We offer a wide range of services, including venue selection, party rentals, preferred vendors, lodging, and transportation. We personalize our services and pay close attention to detail, so our services can match your unique style and budget. Oahu Wedding Villas & Venues can host anywhere from 20-250 guests. Our featured venues include The Oahu Wedding Villas & Venues, The Moana Beachfront Estate, Punaluu Farms We also work with many other venues all over Oahu, just let us know what your vision is and we will find the right venue for you. OUR PACKAGES • Oahu Wedding Villas & Venues Basic Event Package: Venue fee for the main event, our 40x 80 tent, tables, chairs, white linens, 2 physical bars, a small speaker system, Party Lights, Projector & Screen, Upgraded Sound System, an arch, lights for the tent, lighting in both gardens, my staff to handle security, shuttle service, and our staff to help direct the parking and your guests. (Set up and breakdown are included) All of our other venues have their own unique basic packages. My husband and I had a great week's vacation in Hau'ula Macau. A very pleasant and cozy place with the opportunity to swim in the pool and relax in the jacuzzi. The house also has a tennis and billiard table. In the future we want to spend a holiday here with friends.

I had the pleasure of having my beautiful wedding here in November 2023 and just wow!The moment I stepped into the villa, I was captivated by the exquisite Koa furnishings and tasteful decor. I recently attended a wedding at the Oahu Wedding Villa in December of 2023, and I must say, it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the stunning ceremony on the beach just 5 minutes away from the villa, to the attentive and kind staff, everything was perfect.The grounds of the villa provided a breathtaking tropical backdrop for the wedding picture. The lush greenery and vibrant flowers created a magical atmosphere that made the whole event feel like a dream. Speaking of flowers, the deluxe package included beautiful floral arrangements that added an extra touch of elegance to the occasion.The food served during the reception was simply extraordinary. Every bite was delicious and perfectly cooked. From the appetizers to the main course, we were truly impressed with the quality of the meal. Additionally, the photography service provided was top-notch, capturing all the special moments beautifully.During our stay, we took advantage of the villa's amenities. The pool and jacuzzis were the perfect spots to relax and unwind after the excitement of the wedding. We also thoroughly enjoyed the 8k movie theatre, which provided an amazing cinematic experience.With 37 guests staying over for several days, it was essential to have ample room, and the Oahu Wedding Villa did not disappoint. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, ensuring everyone had a pleasant stay. The shuttle service to and from the beach was efficient and always on time which ensured all of our guests were seated at the beginning of the ceremony.For the additional guests, the proximity of the Laie Marriott hotel was incredibly convenient. It made it effortless for the extra guests to join in the celebration without any hassle.The luxurious shower rooms, with their wonderful rain shower experience, were another highlight. It was a small touch that added to the overall comfort and luxury of our stay.From the moment we began the booking process, we were met with professionalism and efficiency. Our questions were promptly answered, and the whole process went smoothly. Additionally, having a parking lot just down the street made it incredibly convenient for all of us.Lastly, I want to mention how enjoyable the reception was. The music was fantastic, and despite the lively atmosphere, there were no issues with the volume. It created such a joyous celebration that everyone will remember for years to come.Overall, I cannot recommend the Oahu Wedding Villa enough. The combination of the stunning location, attentive staff, incredible amenities, and convenient services made this wedding a 5-star experience. We booked this venue for a family reunion.I am a cook so I was pleased to see the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to service a crowd.The gates to the property open to reveal a private paradise oasis.The indoor wooden rafters on the high ceilings are very interesting and exudes Hawaiian charm.The beds are really comfortable with crisp white linens. We took the master Suite as we arrived two days early and did some grocery runs to prepare.I am a bath person, so to soak in the lava carved tub with the faucet coming from the ceiling was luxurious!Easy communication with vendor...we were left alone to do our thing.We visit the island often and this venue was by far the nicest ever!I read not the greatest reviews but was willing to take a chance and glad I did!There is a screening room where we were all able to watch our family reunion from 10 years ago.My daughter would like to have here wedding here. I think this would be great, but we will get the event catered for that one!Lots of value on this property!

Wow, this place in Oahu is a total winner! The house is stunning, loads of bedrooms, a chill living room with a massive table perfect for a 20-person feast. The kitchen is huge and well equipped, bedrooms are cozy and beds are super comfy. And the pool area? Absolutely beautiful for epic parties! The house is so close to the beach, you can practically taste the saltwater. I will recommend this place to my friends and I wish we come back one day for a anniversary party. The owner Pitambar was so helpful and kind! Thanks for all you did to make our stay so special!

So, this spot in Hauula, Oahu, for our wedding was an absolute dream! The house is a beauty – I mean, the outside is like a tropical paradise with a massive lawn surrounded by palms and Hawaii's vibrant flowers. And don't get me started on the pool and hot tubs – total chill zone for the after-party, surrounded by those lovely flowers.The place is so Insta-worthy; we had a blast with a photoshoot thanks to the stunning lights and tropical vibes. Inside, the house is stylish but also super cozy. The bride and groom's bedroom is like a retreat with this crazy cool stone tub right there.And talk about bedrooms – there are plenty, all decked out in luxury bedding. The kitchen is a chef's dream, and the living room has a cinema setup – perfect for some laid-back vibes. Bonus: it's a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to cool spots like national parks, the Polynesian Cultural Center, stores, and tasty restaurants. Seriously, picking this spot was the best call ever for our big day!

Memories from the day will last a lifetime.We didn't realize how much stuff there was to do on the wedding day so we didn't hire their wedding coordinator. But when we weren't sure what/how to do, their staff jumped in and reassured us so we could party lol. From photos to drinks to food to band setup to leis and even finding the guy to perform the ceremony, these guys did it all!Get their deluxe pkg if you want to relax and enjoy your day without having to organize and be in charge of all the moving parts.

I attended a beautiful wedding in September 2023 at the Hau'ula Estate and wanted to share what an amazing event it was from start to finish!The lush tropical setting created a casual yet elegant vibe with bright flowers, swaying palm trees, and a gentle breeze.Adorable signs showed the guests what was happening at photo stations, guest book, appetizers and main meal as well as the dance floor.The staff were all friendly and helpful and it was obvious a good time was had by all.I highly recommend this venue! DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE. I would give zero stars if I could. I had my wedding here and It was a waste of money. I am 100% certain the positive reviews here are from the staff members and owners friends, not actual guests. The house is dirty, all the amenities they advertise are broken and unusable, and the house is an honest health hazard (black mold, rats inside). They advertise for a 10 bedroom house but when we arrived, we found that one of the bedrooms was completely unusable. It had an active wasps nest at the head of one of the beds, and the floor boards are rotting out. We had to put our family members in a hotel because this room was completely unsafe. When we checked in, we were hit with a laundry list of amenities promised to us that did not work, and would not be usable during our stay. (pool table is unusable because the felt is torn off the top, the jacuzzi does not heat up and the jets don't work, the projector and screen don't work and wouldn't be usable during our stay, the double shower in the master bedroom temperature adjustment doesn't work- you only get boiling hot water or ice cold water, Etc. The master bed room has an open air attic space that is covered in an inch thick of dust and other bedrooms smell of mold. We tried contacting the staff multiple times to get things fixed, but we were ignored by them during our stay. The estate provided a wedding day coordinator to us as part of our wedding package. Her name was Barbara. She was a complete nightmare the day of my wedding. She arrived and immediately started barking orders at my guests and family members. She ruined multiple special moments throughout the wedding day by barging into the wedding suite during the first look with my parents, or hammering her fist on the door when taking photos with my bridesmaids. My family members overheard Barbara calling the bride (me) explicit names in conversations with her crew members. She brought a dark cloud to what should have been a joyous day. Everyone who attended my wedding had a negative encounter with Barbara and told me about it after. I have reached out to the owner, Pitambar, hoping that he would have some integrity and give us a partial refund for the false advertising of the amenities that were unusable and for the cost of needing to put our family members in a hotel due to unsafe and unclean lodging of that 10th bedroom. However, we are only being met with apologies. They state that things are fixed now but so many things were not usable while we were there. I honestly don't even believe things are fixed and working. This company does not provide what they advertise. The house looks beautiful on the surface but the grounds and pool are not well kept, the house is dirty and the amenities don't work. Don't waste your time or money here. Get married somewhere that will value and take care of you. My friend got married here earlier this year, they experienced the same issues that we did. We unfortunately had already booked and payed for our wedding when they had their bad experience. We brought up these concerns to the staff before our wedding and they promised us that all of the problems would be fixed. However, they lied. Nothing was fixed and the stay was a huge disappointment. This company promises you a beautiful clean home but gives you dirty toilets, broken appliances and amenities and an unusable and unsafe bedroom.

We hosted an intimate wedding ceremony and reception here for a party of 50. The bride and groom both had their support people and respective partners stay in the ample bedrooms and living spaces to ensure a seamless ceremony. The entertainment system in the main living room was simply incredible, and you could see touches of local craftsmanship throughout. We simply loved the space, and the impeccably maintained grounds. We will most definitely be recommending this gem to friends and family for their future celebrations.

I recently stayed at the Oahu wedding villa.I loved it!!! The staff was exceptional, every detail was flawless. The venue's location allowed easy access to breathtaking beaches and hiking trails, it was a perfect balance between adventure and relaxation ❤️🤙🏼By the way, there were so many cute geckos on the property!!

I recently stayed at the Oahu wedding villa.I loved it!!! The staff was exceptional, every detail was flawless. The venue's location allowed easy access to breathtaking beaches and hiking trails, it was a perfect balance between adventure and relaxation ❤️🤙🏼By the way, there were so many cute geckos on the property!!

We had a nightmare experience that we are still going through years later and I cannot express how disappointed I am at their lack of honesty, communication, and professionalism. Of all the places we considered for our destination wedding, Oahu Wedding Villas & Venues stood out from the rest. From the moment I found the venue online and talked to their team, to when I arrived at the estate, it was amazing! We were warmly welcomed by the staff and blown away by the beauty and size of the property. The private mansion on the estate is amazing, aesthetic decor & so much indoor/outdoor fun, especially the pool! AND, this place is soo close to the beach! As the bride, I loved the accommodations. One of THE BEST THINGS about this venue is that our bridal party and family were able to stay on the estate with us!! This made the entire experience soo special. We felt like we were in our own little world, surrounded by the beauty of Hawaii. The mansion was a perfect place for us to get ready, so much room to have all my girls with me, and perfect lighting for hair & makeup. When it was time for the ceremony, we stepped outside into the beautiful garden area that was exactly what I wanted! It was the perfect backdrop for us to exchange our vows and celebrate. Getting prepared in the mansion and walking out straight into the perfect ceremony was a truly unforgettable experience. The mansion provided a beautiful and intimate space for us to prepare for our big day, and it was such a seamless transition to walk outside and exchange our vows in the stunning surroundings.One of the best parts about this venue is that our friends and family were able to stay at the estate with us. This was incredible, and it truly made our wedding weekend unforgettable. The accommodations were out of this world, and we felt like royalty during our stay.But what really made our wedding weekend special was the staff at Oahu Wedding Villas & Venues. They were incredibly helpful and extremely nice, making sure that every detail was perfect for our big day. Our party rented the entire Hale Koa Estate for a wedding. This is a partial review of the property's guest home only. A thorough examination will soon follow.The guest home was infested with vermin, cockroaches, and ants. Black mold was present in the bathroom; the bedding was bloodstained. The house was disgustingly filthy, had a foul order, and was in a state of neglect.The furniture was either dirty, worn, stained, or torn. The lamps were dirty and not operational. The ceiling fans would not work in the evening as the fan and lights worked simultaneously. The sink backed up on the first day, and the garbage disposal was broken. Most kitchen drawers, as did the windows, had rodent and/or cockroach fecal matter present. A large infestation was discovered above the kitchen sink, and one evening, a cockroach crawled on my face; another day, droppings were found on a pillow.The guest home had many health and safety code violations present, observed, and adequately documented. There were holes in the walls and peeling, stained, and dirty paint. The wood blinds were not fully operational, and the curtains were stained and dirty. The home was in a different state and had a much different physical appearance than the photographs and video shown before renting. For example, the guest home should have had one bed per room but instead, upon arrival, had three beds per room, all of which were various makeshift furniture pieces thrown together. The home had the appearance of being utilized as a hostel.I photographed and videoed the property and immediately contacted the property caretaker (Pablo), the property management supervisor (Barbara), and later the owner (Pitambar). I requested Barbara to inspect the property and send many compelling photographs asking for assistance. Barbara did arrange for maintenance personnel to clear the clogged sink and provide one pillow and a sheet set for replacements.The remaining concerns still needed to be addressed. When I sent Barbara the infestation photographs, she responded, \"Oo,\" and later wrote, \"I've been telling him (assumingly referring to the owner) things needed to be clean better and taken more care of.\" Later, Barbara inadvertently texted me, \"This guy just ain't going to stop.\"Although the owner stated he was honest, sincere, and big-hearted, he has yet to return my telephone calls or contact requests to resolve the issues addressed. Instead, he told the wedding couple he was completing an investigation and remained steadfast in failing to address the concerns and recommendations made by the family. The guest home should not be rented for any purpose, less used for a wedding until much construction, extermination, painting, cleaning, and city inspections are completed. All photographs taken during our March 2023 stay are 100% accurate. (See the pictures posted on Yelp) As indicated to Hale Koa Estate personnel, \"I have never stayed in such a neglected, filthy, vermin and cockroach infested property.\" Do right by yourself and your loved ones. DO NOT stay in the estate's guest home!

upon arriving at the Hale Koa, myself and my guests were awestruck with the natural beauty and lush landscaping of the grounds! It was absolutely majestic! The main house was clean and ready when we arrived and the stone tub in the master bedroom is an absolute work of art! the pool and hot tub are tucked in between the main house and guest house and easily accessible, shaded, and perfect for spending the day lounging! Don't be fooled by all these high reviews like I was! Literally the only regret I have in my life is doing my wedding at Hale Koa Estate. Every single part of it was a nightmare. Now, the only thing my guests say about my wedding is about how the venue coordinator yelled at everyone and bad mouthed me (the bride) to all my friends. It bucketed rain, which can't be helped, but instead of having a plan B like I was promised it was out onto me to come up with a plan. I felt like I was walking on egg shells all day trying to make the coordinator happy and never got to feel like a special bride. There are a million more things I could say but in short my wedding was honestly one of the worst days and the only saving grace was seeing my husband and all my friends. If you have already made the unfortunate mistake of signing a contract with them then just make sure you hire all vendors outside of them and DO NOT say yes to their wedding Coordinator, Barbara.

Venue was gorgeous, photographed well. Working with Barbara and Deva was easy and organized. Tables, chairs, tent, and linens were included and set up by the venue for us. Payments were easy to make. We stayed at the venue for 4 days and had the wedding on the property on the 3rd day, it was a great place to stay with ample space for our wedding party and immediate family to stay with us. Made our wedding magical and ran really smoothly! Gorgeous home and would highly recommend.

We held our small, intimate wedding of 25 guests at the Hale Koa Estate and all of our guests stayed with us there for five nights surrounding our wedding. We had the best experience with the estate and the people who manage and run the property. The estate is beautiful and the front garden was a perfect location for our ceremony followed by our reception in the back garden tent. The day of the wedding, the staff showed up early and set up everything for the event with minimal coordination needed from us. Everyone affiliated with the estate was professional, helpful, and responsive to any and all questions or concerns we had. The main house and guest house was the perfect size for our group, and we had a blast enjoying the property in the days leading up to and following our wedding.

We had the best experience with the estate and the people who manage and run the property. The estate is beautiful and the front garden was a perfect location for our ceremony followed by our reception in the back garden tent. The day of the wedding, the staff showed up early and set up everything for the event with minimal coordination needed from us. Everyone affiliated with the estate was professional, helpful, and responsive to any and all questions or concerns we had. The main house and guest house was the perfect size for our group, and we had a blast enjoying the property in the days leading up to and following our wedding.

This venue was shockingly beautiful with an unbeatable romantic ambiance that made our stay there so enjoyable and memorable! It is perfectly located on the North Shore steps away from the ocean and it's such a scenic drive from Honolulu along the oceanside. Both the main villa and the guest house are well maintained with high-end finishes and amenities, large swimming pool and hot tub surrounded by the gorgeous garden and magical Hawaiian palms. And once all the light turn on in the evening, it becomes such a dreamy and romantic oasis, we have honestly never enjoyed any other venue this much!

What can I say but amazing! This place was just fantastic. The layout is perfect, the grounds are breathtaking and the spaces are each inviting and unique. The aromatics throughout the entire venue were refreshing and very welcoming. There are two different outdoor gardens with very attractive landscapes and sprawling pathways. Walking the grounds will lead you through different walkways that seem to almost fall upon the pools, hot tubs and seating areas throughout the property. The inside of the home is just another level. The Theater room is a part of the main space that also has this giant teak table that feels right out of the last supper and easily seats 15. The main kitchen is absolutely fantastic and is decked out with some of best cookware and appliances I have seen. The master suite is right out of a fairytale. The lava rock boulder bath tub was a true highlight and may have been the been my favorite part of the entire venue. The master suit is really a reason in itself to book this place. As for the staff, I was greeted and supported at every turn. Very low stress, great communication skills. At the end of our stay, we had multiple extras we had added and we needed to split the billing between our parents and our own overages. The staff helped us navigate checkout and split billing with ease and made the stay feel so natural. I will be back just for a reunion! Thank you for a wonderful stay and a top notch professional staff!

First off, this place is absolutely magical. From its perfect location just minutes from the beach, and with Mountain View’s, to all its amenities and relaxing gardens and tropical plants. The venue is huge and spacious and smells good.There are no mosquitoes due to their special anti mosquito machine and everything was cleaned professionally and very neat and tidy. The bridal suite itself was pure beauty, from the huge bath, with tropical views, to the walk in jet shower and fluffy soft bed, it was a perfect dream. I’m so glad I chose this venue to make one of the biggest decisions of my life in, the wedding plan included everything I needed and made even the catering so much easier and way less hassle. Huge stress relief. Also, the photos! Just amazing backdrops all over the venue and everyone looked great!Don’t hesitate to book, you will not regret it!

The venue is huge and spacious and smells good.There are no mosquitoes due to their special anti mosquito machine and everything was cleaned professionally and very neat and tidy. The bridal suite itself was pure beauty, from the huge bath, with tropical views, to the walk in jet shower and fluffy soft bed, it was a perfect dream. I’m so glad I chose this venue to make one of the biggest decisions of my life in, the wedding plan included everything I needed and made even the catering so much easier and way less hassle. Huge stress relief. Also, the photos! Just amazing backdrops all over the venue and everyone looked great!Don’t hesitate to book, you will not regret it!

We paid $26,500 for professional venue & service, yet we have experience the worst. Per our conversation when we first made deposit with signed contract that stated in section #14 on page 10 \"deposit is returned 30days after your departure date\" in which our departure date was July 21st and today date is Sept 1st yet we still receiving $500 transaction deposit. Zelle is a \"peer-to-peer\" not a business etiquette. In contracted it does not say anything about return deposit thru multiple transactions for the sum of security deposit.since everyone not aware of the condition of the property we would like to let you know how are our experience that was neglected- please take consideration of having better professional business service else where1- main living entertainment system does not work only one right speaker working, due to your property \"tech guy\" made a big spark on the left speaker the day upon our check in as four of us have witness in front of him. Hale Koa estate was amazing. Pitambar and Barbara went above and beyond with every single needs we had, our interaction in every way represents the Aloha way. Despite planning our wedding here all the way from California in the middle of the pandemic, Barbara always had an open line of communication with us, can’t say enough about the support they gave. Everything about the location is as beautiful as the pictures on the website but a hundred times better when you arrive there. Definitely they maintain the upkeep, and the event/property staff there are super friendly. We will always have fond memories of this place, our wedding was magical.

Even though we had the wedding on Thursday it actually set the tone for a great weekend. The place has so much plant life and awesome walkways and zones. From the greeting to the pool and the gardens to the bedding, this house had everything you needed. My family loved every inch of this house. Our host, Phineas and his team were amazing, if we had a question or were unsure about anything, he was a text or call away. I knew that this home was perfect because by the end of the first night, we were already planning our next vacation to the same house. We do hope to come back soon.
