We had our wedding here in Mid November and it completely exceeded our expectations! The ceremony outside was breath taking and the reception in the ballroom was beautiful! We can’t say enough good things about their in house wedding planner, Bailey. She paid attention to all our needs throughout the day, executed our vision and made sure everything ran smoothly. 10/10 would recommend having your wedding here!

I couldn’t have pictured a better place to marry my best friend. The views from the golf course were perfect, the reception area was absolutely breathtaking, and my wedding planner for the day, Halee, was the absolute best! This venue and Halee were everything I wanted! You literally made my day perfect! Not to mention the food!!! Omg the food was so delicious!! All my guests said they loved the venue, the food and just the whole night!! Thank you for everything! I would recommend NorthStone Country Club and Halee to every single bride!! I seriously can’t thank you enough!

I am so happy that we found Northstone Country Club for our June wedding!! Haylee is a gem, and she made sure everything and everyone was on point!! The food was better than any wedding food I’ve ever had, and the portions were good for everyone. It’s October, and people are still talking about the delicious plates dinner we had, as well as the cocktail hour shrimp. The bartenders were great also, and it’s just a beautiful venue!! The pricing was fantastic too!! If you’re considering Northstone for your nuptials, look no further!!

This venue gave us everything we wanted: space for an outdoor ceremony, great reception area with no carpet and a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff was great and personable. Halee kept everything under control and Brittany would reach out to make sure we were all good after our payments.The wedding package gives you a lot for your money! Open bar, passed apps, plated dinner and your choice of a food display. We enjoyed the flexibility of being able to arrive in the morning if need be and not feeling rush when the night was over. I do wish that the bridal area was a little bigger but it did not stop us from booking. I’d recommend this venue to any couple looking for a venue who is a bit more inclusive (which helps with not having to find too many vendors).

Northstone is the hidden gem of Charlotte wedding venues. It was the most beautiful backdrop for the wedding day - but more importantly the staff is incredible. It is more important than any other wedding detail to have people you can trust. Halee, Jim, and Brittany went above and beyond to not only host a perfect wedding, but stayed organized and go above and beyond in the planning process. Halee is the most outstanding planner in the Charlotte and will be putting the venue on the map for the best wedding venues in the area - mark my words! Do not hesitate to look into this venue, I could not recommend enough!

Could not have picked a better place to get married!! Brittany, Laurie, Jim, the entire crew went above and beyond. We had both our wedding and reception there and they made it so easy. Our ceremony was beautiful, overlooking the golf course. The reception was perfect, food was amazing, staff was so attentive. Brittany was so on top of everything, and put me at ease several times during the planning process! It was also an amazing value for the quality!! Couldn’t recommend it more!

Our daughter's wedding reception was at NorthStone Country Club on 8-31-2019. Brittany Lefler, Laurie Hartis, and Jim Grill were just wonderful to work with! The ladies were helpful in every way to get our event planned and executed. Jim helped us with our menu selection, and I will have to say that we got many compliments on the food! It was hands down the best I have ever had at a wedding reception! We had stuffed chicken breast, broccolini, and parmesan risotto for the main course. Appetizers were great, too. The entire night was perfect: great service, food, friends, and family! I highly recommend NorthStone in Huntersville for wedding receptions or any special event.

Jim & Brittany did an amazing job! Everything was truly perfect. They went above and beyond for us. They were so accommodating. Several guests have said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. I could not have asked for a better team to help make my wedding a dream come true.

I had the pleasure of having my wedding here back in November and it was beautiful. Amy was a pleasure to work with, and she made sure everything was executed beautifully. The country club ballroom is beautiful and the golf course is also. You can't go wrong with Northstone.

My husband and I got married and had our reception at NorthStone CC on 10/28/2017 and we could not have asked for a better venue! If you are looking for something a little more all-inclusive, this is the place to go! They provide ceremony and reception space, tables, gold chiavari chairs, linens, day of coordination, food, and drinks. No hassle with trying to find a good caterer or renting linens and chairs from a rental company, which was a huge stress relief. Amy Bowers was absolutely amazing to work with and was so patient with all of me and my moms questions throughout the planning process. To top it all off, her coordination on the wedding day was the best! She genuinely wanted to make sure our day was stress free and perfect for us and we could not have asked for anyone better to coordinate. We could not be more proud of how the ceremony site turned out for our day. It has beautiful landscaping and is mostly private with a long pathway leading up to a white gazebo! Since our wedding was in the Fall, the trees just added to the beauty. We were able to decorate to our hearts content with additional plants, flowers, and signage but this is certainly not needed as it is already beautiful as is. The Foyer is a huge plus as well. It allows for space to have a gift table, guest book table, and easel for table assignments. It also has a fireplace which made it feel welcoming and homey. The veranda and ballroom were perfect for our cocktail hour and reception of 125 people. The food was just amazing! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The staff at the CC were so professional! There are tons of spots for unique photo ops, including a neat wooden bridge and huge rock! Although the CC had members there on our wedding day, the ballroom and veranda remained private to our guests which was a huge plus. Overall, we had an amazing experience having our wedding at NorthStone CC and thank everyone there for making it the day we have always dreamed of!

We had a small intimate wedding at NorthStone Country Club in November 2015. Amy made the wedding planning stress free and was a pleasure to work with. She didn’t miss a beat in our requests to make our wedding what we wanted. We could not have asked for a better location. Even though it rained, our guests were still able to enjoy the cocktail hour on the covered balcony while we snuck away for a few pictures on the golf course during a break in the weather. The food was amazing! The seafood bar was a huge hit along with all of the appetizers during the cocktail hour. We did a dual plated dinner of chicken marsala and filet. I am still hearing from our guests how good the food was at our wedding!

I am so happy that I picked NorthStone for my wedding reception. The staff was fantastic, the food was amazing and the place looked great! Everyone commented on how much fun they had and how great the food was! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Halee McKinney (Coordinator) My name is Halee and North Carolina has been my home since 2019. I grew up in Florida and attended the University of Central Florida where I graduated with two bachelor’s degrees, in Hospitality Management and Event Management.I’ve had the pleasure of being part of more weddings than I can count and each one is so special to me in their own way.
