Actually there are just too many to mention! Event Venue Space & Capacity Ocean Landings Resort venue is an indoor air-conditioned single story open event space. No stairs to climb, convenient covered and overflow parking. This private space includes a dance floor, round tables, cake, food and buffet tables and chairs and clean up. This private venue will accommodate 100 guests and is ideal for more intimate events. Micro Weddings now available to suit your small wedding needs! Don't put off marrying the person of your dreams. We now offer a beach ceremony and small reception package that will please everyone. 5-Star Cuisine Let's face it, it's one of the things your guest are looking forward to (beside seeing you in your gorgeous dress) and you don't want to disappoint. You'll get a list of our top notch, preferred wedding vendors. From there, you'll be able to choose a caterer from this list that fits your budget and preferences. Or we allow you the flexibility to choose to bring in your own cuisine.

Ann and the rest of the events staff were absolutely amazing!! She helped us through every step of the process! She even helped us work through a hurricane that happened just a couple days before the wedding. The Ocean Landings events team truly went above and beyond through every step of the wedding process. They accommodated us in every way. I couldn't be any happier with the wedding venue we chose! Also, such an amazing value! Budget friendly was a bonus. Thank you times a million! You really helped make our day special!!

We just got married on Leap day at Ocean Landings and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Christine the event coordinator was AMAZING she was so nice and helped every step of the way making our day wonderful. The staff at the resort was very accommodating to all our guest. The cost for the beach ceremony and rental of the venue was VERY affordable. The banquet room was set up perfectly all we needed to do was add our touch with our own decorating. I would highly recommend them for your wedding or next special event ..

This venue was absolutely perfect. It was just right for our reception. We got married on the beach right behind ocean landings and then just walked to the banquet room which was a 2 minute walk! Christine was amazing. She was so helpful and had equipment for us to use if we needed it! She made everything very easy . we are from New Hampshire and i am hoping to go back here for our anniversary . I can’t stop thinking about this place and the area. I miss it so much already and it’s only been 3 weeks! it was the most perfect day and I’ll never forget it. ❤️

We booked the banquet hall at Ocean Landings for our Wedding Dinner in February 2017. We had a group of about 70 attendees and we fit perfectly in the hall. Christine was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond in helping us make sure we had what we needed in the banquet room. The banquet hall rental allowed us some special pricing for room rentals so we were also able to rent Oceanfront suites for an exceptional price. Though this isn't Christine's department, she helped us to sort out some issues with a couple of our guest's reservations. Again, exceptional. I was quite pleased with our experience at Ocean Landings. The only reason they didn't get a higher rating is because of a couple of issues with room reservations. The resort won't be everyone's cup of tea. It's not polished or high-end. It's comfortable and homey. Perfect for us and our families. Not every building is oceanfront. If you are lucky you can also get an oceanfront suite, with a balcony overlooking the ocean. It's hard to find this in local hotels. I recommend you check out Ocean Landings!

Our wedding was perfect. Christine worked with us to get everything we needed and wanted from our special day. The beach ceremony was beautiful, and having the reception a few short steps away was amazing. We will certainly be coming back for years to come.

Ocean Landings venue was perfect for what we wanted to do for our big day! Beautiful beach view and easy transition to the reception hall! It was definitely a pleasure to have our daughter's wedding on this location. The scenery... breathtaking !!!!!\rThe staff,( especially the event planner Cristine Shenkman), the price, location, and great service was all we needed to make this event a memorable one to our family. I definitely recommend this place.

I held my wedding here on 10/5/13. The banquet room manager Christine was such a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up exactly like I wanted. She was always willing to help and answer any of my questions. The website says the room can accommodate up to 145 guests, but I wouldn't recommend this venue for more than 100. We had about 85 guests seated among 12 round tables and we were pretty snug. Great venue for smaller, intimate weddings!

I loved it. It was perfect. The ladies who run the banquet area, (Christine & Lisa) are amazing. Go above and beyond to help you. The rooms are clean, nice views, banquet room was perfect, friendly staff. There was one downside, and that was the reservation manager (Anita), who was rude to me and my guests, as well as harassed them during our reception. But I would still say it was a good place. Because of Lisa and Christine I stayed and kept Ocean Landings as our venue.
