Neuse Breeze was our dream wedding venue. The setting for the ceremony right there on the water is breathtakingly beautiful. We also loved how everything is right there on the property, so our guests could easily walk over to the reception area while we took some photos down by the beach. Brittany and Marianne were lovely to work with. The cottage was a perfect setting to get ready in morning of the big day, with a beautiful breakfast and lunch spread provided. All of the vendors that partner with Neuse Breeze are amazing too! We got so many compliments on the food and wedding cake. The flowers were so beautiful and they do such a good job of incorporating them with the theme all throughout the venue. We received so many compliments from guests saying this was one of the best venues theyâve ever been to. It really was everything we could have hoped for for our wedding. Still reliving our special day over and over again. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stress free, coastal theme, perfect day!

Marianne, Brittany and the rest of the Neuse Breeze team made my fairytale wedding dreams become reality. Honestly, this was the most seamless wedding planning process - thanks to all their help! The day of they not only spoiled me, my mom, and bridesmaids but also the groom and groomsmen have a place to come get ready together! Trust me when I say there is no better venue than Neuse Breeze. All I heard the whole night was \"Oh my goodness what a fantastic venue! This place is beautiful! The food is great!\". One of the things I would love to really shoutout is their attention to the SMALL details, they understood it's the small things that make the big picture. They also accommodated all my requests! Don't even get me started on the flowers because I could go on and on - I wish there was a word more descriptive than STUNNING. If I could post the picture of my face the first time I saw them...I was in shock & awe. I'm even drying them so I can keep them FOREVER! I just wish I could relive the day over and over and over... because it was truly magical and I don't know if any other place could have delivered it the way they did. From arriving on Friday to leaving Sunday morning, Mariann, Glen, AND Brittany cater to you the entire weekend! The all-inclusive package was awesome because it made a lot of my decisions for me, for example: the DJ, caterer, florist, cake, was all included so I didnât have to research & make too many decisions on my own/1st time bride. The entire venue is beautiful, flowers were more than I expected with a super gracious surprise thrown in đ, thanks to Marianne, absolutely gorgeous!! They really put your wants/needs first and have literally everything you can think of. My vision was exceuted more than I can even put into words. I was able to plan my wedding from 5+ hours away because they make it so easy. If I could get married there every weekend, I totally would! All of my guests were stunned by the beauty of the venue!! Neuse Breeze was the PERFECT wedding venue. The staff was amazing, especially Natalie, the wedding planner for Neuse Breeze. Natalie was so helpful up to and on the day of our wedding. She kept the entire wedding party on track and everything happened in a timely manner, we didnât have to worry about anything. Neuse Breeze provided most of the vendors for our wedding and saved me time and stress in planning which Iâm very thankful for. The staff is meticulous in making sure you have your dream wedding and that everything goes off without a hitch. The venue itself is so gorgeous, the ceremony area is in perfect view of the water, with a private beach to take sunset photos. The reception area is perfect with an indoor and outdoor area. I seriously cannot recommend this venue enough, not only because of how beautiful it is but also because the staff took such great care of my husband and I, our wedding party/family, and all of our guests!

My daughter and son in law were married at Neuse Breeze on October 29, 2022. If you want a stress free, beautiful wedding, NB is the place to get married. Every detail is thought of and every detail is beautifully executed. The entire staff takes great pride in their job and work hard to create a special experience for each couple. Our guests are still still talking about the setting, food and florals. I whole heartedly recommend NB to make your wedding day memorable!

If you want a beautiful and stress free wedding this is the venue you need to choose! The moment I arrived I felt so calm. I knew that once I got there all the stress would be gone and that's exactly how Natalie, Marianne, and Glenn made it. My guests and bridal party complimented everything and the florals are GORGEOUS!!!!!! I loved every second of my wedding and neuse breeze was a huge part of it. They were amazing.

Neuse Breeze Wedding Venue is perfect in every way! I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the initial request of coming to tour the venue, then working together to plan, and finally celebrating the big day, the Neuse Breeze team made everything so enjoyable and stress free. We were not local to NC so were only able to come visit twice but the team made sure we got everything in during those visits. The venue itself came with all the decorations, flowers, and miscellaneous items I would've wanted which was yet another great thing with being from out of town. The wedding planner, Natalie, is extremely organized and on top of everything. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had over the year of planning. Even when our wedding was still months away, she always made us feel like our wedding was so important and special. The day before and the day of, Natalie was on top of every single detail. My husband and I truly didn't have to worry about anything and were able to relax, have fun getting ready, and just enjoy our day. I highly recommend this venue to everyone. Be ready to have the best florals you've ever seen too! It's been a month since our wedding and we are still getting comments from people who attended about how gorgeous it was and how it was one of the best weddings they've ever attended. Neuse Breeze truly gave us our dream wedding!

Marianne has made this venue a dream - every detail- waterfront ceremony, bridal cottage, breakfast, mimosas and don't get me started on the floral arrangements- BREATHTAKING! Wedding coordinator- Natalie is AMAZING! She will help you plan everything down to the final detail-she keeps the day organized and running smoothly! My husband and I got married here May 7th 2022 and it was by far the best experience we ever had. From start to finish Marianne, Natalie, Glenn and the Neuse breeze staff make sure you are stress free and coordinate a beautiful wedding! The waterfront view is gorgeous and the venue they built is perfect for weddings! We wanted an all inclusive wedding and I couldnât imagine going anywhere else. The packages they offer Is unbeatable for what you get and people are still raving about the flowers! It really was like being in a fairytale! I am someone who worries about everything but they are there for you anytime you need! From start to finish! my bridesmaids and I were provided the most delicious breakfast and brunch the day of! Everything went so fast we just beat the rain and the ceremony was beautiful! And everyone had the best time at the reception we danced the night away in the rain and our dj Paul did an amazing job! The food from the flame catering is the best! It was well worth it! They are a well oiled wedding machine and the vendors they work with are amazing too! The cake was beautiful! I really canât thank them enough and I strongly recommend to any bride looking for a venue to look no further! They are very professional and really customize it to become your perfect wedding!

I cannot recommend Mary Ann and Courtney enough! Mary Ann did the most gorgeous flowers Iâve ever seen. Courtney was well organized and kept everyone else organized. She took all of the stress off of me and the bridal party. There was no confusion or any issues. She was on top of everything! I cannot imagine getting married without their help!!

Absolutely amazing!! I cannot get over how perfect our wedding was. Neuse Breeze went above and beyond our expectations. They took care of us from the rehearsal Friday night all the way until Sunday when we had to pick up our stuff. The staff is amazing and kind. The owners are fabulous. It felt so homey. Our guests were so surprised about how beautiful and clean it was. From the decor to the flowers, everything was perfection. I highly recommend. I would get married over and over again! It is so beautiful, Kleinfeld (where I got my dress from) and Neil Lane (where we got our rings) will be featuring them on their pages!

Beautiful looks aside, this venue is a well-oiled machine in the fact that every little detail is thought out and well planned. Marianne and her team are masters at planning the perfect wedding day for you and executing that for you without problems. Although Neuse Breeze hosts many weddings, you still feel like your wedding is personal and unique to you. The worry of finding your caterer, DJ, florist, planner, cake baker, linen/chair/furniture rental, and more is not your burden anymore with this all-inclusive venue. You get to customize your day exactly how you wish with TONS of color and decor options, flower choices, cake flavors, and dinner/appetizer selections. Unlike other venues, you get to supply your own alcohol so you don't need to fret about paying an arm and a leg with overpriced drink packages. The day of your wedding you don't need stress about anything at all really. Neuse Breeze allows you to actually enjoy your special day and they make you feel like royalty! They listen to your special request, specific needs, and unique traditions. Marianne is exceptionally sweet and delightful to work with. She is sincerely overjoyed for your upcoming big day and I can tell she puts a lot of love into her labor. Marianne and the coordinator Mariah fully listened to my vision and made my dreams come true! My guests praised the looks and the logistics of my wedding. I cannot say enough good things about Neuse Breeze. Marianne is so talented at her job. She was professional, always responsive, and made everything magical for my wedding day. I did not want to plan every single little thing myself and Marianne executed a perfect wedding day for me down to every little detail. Mariah the wedding coordinator is just as fantastic. She too was super responsive, professional and made sure things ran seamlessly. The venue is so insanely beautiful. GET MARRIED HERE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!

We chose Neuse Breeze in Havelock, N.C. to have our daughter's destination wedding based on their website and The Knot reviews. It had rave reviews from numerous people and we will do the same! Our daughter was married a week and a half ago at Neuse Breeze. It was the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen. The flowers, decor, food, and facilities were perfect! All of the suggested venders we chose did a fabulous job as well. We planned our wedding totally long distance and did not visit the venue. Marianne captured our vision for our daughters wedding and far surpassed our imagination! She looked at our daughter's pinterest and expanded it to be more beautiful than we ever could have dreamed! All of our friends in Colorado have raved about the wedding pictures and wonder how they can ever create such a lovely wedding for their daughters! I say \"Go to Neuse Breeze!\" Marianne and Glen have such a fabulous team and handled everything. I had nothing to worry about! They were the perfect all-inclusive venue for our daughters wedding! The most amazing venue! Truly a fairy tale experience!We just held my daughter's wedding at this venue this past weekend, and I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had. We chose their all inclusive package, which was fabulous! Planning was easy, as their package included most of the big items. Not only were the options convenient, but they were awesome! The Flame was the caterer, and the food was wonderful. All of our guests were raving about everything from the appetizers to the shrimp and grits! The DJ was from Generations, and he was so much fun. He was interactive with our guests, and honored every request we made. Our guests filled the dance floor and were there until the very end! We all had a blast! The cake was delicious and beautiful, and the design was exactly what my daughter requested. The rehearsal was great, and the overnight accommodations for the bride and bridesmaids made it so fun for all of the girls. Breakfast arrived at 9:00, and lunch at 12:00. Both meals were more food than our large bridal party could eat, and it was delicious. The owners were always warm and welcoming, and were never put out by any of our many questions. Mariah Miltier, the wedding planner, was incredibly patient and calm throughout the entire process. The staff made sure everything went off without a hitch so we could just enjoy the day. My daughter and her husband stayed overnight in their honeymoon suite, which had dinner plates waiting in the refrigerator for them from the staff. They considered every detail, and things I would have never thought of. From the minute you arrive on the property, this venue offers a true fairy tale wedding experience. Our day was more than magical, and far more amazing that I could have imagined. Marianne, the owner, is a gifted florist. The flowers looked like something straight out of a Southern Living magazine. Somehow, these amazing professionals took a few of our ideas and created the wedding of our dreams. This was truly a day that none of us will ever forget!

We truly donât even know where to begin with all of the incredible things to say about Marianne, Glen, and the Neuse Breeze venue and team. I myself have been a wedding coordinator, and worried that I would feel as though I wanted to take over a lot of the planning process, just because I know what I would like and how I would like things done and set. I honestly felt, IMMEDIATELY, after my tour with Marianne as though I was not going to have to do a single thing, and I was exactly right. They truly took care of EVERYTHING. Not only do you feel immediately welcomed and valued, but they truly assure you (and uphold the promise) that they will do whatever it takes to make your exact vision come true, without nickeling and diming you! I instantly knew we were going to have a wonderful experience, which for us was huge, as we were being restationed in the military the same month as our wedding, and would be planning the wedding from Minnesota! The fact that you can do an all inclusive package (which is what we did) where you work with ONE team for ALL vendors, is MAGNIFICENT. The catering, the cake, the dj, the bar, the ceremony details, the decor plan, the reception details, the flowers, everything! It was so cool, Iâd never heard of something like this and it was spectacular and so so easy, I cannot stress that enough! We only had to come out once to do our food tasting, Marianne and Callie (the coordinator) made all the rest happen via emails, and phone calls. Their timeliness with answering any email or phone call I had was impeccable, and honestly unheard of in this crazy industry. I felt as though we were they only couple they were working with all year, they were so timely and personal. It was absolutely amazing and took so much stress off of us, making it an even more amazing of an experience for us. We had ZERO stress with planning! We canât thank Marianne and Callie and the team enough alone for just that part! When our weekend came, any and all expectations/hopes/dreams we had of that weekend was absolutely blown out of the water. They did it 100 times better! We had not a single worry, glitch, concern, nothing! If any tiny thing went off track, we had zero knowledge of it. They went so above and beyond making every single detail perfect! Neuse Breeze made every single dream of ours come true. We couldnât say enough great things! Book with this venue and team if you want the most stress free planning process imaginable, along with the most stunning elegant Oceanside meets greenery venue you could ever dream of! I am so glad we had our wedding at Neuse Breeze! I could not imagine having it anywhere else. Our guests were so impressed at how they were treated like family by the whole Neuse Breeze staff. My mom was so far away and could not help with planning much, and I am so glad I had Marianne. I called her my wedding mommy. She really treats you like a daughter. The banana bread is the bomb, just saying. They exceeded my expectations on everything! If you are looking for a stress free wedding experience with beautiful results, look no further. I share this review in hopes that another bride does NOT experience the hell I had on my wedding day.PRO- Gorgeous & well equipped venue.- The owner was responsive the entire time, even until now when she chooses to complain about me thru email!-Callie is an angel! She was helpful and exceeded expectations in most ways.CON-NB gave me a horrendous bouquet for my bridal portraits. They offered to make it! Marianne's excuses: \"We have another wedding and they take precedence over this. It's Easter weekend and getting the right flower colors was hard. I put the bouquet together in less than 5 minutes.\" THESE ARE NOT EXCUSES. NB promised me high expectations & failed. This is where my wedding fiasco begins.-Chose a new florist (one that wasnt banned from their or one that wouldnt work with them)-Signed the contract 2016 & at the time they weren't as \"all-inclusive\" as now. I picked a HIGHLY REPUTABLE caterer, who NB was fine with! They even waived my outside fee and said they are a PREFERRED caterer. NB didnt let my caterer INSIDE the catering space. My caterer had to do plated dinner OUTSIDE!?-Contract states luncheon with MIMOSAS. I brought 3 bottles of champagne and 2 bottles of wine as extra. Marianne would not provide me any champagne because she didn't want us \"getting drunk.\" We had about 15 ladies getting ready, very well behaved and MATURE!- Callie told us we could leave our stuff in the home until the shuttles arrive at 10:30 PM. The whole point of this is because none of us had vehicles there. On the other hand, the owner told the Best Man/groomsmen they must get their stuff right after the toasts. My groomsmen listened and followed her instructions. I WAS LIVID about this because it was not the plan that was communicated to me! Groomsmen followed instructions, some missed bouquet/garter toss. I was so upset.- I was informed the NB staff INSISTED they cut the wedding cake. My caterer was supposed to. We almost ran out of cake because they cut it so poorly and inappropriately.- One of my bridesmaids overheard the NB Staff talking negatively about my floral coordinator. - NB says we left the place a mess & they wanted to charge us a fee for all of the âbeer bottles we left all over the grounds, even under the bushes.â I was not drunk the night of my wedding and I nor my guests do not recall seeing beer bottles scattered everywhere. And if it was so messy, then bring on the âtrashâ fee and photos of the trash, please. - Emails from Marianne where she throws in my face comments such as âWe ordered these copper chargers for YOU because we do this for OUR BRIDES,â or the âPlease remember you are benefitting from all upgrades on the property.â To recall- I never asked NB to order anything special for me, and it never felt âwarm and welcomingâ to know that I paid a price in 2016 but I guess that was no longer good enough since their prices have increased and updates to the property since then. They should update their contract if they donât want you using their new items or new upgrades. It honestly made me feel inadequate to them and worthless. All in all- I would recommend NB for a bride who is completely hands off and wants to let the limited expertise of the NB staff plan their wedding. One of their staff members has photos of my wedding on their PERSONAL Instagram, assuming credit for the details which is BS. NB is not flexible and does not like other vendors on their turf.

Thanks to Neuse Breeze our wedding is everything we wanted and more, thereâs not a single thing we would change. Marianne and Glen (owners) and Callie and Brittany (wedding coordinators) made everything extremely stress free and made us feel at ease from the beginning of planning to our wedding day.My wife and I currently live on the west coast and only visited the venue a couple times prior to the wedding day, but everyone made it as easy as possible to plan and was very flexible. They were all always available via email or phone and responded almost immediately. Having the all inclusive package was awesome and made things so much easier for us. As for the few things not included (ie bartender, rehearsal dinner, photographer, videographer, etc) they had great suggestions on everything and if there was something we needed or had to bring, they always reminded us with plenty of time ahead.For the wedding day, it was a low stress day for the entire wedding party. We never once were confused on where we had to be or what we needed to do next. The team and even the bartenders they recommended (Joe) were so helpful throughout the day and it was a true family atmosphere. Not once did we ever feel like we were talking to people we hired, but more to family that was just helping out.If you want the wedding of your dreams, Neuse Breeze is the perfect venue!

Thanks to Neuse Breeze our wedding is everything we wanted and more, thereâs not a single thing we would change. Marianne and Glen (owners) and Callie and Brittany (wedding coordinators) made everything extremely stress free and made us feel at ease from the beginning of planning to our wedding day.My wife and I currently live on the west coast and only visited the venue a couple times prior to the wedding day, but everyone made it as easy as possible to plan and was very flexible. From start to finish, working with this venue was easy! Marianne went out of her way to respond to many questions from me, my mother and a friend. Marianne also did several tours at our request so we could finalize things. One of the things the venue does is provide a brunch and Marianne ensured that I had something I would want to eat since I am the pickiest eater and had pregnant bridesmaids. The venue may seem like it costs a lot but in the grand scheme of things considering all that it includes, it is worth every penny. Marianne, her husband and their staff ensured that from start to finish Friday through Saturday everything went seamlessly! Marianne and her husband were flexible regarding dropping things off on Friday and Saturday. I cannot express how thankful I am of how beautiful the decor turned out when they put out decorations we brought with us/that they had in stock and I was able to have a wedding far greater than my expectations or dreams! My husband, myself and my parents are thankful we chose this venue and I would recommend it to anyone!

From start to finish, working with this venue was easy! Marianne went out of her way to respond to many questions from me, my mother and a friend. Marianne also did several tours at our request so we could finalize things. One of the things the venue does is provide a brunch and Marianne ensured that I had something I would want to eat since I am the pickiest eater and had pregnant bridesmaids. The venue may seem like it costs a lot but in the grand scheme of things considering all that it includes, it is worth every penny. Marianne and Glen at Neuse Breeze were amazing. We could not have asked for a more beautiful wedding. The location and atmosphere of the venue is incredible. Marianne was very helpful throughout the entire planning process and also provided us with a wedding coordinator. Vendors and guests were telling us that our wedding was the prettiest wedding. They did everything for us, we didn't have to worry about decorating, set up or break down. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone!

Marianne and Glen at Neuse Breeze were amazing. We could not have asked for a more beautiful wedding. The location and atmosphere of the venue is incredible. My husband and I got married August 29, 2015. It truly was the \"best day ever\". I had researched online for a few weeks and had looked into several venues. We wanted a private secluded area that was beach view. We didn't want public beach access, we didn't want strangers watching our ceremony as well as being in our wedding photos. Neuse Breeze was the perfect place! When viewing the venue I can specifically remember looking at my mom and saying \"mom this is it, I can see us getting married here\". We booked the venue that day! Marianne was quick to reply to my endless emails of questions and concerns during the wedding planning. I picked out a certain table cloth and living out of town I wanted it shipped to me personally to see if I liked it. It was totally the wrong color and Marianne found the color that I wanted and shipped it to me for no charge. I will say brides if you have your wedding here and plan to stay overnight at the venue a few days earlier to relax make sure that is clear. That was our original plan but things got confused and we stayed in Atlantic Beach for a few nights prior to the rehearsal and wedding night. It all worked out but it was stressful moving from place to place. Thankfully Marianne let us leave some dĂŠcor at the venue prior to the big day. The house is absolutely beautiful and clean. You almost don't want to leave! The day of the wedding Marianne provided breakfast and a bridal lunch which were amazing. This venue is absolutely gorgeous. My pictures are beautiful and I can't wait to see our video. Marianne's husband Glen is always working on something new. I can only imagine how this venue will look in the months and years to come. Marianne received curtains for the pavilion on the Thursday before my wedding and had them up on my wedding day. Good luck to all you soon to be married couples. I strongly encourage you to take the time to drive to Havelock to view this venue...you will not be disappointed!
