Word of advice - This venue will lie to your face! They are unprofessional, rude and sneaky. Watch your back, and literally record what they tell you or you’ll end up having a freaking heart attack on the day of your wedding. They treated us like burdens the entire time.

I just had my wedding here - it was beautiful & all the guests had a great time! ***But I feel every bride should know this before they choose this place. - My fiancé & I were told several* times that we would have a private area to get ready. Not true!!! My poor fiancé had an ENTIRE TABLE on men sitting behind them in their dressing room, socializing, loudly!!! He had no privacy. - my fiancé’s daughter wanted to go show her daddy her dress & the people kicked her out!! Then one of the employees got very confrontational, with him (on his wedding day!?)- they also ran out of champagne even though we bought it for a specific # of hours. I had no idea this was all going on, meanwhile I’m going crazy because there were a random group of women trying to play cards where we were getting ready and one of the ladies said something rude to us. Like on my wedding day really??? The cordinator said “we aren’t responsible for our guests actions” It was just crazy. Nothing went right & the staff are nice at first, but after you pay 6K!!! they treat you like burdens. Overall, if we weren’t lied to & expected it, then MAYBE it would’ve been okay that the rooms weren’t private. & every single person in rehearsal heard the coordinator tell my fiancé not to worry that it’ll be private. Plus it’s advertised on their website (go figure).So no, oaktree, I did not feel like “royalty”.

There is not a venue that compares to how amazing Oak Tree is. Kaitlin made the experience so easy for us and they were extremely accomodating! The venue is beautiful inside and out! We are blessed to have such a wonderful wedding and will forever cherish our memories made at Oak Tree!!

We found out about Oak Tree through one of their open houses where we won a few things that made the price undeniable. Kaitlin was a wonder to work with. They were very quick to respond and made sure everything was perfect. Kaitlin even went out and got me a razor and shaving cream day of because I had forgotten mine. Price wise, the cost of the bar and the venue were extremely reasonable. It rained all day and stopped about an hour before our ceremony. We were getting married outside, they quickly set up so that I could still have my dream of being married outside.

There are no words to adequately express how much we enjoyed our daughter's wedding day at Oak Tree Country Club on October 20, 2018!We first met Private Event Director, Kaitlin Kuykendall, in March 2018 and had an instant connection. She has the most personable and cheerful countenance, is professional, helpful, creative, resourceful, accommodating and incredibly detail oriented. With just a few short months to plan our daughter's wedding, Kaitlin made the process seamless and fun!If you are looking for a country club wedding, Oak Tree is a gorgeous setting. I wish I could post pictures. We had a beautiful ceremony outside followed by an open bar and heavy hors d'oeuvres on the lawn and then dinner and dancing in the main ballroom - it just flowed and our family and friends were in awe. The food was delicious...our mouths are still watering...and the service was impeccable. No detail was missed and we were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that we were in the best of hands.We are still floating and beaming as it was pure indulgence and everyone had such a great time! We can not thank Kaitlin and the Oak Tree staff enough for all they did to make our daughter's wedding day so very special. Not one complaint...everything was exceptional! Thank you!!!!
