Oak Crest Mansion Inn Reviews
Anna Bowling(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 15-10-2022 This venue is absolutely beautiful! From the front lawn to the ballroom, this venue creates a gorgeous setting for a wedding. Lisa is the BEST and makes it so easy to plan a wedding. She captured exactly what I wanted my florals and everything to look like. My guests raved about the food too! You can be worry-free and feel confident that everything is taken care of by choosing Oak Crest for your wedding venue of choice. Reviewed on 02-12-2022
Arianna Pullen(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-11-2022 Oak Crest Mansion Inn is an absolute dream. It first met my two requirements of being able to have the ceremony and reception at the same location and also having the option to have the ceremony outside or inside. Lisa, the wedding coordinator, was super helpful and positive throughout the entire process. The venue handled the flowers, food, and decorations (which not many is needed because the venue is so beautiful). The food at the rehearsal dinner and wedding was divine. Staying on the property was a wonderful decision. The girls and I stayed in the back cottage. My husband, groomsmen, and in-laws stayed in the main house. Waking up on the property the morning after our wedding was so fun. Breakfast and coffee hit the spot. I would do it all over again. The only regret I have is not staying on the property longer. Maddy Gibson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-06-2022 We had an amazing experience with Oak Crest. Lisa worked with us to create the perfect evening from the food and flowers to the schedule and picture locations. She was easily accessible and always prompt with communication. Jennifer Walker(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-07-2021 Lisa was amazing. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She did all of my Floral arrangements, decor, planning/coordinating and catering. Highly highly recommend this place to anyone having a wedding or some sort of event!!!! Reviewed on 30-07-2021
Jessica Kelley(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 23-03-2019 We had an incredible experience at Oak Crest. They did our rehearsal dinner, bridesmaids brunch the day of, and of course our ceremony and our reception. Everything was incredible, from the food to the service to the ambiance of the venue. We had great communication, ample time to set up, and really, because the space is so beautiful, we didn't need to spend a lot on decor. Everything was easy and it turned out so beautiful! Laura G(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-09-2019 Oak Crest is a beautiful venue for a wedding. The biggest problem that we had was that we couldn't decorate the ballroom for the reception until 11:00 pm the night before the wedding because Oak Crest booked a party in the ballroom even after we had booked the wedding. This added so much stress that was totally unnecessary. Reviewed on 02-07-2018
Magan Helveston(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-10-2017 Do NOT have your wedding here! The place is gorgeous but the wedding coordinator and general manager Alicia is TERRIBLE!! Because we expressed we were offended by some of the things the inn keeper said to us, she told us their venue was not for us!!! I couldn't believe it! Realizing the owners would probably be appalled at how rude she was we tried to reach out to them! Unfortunately they will NOT speak with us. They will only communicate through Facebook. PLEASE PLEASE read their reviews on their Facebook page before booking here. There are several brides who say their day was RUINED because of them!!! I urge you to look further than the properties beauty! I am so disappointed ted in their actions! Reviewed on 18-11-2016

Carrie Cuevas(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-12-2013 I fell in love with Oak Crest many years ago, but when I walked in with MY wedding in mind, I fell in love all over again! \rIt is such a gorgeous place. It's comfortable to just be there and soak in all the beauty and history that surrounds you. I got married right after Christmas, so the decorations made it exquisite!\rThe staff was WONDERFUL! I'd like to think I was an easy bride to work with, but I'm sure I caused a few headaches from time to time. :)\rBrittney was my planner, provided by Oak Crest, and she was really great. She took care of everything and went with the flow of last minute plans! \rThe food was wonderful! I had several people comment on just how delicious the food was, especially the shrimp and grits!\rThey had the linens on the table in the reception ballroom for me, tables set up, etc. They just took care of everything. They rolled with the punches, handled problems without involving me, changed things for the better when there were SO many people still there at the end of the reception!\rOh and Bobby, the Inn Keeper, was super hospitable and a wonderful cook! I just love him!\rI had a fabuolus weekend! THANK YOU, OAK CREST for making my dream wedding come true! I can't say enough great things about this place; my words can't do it justice! \rI would suggest this place to anyone for ANY occasion! Reviewed on 07-01-2014
Heather Estorffe(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 27-10-2012 I was very happy with my wedding, it was beautiful and everything that I wanted. I would just say to read between the lines to make sure you are getting what you really want. Unless you rent a room at the Mansion, there is no where for the bridal party to get ready. The food was delicious but the quality of presentation was gone after the first batch of food was put out. The food was not re-filled quickly enough. The venue is wonderful but rather expensive. Just make sure to get your count right so that you don't overpay for food/drinks. Reviewed on 21-11-2012
Heather Terrell(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 26-05-2012 They offer an in house bridal planner but during the planning of my wedding I got passed off to three different planners. It was a mess. Thank God my mom and I had the planning under control because oak crest did not. Reviewed on 30-06-2012
Ashlee Campos(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-04-2012 My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the Oak Crest and their staff. Everyone was so helpful in making our day the best it could be. The Oak Crest Mansion Inn isn't just another hotel reception room, but it is an amazing venue with history and great interior and exterior appeal. They have a wonderful ballroom that holds A LOT of people or even an intimate affair. It is also a Bed and Breakfast. They have great rooms and catering in house as well. We had out of town guests who had a great time at our wedding. Thanks Oak Crest! Reviewed on 14-05-2012
