The Oasis Conference Center is a serene wedding venue in Loveland, Ohio. With a golf course designed by renowned golfer Arnold Palmer, this center offers a memorable space for your milestone day. The hand-cut stone clubhouse blends with a stunning natural landscape, making this a spectacular choice for celebrating your love. This venue is a quick 25-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati and is easily accessible via I-275. Facilities and Capacity: The Oasis Conference Center is available for both indoor and outdoor events. Couples can host their reception in the Mulberry or Acacia ballrooms. The Mulberry ballroom features large windows and doors with access to an outdoor patio, providing a stunning view of the golf course, while the Acacia ballroom boasts a large chandelier as the focal point of your reception. Ballrooms can also be combined to accommodate larger weddings with up to 650 guests. Ceremonies can be held outside in the picturesque gazebo, which overlooks a water feature with a stunning fountain view, or couples can choose to exchange vows on the Patio, which overlooks the fairway and lush greenery of the course. Both areas can comfortably seat up to 300 guests but can be designed to seat as little as 25 for something smaller. Should you prefer an indoor ceremony, we have you covered with our Sandalwood Ballroom, which includes a soft backdrop with uplights and drapery, 2-point ceiling drapery, and an arbor piece to complete the room. Services Offered: The Oasis Conference Center will assist couples with their planning to ensure a wonderful experience that they will cherish forever with our inclusive packaging. They are also happy to take care of the setup and teardown of the reception room. Couples can choose from several wedding packages or create a customized package that fits their needs and budget. Where to begin?! We toured 7 venues for our wedding....Oasis was the last and we knew immediately we wanted to work with them! Jen Suma and the Oasis team are organized, patient, and really care about each of their clients. Their long list of happy and successful weddings is just one testament to their hard work they put into every event. They know how to put on a great wedding whether it is for the ceremony...cocktail hour...reception...or all of them in one night! We are so happy we chose Oasis!

Our whole experience at the Oasis was absolutely PHENOMENAL from start to finish! This was the first place my husband and I toured for a wedding venue and after meeting Jennifer and completing our tour we couldnât pick a more perfect place! Jenn was a key component in our wedding planning throughout the whole process and we could not have planned our perfect day without her! The whole team that worked our wedding were all so kind and helpful with anything that was needed! So much is included with the Oasis which helps relieve a ton of the stress that can come from trying to coordinate so many different things for the big day! I would recommend the Oasis to any engaged couple as it truly made the most perfect venue for the best day of our lives!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Natasha and the team at Oasis. They were amazing from start to finish. You will likely be in shock from the up front price but it is actually the best pricing in the area once you factor in what all is included. I could not imagine our day without them. They were there from the moment we were there and helped keep the day moving and control/manage any issues that arose. The food was amazing! We kept getting rave reviews about the food and how amazing the venue was overall!

Everything about the Oasis was perfect! Jen the coordinator was extremely knowledgeable, and efficient but had great ideas and make the vision of our sons wedding exactly how it turned out . She answered all of our questions and emails so quickly and we seriously didnât worry about anything. Amy and her staff were so attentive during our event and the food was delicious! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this beautiful venue.

Everything about the Oasis was perfect! Jen the coordinator was extremely knowledgeable, and efficient but had great ideas and make the vision of our sons wedding exactly how it turned out . She answered all of our questions and emails so quickly and we seriously didnât worry about anything. Amy and her staff were so attentive during our event and the food was delicious! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this beautiful venue.

Natasha at Oasis was amazing and made everything easy from start to finish. She was very thorough in helping us select our location and dinner package, kept us up-to-date throughout the process, and made sure everything ran smoothly through rehearsal and day-of. She was very quick to answer my questions. The venue allowed our dogs to be part of the ceremony (a must!), helped us add drinks to our bar menu, set everything up in the reception hall for us. The waitstaff during the reception was wonderful. Catering is done in-house, which made things so much easier, and Benken Florist provided complementary centerpieces. They also did our other flowers, which we were able to handle during the same meeting. The grounds were beautiful in the fall, and we were incredibly happy with the service, the space, and how easy and fun our day ended up being! We highly recommend Natasha and everyone at Oasis.

This was the 2nd venue we looked at and we decided that there was no need to see anybody else. Everything about this venue was amazing! The venue is gorgeous, both inside and outside. The staff is on top of everything, we worked with Jen, who was phenomenal in making sure our day was PERFECT! They provide their own meals, which you pick during a tasting event and it was honestly hard to choose, all the dishes tasted great. They even made sure kids had their own meals and if anybody had any dietary restrictions, those guests were properly accommodated.

They provide their own meals, which you pick during a tasting event and it was honestly hard to choose, all the dishes tasted great. This venue is absolutely perfect. This was the only venue my wife and I picked after our initial meeting and tour. We were just so impressed with the accommodations they offered. The staff was just so friendly and Jen, who works here, was our coordinator throughout the entire process and she communicated so well, responded to all of our emails and just made us feel so relaxed and made sure everything was covered on our wedding day. She really went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs that we wanted for our wedding. The pricing was really fair with what we had in terms of the bar package, food, dressing rooms, decorations, etc.

This venue is wonderful. The team is so friendly and knows just what they are doing. The food is delicious, the bar packages are nice and they even let you customize them a little bit (we substituted all kinds of things and added in white claws), they set up and tear down for you so no added stress! The biggest bonus for me was all the great locations on the property for taking photos!

I know itâs almost been a year but we are still on a high from our wedding. We picked Oasisâs because not only was the place beautiful but I loved my coordinator Kathy! Kathy and I became like family she made sure everything was on point down to the salad dressings. Unfortunately 2 weeks before my wedding I got a call saying that Kathy was not longer with the company. I was devastated and stressed out the reason for this was because I started working on my wedding with Kathy in 2019 and due to the pandemic I had to cancel our wedding in 2020 and push it for 2021. However Natasha made sure to let me know that she had went over every detail with Kathy and to not stress myself. Thatâs was easier said than done but Natasha made sure that our vision for our wedding was carried out without a hitch. If I had to do it over again I would still pick oasisâs because I didnât have to worry about parking for our guests we didnât have to leave the venue to take pictures the place was so beautiful and most importantly they made our day stress free as possible not only that Natasha made sure to even go above and beyond because I was scared that it was going to rain and she made special accommodations to ensure me that our wedding day would be special. I just want to thank all the staff at oasisâs for making our wedding day amazing

Choosing Oasis for both our ceremony and reception venue was the best decision we could have made. We and all of our guests had an absolute blast, and this wouldnât have been possible without a great venue. Their Sales staff is phenomenal. A pleasure to work with, they were always very quick to respond to any questions we have and gave advice when needed. We worked with Bridget for most of our planning process, and with Natasha toward the end of our planning and on the days of our rehearsal and ceremony and reception. Everything was organized and ran smoothly with their assistance, taking most of the stress off of our shoulders. Throughout our wedding day, all of the venue staff were very pleasant and frequently checked in on us as we were getting ready. We received endless compliments from our guests on the food, thanks to their excellent in-house catering team. The catering team also frequently checked in on us throughout the reception and brought us anything we needed. The reception area was beautiful, and we also received several guest compliments on this. No words are enough to express our appreciation for this venue. They did so much to make our wedding day better than we ever imagined, and I cannot recommend them enough!

The communication was great, I knew when payments were due, I was able to bring in all my decor 2 days before my ceremony. I had a wild bunch if people at my rehearsal and everyone at Oasis was so kind. The day of the wedding went very smoothly, the bridal party had a nice size room to get ready in as did the grooms party. This venue is beautiful with many places for great photos! I was so very happy with my choice in venue. So much was included which helped relieve stress and anxiety.

SERIOUSLY AMAZING! If youâre looking for a good venue, this is it! From start to finish, Natasha was absolutely so sweet and helpful. They helped me in ways they definitely didnât have to that other venues just wouldnât. Our day was so beautiful and perfect and it wouldnât have been that way if it wasnât for Natasha and the Oasis! Marsha helped with the day of and we had so many compliments on her as well! We all loved how she was on top of everything and how helpful she was to make everything go as planned! Everyone there, even the wait staff and bartender, were all so wonderful. They go above and beyond to make your day as special as they can. And the food, OMG! We didnât have a single guest that didnât love the food. My kids even want me to try to make something similar at home they loved it so much! We seriously couldnât have chosen a better place for our ceremony and reception. Stunningly beautiful and perfect down to every detail. We donât have a single complaint. I HIGHLY recommend choosing them as your venue! Weâll be referring everyone we can to check them out. Even if youâre on a tight budget, just talk to them! Because they really do all they can to help! Everyone there, even the wait staff and bartender, were all so wonderful. They go above and beyond to make your day as special as they can. And the food, OMG! We didnât have a single guest that didnât love the food. My kids even want me to try to make something similar at home they loved it so much! We seriously couldnât have chosen a better place for our ceremony and reception. Stunningly beautiful and perfect down to every detail. We donât have a single complaint. I HIGHLY recommend choosing them as your venue! Weâll be referring everyone we can to check them out. Even if youâre on a tight budget, just talk to them! Because they really do all they can to help! Planning a wedding in a pandemic was no easy task, but Cathy and her staff made it as stress-free as possible. She is so detail-oriented that anything you may have forgot, she'll think of it! Plus, this place is a one-stop shop. For brides that don't want to juggle multiple vendors, Oasis contracts out to specific vendors for a lot of items you will likely need (cake, photobooth, uplighting, dj, drapery, centerpieces with fresh flowers, and they do their own catering in house). We utilized most of these vendors (had our own DJ and personal flowers) and were not disappointed!The staff, food and reception space are all so amazing, but what should really sell you on this venue for your wedding is the amazing outside ceremony space and the grounds of the golf course. When Cathy showed us a photo album of previous weddings, I fell in LOVE with the pictures on the bridge that overlooks the water. All in all, you cannot go wrong if you choose the Oasis!

Kaylynn and Kelby Michael July 6, 2018!! Oasis Conference Center was the most amazing place to get married and where we had our fairytale wedding!! Kelby and I wanted a place were there was option for an outside ceremony and inside reception. They had just built the gazebo and it was the most beautiful place ever!! The other reason we chose Oasis was because I was in grad school and this place had everything you needed to plan your wedding in one location. Jamie Rogers was the person who helped make this wedding possible. She helped us plan, coordinate, and so much more for this wedding. Jamie answered our questions any time of the day through text, e-mail, phone call punctually!! She also had such an amazing personality to make our wedding perfect. Jamie was very professional in introducing us to everyone we needed to make this wedding happen; including Wedding Benkens and Dessert Works. On our wedding day she helped decorate, made sure we ate, made sure I relaxed/enjoyed this day, and even helped me make sure I looked fabulous walking down to the gazebo where my husband was waiting. Julie was at the front desk and helped my bridal party and guest find everything we needed! Thank you for your help! There was a couple hiccups, however, Jamie and Meagan made it perfect! I honestly didn't realize the schedule was off a little, because they fixed it and made it work! They were making sure everything was going how we wanted it and made things happen! For instance, Meagan helped make our sparkler exit perfect! We were getting picture on the bridge (which I highly suggest it's a beautiful background); she ran all the way there to ask how exactly we wanted it and she made it happen!! She was very professional and had an amazing personality! Jamie and Meagan made our wedding perfect!! Our guests are still raving about our wedding! Oasis Conference Center was the best and if you are trying to find a place where they are professional, punctual, have great personality, and listen to you for what you want out of your wedding this is the place!! I wish we could live this day over and over and I owe that to Oasis! Our wedding day was the best day EVER!!!!!!!!!

Kaylynn and Kelby Michael July 6, 2018!! Oasis Conference Center was the most amazing place to get married and where we had our fairytale wedding!! Kelby and I wanted a place were there was option for an outside ceremony and inside reception. They had just built the gazebo and it was the most beautiful place ever!! The other reason we chose Oasis was because I was in grad school and this place had everything you needed to plan your wedding in one location. Jamie Rogers was the person who helped make this wedding possible. She helped us plan, coordinate, and so much more for this wedding. Jamie answered our questions any time of the day through text, e-mail, phone call punctually!! She also had such an amazing personality to make our wedding perfect. Jamie was very professional in introducing us to everyone we needed to make this wedding happen; including Wedding Benkens and Dessert Works. On our wedding day she helped decorate, made sure we ate, made sure I relaxed/enjoyed this day, and even helped me make sure I looked fabulous walking down to the gazebo where my husband was waiting. Julie was at the front desk and helped my bridal party and guest find everything we needed! Thank you for your help! There was a couple hiccups, however, Jamie and Meagan made it perfect! I honestly didn't realize the schedule was off a little, because they fixed it and made it work! They were making sure everything was going how we wanted it and made things happen! For instance, Meagan helped make our sparkler exit perfect! We were getting picture on the bridge (which I highly suggest it's a beautiful background); she ran all the way there to ask how exactly we wanted it and she made it happen!! She was very professional and had an amazing personality! Jamie and Meagan made our wedding perfect!! Our guests are still raving about our wedding! Oasis Conference Center was the best and if you are trying to find a place where they are professional, punctual, have great personality, and listen to you for what you want out of your wedding this is the place!! I wish we could live this day over and over and I owe that to Oasis! Our wedding day was the best day EVER!!!!!!!!!

Attentive staff, delicious food, attention to detail, easy to work with--all of the above helped contribute to a magical night to remember. Cathy Humphries and the Oasis team went above and beyond to help us make the dream a reality. Our guests couldn't say enough about the beautiful wedding ceremony, from the decor to the food to the dj. I have nothing but praise for this venue. Outstanding.

Oasis was the perfect place to have our wedding! So many things make this place amazing-- the staff, the food, the venue, etc.Bridget coordinated each piece of my wedding with me and made sure everything I wanted/needed was taken care of. She made wedding planning simple, which to me, is priceless! Megan, who was the person designated to helping during our wedding, was AMAZING! She was on top of things, made sure the photographer and DJ were on the same page as her Oasis staff, and when we could not get my dress to bustle, she spent about 30 minutes in the bathroom with me trying to figure it out....TWICE! The food was amazing, and having an open bar definitely made for a fun night. Our awesome photographer was able to capture beautiful shots around the Oasis. We have some nice ones done inside, but outside was were the shots were the best. Make sure you go out at sunset to get pictures on the boardwalk-- they will be your favorite ones by far! Oasis also let us bring our dogs out after the ceremony so they could be in our pictures, which meant a lot to my husband and myself because we met at the dog park! Overall, Oasis was the perfect venue for us. If you want the easiest wedding planning experience with the perfect outcome, choose Oasis! You won't regret it!!

Oasis was the perfect place to have our wedding! The venue itself is so beautiful. We got married at the new gazebo site and I cannot stress enough how beautiful it was. Everything went so smoothly thanks to the help of our wedding coordinator (Jamie) which was provided in our wedding package along with the help of the staff. They set up everything for you and reach out to your vendors to go over the day of details so that you don't have any added stress. The day was perfect. The food was great! I really enjoyed the freedom I had to get what I wanted. However, they lost a large sign of mine that I received from a special family. Not only did it have that sentimental value, but I was using it for a guest book. So I ended up not having documentation of my guests. Other than that, the staff was great that worked the reception and was friendly!

Fantastic venue on the perfect location for wedding pictures! They made the process very easy because they are prepared for anything. They helped customize the entire event to fit our personality. They respond quickly to updates and were able to accommodate every [silly] request we had. We dropped off assigned seating items, wedding favors, and the guest book frame a week early and they were ready with mini tables and easels to have everything displayed wonderfully. Their staff members were extremely helpful the day of the wedding to make sure everything was running smoothly and on schedule.We loved that our wedding package included so many things: set-up for ceremony & reception, food, drinks, linens.. even an allowance through partnered vendors to select table centerpieces and the wedding cake! Some other venues tally up the counts per napkin/tablecloth, and we weren't interested in tracking all those things. This was a very hassle-free and relaxing experience with one simple (and very reasonably priced) bill. Their convenient location and large open parking lot were also a key factors for us based on the ease of our guests. We've been to several weddings at this location now, and there's no reason to choose anywhere else!

We just celebrated my daughter & son-in- law's wedding on March 10th and could not be more pleased with out experience working with Cathy and Oasis. We had an incredible evening and working with Cathy during the planning process was such a fun and carefree experience. Cathy is truly a professional in her field. We will miss her for sure! Though Cathy had a family matter the night of the wedding, she left us in perfect hands with her staff and we definitely were not an easy crowd to deal with being over 300+ people. Thanks to Cathy, Meagan and the whole Staff for making our daughter and son-in-law's special night absolutely MAGICAL!!!

This was a nice facility for our wedding. It was bright and roomy, and the food was good. We didn't get to take advantage of the beautiful outside scenery for pics because of inclement weather. But they accommodated what was supposed to be an outside wedding, to an indoor venue, as well as could be expected. Even though it wasn't what I planned, it still turned out very nice. Cathy was great to work with; very pleasant, accommodating, and always wanting to make sure she was covering any areas that could cause a bride stress. The only downfall was there were other weddings going on the same day, and because I had no private area in the actual conference center (because of the other weddings occurring), I had nowhere to really \"wait it out\" before I entered for the ceremony. I tried sitting in an alcove area to be avoided, but I saw lots of guests as they were arriving for another wedding. It didn't bother me much, but some may not have liked that. But that was the only downfall. As I stated, they were as accommodating as they could be, given the circumstances. And it was a pleasure working with Cathy. I do not regret our decision to have our ceremony at this facility.

Thankfully our wedding turned out perfect and we could not have asked for a better night, but getting to that day was the only \"bad\" thing I would have to say about Oasis. While planning our wedding every wedding planner we had left. We went through a total of 4 or 5 in a year and two months. We had some rude planners, and some who had no idea what they were doing. Pricing kept changing as well with each planner we had. Luckily our final wedding planner, Cathy, knew what she was doing and helped ease my mind. She promised to take care of my Husband and I and she did. The actual day of the wedding turned out amazing and I really don't have a single bad thing to say about our wedding and reception. We are overjoyed with how perfect our wedding day was! First, we have to praise our wedding coordinator, Cathy Humphries! She is the BEST in the business! She was so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process and we couldnât have asked for a better person! Anytime I had a change of mind, wedding anxiety, or just a question Cathy was so prompt in taking care of it and being my voice of reason! The night before our wedding we had our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at the Oasis. Cathy worked so well with our Reverend to make sure it ran smoothly and it was stress and anxiety free. They did a great job together. Our rehearsal dinner was so delicious and the serving/bartending staff was so very helpful and great! Our bridal Party got ready at the Oasis the morning of the wedding. Cathy had reserved two rooms for us, one for the bridesmaids and I and one for the groomsmen and groom. We had champagne, mimosas, wine, sandwiches, fruit, and muffins brought in by Adam, who was wonderful and very helpful during that morning! The food was delicious and light, perfect for eating before your big day!Our ceremony was held in Sandalwood and it was set up in the most beautiful way! We cannot say enough about how gorgeous it was! The staff did an amazing job decorating and making sure everything was perfect for us! Our reception was held in the Acacia ballroom and it was STUNNING! We brought our own personalized items to place around the room along with all the existing decor and Cathy did a phenomenal job placing them! She made this process so easy and stress free for us- all we had to do was bring our stuff in a bag the night before and she set it all up for us! The Oasis staff- bartenders, servers, etc were PHENOMENAL. Every time I turned around there was someone ready to take a request or check to see how we were doing and I could not be more impressed with the service they provided for my husband and I, as well as our guests. Megan in particular was absolutely an angel and she was SO attentive to my husband and I and we could not be more thankful to have had her there to check on us. We had a small issue with the room being extremely warm and were informed that the air conditioner was freezing up and I cannot express how grateful we were to have one of the managers come speak to us himself and come up with a solution right then and there. Within 15 minutes we were cooled down and it was smooth sailing from there! So many of our guests complimented the delicious food and the gorgeous decor in the ceremony room and the reception room. We also received so many compliments for the Oasis staff for handling everything so promptly and professionally.I cannot say enough great things about this venue. From the day we toured until our wedding day it was stress free and nothing but the very best customer service. The Oasis is a great venue. We hosted 260 family and friends, to include children. We worked with Cathy Humphries who was fantastic! We felt like she was part of our family and she really took such great care of every detail that was important to us. Each person we interacted with at the Oasis was very welcoming, engaging and showed patience and interest to help us make sure our day was all we envisioned it would be. They were very helpful, encouraging and shared their expertise and professionalism every step of the way. It was important for us to really personalized the space. We were in the Mulberry Ballroom which was perfect. We added our touches as you started down the hall that lead to our room, on the patio and in the room itself. It was all we had hoped it would be and more! We were provided recommended vendors whose services are also bundled into the pricing and we used them, as well as added some or our own preferred vendors. The Oasis was more than willing to collaborate with those we brought along as part of the process also.The food was fantastic. We offered a buffet and were very pleased with the quality, taste and presentation.We really enjoyed our experience and encourage you to give the Oasis the opportunity to help bring your special day to life as they did ours.

My wedding at Oasis was better than I could have dreamed! Cathy Humphries goes above and beyond when it comes to making the bride and groom happy and making the day go smoothly! She takes all the stress out of the wedding planning process. She responds to emails quickly and resolves issues faster than I thought possible. Having almost everything included at Oasis made planning so much easier. Also a special shout out to megan who was there as our personal waitress/lifesaver. She catered to the bridal party and did such an amazing job. My list of contacts was short and so easy to manage. I really can't say enough good things about this place. It was worth every cent to have our wedding here. Your food, bar, linens, centerpieces, and cake are all included. We had our ceremony outside on the patio and the scenery really is almost all the decorations you need. Having the ceremony at Oasis made it so simple because we didn't have to travel or worry about our guests making it to the reception after. We had the reception in the mulberry room and I HIGHLY recommend that if you can. It is the room that leads to the patio and created more space for our guests to mingle while they took a break from dancing and get some fresh air. You can add upgrades to customize your wedding however you please and if you want something that isn't on their list I can almost guarantee they'll accomadate whatever you want (within reason). If I had to do it all over again, I would still choose oasis hands down.

Their agreement with Dessert Works and Benkens Florist made wedding planning a lot easier! We highly recommend the Oasis for your special occasion.

This place is the absolute best! I had an amazing wedding thanks to the Oasis, and everybody who came told us that they had a blast. The Oasis handled all the details from start to finish, and made my day as stress free as they could. I had an amazing wedding coordinator, her name was Karen, and she kept me on track of dates and details every step of the way. She even helped me find a great local printer for my invitations, and I know that isn't a part of her job, so I appreciate that she went the extra mile for me and my family. Karen was truly the best, and she kept my guests happy and entertained the whole night, and she regularly checked on the bridal party to make sure that we had everything we needed. The wait staff was awesome too. For the price and the quality that the Oasis brings to the table, you could not find a better venue. Just make sure to ask Karen to do your wedding, she will help keep you calm and laughing every step of the way.

I throughly enjoyed working with my wedding coordinator, Ms. Cathy Humphries. My wedding was scheduled for September 30th, 2016 and what a FABULOUS AND CLASSY wedding it was. My friends can't stop talking about what a great day it was. My wedding ceromony was held outside overlooking the golf course with my reception to follow inside. After my ceremony was done outside. Tables were set up outside bar style. It was just so amazing. The all inclusive aspect was just awesome, nothing to worry about with Ms. Humphries handling all the little details. Phone calls were always returned in a timely and courteaous manner. All the staff was just so genuine and friendly. The Vendors chosen were also fantastic. Ms. Sandy at Desert Works Cakery in Cincinnati OH, what a joy to work with. Our Cake was on point and my guests can't stop talking about how delicious the cake was. The folks at Belkin Florist did a phenominal job. What a day it was. All of these wonderful people suceeded my expectant ions. Thank You :)

My wife and I were married at the Oasis on July 9th of this year.. On the day we visited for the first time, we did not have an appointment, we just kind of strolled through the front door and asked to look around. We had been in the Loveland area earlier that day looking at other venues. We had heard of the Oasis in the past, and thought it was worth a shot to stop in and see if they would let us look around. We walked in and were greeted by the receptionist, we asked to look around, and she instantly grabbed Karen Burgdorf, and asked her to show us around.. Keep in mind, we did not have an appointment. Karen was more than accommodating. She did more than just show us around, she really took the time to answer all of our questions, showed us all around the property, showed us the three different ball rooms, and a photo album of past events at the center.. We were with Karen for over an hour that first day, and we LOVED it. By the time we left, our minds were made up.. We HAD to have our day at the Oasis. We called Karen about an hour later, and started the process of choosing a day. Shortly there after, we chose July 9th. From the time we booked, to the time the reception was over, Karen was on top of everything. She was very helpful in every way. Planning a wedding is a stressful time, and Karen was there to ease the process. Everything was perfect the day of the wedding. We could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Top notch all around.

She was available for any questions we had leading up to our big day and acted like a free wedding planner that we didn't even pay for, it is truly just Cathy's personality and her going above and beyond for all her clients. It was so nice to have our reception at the Oasis because they also provided a room for my girls and I to relax and get ready in. As a mother of the bride, I want to give a HUGE shout out to the Oasis Conference Center, where we held our daughter's wedding reception over Labor Day weekend...they did an AMAZING JOB! Cathy Humphries is one of THE BEST in the business-her professionalism, attention to detail, organizational skills, and genuine care in assisting to plan and execute the \"perfect\" event is second to none! Although I've worked with Cathy before in planning work-related events (which she is stellar), having her coordinate my daughter's wedding reception took any stress out of this special day, as I knew from past experience how amazing she is in her profession. The Oasis has such beautiful grounds and ballrooms for pictures, and the wedding vendors Cathy works with are just fantastic. Walking into the Acacia Ballroom that evening and seeing the beautiful set up, lighting, centerpieces, wedding cake, bridal tables-it was simply breathtaking! Cathy's support staff was wonderful, super-friendly and helpful in every way, ensuring that all our guests had anything they needed. We have GREAT memories from that special day...I highly recommend Oasis Conference Center!

I have to start by saying that my experience with the Oasis was absolutely wonderful! Our wedding was truly a fairy-tale! We signed with Jennifer but when she left our coordinator changed to Karen! There are 2 main reasons that my husband and I decided to get married at Oasis. We loved that their packages included floral centerpieces, table linens, and the cake. Our wedding coordinator Jen Suma. At the time of booking, she made me feel so at ease and I trusted that she would do anything and everything to make our day perfect. Unfortunately, shortly after booking we were notified that Jen no longer was part of Oasis and we were given another wedding coordinator, Karen. I felt that Karen did not have the same expertise and skills that Jen had which left me uneasy. Although our wedding day overall was beautiful, I feel that customer service lacked with the Oasis staff. The wedding coordinator throughout the rest of the planning process was VERY unorganized. Even on the wedding day, details that had been discussed repeatedly were forgotten. Her manner with the bridal party and family members was less than pleasant at times. Even my wedding guests noticed some of the rude responses she was giving to my mother. On the wedding day, it seemed that setting up took longer than it should have leading my mom to leave the bridal suite and help set up. (We paid the set-up fee so that wouldn't happen). I was also notified from a guest that later in the night a guest had asked the bartender for coffee leading him to become upset and start throwing things around the bar and making the guest feel uncomfortable for ordering coffee (which we paid for). Although our wedding day was AMAZING, I definitely give most of the credit to our other vendors for making our day more than we could have dreamed of.

The staff the day of the wedding was also excellent and they catered to our every need. Amazing staff, beautiful venue and flexible packages, The Oasis is a wonderful venue.

I will start by saying you will not find a better value in the greater Cincinnati area!! What is included in their packages is without a doubt, unprecedented! I feel very confident saying that as I completed hour upon hour of research before choosing this venue! My mom, now husband and I worked with Cathy Humphries and I'm not even sure where to start! She is absolutely amazing and by wedding day, was/is a friend! She made sure everything was exactly what we wanted and our reception could not have been more perfect or more fun! I am still hearing from guests that the food was perfect, the room was beautiful and that they have never been to a wedding that was more fun! Cathy and The Oasis definitely played a MAJOR role in making this the best day EVER!!! I highly recommend Cathy and The Oasis for your wedding or any event you are planning!!

I honestly donât know where to start, my experience with the Oasis was horrifying. Let me tell you my story, like every bride, i searched all vendors and read the reviews and after reading how the Oasis had a 100% reviews i figured perfect thats seem to be the perfect fit for me. After contacting them, they sweet talked me into signing the contract as they assured that they will make everything smooth and perfect for me since i had to be out of town for work for two months prior to the wedding. Sadly enough, as soon as i signed the contract everything went down hill. My emails were ignored and if they were answered, i would get an answer after a week or two. Many of the things that i was told on the phone were incorrect and were never delivered. I was never able to setup time for my vendors to stop by to check the space because she hardly ever replied and when she did, it would be after two weeks. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and i wasnât able to do it because i was waiting to get the information from Cathy Humphries which was never sent. It was TWO weeks before the wedding and i still didnât get the information that i asked for, i got so furious that i sent an email titled âURGENTâ and stated that Its very frustrating for me to keep asking the same question and not get any answers. The wedding was in less than two weeks and i still did not get any answer to my question. I needed to purchase stuff that matches the colors and i have been waiting to make those purchases based on the colors. The next thing you know is i get switched to another person before the wedding without informing me. Cathy handed me off to Kathy Kappner and thank god she did. She called to introduce herself and offered to help me at the last minute. She did more for me in two weeks than Cathy Humphries did in four months. That should tell them what is she is all about. Kathy Kappner was very helpful, she tried to help me as much as she can but it was so hard trying to do what i have been trying to do in four months in less than two weeks. Moving to Vendors, The bakery Cathy referred me to was horrifying, the baker was very rude and unprofessional. When i called to see what options i had, she seemed very frustrated and stressed. I sent her an email stating that we are going to go with another vendor and she replied to me with \" if your wedding was on a different day, we would be able to do the fondant. But the Oasis send us your cake request at such a late date, that we were already overbooked on production with other brides many who have booked over a year in advance. We are already over capacity, and while I would love to do a fondant cake for you, there just simply isn't enough time left in the scheduleâ. If that was the case, why did she accept the request? If i had gone with them, was my cake going look lousy because she is overbooked?. It was obvious the Cathy was only interested QUANTITY rather than the QUALITY so she can get a bigger pay check since she is paid based on commission. Aside from all the horrible things that happened in between. I took the time to write all this because i donât want another bride to go through this, i was crying till the day of the wedding because Cathy was trying to the last mint for my wedding to look horrible. I am sure she is going to come up with excuses, but if you donât believe me, i have all the emails and proof and i will be more than happy to share it.I will never forgive her

The entire experience at the Oasis could not have been better. From the venue, to the helpful and attentive staff, to the reasonable price it was truly a wonderful time. While I may not have another occasion such as this I will recommend the Oasis to anyone in need of a reception venue. It was great. Many thanks to Cathy, Karen and the entire staff for giving my son, his new wife, myself and my wife and all of the rest of us a very special evening.

I was married on September 25th, 2015 at the Oasis. They were our vendor for both the Ceremony & Reception. As the bride, I could not have been more pleased with their services. This was one of our first picks for our wedding and after viewing the venue, we fell in love. Cathy was our planner and she was absolutely wonderful to work with; she could not have done a better job in making our day special. She was super responsive and was on top of every little detail. She worked beautifully with all our other vendors. They made sure items were set up ahead of time for specific pictures I wanted and were extremely flexible when on the day of the wedding, the Groom & Groomsmen decided they needed more to eat than what was previously ordered before the ceremony and when we decided last minute to keep the bar open an extra half hour because the party was still going. Our guest (and us) loved the food. The servers were very attentive to my husband and I during the reception. I can not say enough good things about this place. I did not stress at all the day of my wedding because I knew I was in such good hands!!

I enjoyed working with Oasis Conference Center. The staff were extremely helpful, patient and understanding. The week leading up to my wedding was a little stressful, but every time I contacted Oasis the staff was helpful and understanding. They gave advise and helped in any way possible. Especially when my mom and sisters showed up with a huge balloon arch the day before the wedding, the staff were helpful in setting it up. My groom and I were well taken care of during the wedding where we were fed and given drinks taken care of the whole time. I enjoyed working with Oasis and would recommend them.

My husband and I had a perfect wedding reception at Oasis. When searching for our reception venue, we knew Oasis was a perfect match after our first meeting with Jennifer. She was so helpful and so reassuring; we knew were in good hands! The packages that Oasis offers are such a good value and fit perfectly with our budget, while still providing us such a amazing evening. We loved that the packages included so many things (wedding cake, catering, centerpieces, open bar, tablecloths, chair covers, a champagne toast, & more!). Their packages made our entire planning process that much easier. We had the Mulberry ballroom, which opens up to the patio outside and absolutely loved it. Our guests were able to enjoy the lovely weather, view of the golf course scenery, and an outdoor bar during cocktail hours. Everyone commented on how nice that was and how much they enjoyed the food too!\rWe found out a few weeks before our wedding that Jennifer wasn't going to be able to make it to the actual day of our wedding. We were a little bummed, but she was still able to meet with me the day before and her boss did such a wonderful job in her absence on our wedding day! I had created a lot of DIY decor that I was relying on Oasis to place around the ballroom and it literally couldn't have been more perfect.\rYou will not regret it if you pick Oasis as your reception venue. We chose The Oasis as our venue because they helped with quite literally EVERYTHING right from the start. We loved that they included a custom cake, custom floral centerpieces, table and chair linens, open bar, catering, and ceremony and reception venues. We had an outdoor ceremony and we were relieved that they offered a guaranteed indoor ceremony space if weather wasn't ideal. \rWe worked with Grace Sweeney for our initial tour and booking and Jennifer Suma was our coordinator. All of our guests were very impressed with Jennifer the day of the ceremony and asked where we hired our \"wedding planner\"...all were shocked to find out that she worked at the venue. Jennifer was by our side every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect for us. We had many guests compliment us on the quality of the food and the overall beauty of the venue. There was one hiccup with the open bar at the beginning (a keg wasn't working and the bartender was a little feisty with the guests) but they got it fixed quickly and all was well the rest of the night! I would highly recommend the Oasis for any wedding as both a ceremony and reception venue. We worked with Jennifer Suma and she was fantastic!!! Everything was smooth from beginning to end :) our initial meeting was about 1 year prior to our wedding and she explained every detail - no hidden anything! Throughout the entire process there was excellent and fast communication! We had our ceremony in the Sandalood room and our reception next door in the Acacia Ballroom! Jennifer and the crew at The Oasis set up everything from ceremony decor, aisle runner, all signs and pictures to centerpieces, and donut bar! We dropped off on Thursday and didn't have to worry again! Everything was great! Only complaint we heard from guests after the reception was that their drinks were being taken before they were even finished! I booked the Oasis for my wedding and reception and I'm so happy I did!! Not only is the space beautiful and the staff amazing but real flowers and the caker are included in the wedding package!! Why wouldn't you want to book as much as you can at one place?! Jennifer is the best wedding coordinator in the city, she's easily reachable and always willing to help, she and her team made my big day stress free while achieving everything I had imagined!

My groom and I had our wedding ceremony as well as our reception at the Oasis. Jen, the event coordinator, was fantastic and was with us every step of the way. We had a winter wedding which came at the great value and many extras included. The service was great during the event, and all of my guests commented on how smoothly the whole event ran. We had a great wedding day, even if it was below freezing outside!
