When we first saw the venue we immediately fell in love with how gorgeous the space was. We wanted a beach ceremony, but not a beach reception and Ocean’s Edge accommodated that. We met Amanda at the first viewing. We booked there as our venue the next day and I booked Amanda as my day of coordinator as well.I can’t speak highly enough of Amanda. From the first meeting all the way up to our wedding day she answered ALL of my questions. She always responded, no matter what day or what time it was. She gave me information on vendors and always communicated if something needed to be decided or talked about. She’s very direct and to the point so you’re never confused about anything she’s saying. The day before the wedding she walked all of the wedding party through how the ceremony will look. The day of she kept everything flowing on our time schedule. She helped with flowers, set up, and little things through the evening. We can’t thank her enough for making our day go as smoothly as possible. It was the most perfect day.

I got married here June 9 and overall one of the most stressful experiences in my life. Amanda was nothing but unhelpful, unprofessional, unorganized and basically just rude the entire time. A time that should feel exciting and special she single handily bad unenjoyable. The venue and space itself is beautiful! The beach ceremony was setup on time but we did have to redo chairs because they were set up right next to arch so no room for us to stand. I did catering through oceans edge and hired a bartender for five hours. Two HUGE mistakes! Appetizers were good and on time but dinner was 30 mins late and cold! That 30 mins set the entire time line off for the evening, myself and my husband had sunset pictures at 740 and because food didn’t come out till 730 all the speeches were skipped. The bartender was pouring 3/4 cups of straight alcohol. Several guests complained about it and she said “i make them how I drink them”. She was very unprofessional, went through 12 bottles in 30 mins for approximately only 40 people drinking. She also was only behind the bar for maybe two hours total. I paid for five hours and ended up getting my own drinks bc she was not there. I am very happy with every other vendor I used for the day and very happy to be married but I felt responsible to leave a review to warn future brides considering this venue. I hope this will save some brides the stress and disappointment I had.

Greg and Amanda were fantastic along the way. They really put extra effort into making sure we had no stress for our wedding. They are flexible and have lots of options.

Ocean's Edge is an absolutely beautiful place to get married. Emily is the most wonderful wedding coordinator ever and made the whole wedding planning process a breeze, even from 10 hours away. She is extremely professional and was very good at staying in contact with us throughout the planning process. Food was above expectations, and the space is absolutely gorgeous.
