Being provided Bella as our coordinator for the day made everything run so smoothly and she was always there for us if we had any questions. Working with Abby was extremely easy and such a pleasure! Whenever we had any questions or issues, she was always there for us. The whole staff made our day feel special and we will always cherish that! If you are on the fence of having your wedding or event at Nazareth, go take a tour, you won't be disappointed!

Nazareth made my wedding day an absolute dream! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get married! First, the office staff was so insanely easy to work with. They were there literally every step of the way. Our original planner went on maternity leave toward the end of our planning process (Taylor...love her!) and Abby took over. There were zero bumps with this. It was like Abby had been with us the entire time! In all our meetings, they were very thorough, asking questions I had never even thought of. Very good at communication via email too, and never failed to reach out if they needed to. Always very pleasant. Made a couple of last minute changes to the reception layout the week before the wedding and there was no issue! Our room was set up days ahead of time (we had our wedding three days before Christmas so they didn't have a ton of events around that time) and everything was prepared exactly how we asked. Even on wedding day, they were there and willing to answer any questions we had. We worked with Samantha a little bit the week leading up to the wedding (when we dropped stuff off, or on wedding day when we had a couple questions) and she was also amazing! The true gem was Bella. Bella was our day-of person. Bella also ran our rehearsal the night before. I cannot say enough amazing things about Bella. She was so involved making sure the night ran smoothly. She was amazing. She made sure everything was taken care of. She even made sure that my husband and I had drinks and that our wedding party had appetizers following the ceremony. She helped line everyone up for the ceremony and made sure the timing was right on spot. Same with the reception! She worked her butt off the two nights we had her, and was everywhere all the time! And saying that she worked her butt off is an understatement! She was everywhere all the time! I swear she had to multiply herself. At the very least, she never sat down or even took a breather. At the end of the night made sure our cars were packed and that we had everything. I couldn't say enough great things about Bella! There was a Christmas party at Nazareth as well at the same exact time as our ceremony and on the same exact floor as the chapel. Nazareth made it known that our wedding ceremony would take precedence over the Christmas party. They made it known that once our ceremony began, that they would hold any Christmas party arrivals down the stairs while our processional took place.The facility (bridal room, grooms room, chapel, cadet west) was also a dream! Worked perfectly for our wedding! Food was great! My wedding was absolutely perfect!

Nazareth Hall was the perfect venue for my husband and I to get married at. The historical building was beautiful and the perfect setting for our winter wedding. The food from the tasting, to the day of and the late night snack were excellent- we got so many compliments on how great the food was! Abby was the most amazing help to us and was constantly available to answer any questions- big or small- and helped keep us on track the whole way through planning. She even helped make a placecard for a very last minute guest while we were setting up (and it looked pretty great!) Kinsey was a huge help the night of the wedding and always seemed to know what we needed before we did! I would recommend Nazareth to any couple looking for a great venue with an amazing staff.

Nazareth Hall is the perfect place to get married! Our coordinator, Abby, was awesome from start to finish. She was always available to answer questions, or to help us plan things we’d never even thought about. The grotto is absolutely beautiful, and was the perfect setting for our outdoor wedding. We were extremely impressed by everything Nazareth Hall did for us the day of our wedding. Our hostess, Bella, was amazing! She was on top of every detail the entire day, and even helped us get our cars packed at the end of the night. The ceremony, reception, and food were great! We heard from many guests that it was the best wedding they’d ever attended, and we can definitely attribute that to the service Nazareth Hall provides! We also rented the cottage for family to use after the wedding, and it was so convenient to have a place so close for them! We’d highly recommend Nazareth Hall!

Absolutely stunning venue. I couldn’t ask for a more beautiful venue. They are stickers for some things and they can do that for being such a large wedding venue in the area. You have to spend a certain amount of money to use their largest ballroom, if you want to taste options of food for your wedding you have to pay $60 which is ridiculous to me because you are spending a lot of money to have your wedding there, no rose petals if you use the chapel, just small things they are picky about. We worked with Taylor and Samantha both were great, super hopeful, and quick to respond to emails. I was able to set up my ballroom the night before which was great! They have bridal suites and classrooms so you and your husband can get ready in the same building but in different floors which creates privacy if you don’t want to do a first look. It was so nice to get ready, have the ceremony and reception in the same place. They give every bride a coordinator which was so helpful during the wedding. Kinsley our coordinator pinned the underneath of my dress where it was too long, ran to my bridal suit to get makeup, and stood outside with our drinks and appetizers while we took our photographs after the wedding. I am so happy with the venue and our experience would highly recommend.

I photographed a 2018 wedding here this past July and was nothing short of in awe of this venue! It is absolutely gorgeous and like none other in Ohio. The Grotto is a STUNNING spot for an outdoor ceremony, so if you have dreams of being outdoors under the trees when you get married... look no further! It has a neat history and beautiful grounds for photos. The staff was wonderful to work with, and I know my bride and groom were beyond happy to have chosen it as their venue! Their ballroom is BEAUTIFUL for an indoor reception. Look no further if you want a venue that is unique, gives you an outdoor ceremony option, and has amazing staff to work with! HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a venue in the Toledo area!

The staff was very friendly and kept us up to date on when needed to be paid, by when and suggestions on how to make our day special. When it came to the big day, Bella our host was the best! She made sure that we had everything we needed while we got ready and brought us snacks after the ceremony during pictures. Everyone that saw us congratulated us and wished the best for us. The note on the cake box was special and something we didn't expect. I would recommend this venue to all couples getting married.

The staff was super professional through the whole planning process. They send reminders, develop timelines, partner with top vendors, and assist you during the WHOLE wedding day. I was nervous with having another wedding there at the same time, but they know exactly what they are doing and I didn’t even notice the other wedding going on. For how amazing the venue, food, and staff are there the price is reasonable! Plus, the guest house they have to offer is the BEST for after the wedding for the wedding party! Best day ever.

We planned a wedding at Nazareth Hall all the way from Colorado. Planning a wedding from across the country should be an impossible task but the staff at Nazareth made it quite easy! All communication prior to the wedding day was prompt and professional. The day of, our coordinator ensured we simply enjoyed our day by being the contact for all vendors and providing drinks, food, etc. when needed. The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL! The grotto was a perfect ceremony spot and ladyglen ballroom gave our guests a great experience (the bar is huge and our guests loved that). The apple glazed pork chops were delicious and the pizza at 10pm on the dance floor were a big hit! The building and grounds are kept up beautifully. We loved getting married there and are so grateful for our experience!

Getting married at Nazareth Hall was amazing! The place is beautiful and creates the theme for you of romance and history (which made decorating so much easier and simple!). We got married outside at the Grotto and received so many compliments from guests at how perfect and beautiful it was. And most importantly, the staff at Nazareth Hall are responsive, kind, fun, and on the day of - they made me feel so at ease and kept all the moving pieces together. I never had a worry working with them and they helped make my day feel perfect. Oh, and we received lots of compliments on the food! It was delicious! We can't recommend Nazareth Hall enough.

I would have never dreamed of getting married anywhere but Nazareth Hall. From our very first tour of the facility, to the end of our wedding reception, we loved every second of being a Nazareth Hall bride and groom. The beautiful venue shows for itself the amazing architecture and beauty, but the people that make the day happen are truly amazing. Taylor was absolutely fantastic about helping us plan every little detail. She was prompt with responding to our emails and questions, and had some great tips about helping our day run as smooth as possible. We are very thankful to have her guidance throughout the planning process. Additionally, our hostess, Isabella, was phenomenal! From the moment she started working, she did not stop catering to us and our bridal party. From helping with my veil and train, to taking the bridal party’s drink orders, and orchestrating the details of the night, she was amazing. She was such a hard worker and made us feel at ease and so well taken care of. We did not worry about anything during the reception because she did so well. From the delicious food, great staff, and everything in between, we could not speak more highly of Nazareth Hall. We are so glad to have chosen this venue for our special day!

Nazareth Hall is by far the best venue! Their staff is the absolute best to work with. They are so accommodating and provide everything. While a little more on the pricey side, they are everything all in one which makes the planning process so much easier and less stressful. As a bride, this was super important to me. I only had to find my photographer and videographer outside of Nazareth which gave me more time to just enjoy being engaged. Throughout the whole planning process, Taylor, in the office was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure all of our needs were met, all the way down to getting 2-liters of Coke Zero for my mom on the wedding day. I can’t say enough about the hostess, Samantha, that spent our wedding day with us either. She was excellent and made sure we never worried about a thing. She even followed us around in the cold with hordeves while we were having pictures taken! Not only is this place amazingly accommodating, it is also beautiful no matter what ceremony or reception location you pick. I would HIGHLY recommend booking Nazareth for your wedding!!!

Taylor was helping us put everything together and she was so prompt and able to make everything I needed to happen happen in time. She was so knowledgeable and personable and just so nice! Kinsey was our day-of coordinator and she was EVERYWHERE all day! She made magic happen everywhere we looked, especially at the reception. The entire staff was great. Everything was set up and torn down in record time. The food was delicious, chairs were where we needed them, the bartender was nice... Everything was spectacular! I talked to Andrea from the staff outside afterward and she said it was one of the smoothest days she'd seen in awhile, but it was all because of their staff's ability to communicate and coordinate. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the day was truly beyond perfect!

What an amazing venue! We were married in the Grotto, with our reception in the Lady Glen Ballroom. They made it so incredibly easy to get married. The planning process was easy, they walked me through everything. The day of, I was able to show up, set up and walk down the aisle not worrying about anything. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking.

I currently live in Cincinnati, but I grew up in NW Ohio. I knew that Nazareth Hall is a pretty unique venue, so we recently had our wedding here. My husband's family and our friends had never heard of Nazareth Hall before - and they were all blown away by this place. Nazareth Hall is filled with so much charm and character, and the staff obviously worked hard to create a wonderful atmosphere for our guests. Not to mention, the food at Nazareth Hall is amazing, and our wedding hostess catered appetizers, food and drinks to us all evening. This place has plenty of room for getting ready, acres of land for taking pictures, and their Cadet West ballroom is stunning at dusk when sun streams through the bay windows. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff, and the unique building and grounds. If you want to feel taken care of on your wedding day, and if you want an exceptional experience for your guests, it will be hard to find a venue better than Nazareth Hall.

I could not have been happier with Nazareth Hall. Taylor made the whole process fun and easy, and the staff made us feel so special the day of the wedding. Nazareth Hall has it all! I don't know why anyone wouldn't want to get married there! I got so many compliments on our food, how gracious the staff was, and the beautiful grounds. I felt super comfortable that we were in great hands throughout the whole process, and am very happy with everything. Thank you, Naz Hall, and all your wonderful staff!

Nazareth made our wedding PERFECT! I couldn't write a review that expressed how much I loved having our wedding at Nazareth. Their staff is so helpful during planning and willing to help with pricing decisions and have so much to offer brides. Our wedding was in Lady Glen, which is so beautiful! The staff the day of the wedding was so professional and the coordinator assigned to our wedding was key to keeping us on time and relaxed. Nazareth is worth every cent, their prices are honest with no hidden fees, and they have centerpieces and other decoration items that offset the cost of the hall. The bridesmaids stayed at the house on site the night before the wedding I would recommend that to every bride as well. It created a stress free morning!

I had always heard wonderful things about Nazareth Hall, but had never been to an event there myself. When we had our first meeting last year I instantly knew this was the place for us! Beautiful outdoor grounds and several stunning ballrooms inside! The event planners really take the time to make sure all the important details are covered! The food was delicious! The day of hostess didn't miss a beat and really helped make our day perfect! Super kind and caring staff! They also have this beautiful 4 bedroom house on the property that you can rent for the night or several nights. I highly recommend this- it made day of stress much less! We had so guests compliment us on our venue- both about it being an absolutely beautiful place and about the food being delicious! They have their own chapel for religious ceremonies but also the outdoor grotto or other outdoor areas for any type of ceremony! I'm pretty sure everyone should want to get married here! It as just the most perfect day! Everything was beautiful and there were no bumps in the road!

Nazareth Hall is a gorgeous venue during any season! The opportunity to have our ceremony, reception, and pictures taken all in one place was perfect for our wedding day. My wedding was a chilly Saturday in March - so having equally beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to use as backdrops for our photos was wonderful! The staff at Nazareth Hall is a class act. Taylor worked hard to help my vision come true in the planning process and was there to calm my nerves right before the ceremony,too! The chefs Eric and Eddie both took the time to greet my husband and I after dinner to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Both the dinner for our rehearsal and reception was amazing. My guests are still raving about the food! Our hostess was Beth and she was just incredible. More often than not, she had already taken care of things I needed done before I even asked her! Her kindness and handwork was noticed by my entire bridal party and family. I can't say enough good things about Nazareth Hall. My wedding day was absolutely flawless and I attribute that mostly to this venue and the staff there!

Best choice I ever made: choosing to marry my husband.Second best choice I (we) ever made: choosing Nazareth Hall as our venue!I cannot say enough about the attentive staff, smooth process, and perfect outcome. My Air Force pilot fiancé and I got engaged in September 2016 and booked Nazareth for our wedding on January 14, 2017. We looked at venues in Columbus as well, but none of them had the character of Nazareth and we got so much more for our dollar. We mainly worked with Taylor and you would NEVER have known it was her first wedding from beginning to end. They were extremely accommodating when it came to scheduling tastings, meetings, and even the dress rehearsal due to my fiancé only visiting from Texas during holiday breaks. There were no other weddings that entire weekend, so we were able to decorate Friday morning, have our rehearsal Friday evening, and have the place to ourselves on the day of the wedding (a perk to getting married in the winter). Anytime I contacted the hall with questions or concerns, their response was immediate and we solved any issues quickly and painlessly. Comments from guests included:-how gorgeous and truly timeless the venue is itself (\"we pulled up and it felt like I was in a fairy tale\")-the fact that our serving staff were like ninjas (\"you didn't even realize they were there\")-how quickly the bridal party table was torn down to create the dance floor-how delicious the food wasMy husband and I were carefree the whole day because we trusted Nazareth (and all of our vendors) completely! At the end of the night the staff helped us clean up our decorations, but it did not feel pushy at all. They even brought out a cart to put all of our gifts on and loaded them into our vehicles for us! This is a venue that has it all figured out, down to the smallest detail. I HIGHLY recommend Nazareth Hall!!

I would not have wanted to have my wedding anywhere else. The value for what you get is unbeatable, I don't know how they do it. Nazareth hall literally takes care of everything and their food is delicious. It was so nice to have a \"Day of Hostess\" to make sure everyone was where they needed to be and that everything was on schedule, it made it so family could enjoy the day instead of running around. Nazareth Hall was so flexible with all my requests and made suggestions without being pushy. And who wouldn't love the grounds and buildings, you hardly need to decorate at all. If you are even considering Nazareth Hall just book it, you won't be unhappy you did!

The venue itself is beautiful and I never even considered getting married at another place because I love the look of the building/halls so much. But after getting married there this weekend I was extremely disappointed with the staff. Another wedding had to walk through the foyer (where my wedding cake was placed) after their ceremony, and the other guests repeatedly sat on my cake table and tried to touch my cake after assuming it was a decoration. We asked the staff multiple times to direct the other party and let them know to be careful because that was my real wedding cake, and not one staff member ever came out to help. In fact, at one point they shut their office doors and just ignored us and the other guests. My understanding was that I would have a hostess to help me throughout the day. I never even met my hostess until an hour before my ceremony and only spoke to her for a total of maybe 5 mins during the whole evening. We had a bridal suite and a guys room to get ready and we were supposed to get 4 total rounds of complimentary drinks. Our hostess brought us only one round about 45 mins later than we were supposed to get it and I couldn't really use my bridal suite because the smaller hall directly next to it was booked after mine and we would've been interrupting their ceremony and reception had we stayed in my suite. While hanging out in the guys room, guests from another wedding wandered into our room to watch our tv. Which, again, I was told other parties wouldn't be an issue because there was supposed to be staff to direct people. My hostess never even came and got me for the ceremony like she said she would, I only knew when to come out because my dad got me right before my entire wedding party had already entered the chapel. And then they opened the chapel doors and said I was ready before I was even announced or my music had started, so I was about halfway down the aisle already when people knew to stand and the music started playing. And I'm not really sure why I was charged a security fee given the fact that the police officer on duty simply sat by my bar the whole night. He probably could've been better utilized outside directing traffic considering the entire small parking lot was double parked and I witnessed my guests being blocked in by other cars. When my reception was over, neither the event coordinator or my hostess came out of their office to say one word to me, let alone thank me for using their venue or ask how my night was. My family and bridal party took care of every single thing that Nazareth promised me their staff would handle. I've dreamed of getting married at Nazareth forever and I was so excited at the expectation of having an experienced staff to coordinate and resolve last minute issues. Unfortunately, my only positive experiences there were the food and the very nice waitstaff I had at dinner. Aside from that, I couldn't have been more let down by Nazareth Hall.

Hands down the perfect wedding venue. Laurie, Beth and Natalie (I think that was her name. It escapes me after 4 months) were absolutely amazing. They were available to cater to any need we had, even seeking out my bridesmaids during the pre-wedding prep time to ensure I was taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and willing to help at the drop of a hat. The food was delicious. The Ladyglen East Ballroom is absolutely breathtaking. It even started raining about 10 minutes before our outdoor ceremony time, but the staff remained calm, cool, and collected making me feel like getting married outside in the rain is a completely normal thing. We would ABSOLUTELY hire Nazareth Hall again

I am SO happy we got to experience a once in a lifetime day at such a BEAUTIFUL venue. Nazareth Hall as the first and only venue we saw before I told my husband we MUST have it. The food, the atmosphere, everything was just wonderful. We got to get ready in the large Bridal Suite all day, then got married in the chapel then reception in Cadet West and it was so nice to not have to leave the facility from 9am-11:30pm! We got so many compliments since almost all of our guests were from out of town about how beautiful the place was and how wonderfully decorated our reception area looked. The staff was very helpful as well! Would recommend always ! Definitely worth the money.

They were great! They had someone helping me through out the whole day and she was awesome. They brought snacks and champagne up before the ceremony and helped me stay on schedule. Great place to work with. The food was amazing and people kept talking about it. Great venue and it worked perfect with our Halloween theme!

Nazareth Hall is the top of the line. If you have any doubt about whether or not to book Nazareth, take my advice and DO! In researching other places, I quickly realized that you actually get so much more bang for your buck at this venue. You pay for experts who coordinate weddings every weekend, top of the line food, experienced staff members, convenience, and so much more. They made processes that are often daunting in wedding planning so easy for me, and I could not be more thankful. In the planning process, we worked with Laurie, who was to-the-point and did not leave me with any unanswered questions. If I realized later that I had a question, she got back to me promptly. On the day of our wedding (we had our ceremony and reception there), there was a personal hostess (Sidney) who took care of every extra detail of our day. From shuttling elderly guests down to the grotto to sewing buttons on a groomsmen's shirt. I received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful everything was and how smoothly it went. I could NOT agree more. :)
