Taking Your Event to the Next Level!
With 28 years of experience, we put the wow in your event. Our planners see to every event detail including the night of your wedding. Our Grand Ballroom takes you back in time with special effect lighting, a massive antique bar, incredibly large dance floor and elevated stage holding up to 500 guests. Our Ambassador Room is so unique it stands alone in the Tri state. With elegant columns, a large bar, sunken dance floor, and special effect lighting on the dance floor for up to 300 guests. Your rehearsal dinner is the kickoff party to an incredible wedding. We have 3 private rooms with great food and décor. Our chef provides tastings for you to select the perfect menu. We include all of the extras without any surprises!

We got married at the Newport Syndicate on June 24th, 2023 and it was AMAZING! The team went above and beyond with communication throughout the entire process. We wanted a fun wedding with a big dance floor and a convenient bar but the Syndicate was so much more! My family and I have received so many compliments that this was the most fun wedding they have ever been too. Betsi, Courtney and Megan were extremely helpful from the minute we booked the venue to the days after when we could pick up all of our stuff. We were able to use some of the venues materials (flowers, easels, champagne glasses, etc) which saves us hundreds as well. They provided a STRESS FREE and tailored experience which made our wedding one of a kind. Thank you so so much to the team, we are so grateful and have the best memories!

Without hesitation, I would 100% recommend The Newport Syndicate for a wedding, reception or any event that you might be celebrating. Betsi and her team are wonderful to work with. No detail is left unattended and their suggestions/help made for a wonderful evening. They even set up and break down your decor. We dropped it off the Tuesday before the wedding, walked in the afternoon of the wedding and was delighted to see perfectly arranged tablescapes. They also broke everything down and we picked it up the following Tuesday. The food was absolutely delicious. We opted for a buffet but they don’t serve the typical buffet fare. The beef tenderloin was probably one of the best entrees I’ve had—much better than many prime ribs I’ve been served. Real mashed potatoes. And if you are so inclined to offer an evening snack, opt for the macaron and cheese bar—it’s so good! We also used their preferred vendors for the music (Mark McFadden of McFadden Music, DJ Chris), Photo Booth (Signature Photo Booth) and photographer (Masterworks Photography). Because of their relationship with these vendors, everything flowed smoothly. The Newport Syndicate just couldn’t have been a more perfect space for us. Our guests raved about the venue, the food, the music, the atmosphere!! It was just a perfect night and the perfect place for a celebration!!

This is the perfect venue for a small orLarge group. We had our wedding reception there with 300 people. They took the time to make sure every detail was worked out to perfection. I wouldn’t recommend any other venue, Sam & Betsi did an impeccable job making our day smooth and absolutely gorgeous!

Covid Couple!! We had to postpone with Betsi and Samantha several times but in the end, we had the perfect day that was exactly what I'd been picturing since I was 10! It was such a relief to know that the food and venue were all in 1 and my guests only had to take a few stairs to reach the party. The night of, the staff, food and service was exceptional! Highly recommend!

The Syndicate provided a beautiful spacious venue for our wedding (205 people) and the food (prime rib, roasted turkey, and salmon) was all amazing! We were treated so well and accommodations were made for each of our requests. The offer for convenient parking across the street (for a fair additional price) was perfect for our guests. We highly recommend The Syndicate for your wedding as well!

I can not thank Betsi and Samantha enough for how amazing they were! this place is truly one of a kind. We started out wanting a barn wedding for our big families but ended up across this place and I am so glad we did. I could not have found a better place to make having a wedding seem so effortless! Its like an all inclusive place! You can no go wrong here and the place it stunning! Months later I still have friends tell me how amazing their food was & the open bar! The big dance floor was just icing on cake! With COVID Betsi and Samantha never once made us feel stressed about having our wedding at the Syndicate and even helped us make sure it went on without any issues! The day of the wedding they were soo kind to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed as soon as we walked through the door. Look no where else for your reception place because this place exceeded my expectation by a million miles!! highly recommend!!

Both Betsie and Samantha were so helpful with all the last minute changes and open any of our last minute request including extending the event by half an hour. Tiffany and her assistant provided excellent service and the chef even provided a couple of extra surprises. While we were disappointed we could not celebrate with a larger gathering, the intimate setting provided by the Syndicate is a night my Son and Daughter-In-Law will always treasure.

I can never thank Betsi and Samantha enough for their hard work and help to make our ceremony and reception perfect. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was the most stressful thing I have ever dealt with, but they stayed in close contact and did everything possible to make sure we would have the best day. The grand ball room was gorgeous, the food amazing, and the decorations were just right. I can not recommend this venue enough. The Syndicate was the perfect place for our wedding reception, and I'm so happy we decided to have it there. A huge dance floor was one of the top things on our list and The Syndicate was the best place in town that we found for it. There were always people on the dance floor and the whole space is set up for your reception to be a huge fun party. So many of our guests told us how much fun they had, and how surprised they were that everyone was dancing the whole night, and that people who usually don't dance were out there. You can't not dance there! Betsi, Samantha, and Thomas were so helpful to work with. The food tastings were great (and the food at the wedding was awesome). They make their food in-house, so if something is particularly popular and running out they can just make more. We had a lot of decorations that we wanted to add to the space, and the team was so great about making the space tailored to our themes. The whole place had such a warm and inviting look and Thomas did a great job designing. We originally were planning on finding a rustic outdoor venue, but I'm so glad we went with The Syndicate because it looked so beautiful and had that same warm atmosphere. Having the huge bar next to the dance floor was also great, and the whole layout of the room was open and fun. It was also very easily accessible for anybody with the ramp and the open space. So many venues that we looked at were insanely expensive, and The Syndicate was such a good price for everything they offered. I'm usually one to plan every detail myself, but having an all-inclusive venue saved us SO MUCH stress. Highly recommend doing that because you can still get the end result you want since the team is so great at accommodating your ideas. Check out the pictures of how beautiful it was as well, they really can do so much with the space. Thank you Betsi, Thomas, and Samantha for giving us the best wedding reception we could have asked for! We'll remember it forever :)

Our wedding day was everything we wanted it to be, thanks to the Syndicate. Betsi and Samantha were very helpful throughout the whole process, from before we booked the venue to the last second of the reception. I can’t say enough AMAZING things about The Syndicate!!! My wedding was everything I dreamed it would be because of the wonderful staff. Sharon, Betsi, Samantha, Thomas and staff went beyond for me and my family. Our reception was perfect. They had every detail in place. Not to mention the nacho bar was a hit!! My family and friends said the wedding and reception was so beautiful and the best they been too in a long time. No complains from anyone. The staff was so amazing, the servers and bartenders went above and beyond to make sure everyone including my little 88 year old grandma was taken care of! I would highly recommend this venue, it is affordable, the food was amazing and all the little details they add to make your night special are so nice. I felt like I got more than my monies worth. Thank you so much to all the ladies and gents that helped me plan and execute my wedding! A+++

The Newport Syndicate was great from start to finish. We were planning an out of town wedding and they were very accommodating with working with our schedules for appointments. Samantha and Betsi were easy to work and get along with, were professional, and communicate well and in a timely manner. Samantha called the bride two days before the wedding, the wedding the weekend before paid for extra drapery and asked if we would like it for no charge! Also, she made sure things were getting done when they needed to. After our ceremony ran late Samantha made sure the reception and rest of the night ran smoothly. The Newport Syndicate was great from start to finish. We were planning an out of town wedding and they were very accommodating with working with our schedules for appointments. Samantha and Betsi were easy to work and get along with, were professional, and communicate well and in a timely manner. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Betsi and Samantha were amazing. The first time I viewed the hall I loved it but the personality of betsi and how she handled/ explained things is what convinced me to book with them. She answered all my questions and helped me pick my centerpieces/ decorations and everytime I would be hesitant or change my mind she gave me a different idea and showed me because I am a visual person. I had so many questions and she never once seemed bothered at all. She remember details about my wedding colors and another bride left stuff she didnt want behind and betsi saved them all to see if I wanted to use them before she threw it away. I used the flamingo room for my ceremony and the day of the wedding they was making sure everything went the way I wanted and that it went smooth. They are so friendly, outgoing, and kind. I would recommend the syndicate to everybody. The venue itself is beautiful and with Besti and Sam there running it makes it so much better.

The Syndicate was amazing to work with! My daughter and son-in-law held their reception in The Ambassador Room on 6/29/19. Samantha was very responsive to all my questions and emails. Everything turned out wonderful. I have had numerous people tell me that the food was the best food they have ever had at a wedding reception. As a matter of fact, one of the gentlemen that was at the reception told me (again) last night that he can still taste the food – it was that good to him! I also want to give a shout out to one of the servers at the reception. I don’t know what his name was, and didn’t even know this happened until after the fact, but one of our guests has a wife that is in a wheelchair and unable to walk. The server observed the situation with the guest and offered to help him get his wife a dinner plate. The server went with the husband through the food line and the husband instructed the server what to put on his wife’s plate, while also being able to fix his own plate for dinner. This couple is very special to us, so we greatly appreciate the server going the extra mile to make sure that the guest and his wife were able to eat together and that it did not cause the husband any unnecessary effort. You do not hear of things like that happening too much these days, so I applaud the server and the Syndicate for going the extra mile for your guests!!! I would not hesitate for one minute to recommend The Syndicate to anyone looking to host a wedding reception or party! Everything was fabulous!! 😊

We were married in the Flamingo Room with its beautiful stained glass ceiling and had our reception in the Ambassador Room. The dance floor was amazing and the decor was gorgeous, it was the most wonderful atmosphere for our wedding! The food and drinks were exquisite and the service was beyond phenomenal. Betsi Rutkowski, Samantha Haas, Robin Berman, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in any way they could and ensured our wedding night was the best night our lives! I highly recommend the Syndicate for any event!!!

We were married at the Syndicate in March 2019.Obviously, the venue has an amazing and unique style - that's one of the first things you notice about it, and it's best seen in person. We were married in the Grand Ballroom and had our reception in the Ambassador Room, so our guests got to experience the whole place. We had around 250 in attendance, and there was plenty of room for them.During the planning, Betsi and Sam were helpful, energetic, and organized. They are both knowledgeable and they really put in the effort to make sure we had everything we needed. If I have one piece of advice for couples, it's to make sure you do your part to stay on top of communication, because there is always a lot going on here.On the big day, they were on top of everything, attentive to our needs, and made sure all the vendors and wedding party were where they needed to be. The entire event went off without a hitch, thanks in no small part to their diligence.I especially want to call out Betsi and the chefs for going the extra mile with our food. We wanted to go all-vegetarian, and there weren't that many options available on their \"stock\" menu. Betsi and the kitchen worked with us - we traded recipes, Betsi arranged special tastings, and we iterated until we landed on the perfect menu, which they found a way to make for us without any extra cost. We got tons of positive comments about the food and couldn't be more grateful to the Syndicate for going out of their way to make it so tasty and memorable.

The connections they have to bring in all the caring vendors such as an amazing DJ who lit the room up with fun for every guest. Let’s talk about their food. Delicious and perfect timing. Guests said they never have had such great tasting as what The Syndicate prepared for the wedding. The bar staff was happy to serve and accommodating to each guest. The servers were kind and smiling with joy as they greeted all the guests. They also made it so easy for us to walk away from the evening and not worry about anything and know everything we need to pick up after the wedding is well cared for. This made the evening to know this. The administrative staff and owner the entire year long process made my daughter and me feel as if we were their priority. The Syndicate was absolutely perfect!! We were married in May 2019 and used the Grand Ballroom with 325 guests. Here is what stood out:1) Communication: Betsi and Sam were our main contact people, and this is what I think makes the venue stand out. They are so easy and fun to work with. From the start, Betsi was incredibly informative, energetic, flexible, and helpful. She was prompt to reply to our email questions (we live out of town, so most of our communication was via email) and she even face-timed us a couple of times for us to see the set up of the room. She thought out all the small details, and has tons of experience that made our preparation and special day flow smoothly. They even helped us out when we had a couple of other vendor issues during our final week of prep, which was a huge relief and much appreciated. They are AMAZING!2) The space: The grand ballroom itself is an amazing venue. We knew we wanted to have a party with space for a large band, and I can say the physical space did not disappoint. We have a 9 member band that fit easily on stage, and had the dance floor full all night long. The food line was efficient via Captains call (our 325 guests had their plates filled on Buffett in 30-40 mins), which made our transitions to First dance, best man/MOH speeches seamless.3) The Bar: The bar is customizable which we greatly appreciated. We ended up buying bottles of Bourbon, Liquor, wine, etc... at a slightly upcharged price, but there is also the option to use the Syndicates \"upgrades\" if needed. We were very happy with our bar package and pricing.4) Personalization: While the space is very large, Betsi and Sam allow you to create the space you desire for your special day. We ended up having a candy/dessert bar near the entrance which was a hit, and we also had a great late night snack of chili cheese coneys which our out of town guests LOVED!

No issues. Everything went off without a hitch and the food was amazing. (Recommend the Broccoli and Cheese Casserole, there was none left!) I would recommend having your wedding here for a stress free venue. Betsi and Sam handled everything perfectly and we enjoyed every minute of our wedding reception. Guests said it was one of the best weddings they had been to.

We were married here on 9/15/2018, and have nothing but wonderful things to say.Betsi and Samantha were simple phenomenal!! They made the whole process run smoothly and look beautiful. Betsi and Samantha were always extremely prompt, kind, and helpful in all our interactions. Even though the Syndicate was booked every weekend of this year and they were very busy, any time I called or stopped by they made me feel like my wedding was the most important event on their calendar. The food was fantastic. I only wish I could have made a to-go box so I could have taken some for after the wedding (The staff does a great job of trying to make sure you have a chance to eat, even bringing hors d'oeuvres to the bridal party while we were doing pictures, but it was hard to find time to eat).The staff were all so friendly and was always there to offer help and assistance.Also it is a reasonable priced venue. We couldn't ask for a better experience and are so happy we got married here!

What an amazing venue! I am mother of the bride from the 08.18.18 reception. We had many details to our decorations and table settings, and the staff executed the set up of every single one of them. The room was beautiful, the food was terrific and the acoustics for the band were perfect! One of my funniest memories is when Betsy dashed to the bridal table and grabbed my daughter’s bouquet, then sprinted to the entrance where the bride and groom were turning the corner as they were being introduced. In stride, Betsy promptly made the perfect hand off as the bride’s arm went into the air. In addition to the wedding cake, my daughter wanted my cookie cakes to be served at her wedding. The staff was very accommodating as I decorated 12 cookies, just hours before the reception. We highly recommend this venue. Thank you for the countless memories of such a special day!

We could not have been happier with our wedding on 7/21/18. Everything was perfect and the room looked amazing. The staff was extremely attentive. I had multiple people comment how they have never had a drink in their hand and food on a plate in front of them as fast as they had at our wedding. I recently had my reception at the Newport Syndicate and I felt it only fair to give an honest review for brides-to-be. I picked this venue because:1) I loved the draping on the walls, piano and chandelier;2) The price was good compared to other places; and3) I could use my own vendor for cocktail hour which was important in able to incorporate my husband's culture. Betsi (the coordinator) is professional and I liked working with her. She's hard to get ahold of in email, but she's happy to see your vision and do her best to bring it to life. I discussed my vision with her and Sharon (the owner) 8 months before my event and several times leading up to. However, closer we came to my event date the more frustrated I was. e sure to ask the right questions; they want to charge extra for napkin folding. What put me over the top was that just 5 DAYS before my wedding (after they received full payment) Sharon called me saying they weren't sure if my dinner serving style (family style dining) would work - keep in mind I had discussed this style with Sharon in May 2017 and Betsi throughout this time. She said they were worried it would take too long and I should switch to buffet or plated. The day of my event went well and my guests enjoyed their food and the look of the space. Whatever went wrong I didn't notice because me and my husband had to leave earlier than planned.Overall, I would not recommend the Syndicate because I felt like they added to my stress rather than alleviating it. However, be mindful that you get what you pay for - their pricing is below market avg for this area. Ultimately, see the space and make whatever decision you feel is best.

We were married on February 26th at the Syndicate and it was truly magical! First off - the entire planning process leading up til the big day was outstanding. Betsy and Samantha were always professional, great with communications, extremely helpful, and knowledgable about their jobs. We also did our rehearsal dinner with them and it was beautiful and wonderful as well. I dropped off many things to them 2 days before the wedding (such as place cards, favors, decorations, etc) with some notes of how I wanted things to look - and they made my vision come to life better than I ever imagined. The room was setup perfectly and was truly like my dreams come true. We were married on the weekend of severe rain and flooding in NKY (fun right :P) and the Syndicate was awesome about letting us as the bride and groom get there a little early (since our pictures got cut short). They let us walk around the room before anyone else was in there, it was like a private tour of our own wedding space, it was a really special moment. They were also very accommodating as they let us and our bridal part use the side room to hangout and relax during cocktail hour (and since we were there a little early).. and they sent any guests that arrived early to the Dueling Piano Bar, which my guests LOVED! Then as cocktail hour started, they escorted my guests into the main space and let us and the bridal party use the piano bar for some pictures. They made the whole thing (even though it was unplanned and unexpected due to weather) run very smooth and I really appreciated their extra accommodations. Throughout the night the staff was helpful and professional. At the end of the night my groom and I left on our own, and the Syndicate staff was wonderful with my parents and helped them pack up our gifts to take with them. Then they held the rest of my decorations and stuff to pick up for a few days and I was able to go back during the next week, after family had left town, to pick everything up. They had it all ready and packed for me - it was wonderful! Truly from first impressions to the planning process to night of to the post party process the Syndicate was WONDERFUL and a dream come true for a wedding venue! HIGHLY recommend to everyone!

For the services you get the price was outstanding!! I was expecting to have to pay a lot more. All of my guests that I have talked to had a wonderful time, enjoyed the food, and said it was one of the best receptions they have ever attended. I want to thank everyone from the sales staff (Rachel) to the planners (Betsi and Samantha) for making my wedding day the most special occasion ever!! We got married July 29th and had our reception at the Syndicate and it was amazing! Samantha was so receptive to my constant emails and always got back to me quickly and with a ton of detail to help me plan. The planning meeting and detail sheet really helped ease any worries I had because it was clear they knew what they were doing. The night of I was always taken care of by their staff and they were so accommodating. I've already recommended them to a friend getting married soon. We also got a very nice card in the mail after the wedding, thanking us for using them as our reception venue! We couldn't be happier!!

We chose the Ambassador Room for our reception this April. It has such a great feel, and the dance floor is gorgeous! Our guests couldn't stop raving. The food was fabulous. The signature drink was a purple concoction that was the cherry on top. We worked with Rachel when we first arrived to check out the place, and she answered every question and concern we had. She was top-notch! The owner joined in our final detail meeting and was so sweet. They worked with us on supporting our desire to have Graeter's ice cream for our dessert! I can't say enough good things about this place.

If you are planning a wedding, I seriously advise going else where. I had nothing but problems with the syndicate regarding my big day. It was so bad that I even went through 2 wedding planners. I don't know if they were fired or if the just quit. But I would make plans and then not hear anything back. Come to find out my planner was gone. We were invited to tastings then told we couldn't go, then told we could. My in laws are from out of town, spent a lot of money on plane tickets just to go to a tasting that was scheduled and guess what. We were told we couldn't go to the tasting again! That was super irritating. They waited less than a week to tell me what I owed them for my final payment which resulted in complications paying other vendors off. I found a string in my potatoes. A janky blue string that looked like used dental floss which I have multiple witnesses of. I was told that the owner would call and talk to me about this. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I could keep going but thinking of my experience is just frustrating me. Mistakes happen, but mistake after mistake is not okay. Save yourself the heartache and book somewhere else.

Rachel was so easy to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. Thomas was also great to work with. He made all of our centerpieces and they were gorgeous! My husband and I had our reception at the Newport Syndicate on 10/24/15. Our reception was perfect, we couldn't have asked for things to go any better! Rachel was so easy to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. Thomas was also great to work with. He made all of our centerpieces and they were gorgeous! We have received so many compliments from all of our guests on how great the food was!

First I want to say I loved working them, the food was great and they made sure we stayed on track (which was not easy because I am a picture freak). They only thing negative that I would have to say is DO NOT use the piano player. I wanted three songs- 1 for the party to enter 1 for me to enter and 1 for us all to leave. He only played one song for me and party to enter so I did not have here comes the bride, which my mom really wanted, and he was gone before the wedding was over so we had NO EXIT MUSIC. \rI highly recommend the Syndicate for both the wedding and receptions just stay away from the piano player.

The Syndicate is absolutely beautiful! It was so good to have the reception at a unique place. Our reception was in the Ambassador Room which helped guests pay attention during the special dances because of the way the dance floor is. The food was absolutely wonderful. The staff really work to make sure everything is the way you want it. It was a little frustrating getting straight yes and no on some things because the staff was in a transition at the time. Other than that, the place was great.

This was a fabulous venue for our daughter's reception. Danielle was extremely helpful and left no detail out. The servers and the bar were excellent. Not one person had anything negative to say. It looked amazing the night of the wedding and they had everything set up just the way we wanted. The only complaint I would have is that they don't have their own parking area and there was a separate fee for the parking lot across the street, which was also open for public parking during our reception. We had several guests that couldn't get in the lot and had to park a block away and go out and feed the parking meter during the reception. \rOur overall experience was exceptional and we would highly recommend this venue. It was truly beautiful!

The Syndicate is not only a beautiful, unique venue, it also employs the most helpful, friendly staff. We could not be happier with the services provided!\r\rThe food is delicious and they provide almost anything you would need for your big day: this place is a home run for any bride looking to outsource some stress!\r\rThe true strength of this venue is the talented event coordinator Danielle. To say she was helpful wouldn't even begin to describe it. Danielle was organized, quick to respond and happy to provide helpful suggestions to make the day even better. She was a joy to work with and any bride would be lucky to have her on their side!\r\rSet up and take down was totally handled by their team and most vendors I used had worked with them before. Planning the day was a breeze and they put everything together exactly as I requested. I couldn't be happier with the results and can't believe I was able to get it at such an affordable price. This place is truly a great value and I encourage other Cincinnati and Kentucky brides to check them out!

The staff is friendly & the coordinator, Danielle, is wonderful to work with! The food is high quality -- our only complaint would be that the requested vegan meals were very minimal. Overall, we loved our choice & our guests did too! Highly recommend!

Overall my reception turned out great and the service the day of the reception was great as well, however I am rating them a 3 due to several issues that arose prior to the event. As a bride, you would think that the last source of stress would come from one of your vendors that was paid in full. This was not the case with this vendor. First of all, there were several surprises that came up that were not mentioned when we made our decision to book with them. First and most importantly is that there is no parking and guests would need to pay to park, this major detail should have definitely have been brought to our attention at the initial showing. Next, there is a DJ booth in the reception room, but your DJ cannot use it. Instead he will be at a table next to the booth, and lastly that they will set up your decorations according to your specifications. After being told at the initial booking that I would just need to bring the stuff in and show them how I wanted it set up, they changed the story to I would need to come in the day prior to set everything up despite it being in the pricing quote. Keep in mind my reception has not taken place yet. Okay, I suck up all of this and move forward as the deposit has been paid and the date is approaching. The week prior to my event, I am sent a seating chart to arrange how I would like it set up and told to send it back how I would like it by a certain day. I did so, it took me 2 days to arrange my seating chart I worked hard on it. Only to receive no response on the due date I was given. The next day, I received a call at work that my seating chart would not work and I needed to reduce the number of tables, even though the number of tables I sent back were the number of tables sent to me. All of this early in the week that my reception was taking place. I had to spend more time redoing my seating arrangements. Not what I should have been working on the week of my wedding. As a bride, you would not expect to be stressed out by the vendor that you have spent the most money on before the event even takes place, you sacrifice and work hard for your money, and receptions are expensive. The end result was beautiful, but given the chance to choose again, I probably would not go with this vendor as they did not fully disclose important details to me at the initial showings and they stressed me out at the last minute. I had to fight for every request I made, which made me question what I was paying for if they cannot honor any of my requests which were not major or extraordinary (ie: setup chair sashes as promised and quoted and allow empty tables should unconfirmed guests arrive). If you can't do these things, then what can you do for my money? In the end my requests were honored because I was unable to come and setup the day before due to them booking another event, and the planner allowed me to keep the number of tables she sent me, but who wants a major headache before their event, or to be hoping everything goes well the day of their event because they have had so many minor issues arise beforehand. You really want to be focused on yourself that week, unfortunately I was unable to do so even though I had done nothing wrong. The planner was so overly concerned with tracking my guest count that she overlooked customer service and may have forgotten about what it feels like to be a first time bride. The food was great, the room looked great, and the staff did a great job that night.

Danielle was great to work with and they were so accommodating. The bar was huge, the dance floor was ideal and the VIP room was perfect for our photo booth, favors and tea/coffee. Our guests had a great time and I wouldn't change a thing about our reception! We loved every second!!

Newport Syndicate is an awesome, fun, and reasonable priced reception venue especially if you have your reception on a Friday night. Danielle was our head person and she was amazing, the table decorations and place cards were set up, she was very organized at our final meeting, and everything was perfectly set up the night of the wedding. the food was delicious and my guests kept telling me it was some of the best food they ever had at a wedding. The ambassador room downstairs is where I had my reception and it was perfect for dancing and space for all of our guests, you can do a lot with the room. I would highly recommend Syndicate to a bride. Shannon

This is not only a unique and fun place to hold your reception but it is beautiful as well! Not to mention the delicious food choices they have and the friendly staff! Miles was our personal server for our head table at our wedding and he was on top of his game! The food was unbelievable, and the Syndicate was SO gorgeous! Everything was perfect! The floor manager that night was always checking to make sure things were going smoothly. Which we appreciated Danielle was our Coordinater that helped us from the beginning. She was fantastic!

I had my wedding reception in the Ambassador Room (lower level) at the Newport Syndicate. It was a perfect size for the amount of guests we had (about 130 people) and could have easily accommodated more. It was not your average reception venue either, there was a huge bar, sunken oval dance floor with built-in speakers and DJ station, VIP room (that we used as a quieter hangout room and photobooth area), statues of David built into the walls, pillars, pin lighting, lowered ceilings, velvet couches, etc. It used to be a lounge so it can handle quite a party. \r\rFor the price you can't go wrong. They were super accommodating and flexible for our needs. We wanted to customize our beer menu (added bottled craft beer and a few kegs) and they had no issue with it. We were able to drop off all of the decorations and they set everything up. They paid attention to detail and made the room look amazing. \r\rI would highly suggest if you are looking for something a little different than a normal banquet center, looking for a good value, and great service. Everyone had a wonderful time!

We chose here because we had some friends basically \"made\" us. Danielle was sweet and helpful throughout the night. We loved the way the dance floor was setup and our meal was good. The Valet parking across the street was really easy when trying to find a place to park.

We had our reception there in the ambassador room, downstairs. Coordination seemed a little off from the booking through the reception. We were confused with who was our coordinator the entire time. The night of the reception, we provided a schedule of events, and no one even tried to keep us on track. Disappointed that you pay $35+ per person and you can't even keep the food, AND they don't leave the food out long enough for a second trip to the buffet. Bartender service was GREAT, though! It seemed like we had to contact them way too many times to try to finalize our details and they were hard to get ahold of, so I was really nervous about the turnout, but it ended up looking really beautiful and we were happy overall.

I brought 5 family members to the taste testing with me which was no problem at all, all the food we had to choose from was delicious, and we have had many compliments about the food and everything else. Our cake and flower vendors worked directly with the reception hall so I didn't have to do any in-between work. The staff is very knowledgeable and knows the best ways a reception should be held for it to flow, and we were able to enjoy ourselves while they ran the show. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Syndicate, it has a huge dancefloor and a great stage that was perfect for our band. The dark ballroom made for a very elegant feel & I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with the Syndicate! I wanted a party wedding, and that is exactly what I got! The food and atmosphere were fantastic. Use Tomas for your centerpieces...you will get a great deal! Sarah helped me plan everything (no wedding planner needed)! The whole day ran smoothly, I even had my ceremony here. It was beautiful and fun!

I wanted a party wedding, and that is exactly what I got! The food and atmosphere were fantastic. Use Tomas for your centerpieces...you will get a great deal! Sarah helped me plan everything (no wedding planner needed)! The whole day ran smoothly, I even had my ceremony here. It was beautiful and fun!

I could not have asked for a better place to have had my ceremony and reception. Sarah Goeke was so helpful in the whole planning process. Their decorator did an amazing keeping it simple like we'd asked and even threw in some exceptional surprises that fit perfect. During our event, every one in their staff was supportive, helpful and so pleasent to have around. I knwo my guests were very pleased with every single server and bartender. We received so many compliments on how good their food was and how much fun they had at our wedding.
