This stately manor provides an elegant backdrop for your wedding event and is ideal for an upmarket, black-tie affair. With multiple rooms and expansive gardens available for you to use, you can be flexible and think big when planning your event. Newcastle Gardens BnB welcomes you and your guests to a world of luxury. The house is sure to charm your friends and family as they explore its ground and stately rooms. You can choose to exchange your vows with its incredible landscaping as a backdrop in a magical garden ceremony. Say “I do” under the shade of a tall oak tree as the sound of a waterfall babbles in the distance. An outdoor ceremony is ideal if you are planning to celebrate with your pet in attendance, and the garden ceremony site is shaded. Afterwards, you can host a reception in the property’s barn. A charmingly rustic setting in which to gather those you love the most, it is climate controlled for year-round comfort. The interior of the barn is strikingly modern and features stained concrete floors, chandeliers, and a soaring vaulted ceiling. During the event, you can step out to take a breather and relax in the courtyard, with its impressive fountain. Newcastle Gardens BnB can host events of up to 130 guests, with accommodation options available in the house upon its reopening in 2021. The staff can provide you with everything needed to organize your big day, this includes furniture, decor items, catering equipment, and much more. Delicious food can be offered by the venue’s catering partner Catered Too. On the day of your party, the management can provide access to a private get-ready space that is ideal for perfecting your wedding day look.

This venue is absolutely wonderful! Matt is an amazing chef and Jess is an amazing florist along with everything else they do to make an amazing wedding experience. We had a beautiful day and we were so lucky to have found this venue!!

HIGHLY recommend having your wedding here! Not only is the venue itself the owners are beautiful inside and out as well. Matt and Jess went beyond expectations! Matt can absolutely throw it down in the kitchen also! Food was amazing, guest and vendors were saying it was the best they’ve ever had and me and my husband can definitely agree with that. Jess made beautiful flower arrangements, bouquets, boutonnières, etc off of just some simple ideas and colors. If you are looking to have a dream wedding with amazing people by your side look no further than New Castle wedding gardens!

I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding! My husband and I just got married there a little over a week ago and our special day was just perfect. Matt the owner is also an amazing chef and everyone absolutely loved the food. It was so nice having him not only be the owner/manager of the venue but able to also caterer the wedding and our rehearsal dinner. Matt was wonderful to work with. I also want to say how amazing Jordan, the venues wedding coordinator was. She made everything run absolutely smooth and my husband and I felt so well taken care of all day long and we didn't have to stress about anything. We will always recommend this place to couples.

I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding! My husband and I just got married there a little over a week ago and our special day was just perfect. Matt the owner is also an amazing chef and everyone absolutely loved the food. It was so nice having him not only be the owner/manager of the venue but able to also caterer the wedding and our rehearsal dinner. Matt was wonderful to work with. I also want to say how amazing Jordan, the venues wedding coordinator was. I can’t say enough about this venue and the owners. I chose this venue based on several factors and a huge one for me was that the owners Matt and Jessica made everything so easy. As a full time working mom of two trying to plan a wedding…I needed a “one stop shop”. Matt is a caterer and makes amazing food, Jessica does amazing floral arrangements and Heather (the wedding coordinator) listens to every little detail. Our wedding was perfect. The decore was so beautiful and in combination with a phenomenal DJ and great bartenders. Nobody wanted to leave!! I’ve never been to a wedding where the dance floor is still packed and the night ends with a group hug! Hahaha! What a magical day and night for us! Thank you to the dream team!! ♥️

I can’t say enough good things about this venue! The owners, Matt and Jessica, are amazing and the venue is beautiful. We had Matt cater our food and the food was amazing. The venue also comes with a day-of coordinator and she saved the day!

We were so lucky to have found this venue! Matt was especially amazing to work with! He replied to our emails/calls promptly and made us feel like we were taken care of. Anytime we had a suggestion, Matt's response was always \"Of course, no problem we can do that!\" He made our wedding day go smoothly, even though it rained 10 minutes before the ceremony started. We received many compliments on how well kept and beautiful the venue was. Thank you so much to Matt and his team for creating such a special day for us! Matt and his team also catered the wedding and the food was absolutely delicious! We could not have picked a better venue!!

Unfortunately, my husband and I had a terrible experience using this venue for our wedding day. The venue itself is gorgeous, but the change of ownership was a letdown for us. The lack of communication, respect, and overall execution of our wedding day was a complete disappointment. Our vision for this once in a lifetime day was not taken seriously, understood, or implemented well. There is a photo booth onsite which may seem rather convenient but use caution when using it. The owner will make terrible decisions without consulting you and is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. The venue presents this \"total package\" idea which provides you with these incentives like a day of coordinator, staff that helps you set up and pack up the venue and so on. As a result, we got stuck with a day of coordinator who does not know what she is doing, rental items that were returned to us broken, and very little communication from the venue owners who ignore emails and phone calls. I would not recommend having your wedding at this venue. I can never get this day back and it is heartbreaking to have had this experience. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Not only is this venue absolutely gorgeous but Georgia has partnered with some of the best vendors in the business! She works with Jackson Catering which created such amazing food that we hired them for both the wedding and rehearsal dinner. She also works with O'Shay's florist who created gorgeous arrangements, bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding. Our DJ, TJ Jurado-Song Man Entertainment, was professional, well organized and fun. The planning was simple and straightforward. The day of wedding staff was professional, readily available and always a step ahead of us ensuring that everyone had a fabulous time! The venue is so beautiful that my mother cried the first time she saw it. The setup of the venue is perfect! The day of our wedding there was a freak heat wave yet the ceremony site is so well shaded that our guests remained comfortable throughout the ceremony. The barn is perfectly setup to ensure all guests feel included and have a great view of the festivities. Overall the venue is gorgeous and easy for everyone to get around which was important to us since we had a number of guests in their 80s and 90s. We truly could not have picked a more beautiful venue or exceptional group of people to work with. The day ran smoothly and was everything we could have dreamed of and more!
