We are so grateful to Emily and the entire Olympic Hills event team for making our wedding day so special! Emily went above and beyond making sure each 'i' was dotted and 't' was crossed. The entire team was extremely professional and had such a positive energy. We also received so many compliments on our appetizers and dinner made by the Olympic Hills kitchen. Their new patio that can be covered was also such a critical part to our wedding day. For most of our wedding day we thought it was going to rain, but we loved our plan B ceremony option on the covered patio so much that we were ok if it rained. It relieved so much stress knowing we loved both ceremony site options. We are so grateful to the Olympic Hills team!

We fell in love with the ceremony site the minute we saw it. I think our tour was like 5 minutes long because we just knew it was the place. We booked the site right after getting engaged, but didn't get married for 2 years. About 3-4 months prior to our wedding I checked in with them and it was suggested I do another tour because of their recent construction. I was terrified that the place we loved was gone. Turns out, the outside area was still gorgeous, but the route to get to it was difficult because they are still under construction! The getting ready room for the girls was in a room on the corner of the building under a balcony. To get to the bathroom, the girls had to go outside and around the corner into a hallway. It rained on our wedding day so we weren't able to use their gorgeous outdoor site. The inside was still pretty, but the logistics was odd. The girls room was still in the corner room. To get to the ceremony, we had to go out from under the balcony, around the building to the store, then either up the stairs or use the elevator. Emily and another person there provided a large umbrella for me and helped me with my dress, but dodging puddles and dripping ledges was not fun. A few of the bridesmaids skirts got soaked. Then after the ceremony we had to go back to the room to freshen up before pictures, again dodging puddles (it had stopped raining). The guys spent most of the day there getting ready, so we asked about lunch. They provided a small handful of meal options (like 4-5 choices) that they had to order from a week in advance because the restaurant is for members only. The groom was surprised to see the bill at the end had a large hospitality fee tacked on. They were accommodating for us to do pictures, although people were parking/driving golf carts where we were trying to shoot. In the end, Emily was super easy to deal with, the venue was beautiful, and the wedding went smoothly. I wish we had heard of the construction ahead of time, and the complications of maneuvering people around the day of the wedding was confusing, but it all worked out. Leading up to the wedding she was awesome, but the day of the wedding was unbelievable. She was there at every corner to give us time checks, coordinate photos, make sure we ate and drank water, and ultimately to make sure our day was as perfect as we planned and hoped - and it was!! Highly highly recommended Hannah and all of the staff at Olympic Hills to help you make your special day the best it can be!!

I cannot say enough good things about Olympic Hills! We had the best experience with Hannah and Ashley. The venue is absolutely beautiful. The outdoor ceremony site is serene with a pond surrounded by gorgeous trees and flowers. The indoor ballroom has been updated with wood floors, nice lighting, surrounded by windows and a wraparound patio. Planning a wedding during COVID-19 was incredibly stressful, but Hannah and Ashley were so helpful, understanding, and empathetic. They were there to help us every step of the way. Due to COVID-19, we ended up only having our ceremony and cocktail hour at Olympic Hills. Hannah and Ashley were super understanding and never tried to charge us a cancellation fee. The ceremony and cocktail hour were stunning. Hannah and Ashley had everything under control and the day was flawless. As a bride, that was such a relief that I didn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding day. I would highly recommend booking this venue for your wedding day. You will not regret it. Thank you Hannah and Ashley!

We ended up switching our venue and doing our wedding at my mother in laws house because of COVID. We originally booked with Olympic Hills Golf Course and they were incredible during the COVID process. Hannah was super understanding and willing to allow us to reschedule and save multiple dates as we were figuring things out. When we decided to have a small backyard wedding, they gave us our ENTIRE deposit back! I was so impressed by how helpful and accommodating they were during a stressful situation. Not to mention, the venue is beautiful. They have a gorgeous outdoor ceremony space, deck for cocktail hour, and new wood floors inside and updated chairs. Such an adorable venue!

Olympic Hills was a hidden gem for us! From the beautiful outdoor ceremony space to the large patio with an amazing view, we knew this was a top choice of venue for us! Another gem in this venue is the event coordinator, Hannah. She is absolutely amazing at her job!!! Especially during a global pandemic, she was always reachable by phone and email and bent over backwards for us to get the wedding day we envisioned! We spent many meetings thinking outside the box to make our wedding day possible and safe! She was also very accommodating when we had new ideas! We were lucky with incredible weather on our wedding day and Hannah and the staff pulled off all the details to make the day run smooth! We are so thankful that we chose Olympic Hills as our venue! We had the most positive experience that exceeded our expectations and we are going to have great memories of our special day because of that!

This venue was absolutely perfect for the ceremony/reception combo location. The outdoor space is absolutely gorgeous - and the staff know it! They worked so incredibly hard to make sure our outdoor wedding dream came true, despite the weather! The whole team, but especially Ashten, made the entire experience simple and reassuring. The venue is so beautiful and I would recommend it just for that, but also the staff is wonderful! Ashten and Hanna helped us make sure that everything ran smoothly for our rehearsal and wedding day. Ashten helped us coordinate all the details and make sure we were not missing anything important. Jon was an awesome bartender! And the food was amazing thanks to all the kitchen staff! The day was perfect thanks to everyone at Olympic Hills!

The venue is so beautiful and I would recommend it just for that, but also the staff is wonderful! Ashten and Hanna helped us make sure that everything ran smoothly for our rehearsal and wedding day. So I emailed the company directly asking if everything was going okay and never got an email from them either. If you cant host my wedding anymore please just tell me, dont ignore someone. We thought this was going to be the one.

Would highly recommend this venue! It's budget friendly, close to the cities, amazing food and the event manager made planning very easy and was very responsive. The landscaping around the ceremony is gorgeous! It was one of our favorite parts about the venue. Another reason we chose this venue is that everything was included. They provided the ceremony seating, reception area seating/tables, linens, napkins, table settings, food, desert and drinks (we went with the standard seating, table settings, white linens and white napkins). We didn't want to have to worry about using outside vendors for these items and it made planning so much easier! Plus they did a great job with everything! The reception area had adequate room for all of our guests. We had 150 people total with 15 tables and a harvest table for the bridal party and their SO's. We brought in our own flowers and vases for the center pieces. They were very accommodating and let us keep the center pieces over night after the reception. We were able to pick them up the next morning. We had the bridal suite from 9 am - midnight. There's no extra charge for the bridal suite. The groomsman got a small room upstairs next to the reception area they could place their stuff. We had a buffet and got lots of compliments from our guests saying it was the best wedding food they'd ever had! I totally agree! Food was warm and fresh tasting. There was plenty of room for our DJ and guests to dance the night away. The floor in the reception room is wood so we did not have to rent a dance floor. Along with the reception room there is a large balcony that wraps around the outside. There's plenty of room to set up outdoor games, there's a gas fire and wood fire to sit around and plenty of outdoor seating. There's an event manager that comes with the venue. Shout out to Ashten and Hannah! They were awesome and were at our wedding for the whole day making sure everything went smoothly. We could have not done it without them!

Their ceremony space is GORGEOUS with a large pond and lush landscaping all around it. Guests can comfortably see the entire wedding party as well as a beautiful view behind. The speaker system is also very well done (an important detail!) There are so many different areas to take photos as well - some look industrial, some natural, and some elegant/glamorous. The reception space was another favorite feature for me, because the style fits perfectly with an elegant and natural vibe. It's large enough to seat over 200, and with two walls of windows, the lighting is perfect throughout the reception. Even better, there's a wrap around deck that our guests played games on and ate/drank during cocktail hour. Perfect!The meal was the most expensive part of the contract, but we understood, knowing that they have a restaurant on site that cooks everything up. That being said, we chose the cheapest meal and it was delicious. I had multiple guests compliment me on our choice!It's always important to think about who you're going to be working with when you choose a venue. Your wedding coordinators can make or break your experience with a venue. I can safely say that all three of the wedding coordinators we worked with were friendly, knowledgeable, and bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. From chalkboard signs to Barq's root beer, they made every detail perfect. It saves so much stress on the biggest day of your life! Overall, all we can say is PLEASE book this venue for your wedding! We loved everything about Olympic Hills and we hope more and more brides choose this venue to have their big day.

Married 6/22/2019OHGC was the first and only venue we toured. I fell in love right away. The ballroom was perfect, the patio was a great addition and the ceremony site was outside. We wanted one location for everything it OHGC offered everything we wanted! The venue itself is amazing and so so beautiful. We didn’t feel the need to over decorate and we simply enjoyed the beauty of the venue itself with the small pond and waterfall in the background. There were plenty of options for photo backgrounds as well! We stayed within our budget but were still able to enjoy a good time. The food was AMAZING and our guests are still talking about it. There was a lot of change over in even coordinator positions throughout our wedding planning process BUT OHGC staff handled all the changes smoothly and shared important information and we never had a glitch! I was confident in Ashten and Hannah when our big day came. They were there for set up the day before, ran around like crazy the morning of, and checked in with us throughout the night. We only had one table that was served “out of order” but that wasn’t a huge deal, and with a couple questions about our overall bill at the end of the day, they were able to work through it. They were always present, making sure ourselves and our guests were comfortable. Super flexible, like to try new ideas, and 100% recommended! THANK YOU!Advice: The venue is intimate in size with not a lot of space for young children to run and play. Wedding guests are not allowed on the golf course so we chose to do an adult only wedding and we are so glad we did! We had only two younger guests and they were getting restless so it was difficult to keep them only in the ballroom space.

Married 6/22/2019OHGC was the first and only venue we toured. I fell in love right away. The ballroom was perfect, the patio was a great addition and the ceremony site was outside. We wanted one location for everything it OHGC offered everything we wanted! The venue itself is amazing and so so beautiful. We didn’t feel the need to over decorate and we simply enjoyed the beauty of the venue itself with the small pond and waterfall in the background. There were plenty of options for photo backgrounds as well! We stayed within our budget but were still able to enjoy a good time. The food was AMAZING and our guests are still talking about it. There was a lot of change over in even coordinator positions throughout our wedding planning process BUT OHGC staff handled all the changes smoothly and shared important information and we never had a glitch! Olympic Hills was wonderful to work with. Our wedding ended up so stunning and our guests really enjoyed the deck with the fire pit. We first worked with Anna but after Anna resigned from her position, we worked with Christina who was very accommodating and helpful. She did everything within her power to make sure our day was beyond perfect. There was a small hiccup, which was a bartender giving out too much alcohol to some guests that had more than enough, but overall our day was perfect thanks to Christina and Olympic Hills.

I would recommend Olympic Hills Gold Club to anybody who is looking at it as a possible venue for their ceremony AND reception. During the planning process both Amy and Anna were organized and the communication is fantastic. The ceremony venue was absoultely gorgeous and the reception was beautiful. The made sure that if there was an issue, it was taken care of immediately and we never knew there was an issue. The food was fantastic, almost every guest of ours made a raving review of the food. The service was better than we could have asked for. All of the staff was attentive, but not overbearing. We could not have picked a better venue for the best day of our lives.

Olympic Hills Golf Club in Eden Prairie is beautiful. The banquet hall has two full walls of windows, all of which now look out to a brand new patio. We had 230 guests, so the banquet hall got a little tight, so the patio was great to have on such a beautiful day. \r\rAmy and her staff were very helpful throughout the planning process.\r\rMy guests are still talking about how great the food was. The bruschetta chicken was incredible and the Atlantic Salmon was very good as well. We were very pleased with the salad and sides as well. \r\rThe serving staff and bartenders were very polite and professional.

We chose Olympic Hills because of the quiet surroundings and beautiful scenery tucked back in an Eden Prairie neighborhood. We loved the coordinator, the staff, and the prices for delicious food! Everyone went out of their way to make sure that our wedding was as perfect as could be!

We chose Olympic Hills because of the quiet surroundings and beautiful scenery tucked back in an Eden Prairie neighborhood. We loved the coordinator, the staff, and the prices for delicious food! Everyone went out of their way to make sure that our wedding was as perfect as could be!

I was very happy to have OH as my ceremony and reception site. The first coordinator we worked with didn't help us a lot, which wasn't a huge deal for me, but the second, Amy, was a huge help and always willing to go above and beyond to get stuff done as necessary since we lived out of town and didn't get to be around much before the wedding. \r\rThe staff was very professional and all of our guests were impressed with the wait staff. We had three cake flavors at our wedding, and I couldn't choose which I wanted most, since I knew most would be gone before the end of the night, so the server for the head tables made me a plate with a small serving of each type. I found this very thoughtful. They also boxed up mine and my husband's meals as we were mingling too much to get time to eat. \r\rThe food was WONDERFUL, and we're considering hosting our one year anniversary here so we are able to eat the delicious food.

Olympic Hills Golf Course was a great place for our wedding. Our colors were very bright and summery so we wanted a neutral backdrop to let them pop. OH had the perfect mix of neutral colors plus huge windows that created an open, airy feel in the room. The food was absolutely amazing! Our guests made comments all night about how it wasn't \"typical wedding food\". We went with the Dijion chicken and Minnesota Walleye. The service staff was wonderful and knew all the wedding party and our immediate family by name and knew what drinks we preferred. They did a fantastic job and it was a beautiful setting!

Ever since the first time we stepped foot on this property we have been completely satisfied and we are so thankful we chose to have our ceremony and reception at Olympic Hills Golf Club. From day one they were proud of their business and were enthusiastic about being apart of our day. It was the first place we looked at, so we wanted to look around even though it was abosutely beautiful, it wasn't exactly in our budget. After a few weeks past, we got an e-mail and we unfortunately had to let them know we weren't going to be able to have our wedding there for the cost was just too much. We got a promped reply with a strong desire to have our business they requested we call them to work something out. WE DID and not only did they give us a deal on almost everything, they did everything inside and out to be sure it looked beautiful on our wedding day! \rOur day had a chance of rain and they were SO positive and patient about whether we would have the ceremony inside or not. They hung up signs so that members at the club new about a wedding going on and were advised to respect us and our guests. Olympic Hills staff is so thoughtful!\rTheir catering/meal service was tremendous! The food tasted AMAZING and it was served very quick -- TO EVERYONE, not just our head table. We got so many compliments about their service! The food came in big proportions and it was hot too! The salad was wonderful and the buns were a BIG hit! I am so impressed!!

My reception was perfect! I absolutely loved Olympic Hills, the staff were wonderful and the setting was beautiful! Also, the meal prices are very reasonable for the twin cities area. The food was great too!

Meet the Olympic Hills Golf Club Team
Emily Silvers (Coordinator) Emily has been with Olympic Hills since June 2021 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. Emily loves helping our wedding couples make their special day perfect, as well as helping coordinate events in our beautiful event space. Emily's attention to detail and follow through with her clients is one of her many strengths she brings to the team! In her free time she likes to spend time with family, visit flea markets and craft shows, and trying out new baking!
